This study aims to provide an overview of religious conversion in Muslim marital life. The research used a qualitative approach. The Data collected by interviews, and observation. The number of research subjects was 5 people (1 male and 4 female). The analysis technique is achieved by a triangular approach that involves interviews, observations, and theoretical concepts. The results showed that 2 factors were influencing religious conversion, marriage, and economic factors. Subjects experienced religious conversion through a gradual process, a period of calm, conflict, religious conversion, calm, and a period of expression of religious conversion.

This study aims to determine the organizational control team of the TikaUdjo production program. The proposed research statement is what the organization controls on the TikaUdjo program production team. The theory that researchers use to obtain data uses organizational control theory. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a post-positivism paradigm. The research subjects are producers, assistant producers and broadcasters in obtaining accurate data, and the object of research is the control of the production team of the TikaUdjo program organization on Bahana Radio 101.8 FM Jakarta. Collecting data obtained through in-depth interviews and participant observation conducted on key informants and informants. Other data were obtained from Key Informants, informants, and various other data sources. The results of this study indicate that the TikaUdjo program production team at Radio Bahana 101.8 FM Jakarta consistently implements four concepts of organizational control theory by Phillip Tompkins, George Cheney, and their colleagues. The conclusion of this research is that the production team performs the four control theory concepts quite well, and it can be accounted for in which these four theoretical concepts are the processes that the production team does in producing the event program.

In accordance with PP No. 8 of 2012 and the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia No. 73 of 2013 requires universities to implement a curriculum that refers to the IQF. In the PGMI study program, UIN Raden Fatah Palembang has implemented a curriculum system that refers to the KKNI. This study aims to determine the application of the curriculum referring to the KKNI in the PGMI study program of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. Where in this study, researchers look for sources of descriptive data in the form of words or opinions from research subjects. Data collection was carried out by interview and observation methods. The analysis technique of data collection, presentation and conclusion. Data analysis was carried out on data collection and after all were collected. The results show that in general the KKNI curriculum has been implemented in the PGMI UIN Raden Fatah Palembang study program which is decent and good.

Neste estudo, analisa-se a formação pedagógica do Curso de Licenciatura em Letras da Universidade Federal do Maranhão, no campus do Bacanga, com sede em São Luís. A tessitura dessa pesquisa baseia-se na abordagem qualitativa, mais precisamente no estudo de caso. Fez-se uso da entrevista semiestruturada, enquanto instrumento metodológico, com alunos dos dois últimos períodos e professores das disciplinas pedagógicas. Como técnica de tratamento e análise de dados, fez-se uso da análise de conteúdo. As representações dos sujeitos da pesquisa apontam algumas fragilidades na formação pedagógica, mas com uma perspectiva de mudança, para que o Curso se fortaleça enquanto Licenciatura e para que a formação pedagógica ganhe um lugar de destaque.Palavras-chave: Formação docente. Saberes pedagógicos. Formação pedagógica.ABSTRACTIn the study, we analyze the pedagogical training of the Letters Course at Federal University of Maranhão, Bacanga campus, based in “São Luís”. The elaboration of this research on qualitative approach,  is more precisely in the case studied. It was used semi-structured interview as a methodogical tool with students of the last two periods and teachers of educacional disciplines. As data processing and analysis technique, it was made content analysis. The representations of the research subjects showed some weaknesses in teacher training, but with a change of perspective so the course can be strengthened as a Formation and for pedagogical training earn a prominent place.Keywords: Teacher training. Abstract This study aims to describe the development of self in pedagogical competencies carried out by economic subject teachers as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in developing themselves in the SMA Kota Palembang Model. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects were determined using purposive sampling so that three teachers were certified on economic subjects at SMAN 4 Palembang. Data collection techniques used are interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman models. Self-development in the pedagogical competence of the teacher is still focused on the intensive activities held by the school, and has not touched cooperative and independent activities. Supporting factors for self-development are the opportunities provided by Palembang N 4 High School to develop themselves. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of participation from the government for self-development activities and lack of motivation from educators to develop self-competence through independent activities. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengembangan diri pada kompetensi pedagogik yang dilakukan guru mata pelajaran ekonomi serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam mengembangkan diri di SMA Model Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian di tentukan menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh tiga guru yang tersertifikasi pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMAN 4 Palembang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Pengembangan diri pada kompetensi pedagogik guru masih terfokus pada kegiatan intensif yang diadakan sekolah, dan belum menyentuh kegiatan kooperatif dan mandiri. Faktor pendukung pengembangan diri adalah kesempatan yang diberikan SMA N 4 Palembang untuk mengembangkan diri. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya peran serta dari pemerintah untuk kegiatan pengembangan diri dan kurangnya motivasi dari pendidik untuk menumbuhkembangkan kompetensi diri melalui kegiatan mandiri

