Tree-Month injectable hormonal contraceptive quarterly causes an increase in BMI. Increased BMI is one of the main reasons why the contraceptive users stopped their contraceptive. However, increased BMI was not experienced by all users, there are other factors that can influence increased BMI, such as consumption, physical activity and sedentary behaviour. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of lifestyle to anthropometic change in the injectable hormonal contraceptive users. This study used observational analytic study and case control design. The sample size use simple random sampling technique. To determine the effect and odd ratio, this study used a simple logistic regression test. The results showed that lifestyle factor that affect and risk for anthropometric changein the three-month contraceptive users is sedentary behavior. Sedentary behavior ≥ 3 hours per day can increase the risk of increased BMI 9,048 times compared with sedentary behavior < 3 hours per day. The conclusion is sedentary lifestyle affected increased BMI among three- month injectable hormonal contraceptive users. By reducing sedentary behavior habit and increasing exercise behaviour, three-month injectable contraceptive users can prevent the risk of increased BMI.Keywords: contraceptive, acceptor, lifestyle, BMI, sedentary

Phlebitis is inflammation of the vein wall due to intravenous fluid therapy, which is characterized by pain, redness, palpable soft, swollen and warm to the location of the stabbing (Prastika, 2011). Plebitis as one form of nosocomial infection is still a serious problem faced by hospitals throughout the world, especially hospitals in developing countries (Ministry of Health, 2008). The study design used by researchers is the correlation, this surveys or research that attempts to explore how and why the health phenomena occur. The population in this study are all adult patients in hospitals Gambiran Flamboyan Room Kediri in May. Sampling technique, which is used in this study is the probability sampling which simple random sampling method. Data already collected was processed and identified, then analyzed analytically using logistic regression test. Results of the study appear no link nutritional status in adult patients with phlebitis incidence (p=0.604; 0.05). The risk of the occurrence of phlebitis is caused by chemical factors, mechanical factors and infection.; Keywords: Nutrition, Plebitis, infection

Tuberculosis remains one of diseases with highest mortality among other. Indonesia had categorized in one of high burden countries since 2013. WHO estimated the annual global burden of childhood tuberculosis in 2012 was approximately530.000 cases and that up to 74.000 children died that year. The last three years tuberculosis incidence in Jember increased. In 2014, 6,5% of total tuberculosis incidence was childhood tuberculosis. Childhood tuberculosis is a major component in controlling tuberculosis. The objective of this study is to analyze determining factors of childhood tuberculosis incidence in Jember. This study is an analytical observational study using case-control design. The object of this study is children aged 0–14 years who diagnosed with tuberculosis in Jember Paru Hospital. Sampling taken by simple random sampling method. Sampel consisting 24 cases and 48 control. The independent variables is child nutritional status, contact history, long-term contact, and proximity contact. Analysis using Logistic Regression test to determine the influence between two variables. The results show that childhood tuberculosis incidence determined by contact history (p = 0,000; OR = 26,6), long-term contact (p = 0,000; OR = 69), and proximity contact (p = 0,000; OR = 27,1). The conclusion is, contact history, long-term contact, proximity contact determine childhood tuberculosis in Jember. Stakeholder have to do active case finding to break the chain of tuberculosis transmission with early household contact detection. Keywords: nutritional status, childhood tuberculosis, contact history, long-term contact, and proximity contact

Observational analysis was used in this research with the cross sectional design. The data was obtained through questionnaire with simple random sampling involving 62 employees as the sample of the research. The obtained data were analyzed using logistic regression test univariate (α=0,05) to examine the influence of supervision and working condition toward the employee’s job involvement. The test result indicated that supervision significantly influenced employee job involvement at significance value was0,000201. Better supervison made better employee job involvement. On the other hand, working condition did not influence the employee job involvement (significance value was0,097), but crosstabulation result indicated that better working condition made better employee job involvement. It canbe concluded that supervision affects job involvement while working condition does not affect the job involvement.  Keywords: job involvement, supervision, working condition

This research to find out the correlation between the gestation period and weight gain on low birthweight newborns in the Perinatology ward of RSUD (Regional Public Hospital) Banyumas. This was quantitative research using an observational experimental design with the retrospective approach. There were 77 respondents as the samples of this research who were taken using a probability sampling technique of simple random sampling. The results showed that 47 (61%) respondents were male. Most of the mothers or 70 respondents (90.9%) were housewives. Most of them or 26 respondents (33.8%) were Primary School graduates. The results of the linear regression test showed that the significance value on the variable of the gestation period was 0007 (p0.05). There was a correlation between the gestation period and weight gain on low birth weight newborns in the Perinatology ward of RSUD Banyumas.

The purposed to find out the relationship between the knowledge about implant and implant contraceptive used of acceptors at BPS Farohah Gresik. Implant is one of hormone contraceptive methode with high effectiveness. But, know fact that there were acceptors refused to use implant. The caused factor is the less off acceptors knowledge about implant. Therefore, this research was purposed to find out the relationship between the knowledge about implant and implant contraceptive used of acceptors at BPS Farohah Gresik. The type of this research was analytic by cross sectional methode. The population involved 42 acceptors of hormonal contraceptive who attended on June at BPS Farohah Gresik. 38 respondents were taken as the samples using simple random sampling technique. The independent variable was knowledge where as, the dependent one was the used of implant. Questionnaires was used to collect the data. Analyzed by using MannWhitney test with the significance level α = 0,05. The result of this research showed that most of respondents (60,5%) had less knowledge and almost all respondents (89,5%) did not use implant. Furthermore, the statistic test has obtarned p = 0,039 < α = 0,05. So H0 was refused that there was a relationship between knowledge about implant and the used of implant contraceptive at BPS Farohah Gresik. The research concluded that the less of acceptors knowledge about implant. The used of this contraceptive is vower. Hence, the health workers should improve the counselling and implant extension to people.

Preeclampsia is a hypertension caused by pregnancy that is characterized by hypertension, edema, and proteinuria after the 20 week. One of the causes of maternal death is preeclampsia. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the incidence of preeclampsia at Sultan Imanuddin Pangkalan Bun The population is 236 respondents and the sample is 148 respondents with a random sampling technique. Data collection is observation. Data analysis using logistic regression test . Based on the logistic regression test results obtained a history  of  significance hypertensi  (0,000)., Gemelly significance (0.999)., Obesity significance (0.000). Simultaneously influenced the incidence of preeclampsia. The most influential variable was a history of hypertension with values (Exp.B: 131,238). History of hypertension (X1) obtained p value 0.000 <0.05 so there is a influence with the incidence of preeclampsia (Y) means H1 is accepted. Gemelly (X2) obtained p value 0.999> 0.05 so there is no influence with the incidence of preeclampsia (Y) means H1 is rejected. Obesity (X3) obtained p value 0.000 <0.05 so there is a influence with the incidence of preeclampsia (Y) means H1 is accepted The most dominant factor influenced the incidence of preeclampsia is a history of hypertension with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 with (ExpB 131.238).
