This research study intended to provide evidence and proof of the positive effects, that applying of the Bio-Fertilizer Herbagreen produced through nanotechnology has on the agriculture in Albania. There are no doubts that nanotechnology is one of the most relevant innovations not only in agriculture, but also in other scientific fields such as biotechnology, medicine etc. Herbagreen nano-particles are able to directly penetrate plants after being applied, thus becoming immediately part of the plants lifecycle and metabolism. This is due to the new nano- and micro-dimensions of the grinded particles after being treated through TMAC (Tribo-Mechanical Activation of Calcite). This technology does not interfere with the mineral initial composition. It simply grinds the mineral particles in nano-dimensions and by so doing increases sensibly their contact surface. This makes these particles “magically” influence the yield quantity and quality in the treated plants. Based on the experiments performed during two consecutive years on the selected crops of corn and wheat, it was noticed that in addition to a yield increase in the plots treated with this nanotechnology, there was also an increase in the gluten values in wheat, while regarding the percentage values of proteins and lipids it was noted that the values of the treated plots with Herbagreen had the same values of the plots treated with the maximal dosage of chemical fertilizers. It was also concluded, that using of the Herbagreen fertilizers can avoid or reduce the soil and waters contamination caused by only traditional mineral fertilizers use. The financial costs for the treatment can be reduced as well.

Post-secondary institutions across North America have adopted animal-assisted activities as a way to promote better mental health in their students. The current research study of 242 Canadian college and university students sought to contribute to our collective understanding of the aspects of the programs and characteristics of students that are related to promotion of better mental health in post-secondary students including decreased stress, and increased happiness and well-being. Results of a repeated measures design showed that students demonstrated greater positive effects on stress, happiness, and well-being when they touched dogs as compared to when they observed them. Furthermore, positive mental health outcomes were correlated with greater durations of contact as well as with higher levels of animal affiliation in students. Implications for post-secondary institutions are discussed.

Crimes are inherently a bad thing, which is hated by every gentleman of society. Almost every society and every religion has enacted laws to prevent crimes. Since Islam is a natural religion, the laws of Islam are according to nature, in contrast to some of the laws of other religions, some are laws made by human wisdom, some of which are accept to Sharia. While some reject others. The implementation of all these laws must some effect impress on the prevention of crime. One of those laws is also the law of punishing extortionate or financial penalties. While there are positive effects of this law on anti-crime, the negative effects cannot be ruled out. Due to this law is causing the crime in society to increase rather than decrease. That is why there has been a difference of opinion among the scholars regarding the justification and non-justification of this punishment.Since financial penalties are officially have been implemented in most countries, including Pakistan, it is important to clarify that the Sharia justifies it or not? and what is its positive or negative role in anti-crime?

Obtaining a high yield of root chicory is determined by the optimal density of plants and their uniform distribution on the field, in this regard, the study of the method of growing root chicory is an important research area in modern agricultural science and is the study goal. Phenological observations, biometric studies were carried out according to the methods of Mosesychenko, M. F. Trifonova, A. Kh Zaviryukha. The material of the investigations was the soil of the experimental field – podzolic chernozem , medium loamy in forest-like loam. Root chicory plants were used as objects of research. The studies were conducted at the experimental field of the Khmelnitsky State Agricultural Experimental Stations of the Institute of Feed Research and Agriculture of Podillya NAAS during 2010–2014. The proposed energy-saving method for growing chicory root crops with a combined row spacing provides yield increase of chicory root crops, due to the fact that the placement of sowing after optimal predecessors, the introduction of organic and mineral fertilizers, sowing according to the established scheme by alternating the main and technological row spacing is carried out in accordance with the width of the sowing unit, which provides the optimal nutritional area of each plant close to the square with the corresponding sheniem parties established by a formula taking into account the need to make optimum density of plants per unit area (hectare) at the beginning of the collection, thus improving the productivity of root crops to 5-6 tons per hectare; mechanized crop care with a combined row spacing according to the established rational scheme of movement of the undercarriage of the unit along the main and technological row spacing allowed to reduce damage to plants by the energy tool undercarriage and increase the productivity of the unit by 15-20%; harvesting tops and root crops in a continuous way with a rational grip width of harvesting aggregates with a combined row spacing allowed to reduce losses of root crops by 1.5-2.0 times. The technological result consists in the fact that sowing, mechanized care of crops and harvesting is carried out by sending the running gear of energy resources along the technological, “M” aisles, and the machine wheels along the main “m” aisles.

