Although the Indonesian government has issued several programs to internalize Pancasila values among the youth generations, citizens are also responsible for protecting the state’s ideology. Accordingly, civil society, as an organized citizen, should catalyze anti-Pancasila movements. Covid-19 pandemic does not only threaten the health sector, but also threatens social activities. Regarding the latter, civil society activists are demanded to adjust to conditions to optimize their function as one of the social infrastructures of a community. The activities of the German priest Friedrich Muckermann in Vilnius would belong to those cases when an extraordinary personality influenced crucially the development of the public process, by rallying an abundant crowd of followers. The assumptions of the social activities initiated by this Jesuit priest consisted of the transformation of the Catholic Church at the beginning of the 20th century from a confessional to a social category, and the conditioned general operation of the latter phenomenon. At the turn of 1918–1919 in Vilnius, due to the efforts of Muckermann, the League of Christian Workers appeared and gained more and more popularity in lower social strata. This seriously worried the Bolshevik government. Activists of the national movements conflicting with each other, in turn, understanding the prospects for the cultural-social consolidation begun by the priest to become political, naturally sought to influence the League. The arrest of Muckermann by the Bolsheviks not only encouraged a shift by the League to the Polish side, but also changed the nature of the organisation in the direction of radical action. Members of the League contributed actively to the capture of Vilnius by the Polish army in April 1919. And from that time, the organisation can be considered to be Polish, which in no way could be said about the League run by Muckermann. Leaving Bolshevik captivity at the end of 1919 in an exceptional way, he became not only a famous Catholic activist in interwar Germany, but also a symbol of the Christian resistance to Nazism.

Individual piety is a personal achievement in the rituals of human worship. However, its manifestations can affected the social piety of the worshipper, such as tolerance towards people of other religions, caring for the environment, and loving the country. 'Terang Jakarta' and 'Shift Bandung' communities are representations of the hijrah movement in Indonesia, which seeks to realize social piety among its members. The Middle-class youths in various big cities across the country, who experienced a dark life, are active actors of this Hijrah community. This paper aims to analyze the meaning of social piety for the members of both communities, as a part of religious cosmopolitanism and the strengthening of the Hijrah movements in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative approach and Herbert Mead's Symbolic Interactionism theory. The research found that the formation of the meaning of social piety for the members of both communities was carried out by the administrators through the same pattern, namely emphasizing the redefinition of social piety through the distribution of Islamic values that resulted from collective study among them. This process is implemented through massive dissemination of ideas on social media and through a layered regeneration system. The manifestation of social piety is embodied in the understanding of community members about social guidelines, such as love for the country, tolerance, and being involved in social activities in society.

This article aims to explain whether the social movements carried out on the internet are limitedto click activism or merely mere symbolic resistance, or even beyond that? The case of the social movement raised in this study is the Akademi Berbagi Movement based on the internet, especially social media. the movement that combines online and offline gives its own nuances in doing social movements. This study used a qualitative approach with the method of connected ethnography carried out for 5 months. From the results of the research, the Akademi Berbagi Movement is one of the forms of the birth of civil society. The movement that combines online and offline has provided the context, validation and attachment of more participation by volunteers in carrying out social movements, thus giving birth to what is called 'online social movements'. This also complements the concept that Nugroho (2011) refers to as "click activism", with the case of the movement raised in this study, social movements carried out on the internet exceed what is called click activism, and volunterism is done more than just being involved in movement online, but volunterism is also done in an offline context so that this movement is not just "click" but also provides real space for movement.
