“Tourism Policies and Regulations” is a basic professional course for tourism majors, which aims to train students to abide by laws and regulations, improve professionalism, and protect tourism interests. This article explores the selection of informatization platform, informatization teaching design, and diversified evaluation system in the process of teaching practice, and uses informatization teaching methods to change the teaching methods and status of teachers, enrich the course content, and improve students’ class participation and so on, and then cultivate tourism professional informatization talents who can meet the development needs of new tourism industry.

<p><em>In view of the problems in circuit course, flipped classroom is introduced and new teaching mode is explored. Teaching design, teaching reform suggestion, teaching effects and results are presented. It is verified that this kind of teaching mode can enhance the enthusiasm, initiative and participation of the students, teaching efficiency is also improved. It is also a good way for comprehensive practice. </em></p>

Based on the data from CNKI database, this study used CiteSpace to analyze the research hotspots and development trends of studies on English for Specific Purposes in China from 2000 to 2017. The results show that research hotspots mainly include college English ESP teaching reform, ESP teaching methods and models, needs analysis and ESP, ESP curriculum provision and curriculum design. The domestic studies on ESP experienced slow development in controversy, rapid development in practice and deep development with modern educational technology. Domestic ESP research has yielded fruitful results, but in the future, research on ESP evaluation system, ESP teachers, ESP corpora development, and ESP textbook construction should be deeply explored.

The purpose of this article is to research and analyze the differences students have noted in foreign programmes and suggest ways to development the crafts and home economics teacher education programme in Latvia. Students (n=14) were interviewed and asked to describe any noted differences in the study organization process; indicate the various methods, assignments, and assessment practices used in home economics and craft courses, including teaching practice; and attitude of students towards the study process. Content analysis of the interviews indicate students' suggestions to development the crafts and home economics learning and teaching process, as well changes in teaching practice made by the students. Research results indicate that the students offered more information on differences than suggestions for development. The greatest differences were noted in the acquisition of crafts skills, followed by the organization of the study process and home economics. Student suggestions focused mainly on course content, but actual changes were implemented in teaching methods.

The curriculum ideological and political teaching practice for “Machinery CAD Fundamentals” has been established in this paper. Firstly, the guiding ideology of ideological and political teaching design has been proposed. Then the ideological and political elements contained in the knowledge points have been excavated out. Finally, the teaching roadmap of the curriculum ideological and political implementation has been developed and the teaching practice has been carried out. Teaching experiments demonstrated good results by performing ideological and political teaching reform.

Digital signal processing is one important fundamental course for the students in the department of electrical engineering. The paper analyzes its teaching status based on the characteristics and problems in the teaching process of digital signal processing course. Combining the analysis and the personal teaching practice, the paper introduces how to reform the teaching methods and improve the quality in the course of digital signal processing, such as choosing a suitable textbook, inspiring students’ learning interest, organizing the teaching content reasonably, and combining multimedia and board writing, etc. Accordingly, students can better comprehend the basics of digital signal processing, and lay the foundation for further studies.