Abstract The present research work tries to assess the performance of self compacting mortar containing zircon sand as substitute for river aggregate in combination with nano alumina and nano silica as additive for cement. The fresh state results as observed through slump cone and mini V funnel showed positive effects of zircon sand balancing the negative effect of nano particles addition on workability. The mechanical properties, durability and microstructure of the mortar were assessed by conducting experiments at normal temperature and after subjecting to temperatures of 2000C, 4000C, 6000C and 8000C. The results indicate that addition of nano alumina and nano silica contributed towards the mechanical strength enhancement at elevated temperatures in combination with zircon sand which is a very good refractory material. The durability of the self compacting mortar at elevated temperatures enhanced due to the combined action of nano materials and zircon sand which is evident through microstructure analysis.

The article represents the results of research for 2016–2018 in the condition of Western Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. The yield of winter barley obtained under various fungicide treatment and three diff erent fertilization dose rates of (N40P30K40, N80P60K80, N120P90K120) was compared in the study The influence of mineral fertilizers on the diseases development was studied along with fungicides application effi ciency for the following diseases of Wintmalt variety of winter barley: net blotch, powdery mildew, and spot blotch. Three major diseases were observed in barley crops during the research years: net blotch, powdery mildew and spot blotch. It has been established that increasing the level of fertilization contributes to the increase of disease development in barley crops. Thus, the highest level of net blotch (51.7 %), spot blotch (15.4 %) and powdery mildew (17.5 %) was observed on the variant of N120P90K120. High effi ciency of the studied fungicides was established. The highest technical effi cacy of the preparations was obtained on the variant of Systiva 1,5 l/t + Adexar Plus 1,0 l/ha in the stage of the fl ag leaf. The results of the studies showed that the highest yield (9.27 t/ha) of the Wintmalt variety of winter barley under the studied conditions was obtained on the variant of complete mineral fertilization N120P90K120 and the treatment of fungicide plant protection by Systiva 1.5 l/t (BBCH 00) + Adexar Plus (BBCH 39) 1.0 l/ha. The fungicide protection of Systiva applied to the seeds along with the pre-sowing treatment, ensured a yield increase of 0.64 t/ha, 0.68 t/ha and 0.77 t/ha on the N40P30K40, N80P60K80, N120P90K120 respectively. The highest yield increase compared to the control was obtained on the Systiva 1.5 l/t (BBCH 00) + Adexar Plus (BBCH 39) 1.31–1.69 t/ha depending on the dose rates of fertilization. Fungicide protection is recommended to apply to all the studied fertilizers dose rates, but the highest yield increase from the fungicides was obtained on N 120P90K120. The results of the research were obtained in 2019-2020 on sod-podzolic middle-loam soil in the conditions of EuroNorth-East of the Russian Federation. There were studied 18 variants of increasing doses of mineral fertilizers in the range from 30 to 150 kg of active ingredient per hectare. Under the conditions of 2019 growing season, nitrogen fertilizers influenced the value of yield of Novichok barley variety to a greater extent (Y = 0.67 - 0. 11x2 + 1.33x, R2 = 0.92), in 2020 - phosphorus fertilizers (Y = 1.48 - 0.02x2 + 0.48x, R2 = 0.99). On average, over 2 years of research, the yield in the control variant without the use of fertilizers was 0.87 t/ha. Yield increase of barley grains because of enlarged fertilizer doses ranged from 1.38 to 3.90 t/ha. The payback of 1 kg of active ingredient of fertilizers with increase of barley yield decreased due to enlarged doses: from 15.3 (N30P30K30) to 8.3 kg (N150P150K150). On average for two years of the research the increasing doses and ratios of mineral fertilizers had no significant effect on technological properties of spring barley seeds. The content of crude protein in grain grew with increase in fertilizer doses (r = 0.55). To obtain grain of the 2nd class of quality it is necessary to apply not less than 90 kg of active ingredient/hectare of ammonium nitrate. According to the content of crude cellulose, the 1st class of grain quality has been obtained, and this indicator did not depend on the application of fertilizers. High profitability of cultivation of the Novichok spring barley variety (from 54.2 to 59.1 %) has been recorded by application of mineral fertilizers in doses N60P60N120, N60P60K60 and N120P120K120.

