The complexity of the problems faced by students today, of course, is followed by the endurance of the individual both physically and psychologically. Therefore, a counselor should have sufficient insight, knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes in carrying out guidance and counseling services for all types of diversity in order to create a professional counselor. Therefore, this paper tries to identify the ethical concepts and attitudes of professional counselors in guidance and counseling so that later professional counselors are formed in terms of ethics, attitudes, and personal qualities of the counselors. This writing uses a literature study approach and content analysis techniques. The findings in this paper are (1) the counselor's professional ethics are the rules of behavior that become a reference for the counselor in carrying out his duties or responsibilities in providing guidance and counseling services to the counselee; (2) the counselor's professional attitude includes being responsible, caring about professional identity and professional development, having an awareness of commitment, being skilled at using special techniques developed on the basis of broad insights and scientific principles, understanding and managing personal and professional strengths and limitations. and maintaining objectivity and maintaining the counselee's problems, and (3) the efforts made by the counselor in developing his professional attitude and ethics, namely by developing attitudes during pre-service education and developing attitudes during his tenure

The purpose of this study was to describe the ethics and competence of counselors as professionals in providing guidance and counseling services. The research method used is a systematic literature study. This systematic literature review contains explanations and descriptions of theories, findings and research materials obtained from databases of national and international journal providers through the Google Scholar platform, and then analyzed descriptively. The result of this research is that ethics and competencies must be possessed by a counselor as the basis for the profession he adheres to. Counselor education is one way to develop competencies for prospective counselors. The competence of the counselor as an agent for counseling guidance services is stated in government regulation No. 19 of 2005 article 28 paragraph 3, namely: competence as a service agent at the level of primary and secondary education and early childhood education which includes pedagogic competence, personality, professional and social competence. Professional counselors must have a strong determination to be able to help others and have a positive nature to be able to view the counselee as a human being who has different values, religious teachings, cultures and backgrounds.

Counseling is a process of giving help done by an expert (called counselor) to the individual who experienced a problem (called counselee) which leads to the overcoming problems facing him. Counseling serves as an effort to change, prevent or increase the potential of life. This literature study contains a description of the counselor's professional concepts in providing counseling services covering the meaning of counseling, counseling parameters, counseling and philosophy, counseling conditions and the effects of the professional counselor as well as the characteristics of a professional counselor which is seen based on the effectiveness of a helper.

The development of technology and communication provides convenience and extends the space for the movement of society today. Cyber Counseling is a services form of innovation and breakthrough in the world of counseling for millennials. Some Cyber Counseling methods that have been used by counselors include: E-mail-based Cyber-counseling, Android-based Cyber-Counseling Chat, Text-Based Cyber ​​Counseling Using Riliv Android Applications, and Facebook-based Cyber ​​Counseling.

<p>Pendampingan dan Konseling kedukaan berbasis budaya lokal yang disebut <em>Mima Para Tarpolarda </em>memberikan gambaran tentang pendampingan dan konseling yang kontekstual sesuai dengan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal bangsa Indonesia. Penggunaan budaya sebagai basis tindakan konseling menegaskan bahwa pendampingan dan konseling bukan hanya dilakukan oleh individu atau konselor professional yang terlatih tetapi dapat dilakukan oleh seluruh masyarakat dalam kebudayaan tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis <em>Mima Para Tarpolarda </em>sebagai bentuk  pendampingan dan konseling kedukaan berbasis budaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dan data yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan study pustaka. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis mengalir atau terjalin berupa pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah pertama, <em>Mima Para Tarpolarda </em>dapat dijadikan sebagai pendampingan dan konseling kedukaan karena didalamnya terdapat nilai-nilai konseling menyangkut pemberian nasihat, bimbingan dan pertolongan oleh seluruh masyarakat kepada orang berduka. Tindakan yang dilakukan adalah bentuk reaksi kepedulian masyarakat untuk merasakan apa yang dialami oleh saudaranya akibat kematiaan anggota keluarga. Kedua, pendampingan dan konseling kedukaan yang didasarkan pada nilai kearifan lokal <em>Mima Para Tarpolarda </em>memberikan penyembuhan secara holistik dalam kehidupan orang berduka karena seluruh masyarakat memiliki sikap empati dan solidaritas.</p><p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><strong><em></em></strong><em>Local culture-based grief guidance and counseling called Mima Para Tarpolarda provides an overview of contextual guidance and counseling in accordance with the values of Indonesian local wisdom. The use of culture as a basis for counseling actions confirms that counseling and counseling is not only done by individuals or professional counselors who are trained but can be done by all people in a particular culture. The purpose of this study is to examine Mima Para Tarpolarda as a form of cultural-based grief guidance and counseling. The research method used is qualitative research methods and data obtained through observation, interviews and literature study. Analysis of the data used is a flowing or intertwined analysis in the form of collecting data processing data, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained from this study are first, Mima Para Tarpolarda can be used as guidance and grief counseling because in it there are counseling values regarding the provision of advice, guidance and assistance by the whole community to the bereaved. The action taken is a form of public awareness reaction to feel what is experienced by his brother due to the death of family members. Second, guidance and grief counseling based on the local wisdom values of Mima Para Tarpolarda provide holistic healing in the lives of the bereaved because the whole community has an attitude of empathy and solidarity.</em></p>

