The paper is devoted to the analysis of the selected aspects of e-consumer behavior. Specifically, to the application of innovative methods of evaluating customer interactions within the environment of the virtual social network Facebook. From the point of view of the actual implementation of presented research, the activity of customer tribes of the five largest e-commerce entities in the Czech virtual market was analyzed and evaluated. The data needed to process the analysis were collected during the first state of emergency declared in the Czech Republic in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic. Through the analysis of data on the interactions of customer groups in a highly non-standard situation, it was possible to outline specific patterns of consumer behavior, in particular the extent and nature of their interactions in B2C communication on the social network Facebook. From the findings we can deduce a shift in the timing of interactions towards the morning hours, which we consider both as an effect of working from home and as a deviation from the usual patterns of behavior. In our opinion, it is necessary to take both of these effects into account when planning marketing communication.

Facebook as a corporate communication tool for companies? A content analysis of the communication strategies of reputable Belgian companies on the social network site Facebook as a corporate communication tool for companies? A content analysis of the communication strategies of reputable Belgian companies on the social network site This study used a quantitative content analysis to investigate how twelve reputable Belgian companies use Facebook as a corporate communication tool. Findings indicate that companies use Facebook more often to post public relations than marketing communication content. The former is also more often shared than the latter. However, the latter creates more engagement in terms of reactions of the company on comments of users. Furthermore, about one fourth of the company posts did not generate any written reactions from users and can be classified as one-way communication. Almost 40% of the posts generated reactions from the users. To conclude, in one third of the cases companies reacted on these reactions of users, and results reveal that this is more often the case when it concerns public relations content than marketing communication content. Reputation score was not able to predict the communication strategy used on Facebook.

Online Friends Determine the Persuasiveness of SNS Advertising Campaigns Online Friends Determine the Persuasiveness of SNS Advertising Campaigns Marketers more and more design advertising campaigns especially for Social Network Sites (SNS), with the aim that SNS users forward these campaigns to their online network. By means of a survey, this study investigates whether the persuasiveness of such campaigns is determined by the strength of the social connection between receiver and the sender of the campaign. The results support the idea that SNS campaigns are more persuasive when forwarded by close friends, than when forwarded by less strong social connections. Thus, the social context plays a crucial role in the persuasiveness of marketing communication activities within SNS.

Abstract: The statements made in recent years by deputies of the Popular Party Pablo Casado and Rafael Hernando trying to belittle, if not insult, the victims of Francoism, have raised blisters on the social network Twitter. In the present article, we will try to study these statements, especially those expressed in the networks through the media and the corresponding reactions that have aroused among the users of this social network. The treatment will be eminently journalistic and aims to cover two large fields. The first one assumes that the statements of the deputies could be considered opinion, so we try to confirm this hypothesis by checking the statements of this type of journalism and its relationship with a boundary field such as manipulation. In the second field of analysis we would try to delimit the words of the two politicians according to the rules of journalistic information and interpretation in order to verify if the information contained in them is true and if the possible interpretation is It does so using objective criteria of performance, or on the contrary, it does not respect any of the logical steps that should guide any journalistic interpretive process that tries to conform to some minimum ethical standards. Naturally, opinion is free, and from this point of view, and descending to concrete cases, it is perfectly legitimate to state that the victims do not deserve any subsidy. It is another thing to shed masked claims under that supposed freedom of opinion. For example, the descendants of the victims have only moved when there have been subsidies. Keywords: Partido Popular, Pablo Casado, Rafael Hernando, Twitter.