The analysis of literary sources showed that interest in chickpeas is increasing, sown areas under this crop are expanding, and technological features for chickpea cultivation are changing. The yield of chickpea seeds to a large extent depends on the biological characteristics of the variety, fertilizers, compliance with the timing and methods of sowing, inoculation of seeds and the like. Much attention should be paid to the system of protection of chickpea agrocenoses from harmful organisms. Weak competition of chickpea plants with weeds is primarily due to the peculiarity of the development of this culture in the early stages, when there is an intensive development of the root system and slow - the aboveground part. In these early stages of their development, chickpea plants are not yet able to fully compete with weeds. The latter, on the contrary, are serious competitors, as they actively use nutrients, moisture and shade plants. High selectivity and herbicidal activity in chickpea crops were shown by soil preparations: Stomp, 33% k.e. (4.0 l / ha); Harness, 90% (1.5–3.0 l / ha); Optima frontier (0.8– 1.0 l / ha). Weed reduction was 85–90% and yield increase was 0.71–0.82 t / ha. Of the post-emergence herbicides in chickpea crops in conditions of mixed weed type, it was advisable to use Pulsar (0.5-0.9 l / ha) and Pivot (0.5-0.8 l / ha). Weed loss was 81.0–82.0% and yield increase was 0.72–0.76 t / ha. When using different herbicides, the yield of chickpea grain was in the range from 1.26 to 1.44 t / ha. The presence of chickpeas in crops leads to severe inhibition, especially in the initial stages of vegetation. The most effective and economically feasible at present is the use of a tank mixture of herbicides Harnes + Gezagard 500 FM (2.0 l/ha + 3.0-4.0 l/ha) which makes it possible to control a wide range of weeds and extend the duration of the protective shield preparations. Chickpea seeds ripen fairly evenly throughout the plant, the beans do not crack or crumble, the plants do not lie down, so when harvested by direct combining there are no problems. The growing season in chickpeas lasts 80-120 days, depending on the variety and growing conditions, so it is harvested in late July or early August after harvesting cereals. The yield of chickpea seeds varies in the range 1.4–2.7 t/ha, and with proper technology and climatic conditions it can be 2.5–3.5 t/ha. Key words: chickpeas, agrocenosis, technology, mineral fertilizers, weeds, herbicides, biological products, productivity.

To improve the technology of winter wheat cultivation it becomes more relevant to discuss the issue of enhancing crop microelement nutrition, which is very important when mineral fertilizers are applied at a higher rate than the one accepted in the zone. Chornozem (black) soils in general, and southern ones in particular, have a neutral or slight alkaline response, i.e. most of the microelements are slow movable and in fact are not available for the plants. The efficiency of the microelement application uppermost affected by the form they are in. Recent experiments prove that the most efficient form of microelement transportation to the plants is complex compounds of metals with organic ligands – chelates. The most common chelators are organic acids with carboxyl groups: ethylendiamintetraacetic (EDTA), diethylentryaminpentaacetic (DTPA), dihydroxybutylendiamintetraacetic (DBTA), ethylendiamindisuccinic (EDDA); phosphonic acids – oxyethylendendiphosphonic (OEDF) and nitryltrymethylenphosphonic (NTF). The research aims to study the effect of forms and ways of zinc application on the yield formation and grain quality of soft winter wheat on the southern chornozems (black soils). The experiments were carried out on southern chornozems, low-humus heavy loamy well-cultivated. The size of a sown plot is 120 m2, that of a record one is 50 m2, replication is fourfold. Fertilizers were applied in a form of ammonium nitrate, granulated superphosphate and potassium salt, and also superphosphate with zinc complexonate (0.75 %). Vegetative winter wheat fields were treated with the solutions of zinc salts with help of a manual sprayer. An experiment scheme was given when the results were presented. Black fallow was the predecessor of winter wheat, cv. Knopa. The efficiency of microelement was studied when it was applied in the form of zinc sulfate, chelate form, where oxyethylendendiphosphonic (OEDF) oxyethylendendiphosphonic (OEDF), superphosphate with zinc chelate on OEDF basis were used as ligand (0.75 %) Monitoring and analyzing were done according to the conventional methods in compliance with a standard technique. Statistical processing of the received results was done using a package of applied software Excel and Statistika, the methods of dispersive, correlative and regressive analyses. When N90P60K40, which contained superphosphate modified with zinc complexonate based on OEDF, was applied, the yield increase was 20.2 % as compared with the variant without fertilizers, including 6.4 % – due to zinc. It is advisable to apply zinc in the form of its complexonate with OEDF, the yield increase is 0.15 cwt/ha, as compared with zinc sulfate, and a share of the effect of this factor is 14.0 %. The application of zinc complexonate under pre-sowing cultivation at a rate of 2.0 kg/ha had no benefit over one-time treatment of the plants at the phase of tillering at a rate 250 g/ha, but doing this treatment at a phase of shooting resulted in a serious yield increase (0.20 t/ha at SSD 0.95 = 0.18). Foliar application with the solution of zinc complexonate (250 g/ha) increases the grain yield of winter wheat with the highest effect from a two-time treatment at tillering and shooting phases; the increase ranges from 0.20 to 0.54 t/ha. The efficiency of Zn application by 75.7-96.0% in arid conditions of the south of Ukraine is defined by hydrothermal conditions of spring vegetation, and a microelement helps winter wheat plants develop resistance to a temperature stress. A grain zinc concentration in the experimental variants ranged from 18.4 to 22.1 mg/kg (in the control it was 14.5 mg/kg). Key words: zinc, winter wheat, vegetation phases, quality, southern chornozem.
