The modern system of athlete training is a complex multi-factor phenomenon that includes goals, objectives, means, methods, material, technical and other conditions that ensure the achievement of the highest performance by an athlete. At the same time, it is also an organizational and pedagogical process of preparation for competitions. In the structure of the training system, its components are sports training, competitions, out-of-training and out-of-competition factors that increase the effectiveness of training and competitions. The final result of the joint activity of the athlete and the coach largely depends on how rationally the work in the individual sections of the system of the long-term training process is built. This topic is relevant, especially in the Tambov Region, where the ice season is two months (January, February), as it affects the issues of training athletes in speed skating with the natural ice in regions with unfavorable climatic conditions or other external factors that hinder the skaters training (including poor-quality ice covering), as well as the lack of methods of sports training of athletes engaged in speed skating in unfavorable climatic and other conditions that hinder the skaters training. Currently, skaters in training without the ice use a large number of special exercises that allow to conduct a variety of targeted strength training, improve special performance.

Abstract The article presents the description of the current systems of training military aircraft pilots. Particular attention has been paid to the trends of change aimed at reducing the cost of purchasing school aircraft and the burden on the entire training and aircraft operation system. Over the past 3 years, the annual Pilot Training Conference in London has dominated the issue of increasing the effectiveness of training pilots of combat aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicle operators. The results of training experiments were presented on this conference, which presented the abandonment of intermediate airplanes training process of military pilots. The results of different researches allowed to state, that on a well-designed school airplane, such as the Pilatus PC-21, one can train both basic and advanced trainings and then train pilots directly to the combat aircraft. Of course, all this training process should be intensively supported by the modern mission simulator of the 5th generation. This allows the thesis to be a future, innovative training system that significantly reduces the training costs of a combat aircraft pilot without affecting the quality of the training.

In most NATO countries, helicopter pilots are prepared in accordance with a modern system of threestage training: selection, basic and advanced. The training in the air is performed according to the parallelism of the training. The scheduling of pilot training process based on parallel model, which includes the technological relationships between the individual exercises, whereby for each air exercise, the exercises are specified, which must be done beforehand. The purpose of this contribution is to propose a multi-criteria mathematical model which would enable the selection of exercises for each pilot, the appropriate selection of the aircraft and the moment of beginning of each exercise, so that all required exercises will be carried out in the shortest possible time and the number of trained, in a state of readiness pilots, should be as high as possible. Additionally, in this paper the sketch of a multi-criteria solution is presented. A crucial feature of this work is the model application to optimize pilot training.

Abstract The essential way of realization of the Common Agricultural Policy in EU is through the financial support. One of the basic ways of financial support are subsidies. The huge segment affecting the agricultural sector is necessary to define, describe or classify so that we can might it to best analyse and understand. The aim of this paper is to evaluate the development of agricultural subsidies granted per hectare of agricultural land in Slovakia in terms of territory. The difference between the individual regions was evaluated using one-way analysis of variance. This analysis confirmed the existence of statistically significant differences between the amounts of subsidies per hectare of agricultural land provided to agricultural entities in terms of individual regions. This fact shows that firms in regions with worse natural and climatic conditions achieved a higher amount of financial support than companies in regions where agricultural production has better conditions and a long-term tradition.
