The article is an attempt to systematize and analyse most of the existing images of Hetman Mykhailo Doroshenko created during 1991-2021. A life portrait of the Cossack leader was not found. The probability of the existence of such a portrait is very low due to a number of specific historical reasons of objective and subjective nature, as described in the article. The formation of modern iconography of Mykhailo Doroshenko was due to the growing interest in the biography of this leader of the Zaporozhian Cossacks in the context of the revival of interest in national history during the first years of Ukraine's independence. Further interest in the formation of the iconography of Mykhailo Doroshenko was fostered by the needs of national-patriotic education, museum activities and educational process. Doroshenko's modern iconography is imaginary, it does not reflect the real appearance of the hetman. The vast majority of images of this leader of the Zaporozhian Cossacks are works of the portrait genre, two paintings are made in the battle genre. Doroshenko's fabulous image was also used on philatelic articles and commemorative coins. There have not yet been erected monuments or memorials dedicated to Mykhailo Doroshenko in which the existing imaginary iconographic types of this figure would be used

Portugal has port, Spain has sherry, Sicily has Marsala –– and California has angelica. Angelica is California's original wine: The intensely sweet, fortified dessert cordial has been made in the state for more than two centuries –– primarily made from Mission grapes, first brought to California by the Spanish friars. Angelica was once drunk in vast quantities, but now fewer than a dozen vintners make angelica today. These holdouts from an earlier age are each following a personal quest for the real. For unlike port and sherry, which have strict rules about their production, angelica never gelled into something so distinct that connoisseurs can say, ““This is angelica. This is not.”” This piece looks at the history of the drink, its foggy origins in the Mission period and on through angelica's heyday and down to its degeneration into a staple of the back-alley wino set. Several current vintners are profiled, and they suggest an uncertain future for this cordial.

The subject of the research is new tools for business financing using the initial coin offering (ICO) in the context of the development of cryptocurrencies and the blockchain technologies as their basis. The purpose of the work was to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the ICO in comparison with traditional financial tools as well as prospects, limitations and problems of using digital financial tools. Conclusions are made in relation to possibilities, limitations and application areas of digital business financing tools, particularly in the real sector, taking into account the specifics of the Russian economy and legislation. It is shown that the main problems of using the digital financial tools are related to the economic sphere and caused by the lack of adequate approaches to evaluation of assets as well as the shortage of objective information. The problems and new tasks of corporate finance in the digital economy are defined.

The real purpose of education is humanizing human beings. The most prominent thing in humanity is diversity, plurality or multiculturality. Indonesia is a country consisting of a plural society. This should be realized by all individuals in this nusantara society. Providing awareness of the existence of mulitikulturalitas or pluralism can be pursued in the educational process. For the sake of this interest, then in the educational process there must be some kind of integralization effort between forming the intellect and morality of learners. The function of integralization of moral and intellectual education is to know more about diversity then combine with knowledge and practice with morality then achieve the purposes of national education. The conclusions or findings of Freire’s and Ki Hadjar Dewantara’s analysis approach are the absence of differences in the educational portion, the absence of social classes as the limits of education, and the educator has a role as teacher not only as a facilitator but also as a identifierin diversity and be honest about the history, there is a link between learners and educators, mutual understanding, learners receive teaching, and educators learn to understand learners, and this function is summarized in education for freedom and ing ngarsho sung tuladha, ing madyo mangun karsha, tut wur handayani.

The article deals with the problems of patriotism education in Kazakhstan, associated with the radical socio-economic transformations taking place in the world and in our country. All these changes have caused great changes in the public consciousness and spiritual life of society. With the acquisition of Kazakhstan's status as a sovereign state, the education of patriotism among the younger generation requires a special approach and interpretation, in consequence of the multinational nature of this state. It is necessary to form the right attitude to their Homeland and this should engage society, as patriotism is not inherent in the genes, it is not hereditary, and social quality. Love for the Motherland is the deepest of human feelings, which are the spiritual Foundation of social and state development. Patriotism can become a criterion for assessing the essence and the whole life of a person. Patriotism is presented as a form of axiological development of personality.

