<p><em>This paper tries to track a potential religious harmony through a local tradition namely the art of Masamper in Sangir community. This study uses a qualitative- descriptive method to reveal the religious aspect in Art Masamper by first doing a study observations of implementation art in society, to further explore the values of divinity contained in Masamper process, to keep watching the dialectic of art and religion that were rolling.</em> <em>As one of the cultural-religious studies, this study is not an experimental research seeking a rule, but an interpretive research that searches for meaning.</em> <em>So that any meaning contained in the overall aspect of Masamper (processes, and religious dialectic of culture) becomes the point of analysis obtained from the observation, in-depth interviews, and a review of literatures related to discourse analysis.</em> <em>The results showed that Masamper as one of the remains of the ancestral cultural arts in Sangir society, other than as a means of proselytism, it also becomes one of the adhesives socio-religious harmony in North Sulawesi. Masamper can dilute the differences in beliefs into a cultural engagement through art performances which invites the public to appreciate each other in the name of culture and mutual respect in the practice of religious beliefs</em><em>.</em><em></em></p>

State-Owned Country (BMN/D) is an important element in the government’s performance especially in providing servant to the public, central or local government, which must manage the BMN/D in order to be useful for the government and society. BMN/D’s Management is a process in manage pre-existing wealth or obtained from APBN/D expenses or other legal result that can be used in government and society’s activities. The classification BMN consists of, inventory, land, equipment and machine, buildings and construction, roads, irrigation and networks, construction in progress, and other fixed assets. The government has implemented procurement of good’s which is financed from (APBN). This study is aims to determine the accounting treatment and reporting for state-owned country (BMN) at the Regional representative Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in North Sulawesi Province. The research used descriptive method which aims that each data collected is analyzed, then drawn a conclusion and this type of research is qualitative descriptive. The results of this study is accounting treatment of state-owned country at  the Regional representative Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in North Sulawesi Province has been based on accrual and  the office’s reporting already in accordance with SAP (Government Accounting Standard) technical bulletin number 15.Keywords: Treatment, Accounting Reporting, BMN

Perempuan buruh pada umumnya memiliki tingkat pendidikan rendah, bekerja disektor pekerjaan yang tidak memerlukan pendidikan tinggi, ketrampilan dan keahlian khusus, serta berupah yang rendah. Salah satu pekerjaan yang dilakukan perempuan adalah sebagai buruh pabrik rokok. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menjelaskan profil dan latar belakang yang mendorong perempuan bekerja sebagai buruh pabrik rokok Janur Kuning Kudus di desa Piji Kecamatan Dawe. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif analitis. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perempuan bekerja sebagai buruh di pabrik rokok didorong oleh kondisi ekonomi keluarga yang terbelenggu dalam kemiskinan dan latar belakang tingkat pendidikan serta ketrampilan dan keahlian yang rendah. Jenis pekerjaan di pabrik Janur Kuning yang tidak memerlukan pendidikan tinggi, ketrampilan dan keahlian khusus dengan upah yang rendah, yaitu sebagai buruh mbatil, nggiling, dan nyontong. Dengan demikian para perempuan buruh pabrik rokok masih menjadi tenaga kerja yang termarginal. Dengan bekerjanya perempuan atau istri di luar rumah berarti perempuan atau istri mempunyai peran ganda yaitu bekerja di sektor domestik sebagai pengurus rumah tangga dan di sektor publik sebagai buruh pabrik rokok. Peran ganda tersebut akhirnya juga menjadikan mereka harus menyandang beban ganda yang lebih berat dibanding suami mereka.Working women from poor family generally have low education level, work sector jobs that do not require higher education, skills and expertise, as well as low wage. One of such women’s job is as cigarette factory workers. In this study, the author seeks to identify and explain the profiles and backgrounds that encourage women to work as a cigarette factory workers in Janur Kuning Kudus, Piji, Dawe, Kudus District. The research method used is qualitative descriptive method and data are collected with in-depth interviews and observation. Results show that women working as laborers in the tobacco plant is driven by poverty, low education levels and low skills and expertise. Types of work in factories that do not require higher education, skills and expertise include mbatil, nggiling, and nyontong. There are conditions that make the women’s cigarette factory workers marginalized workforce. This outside jobs also indicates that women have a double role: in the domestic sector as a housekeeper and in the public sector as a cigarette factory workers.

