Purpose of the study: This study intended to analysis the implementation and development of productive waqf in Malang, Indonesia. In addition, it addressed to understand the operational management of productive waqf Islamic hospital in Malang. Methodology: The research applied a qualitative method in order to comprehensively understand the existing phenomenon. The qualitative data analysis model used in this research followed the process of data reduction, display data, and verification by Miles & Huberman (1984). Purposively, the sample of the research was in an Islamic hospital in Malang considering various relevant reasons. The data were collected through focus group discussion between stakeholders including waqf recipient (Mauquf’Alaih), waqf management (Nazhir) and researches. Main Findings: The findings showed that the implementation of productive waqf has shown favorable outcomes in attaining local community’s needs that lead to the economic welfare of communities. The management model of productive a waqf is divided into a certain considered portion for business development, Mauquf’Alaih, and Nazhir. Applications of this study: In its development, productive waqf management should consider potential factors such as human resources and community awareness. Novelty/Originality of this study: The research provides insight into the nature of the productive waqf model as an attempt to enhance economic welfare.

<p class="apa">The Academic Knowledge Management Model of Small Schools in Thailand was created by research and development. The quantitative and qualitative data were collected via the following steps: a participatory workshop meeting, the formation of a team according to knowledge base, field study, brainstorming, group discussion, activities carried out according to knowledge, summarizing and revising the operation, organizing an exhibition to show the work results, and the creation of a website. The results showed that the subjects had knowledge of how to manage knowledge, became more academically capable, and were satisfied with knowledge management at the highest level.</p>

The purpose of this research is to find out the product flow, financial flow and information flow in the management of the supply chain plate rack based on the existing supply chain so that the company can produce effectively and efficiently. The research method used is a qualitative method using a survey method that is to explain, describe and interpret a phenomenon that occurs in an object and qualitative data with the support of quantitative data. The results showed the company combining assembly material team, glass assembly team and final completion teams could accelerate production and limit cooperation with independent marketing to summarize the supply chain and prevent company losses.

Green practices and integrated resorts are attracting increasing attention from industry practitioners and academics. However, several barriers limit the growth of green practices, especially in the integrated resorts in Macau. The purpose of this study is to identify the major barriers of implementing green practices in integrated resorts in Macau from the managers’ perspective using qualitative method. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 12 managers from the integrated resort sector in Macau. Grounded theory was adopted along with NVivo 12.0 to analyze the qualitative data collected from the interviews. Results revealed five major barriers to green practices in the integrated resort sector: policies and regulations, management, resources, costs, and awareness. These findings extend existing theoretical explanations for green practices and provide a guideline of implementing green practices in the integrated resort sector for policymakers and practitioners.

Objective - The objective of this study is to identify the food security characteristics in local communities at Napan Village, Nusa Tenggara Timur Indonesia and to study the implementation of agrarian reform principles covering asset reform and access reform, in achieving food sustainability. Methodology/Technique - The method used is a normative judicial method. The data is analysed through qualitative judicial means, supported by Focus Group Discussion, to obtain primary qualitative data. Findings - The results show that synchronization of agrarian reform programs, including asset reform with "Food Intensification Program" along with "Social Forestry Program", reinforce farmers' rights over their farmlands and assure farmland tenure and ownership. The approach of "access reform" by means of the "Food Intensification Program", integrated with government intervention, might serve as the base for achieving the inclusivity and continuity of food sustainability in Napan Novelty - This study highlights the need for central and local governments to accelerate food production in underdeveloped regions through asset and access reform programs. Land Certification, Social Forestry Program, and the Food Intensification Program can all be implemented to strengthen farmers' land rights as well as their productivity. Type of Paper - Empirical. Ulama have an important and influential role to the Muslim societies in Indonesia. Ulama are Muslim scientists who master and well-understand of religious knowledge in Islam. At the present, Ulama also as an important figure who drives economic growth in the community in this case related to Islamic banking which conducts business activities based on sharia principles. The aim of the research is to explore the perception of Ulama towards the implementation of Islamic banking and to analyse the factors that influence the perception of Ulama in Semarang city. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Qualitative data is collected by interviewing 3 representatives of Indonesian Muslim organization including Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), Muhammadiyah and Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) in Semarang city. The data validity technique used is to use the triangulation method and the data collected are analysed by adopting the Miles and Huberman analysis model, which consists of three processes namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. The results showed that the Kiai and Ulama in Semarang city which could be classified from the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) revealed that their perceptions were limited to theories through the Qur’an and Hadits. Different from Muhammadiyah who better understand the implementation of Islamic banking because the representatives from the MUI and Muhammadiyah themselves act as Sharia Supervisory Board.

Background: Patients with congestive heart failure need a comprehensive rehabilitative program to restore post-attack physical ability and prevent re-attacks, therefore, it is necessary to develop physical activity protocols for these patients. Objective: This study aims to develop physical activity protocols for patients with congestive heart failure in the inpatient wards of the Level II Putri Hijau Hospital, Indonesia. Methods: This was an action research with 3 cycles consisting of four stages, namely: (1) reconnaissance, (2) planning, (3) action and observation, and (4) reflection. Data were collected quantitatively and qualitatively. Qualitative data were collected using in-depth interview, focus group discussion, and self-report, while quantitative data were collected using nursing knowledge questionnaire to 35 nurses selected using total sampling, and self-efficacy questionnaire about physical activity exercise to 9 patients with congestive heart failure selected using accidental sampling. Qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis, while quantitative data using descriptive statistical test. Results: Findings showed the completed compilation of physical activity protocols for patients with congestive heart failure. The results of observation showed a decrease in blood pressure of patients with congestive heart failure on the average of 3.12 mmHg after given physical activity protocol by nurses. Conclusion: The physical activity protocols for patients with congestive heart failure have been developed, and it has an impact on the increase of nurses' knowledge concerning physical activity exercise for CHF patients as well as the improvement of patients' self-efficacy or self-confidence in doing the physical activities.

