ResumoCada grupo sociocultural desenvolve saberes e fazeres ao longo de sua trajetória de existência, oriundos de suas vivências familiares e comunitárias. Todavia, muitas vezes, há um distanciamento entre o arsenal de conhecimentos próprios dos grupos/povos e os conhecimentos escolares. Este artigo tem como objetivo discutir aspectos culturais vivenciados por ribeirinhos da Amazônia e problematizar a educação escolar desenvolvida em comunidades ribeirinhas. Trata-se de um estudo de abordagem qualitativa com inspiração etnográfica, desenvolvido em escolas de comunidades ribeirinhas do município de São Domingos do Capim, no Estado do Pará. Os resultados evidenciam o modo de vida dos ribeirinhos, apresentando especificidades desse grupo sociocultural, como as práticas de subsistência e a comercialização, trazendo à tona reflexões acerca do contexto educacional presente nas comunidades integrantes da pesquisa.Palavras-chave: Amazônia. But many times we can found a distance between the knowledge of those people and the school knowledge. This article aims to discuss cultural aspects lived by “ribeirinhos” (riverain communities) from the Amazon and to problematize the school education developed in those communities. The work proposed an qualitative approach with ethnographical inspiration developed in schools for “ribeirinhos” communities from São Domingos do Capim, a city in the state of Pará. The ideology of Pancasila as a way of life, the basis of the state, and national identity has a various challenge from time to time so that the existence of Pancasila as an Ideology must be maintained, especially in industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is a qualitative approach by doing study of literature. In data collection the writer used documentation while in techniques data analysis used content analysis, inductive and descriptive. Results of the research about challenges and strengthening of the Pancasila Ideology in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are: (1)  grounding Pancasila, (2) increasing professional human resources based on Pancasila’s values, (3) maintaining the existence of Pancasila as the State Ideology.

This review of Robert F Hefner's book begins with the relevance of this book's cover to the current pros and cons regarding school uniforms and their relation to religion. This book was published when issues and religious symbols strengthened in the electoral process in Indonesia, at least in the 2014 elections and the DKI Regional Head Elections. Even though the proponent of this issue lost, the influence of Islam in the way of life of the state is getting stronger. In historical terms, Islam has always been an important factor in socio-political life since the Dutch East Indies to Indonesia today. Studies on the Dutch East Indies (Indology) to studies on Indonesia (Indonesia studies) always place Islam as a strong variable. Starting from Snouck Hurgonje to Cliford Geertz who was a pioneer in the study of Islam and their work became a reference for subsequent studies. Hefner's edited book contributes to showing the role and influence of Islam in contemporary Indonesia, especially after the reformation. Although not specifically reviewing Islam and Indonesia, all existing analyzes on democracy, law, politics, and socio-cultural aspects related to media, entertainment and ethnicity are closely related to Islam, as well as gender and plural society.