Tourism is known as a borderless sector or has no separating boundaries. It is important to facilitate accessibility for tourist with disability, so the development of a destination will increase as it can be enjoyed by anyone. The research was conducted using qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews. Then the data are analyzed by qualitative descriptive technique include: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results revealed that the needs of tourists with visual impairment include: guide tiles, tacticle map, signs, showroom lighting, audio availability, Braille text and hands on. The needs of tourist with mobility impairment include: accessibility in parking areas, ramps, doors, toilets, pathways, signs, plenty of seats, enough space in exhibit room, and displays are in suitable height. The sar culture is the pre-existing culture of the Kanum tribe whose implementation is aimed to maintain and preserve nature. Sar culture not only has a positive influence on the environment, but it also represents symbolic violence against women and the Kanum people. This research is aimed to describe sar culture based on the theory of habitus and symbolic violence by Bourdieu. This research involved a qualitative descriptive method, in which the data was obtained from in-depth interviews with Kanum tribal head, Kanum tribe elders, and some village residents involved in sar, observation in Naukenjerai district, and supported by literature review. All collected data were then analyzed descriptively according to the concepts of habitus and symbolic violence by Bourdieu. The research results show that sar culture is a habitus resulting from an interaction between human beings and their nature that has existed for long before. Besides that, there is symbolic violence to the Kanum women and also to the Kaum people, which done by the Kanum men and the leaders of the Kanum tribe as the dominant actors.

The e-retribution public service innovation by the Surakarta City Trade Office is a new concept regarding the online levy payment system. First launched in mid-2016, E-retribution as part of the implementation of smart government is included in the smart city indicator. This study uses the typology theory of public service innovation Muluk (2008). Research location in the city trade office Surakarta, with a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique was obtained by purposive sampling through informant interviews, observations and documents. The results show that the public service innovation with the e-retribution program can simplifying public services and saving more time, costs and human resources, ensuring accountable transactions. In addition, E-retribution has an impact on increasing Solo Local Revenue every year.

The aimed of this study was to analyze the management of Boonpring Ecotourism by Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in order to increase income of the village (PADes). This study uses a case study design with a qualitative descriptive method. Qualitative data obtained by conducting in depth interviews, observations and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of village, the Head of BUMDes, staff and community. Data reduction, data presentation, trianggulation and conclusion are data analysis  used in this study. The results of the study stated that the management of Boonpring Ecotourism had been carried out well by the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) of Sanan Kerto in accordance with the cooperative, participatory, transparent, accountable, and sustainable principles. Good management of Boonpring Ecotourism is expected to increase Income of village in a sustainable manner by exploring the potential of villages through the tourism sector even though there are obstacles in the application of participatory principles, namely the quality of Human Resources (HR) that need to be trained.Keywords: Management Principles; tourismp; BUMDes; Income of Village. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengelolaan Ekowisata Boonpring oleh Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan desa (PADes). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data kualitatif diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara secara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, kepala BUMDes, karyawan, dan masyarakat. Reduksi data, penyajian data, trianggulasi dan penarikan kesimpulan merupakan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menyatakan pengelolaan Ekowisata Boonpring sudah dilakukan dengan baik oleh Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Sanan kerto sesuai dengan prinsip kooperatif, partisipatif, emansipatif, transparan, akuntable, dan sustainable. Pengelolaan Ekowisata Boonpring yang baik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa secara berkelanjutan dengan menggali potensi desa melalui sektor pariwisata walaupun ada kendala dalam penerapan prinsip partisipatif yaitu kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang perlu dilatih.Kata Kunci: Prinsip Pengelolaan, wisata, BUMDes, PADes.