<p class="AbstrakAGC"><strong>Purpose - </strong> The research objective is a trial to create group counseling services with self-acceptance techniques to develop Qona’ah attitudes in realizing the happiness of the millennial generation.</p><p class="AbstrakAGC"><strong>Method -</strong> The method used in data collection was a literature study.</p><p class="AbstrakAGC"><strong>Result</strong> - The result of this paper is to offer group guidance and counseling using self-acceptance techniques to develop a Qona’ah attitude. Positive self-acceptance will be able to create happiness.</p><p class="AbstrakAGC"><strong>Implications -</strong> Qona’ah attitude requires a training with strong patience, the applied counseling services  are group guidance and counseling services with four stages.</p><p class="AbstrakAGC"><strong>Originality - </strong>A method of developing the Qona’ah attitude of the millennial generation is a process of providing professional assistance which is characterized by a continuous process with systematic steps to an individu or groups of people.</p>

The study conducted using the method of literature study on the role of the music in counseling. The research resulted positive, that music can help the process in trauma healing and overcome the problems faced by the client by helping them to be more relaxed and focused on the main points of the problem. Music therapy is recommended for wider use as a technique in counseling

The research aims to determine the role of counselors in increasing students' academic achievement motivation through guidance and counseling services. The problem in this study is that students have low achievement motivation. Problems can be prevented by the role of the counselor through guidance and counseling services in schools. The research method used is literature study. The literature study was carried out because the research was in the co-19 pandemic period and this research had to be resolved. Data analysis uses analytical methods through books and articles. The results showed that the role of counselors is very important in increasing students' academic achievement motivation through guidance and counseling services, such as informative services, individual counseling services, guidance in class and outside the classroom, and group guidance.

During in COVID-19 pandemic, counselors switched the face-to-face counseling process to online counseling or in terms of guidance and counseling, namely cyber counseling. The application of cyber counseling services can be the right solution when psychological problems require immediate resolution. This cyber counseling service can also be applied by education counselors. This research was conducted to determine the application of cyber counseling during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the counseling process and media used by counselors. The method used in this research a literature study. The results show that the cyber counseling process is almost the same as the face-to-face counseling process, but several things need to be considered, such as the preparation stage which includes the availability of supporting and adequate hardware and software. Furthermore, the media used by cyber counseling can be in the form of applications, websites, telephones, chat what apps and video conferencing, and other social media. The advantages of cyber counseling can be accessed anywhere and in an adjustable time, the counselor can reach a wider range of counselees. Counselees and counselors can carry out the counseling process when and where by mutual agreement, although in the counseling process it is sometimes without signs and physical the counselee is easier to express thoughts and feelings. The weakness is that the diagnosis is less accurate and the intervention is less effective because the instructions and directions are given are less specific and non-verbal information becomes difficult to provide. This study aims to explain the code of ethics for online counseling by integrating information technology in guidance and counseling services. This research method is a literature study using secondary data sources collected through textbooks, e-books, scientific articles, websites, and other sources relevant to the research problem which are then analyzed descriptively. The result of this study is the rapid development of technology in various fields, which has an impact on the integration of the counseling process in the technology. Through technological intermediaries, counseling no longer has to be done face-to-face. Among the advantages and disadvantages of online counseling, the professional code of ethics for counselors still needs to be maintained. One form of supervision is supervision. Counselors, both online and face-to-face counseling, are required to improve their ability to deal with counselee problems in accordance with the provisions of Permendikbud No. 111 of 2014.

One of the stages of life that is definitely experienced by every woman is menopause. Menopause is not having menstruation for 12 consecutive months due to ovaries that have progressively failed in producing the hormone estrogen, follicles in the ovary experience decreased activity that can cause menstruation to stop so that women do not menstruate forever (WHO, 2016). Changes that often occur during menopause are physical changes, ranging from hair, eyes, skin to other physical organs. Target physical organs such as problems in the breast and vagina, as well as hot flashes that arise in the body (Hot Flashes). Not only physical changes that occur at menopause but psychological changes also occur at this time. The problems that arise from these psychological changes cause anxiety in most women. This type of research is research using the literature study method or literature review. Analysis using analysis of journal contents. The results of this study the factors that affect anxiety at menopause are physical changes, education, age, knowledge, family support, economic status, number of children, age of menarche, behavioral, cognitive and affective responses. For handling anxiety in menopause can be given hormonal replacement therapy to reduce symptoms and anxiety in menopause, guidance and counseling services. Suggestion: To health workers in Puskesmas or hospitals to provide counseling or guidance and counseling services. So that all mothers can know what menopause is and do activities that can benefit society to reduce the number of women who experience anxiety in dealing with physical, psychological, and sexual changes in menopause.