This study investigates how and why the personal transformation occurred in former convicts in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and review of documents including social media as data collection instruments. Two former convicts serve as the research subjects, while five people among ex convicts’ family and friends serve as the research informants. To provide the study credibility, triangulation of data and resources was conducted, namely by examining data obtained from social media like YouTube that displays personal experiences some ex criminals who have transformed. Data were analyzed by using thematic analysis technique. The results showed that the process of personal transformation occurred throughout a long stage and did not occur shortly. It was also found that the personal factor (e.g. the understanding of personal experiences and social factors, especially intensive and prolonged interaction with religious leaders) was the main drive for personal change. <p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen sarana dan prasarana di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Al-Fityan Kubu Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di SDIT Al-Fityan Kubu Raya dengan subjek penelitian yaitu: kepala sekolah; wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan dan kurikulum; bendahara; serta staf tata usaha. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kebijakan perencanaan sarana dan prasarana disusun pada awal tahun dengan menganalisis kebutuhan; (2) Kebijakan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada; (3) kebijakan pengorganisasian sarana dan prasarana sesuai dengan keputusan kepala sekolah; dan (4) pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana cukup akuntabel.</p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The purpose of the research was to describe the management of facilities and infrastructure at the Al-Fityan Kubu Raya Islamic Elementary School. The research method used descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research was conducted at SDIT Al-Fityan Kubu Raya with the research subjects: the principal, the vice-principal of the student affairs and curriculum; treasurer; and administrative staff. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results of the research indicate that: (1) The planning policy for facilities and infrastructure are prepared at the beginning of the year by analyzing needs; (2) The policy for the procurement of facilities and infrastructure is in accordance with existing procedures; (3) The policy of organizing facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the decision of the principal; and (4) The maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is sufficiently accountable.</em></p>

The problems we face today live in a time of moral degradation and destruction. People feel proud if they can imitate the trend carried by the West; both in thought and lifestyle. Ironically, not a few generations of Muslims who terpedaya with the trend. They make Western values ​​as their standard of behavior and morals. Meanwhile, Islamic morality is increasingly felt strange and difficult to practice in the midst of society facing such problems plural and complex. The purpose of this study are: 1) To describe the steps Implementation of values ​​of Ethics, Moral and Morals in learning behavior in STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto. 2) To describe the supporting and inhibiting factors Implementation of Ethics, Morals and Morals values ​​in the behavior of learning in STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto This research type is field research research using qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis technique uses descriptive explorative, that is by describing state and phenomenon status. Based on the exposure of the analysis of data sources can be concluded that: 1) Steps Implementation of values ​​of Ethics, Morals and Morals in the behavior of learning in STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto is the first institution to make a mature planning, then applied with the pattern pembiasaan. 2) To describe the supporting and inhibiting factors Implementation of Ethics, Morals and Morals values ​​in learning behavior in STIT Raden Wijaya Mojokerto consists of internal factors (consisting of heredity, gender, physical character, personality, intelligence and talent) and external ( consisting of education, religion, culture, environment and socio-economic)

This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis android untuk memudahkan pemahaman konsep trigonometri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang didukung data kuantitatif. Model Pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu ADDIE. Karya inovasi ini dibuat dengan macromediaflash 8. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 8 siswa pada ujicoba kelompok kecil dan 30 siswa pada ujicoba kelompok besar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data kualitatif dengan menggunakan model Miles Huberman.Hasilpengembangan diperoleh sebuah media pembelajaran yang dapat membantu siswa untuk mempermudah mengingat rumus trigonometri. The technique of guaranteeing the validity of the <br />data is done by checking trust, checking examination and checking<br />dependency. The results of the study can be concluded that the results of<br />the Analysis of Suitability of Annual Programming, Semester Program,<br />and Learning Implementation Plan can be categorized as "In Accordance"<br />because the results are obtained based on the scores of the Annual<br />Program, Semester Program and Learning Implementation Plan (RPP)<br />compiled by the teacher Islamic religious education in SMP Negeri 1<br />Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang.</p>