O referido trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar o estado de conservação da nascente do Rio Camaratuba, localizada entre os territórios dos municípios de Duas Estradas/PB e Serra da Raiz/PB. Procurou-se investigar, de modo singular, se a nascente conta com a presença de cercas de proteção; se há atividade agropecuária no entorno; verificar a situação da mata ciliar e ainda tentar compreender a concepção da comunidade que mora próximo com relação à importância da nascente. A metodologia aplicada para a realização desta produção foi a pesquisa de campo, que aliado a uma abordagem qualitativa evidenciou a descrição que a nascente em questão não está nos parâmetros e conformidades da LEI Nº 12.727 de 17.10.2012, que indica a situação de conservação das áreas no entorno das nascentes e dos olhos d’água perenes, qualquer que seja sua situação topográfica, no raio mínimo de 50 (cinquenta) metros. Os resultados apontados durante as expedições geográficas foram que a nascente se inseri na zona ruim quanto ao grau de proteção, de modo que os impactos ambientais são notórios quanto a presença de resíduos sólidos ao redor da nascente, vegetação alterada, presença de odor e espumas na água.Palavras-chave: Degradação ambiental, Nascente, “Território das águas”. ABSTRACTThe objective of this study was to evaluate the state of conservation of the source of the Camaratuba River, located between the territories of the municipalities of Duas Estradas / PB and Serra da Raiz / PB. It was sought to investigate, in a singular way, if the source has the presence of protection fences; if there is agricultural activity in the environment; to verify the situation of the ciliary forest and still to try to understand the conception of the community that lives near with respect to the importance of the source. The methodology applied for the realization of this production was the field research, which together with a qualitative approach evidenced the description that the nascent in question is not in the parameters and conformities of LEI Nº 12.727 of October 17, 2012 that indicates the conservation status of the areas in the vicinity of the springs and perennial water eyes, whatever their topographic situation, within a minimum radius of 50 (fifty) meters. The results pointed out during the geographic expeditions were that the spring was inserted in the bad zone as to the degree of protection, so that the environmental impacts are notorious for the presence of solid residues around the source, altered vegetation, presence of odor and foams in water.Keywords: Ambiental Degradation, Spring, “Territory of waters”. RESUMENEste estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar el estado de conservación del manantial del río Camaratuba, ubicado entre los territorios de los municipios de Duas Estradas / PB y Serra da Raiz / PB. Intentamos investigar, de manera singular, si la primavera tiene presencia de cercas protectoras; si hay actividad agrícola en los alrededores; verificar la situación del bosque ribereño y aún tratar de comprender la concepción de la comunidad que vive cerca de la importancia de la primavera. La metodología aplicada para esta producción fue la investigación de campo, que aliada a un enfoque cualitativo evidenció la descripción de que la fuente en cuestión no está en los parámetros y conformidad de la Ley N ° 12.727 de 17.10.2012, que indica la situación de conservación de la áreas alrededor de los manantiales y ojos de agua perennes, cualquiera sea su situación topográfica, dentro de un radio mínimo de 50 (cincuenta) metros. Los resultados señalados durante las expediciones geográficas fueron que el manantial está en la zona mala en cuanto al grado de protección, por lo que los impactos ambientales son notables como la presencia de residuos sólidos alrededor del manantial, vegetación alterada, presencia de olores y espumas área en el agua.Palabras clave: Degradación ambiental, Primavera, “Territorio de aguas”.

What is an underground? Is it possible to embed this particular way of life into any definition? After all, even underground did not have the need to define itself at the beginning. The presented text represents a brief reflection of the development of underground in Czechoslovakia; attention is paid to the impulses from the West, which had a significant influence on the underground. The text focuses on the key events that influenced the underground. For example, the “Hairies (Vlasatci)” Action, which took place in 1966, and the State Security activity in Rudolfov in 1974. The event in Rudolfov was an imaginary landmark and led to the writing of a manifesto that came into history as the “Report on the Third Czech Musical Revival.”

AbstractThis article proposes a framework for empirical research on contested meaning of norms in international politics. The goal is to identify a design for empirical research to examine associative connotations of norms that come to the fore when norms are contested in situations of governance beyond-the-state and especially in crises. If cultural practices shape experience and expectations, they need to be identified and made ‘account-able’ based on empirical research. To that end, the proposed qualitative approach centres on individually enacted meaning-in-use. The framework comprises norm-types, conditions of contestation, types of divergence and opposition-deriving as a specific interview evaluation technique. Section one situates the problem of contestation in the field of constructivist research on norms. Section two introduces distinctive conditions of contestation and types of norms. Section three details the methodology of conducting and evaluating interviews and presents the technique of opposition-deriving with a view to reconstructing the structure of meaning-in-use. Section four concludes with an outlook to follow-up research.

This paper focuses on interpersonal communication in interfaith families. Interfaith families are smallunits of society whose members are of different religions. Differences are often a source of conflict between husband and wife, including religion. In the way of life of interfaith couples, different opinions about beliefs cause problems. Differences are still unavoidable in families married to different religions. Religious differences can lead to prolonged conflicts. Although different religions, of course, the family has the right to live in peace and happiness as a family in general. However, it is undeniable that interfaith families cannot last long. Therefore, efforts are needed for families to be able to live with each other accepting differences in terms of different religions. Communication is one of the efforts to maintain family harmony. Lack of communication can cause rifts in the household. The purpose of the study was to describe the effectiveness of interpersonal communication for families of different religions. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. This approach seeks to find problems and solutions in the field. Research results in interpersonal communication are communication between individuals or between groups. Interpersonal communication will be more effective if the atmosphere is equal. That is, there must be a tacit acknowledgement that both parties are equally valuable and valuable. Husbands and wives have something important to contribute. In an interpersonal relationship characterized by equality, disagreement and conflict are seen as an attempt to understand differences. This communication helps in avoiding and reducing various problems and can share knowledge and experiences with family members. There are five general qualities of interpersonal communication effectiveness for interfaith families: 1) Openness, 2) Empathy, 3) Supportive Attitude, 4) Positive Attitude, 5) Equality.