ABSTRAKAKI di Indonesia terus meningkat, SDKI 2007 menunjukkan AKI sebesar 228 per 100.000, tahun 2012 menjadi 359 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Salah satu faktor masih tingginya AKI karena relatif masih rendahnya pertolongan oleh tenaga kesehatan yakni hanya sebesar 55,4%. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap penolong persalinan di wilayah Halmahera Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Subjek penelitian sebanyak 26 informan yang terdiri dari 7 ibu yang melahirkan dengan pertolongan dukun bayi, 2 orang suami, 3 orang tua, 4 tokoh masyarakat, 6 dukun bayi dan 4 orang bidan yang dipilih dengan kriteria inklusi. Analisis data menggunakan content analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa informan lebih memilih dukun bayi sebagai penolong persalinan karena informan percaya dukun bayi lebih berpengalaman dalam menolong persalinan, dukun bayi juga dinilai lebih perhatian dan sabar dalam melayani pasiennya. Pemilihan dukun bayi sebagai penolong persalinan berkaitan dengan pelayanan yang diberikan dan kepercayaan masyarakat itu sendiri.Kata Kunci: Penolong Persalinan, Kepercayaan, Dukun Bayi.ABSTRACTMMR in Indonesia continues to increase, IDHS 2007 shows MMR of 228 per 100,000 in 2012 to 359 per 100,000 live births. One factor is still high maternal mortality rate due to relatively low relief by the health provider only by 55.4%. The aim of research to describe people's confidence in birth attendants in the region of North Halmahera. This type of research is qualitative. Data were collected using FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Research subjects were 26 informants consisted of 7 mothers who gave birth with the help of TBAs, 2 husbands, 3 parents, 4 community leaders, 6 TBAs and 4 midwives chosen by the inclusion criteria. Analysis of data using content analysis. The results showed that the informant preferring TBAs as birth attendants because informants believe TBAs are more experienced in attending births, TBAs are also considered more attention and patience in serving patients. Selection of TBAs as birth attendants associated with the services provided and the trust of society itself. Keywords: Delivery Helper, Confidence, TBAs.

As a maritime ethnic, Butonese people migrated to some places. A rather large amount of them are in Province of Maluku, Indonesia. This study aims at investigating Butonese cultural landscape in their new migrant region. Is there any different? If this study also aims to know social interaction among ethnics and how it affects Butonese cultural landscape dynamics. This study took place in Negeri Kawa, western part of Seram Regency, Maluku Province, on November 2015. The method used in the study was a qualitative method with in depth interview by snowball and triangulation technique, observation participation, focus group discussion (FGD), and literature study. The result showed that there is a different between Butonese cultural landscape in Buton and Negeri Kawa. Stereotype, presumption, and prejudice to Butonese people also occur. However, it is not always negative because from those three things, the process of acculturation and adaptation as a form of respect and prevention of Butonese culture can occur in Negeri Kawa.

Purpose: In everyday life, humans when interacting with others often misunderstands and make apologies. Apologies in Japanese and English have different ways of delivering. Like the expression of apology "sumimasen" in Japanese and "Sorry" in English. This study uses a corpus-based approach to check the variation of apology strategies used in Japanese and English and then analyzed. This study aims to analyze and compare apologies in Japanese and English also study their contextual use.     Methodology: The method used in this study is a qualitative method with content analysis techniques consisting of the form of Japanese and English language apologies. Sources of research data are qualitative data sources from examples of Japanese and Bahasa sentences. Main Findings: it can be concluded that the expression of apology in Japanese and English is very diverse. Judging from the origin he said some phrases of apology in Japanese are more likely to be a misconception or misconduct (sumimasen, gomennasai, shitsureishimashita, mooshiwakearimasen, warui). Apologies in Japanese may vary depending on how severe the mistakes have been made and how well a person relates to the person who is the object of the error. Implications/Applications: The findings of this research can help individuals in communication and social interactions. Also, it provides an overview of apology in different settings and social situations.

 AbstractBackgroundA key part of treating and preventing malnutrition is the provision of effective nutrition education to the clients and caretakers so that they can self-manage their nutrition needs even after discharge from the hospital. For effective nutrition education, three factors are paramount; The successful transfer of knowledge and skills, client motivation to act on the acquired skills and knowledge and ensuring that the patient is able to understand and put to practice the educational messages given.MethodsThe study used cross sectional design with mixed method of data collection that involved 83 caretakers of admitted SAM children at Al-Sabah children hospital ITC, Sample size was determined using Cochran 1975, interviewer administered questionnaires and focus group discussion guide were the tools used in collecting data.Data set was generated using EPI info and analyzed using SPSS version 21, the analyzed descriptive data was triangulated with the qualitative data collected using FGD.Results The majority of the caretakers were female 78 (94%) of which 68 (81.9%) were mothers to the children that were admitted. Only 8 (9.6%) of the respondents were found to have attained effective nutrition education and majority of the respondents were found not to be recalling the information they were given during the education session.ConclusionAs per the guidelines adapted by the ministry of health republic of South Sudan, the nutrition education sessions conducted was found not be effective as most of the clients could not even recall the information given.