The construction of socio-cultural stigmatization on the understanding of mental disorders is particularly interesting to study in the people with mental disorders who received treatment at the Mental Hospital. Mental disorder is a disease caused by the chaos of thoughts, perceptions and behavior in which the individualaare not able to adjust to themselves, other people, society and the environment. By applying the cultural studies viewpoint that is siding with the oppressed, the study aims to determine the forms and factors causing the stigma of people with mental disorders. The research method used is observation, in-depth interviews and life history data collection. The collected data were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive and interpretative. The results showed that the forms of stigma with mental disorders are divided into two, namely the public stigma (stigma derived from the community) and self-stigma (stigma comes from the patient and his own family). The forms of the public stigma include rejection, exclusion, and violence. The self-stigma takes the forms, among others, prejudice, guilt, fear and anger. Factors behind the stigma of mental disorders are external and internal factors. External factors include, among others, the madness is a disgrace, the myth of mental illness, and people's belief regarding the role of dukun. While the internal factors are family knowledge of the etiology of mental disorders, lack of family support and feelings of shame.

Public Relations of Headquarters of the Indonesian Armed Forces (TNI Headquarters) must work with the Government Public Relations strategy to maintain a reputation by maintaining credibility, trustworthiness, reliability, and responsibility in delivering positive news to the internal and external public. This study aims to see how the government public relations strategy of the Indonesian National Armed Forces Information Center (Puspen TNI) maintained the reputation of the TNI institution. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method by interviewing the Head of Puspen TNI, non-participant observation, and documentation. The results showed that Puspen TNI in maintaining the reputation of the TNI, first, maintained credibility by measuring the objectivity and quality of the news. Second, it proclaimed information about TNI and the contribution of the TNI to the nation-state to the public through mass media and social media. Third, it disseminated the news according to the facts. Forth, it reported the performance of the TNI to the external and internal public regarding responsibility to the state and nation professionally and proportionally by providing information delivered directly through the TNI website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TV public relations TNI Streaming produced by Puspen TNI. It also maintained good relations between external media and editor in chief and journalists of print, electronic and online media.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility CSR) in the perspective of academic, business, and government (government) cooperation by PT. Telkom, Indonesia Tbk in District Kiaracondong Bandung. The research used qualitative descriptive method. The informants were chosen purposively which included representatives of companies, recipient communities, and local government apparatus. Data collection techniques were conducted through a series of in-depth interviews, field observations and documentary studies. The study found that CSR implementation through the empowerment of women in the process involves elements of academia and local government, so that the implementation shows the success and impact on the benefits felt by the community as reflected in the empowerment index .. Based on the results of the study recommended that the company establish cooperation also with the district level government,

Language has an important role in everyday human life in society. Jargon is a kind of language that is only used by certain communities as daily communication among its members. The jargon used by the transgender community is very interesting to understand because the jargon has its own form and meaning in its disclosure and can find out how the variety of jargon-shaped language used by transgenders in hiding their secrets so as not to be known by the public. It is evident that not all users of other languages understand the jargon. In this study, the researchers analyzed the jargon used by the waria community in the salon. This study aims to determine the jargon and describe and understand the meaning of the jargon used by the transgender community in interacting orally. The source of the research data was obtained from the subject, namely the transgender women who worked at the Retah salon in Pamulang, who used jargon in their daily communication with transgender women and sometimes with their customers. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, which describes and conveys data objectively. Describe the jargon terms of transgender language as the object of research. The data collection technique used is observation or see and note. The result of this research is the jargon used by waria in the form of transgender language vocabulary. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that 20 pieces of jargon used by transgender women in the salon were akika, rapose, capcus, endang gurindang, ink, sekong, belenjong, cucok, metong, hamidah, lekong, sapose, capcay, begindang, bala-bala, sindang. , lambreta, grasshopper, mesong, and mursida.Keywords: Waria, Jargon, Vocabulary