Abstract This paper aims to contribute towards a better understanding of the dynamics of women's movements and their relations with institutions, political parties and the official mechanisms used to promote gender equality. It is the outcome of the first study on State feminism in Portugal. Our research was carried out using a case study which focused on the main gender equality official mechanism and its networks, which required a qualitative approach. We concluded that currently, while the Portuguese State is confronted with its persistent inability to implement gender equality policies, the present situation of Portuguese women's movements is that of redefining and adjusting to the major challenge of reinvention and resignification within a very difficult external environment.

Pesantren, the Islamic boarding school, is the oldest Islamic education in Indonesia and is constantly undergoing changes from time to time. This research uses the qualitative approach. This study aims to describe the application of the heutagogy method in the growth of pesantren education. The results of this study indicate that the Al-Luqmaniyyah salaf Boarding School has already applied the heutagogy learning method, it means that pesantren education precedes the Westerners in terms of its utilization. Through the study and discussion of Kitab Kuning (yellow-colored textbooks about Islamic knowledge), students determine their systems, study materials, and problems to find a solution. Sources of learning for students are not only limited by the Kitab Kuning, but students can also have access through the internet, online books and applications with trusted sources. PSDS is responsible for managing the talents and interests of the santri (a term used in Pesantren to call an apprentice), as well as training santri skills by making films, recording, creativity, writing, making advertisements, making interesting contents on social media. LP2M Al-Luqmaniyyah with its various divisions is required to channel and facilitate what the community needs from the students as they can also learn from the community it self. THE MEANING OF THE PLACE AND THE VISIBILITY OF THE SOCIO-ENVIRONMENTAL DILEMMAS LIVED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE JARDIM OLIVEIRA DISTRICT, CÁCERES, STATE OF MATO GROSSOEL SIGNIFICADO DEL LUGAR Y LA VISIBILIDAD DE LOS DILEMAS SOCIOAMBIENTALES VIVENCIADOS POR LOS MORADORES DEL BAIRRO JARDÍN OLIVEIRA, CÁCERES, MATO GROSSORESUMOEste estudo foi realizado no bairro Jardim Oliveira, situado na cidade de Cáceres/MT, à margem esquerda do rio Paraguai. O objetivo consistiu em entender a relação dos moradores com o lugar. A pesquisa foi de natureza exploratória e descritiva, com abordagem qualitativa. Para o levantamento de dados nos pautamos em observação, entrevista semiestruturada e registros fotográficos. Os resultados revelaram que o Jardim Oliveira é percebido pela experiência dos moradores, que mesmo com as limitações, conhecem, dão sentidos e significados ao lugar. Verificou-se a topofilia associada ao sentimento pelo lugar, o que poderia ser contraditório, visto que os mesmos interlocutores relataram que já vivenciaram e/ou presenciaram casos de violência no bairro. O rio Paraguai aparece como centralidade nas relações dos moradores com o lugar. É visível a ausência de infraestrutura básica no bairro, o que interfere de forma direta na vida dos moradores, levando-os a vivenciarem os dilemas socioambientais.Palavras-chave: Questões Socioambientais; Lugar; Rio Paraguai; Mato Grosso.ABSTRACTThis study was carried out in the Jardim Oliveira district, located in the municipality of Cáceres, State of Mato Grosso, on the left bank of the Paraguai River. The objective was to understand the relationship of the residents with the place. The research was exploratory and descriptive, with a qualitative approach. For the survey of data we are in observation, semi-structured interview and photographic records. The results revealed that Jardim Oliveira is perceived by the residents experience, that even with the limitations, they know, give meanings and meanings to the place. Topophilia was associated with feeling for the place, which could be contradictory, since the same interlocutors reported that they had experienced and / or witnessed cases of violence in the neighborhood. The Paraguai River appears as centrality in the relations of the residents with the place.