They want to enter the Ukrainian market place, but it will be impossible for the next 10 years because of political and ideological considerations. This type of furniture manufacturers will take a prominent place on the internal market very soon. Many Ukrainians are aware about IKEA, they are buying products online from foreign distributors but do not have the ability to buy in branded stores, because they do not exist on the territory of Ukraine. The importance of the social networks in the world of temporary rural workers. Abstract This paper seeks to analyze different links used by temporary rural workers to build their employability. The network concept is useful to study social relations that have the particularity of being dynamic, intermittent and not necessarily limited to one time, address or space. From this point of view we favor the use of a social relations perspective, rather than one based on the particular characteristics of individuals and their position in the society as a whole.Based on fieldwork conducted in the Valle de Uco (Mendoza, Argentina), we find that networks help to explain social relations unfolded in the world of labor. Keywords: Temporary rural workers. The advent of social media offers yet another set of communication channels which can brand add to integrated marketing communication strategies. Contrary to online advertising available on social media where traditional advertising logic provides an adequate explanation, the content creation and dialogue on social networks still lack sufficient understanding. Consequently, there are many companies which tend to misunderstand customers communication needs within the social media landscape. The obvious reason is the lack of knowledge combined with resistance to change. To bridge this gap, there is a need for empirical research which will clarify the current communication needs of customers. To explore this phenomenon, exploratory research employing questionnaire involving 481 respondents was evaluated with factor analysis method. Identification of three factors provided deeper insights into the understanding of attitudes and behaviour of the current internet population in the Czech Republic. Social network Facebook was chosen as the most widespread not only locally but also globally. Based on this research and previous research studies on communication, a new communication model is proposed in which the element of interaction is the most important. The proposed scheme bears some novel aspects. Firstly, the content in our model is not created outside as in previous models. A social network itself provides a platform for content creation. Secondly, we expanded the physical technical environment of the social network by the abstract brand community in which not only customers but the employees form a vital part. Lastly, the data plays an important role as a valuable tool for feedback and further analysis. Data flow from customer to company enables managers to execute true mass individualisation.

Social networking content is characterized by many different aspects that may be of interest to a researcher (e.g., the terminology used in social networks appearing as some content delivery model). However, from the point of view of communicative expediency, we will be interested in the communicative aspect of the circulation of social networks: content creation, message structuring, a specificity of perception of this message by network members, and features of expansion and growth of content. This article aims to elucidate the interconnection and interdependence of traditional media and social networks. To accomplish this, its objectives are: 1) to identify the commonality and difference of content inherent in traditional media and social networks; 2) to understand the structure of the newest audiences formed as a result of the converged communication product; 3) to formulate features of «design» of social networks with the participation of media. The object of the article is the collaboration between media and social networks. The subject of the article is communication models of such collaboration. The methodology of the study is based on the use of general research methods of studying the specificity of the analysis of social and communication phenomena. For media, the phenomenon of participation in social networks means multiplication: not to be present in any network platform — the problem is not social, but of worldview. We argue that participation in the social network is no longer a matter of mediation between the audience and the media, but direct involvement in the life of the audience, adherence to the globalism factor, profile coordination of content. Platforms such as Twitter or Facebook become communications net works with participating citizens from anywhere on the planet. These platforms transform them into a network of employees who, by becoming the so-called «citizen journalists», collaborate with professional media. Moreover, they become authors creating new forms, modes and ways of mass communication: newest slang, content, meanings and so on. Therefore, the phenomenon of social networks guarantees the participating media a social and communication «multiplication». Such participation drives the needs, opinions, and desires of both network members and the audience as a new journalism mission-focused not on the truth for the audience but on the audience as a factor in evaluating the truth. We conclude that society’s progress cannot be made without the process of transforming the structures of the social-communication system and the relations between the participants within that system. Moreover, this progress should take place not so much in the spheres of production, distribution, and consumption of social-communication products as within the influence of the results of social networking activities on the measurement of the behavior of members of society. It is a kind of «design» of social networks. The role of designers in the design of such social networking design is to contribute to the new communication reality. We introduce the term «social network designers». Those carry out the design, planning, step-by-step steps of implementation and calculation of the effectiveness of social-network projects. They must adapt their way of work to the dynamic conditions of functioning of social networks, dynamically optimize their ability to respond to those new ones created by these dynamics. There is a persistent need to find usable ways of measuring social network and support for children. Up to now virtually nothing is known about the social network from the child's viewpoint. In order to evaluate whether drawing a structured social network map (the Five Field Map) could serve as a way of elucidating important aspects of the social world of children, the maps of different samples of children were studied. In a school class of 27 children, aged 11 years, a test-retest study was undertaken. The essential aspects of the map showed good stability over time. The map was compared with other instruments of social interaction in different samples. Predicted associations were found in the nonclinical samples. Aspects of the map measuring dissatisfaction, negative contacts, and conflicts were found to be associated with behaviour problems. The closeness factor of the map and reported dissatisfaction and conflicts differentiated a normal group of children living in single-parent families from a similar group of children with psychiatric problems. The Five Field Map contributes important knowledge about how children perceive their social world. It can thus be considered a suitable instrument to describe the social network from the child's point of view.