The observations of the late transit of Venus, though made with all possible care and accuracy, have not enabled us to determine with certainty the real quantity of the sun's parallax; since, by a comparison of the observations made in several parts of the globe, the sun's parallax is not less than 8" 1/2, nor does it seem to exceed 10". From the labours of those gentlemen, who have attempted to deduce this quantity from the theory of gravity, it should seem that the earth performs its annual revolution round the sun at a greater distance than is generally imagined: since Mr. Professor Stewart has determined the sun's parallax to be only 6', 9, and Mr. Mayer, the late celebrated Professor at Gottingen, who hath brought the lunar tables to a degree of perfection almost unexpected, is of opinion that it cannot exceed 8".

In the article theoretical and methodological principles of digital humanistic pedagogy – the science about the laws of creating a positive integrated educational reality as a result of the convergence of physical and virtual (created using ICT) training spaces (environments) are determined. Based on the use of modern ICT learning activity (formal, nonformal and informal) is at the intersection of two worlds: the real and the virtual. The article discloses the real state and prospects of the education of culture of communication of doctoral candidates for higher education in the educational process of an institution of higher education, which is considered as an integral part of the overall process of professional development of a future specialist. The results of the research of real state of students' culture of communication on the basis of cognitive, motivational and activity criteria are presented. The pedagogical conditions of education of communication culture of an institution of students of higher education are suggested. The article highlights the study of the problem of the formation of value orientations of education in the educational process. The authors tried to determine the modern values of upbringing and to reveal the teacher’s readiness to refract the existing stereotypes of upbringing values to the real needs of a modern child. The article reveals the results of sociological and pedagogical research, which allows the authors to correlate the real needs, demands of modern children, the specifics of the existing subculture and what significant adults are oriented towards, who determine the content, approaches in the upbringing and education of children. The results of studying the ideas and requests of not only children, but also parents and teachers are highlighted.The research methodology is based on the key ideas of the competence-based and subjective approach. The main methods of studying the stated problems are: analysis, interpretation and systematization of theoretical and experimental data. The analysis of the studied patterns was carried out from the standpoint of interdisciplinarity, pedagogical and social phenomena were considered as holistic, which made it possible to develop an approach to methodological support of teachers in the organization of significant and valuable educational events for preschoolers. In the context of the research, labour actions are identified that are most characteristic of teachers in the implementation of the event-based approach. The potential of labor actions that are not included in the repertoire of specialists has been studied, the motivation for this has been determined. The obtained results of the study made it possible to identify and describe the options for relevant technological tracks in educational approaches, to determine the specifics of the organization of educational events in a preschool institution, to draw practical conclusions that allow us to design subsequent directions for study. Improving the efficiency of public service is an important area for overcoming the crisis in relations between the state, society and a citizen. Modernization of civil service of Canada is carried out in a number of ways. Changes were made in a recruitment order for civil service by means of expansion of the powers of persons competent to solve these issues in ministries and government departments. One of the directions for improving the quality of the civil service was an increase in the level of training of public servants. Coordination of the educational process in various government departments is carried out by the Canadian School of Public Service. The system of human resources planning has been introduced. The quality of public services provided is improved with help of timely providing them in compliance with all requirements of a particular government department, and taking into account the rights of citizens by achieving a balance between the services provided and the money spent for this purpose and regular monitoring and evaluation of the dynamics of the providing process of services. One of the areas of modernization of the public service is the introduction of strict control over of public servants’ ethical standards. Actions that lead to a conflict of interest are legislatively prohibited. Strict bans in Canada are implied regarding the employment of persons who replace public office after the end of their career. As a result of the measures taken to fight corruption, including a sphere that is largely susceptible to corruption risks, Canada is among top ten countries with the least corruption. Achievement of positive results in the activities of civil servants became possible due to the state’s special attention to the issues of its modernization.
