This study aims to empirically examine the effect of leverage, profitability, liquidity, the CGPI index in moderating, and the CGPI index in moderating dividend policy. This study uses quantitative methods with sample criteria are companies that do not consistently follow the CGPI ranking and companies that do not consistently distribute dividends. The object of research is a company registered in CGPI with data sources obtained at IDX and IICG. The results of this study, firstly, the effect of leverage on dividend policy has a significant positive effect, the high debt of the company causes the holding of the company's dividends. Second, the effect of profitability on dividend policy does not have a significant effect, because profitability is used for business expansion. Third, the effect of liquidity on dividend policy has an insignificant effect, because liquidity is used to pay off term debt with a period of less than one year. Fourth, the CGPI index as a moderating variable, the effect of leverage on dividend policy, cannot be moderated by the CGPI index, because good or bad reputation is not a guarantee if the company will give dividends to investors, because the company's main priority is paying off debt. Fifth, the CGPI index as a moderating variable, the influence of profitability on dividend policy, cannot be moderated by the CGPI index, because it is not always bad news for investors even if the company has a good reputation. Sixth, the CGPI index as a moderating variable, the influence of liquidity on dividend policy, cannot be moderated by the CGPI index, because high liquidity is not able to guarantee the amount of dividends distributed is getting bigger even if the company has a good reputation.

Gender inequality is one of the keys to entrepreneurial activity in general and especially for entrepreneurial intentions in encouraging to set up new businesses. Entrepreneurial intention grows from the presence of entrepreneurial potential, so an entrepreneur needs to have an entrepreneurial intention in itself. It is interesting to study whether the entrepreneurial potential of men is stronger than women so that men have more intentions to set up their new businesses than women?. The study method used is hierarchical multiple regression analysis with a research population of 402 students and the sample to be used is 200 students. Proporsional stratified random sampling adalah jenis teknik sampling probabilitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Test the validity and reliability using the product-moment correlation formula from Pearson and the formula for calculating Cronbach alpha (α). The results of the analysis show Entrepreneurial potential significantly affects student intention, but gender does not significantly moderate the relationship.

This study investigates the entrepreneurial intention levels and career decisions of a sample of 340 university students studying sport sciences. Entrepreneurship refers to a career-related choice that is driven by a risk-taking and innovation imperative. Entrepreneurs of the future are expected to make their career related choices well before they move into labor markets. In this context, this study attempts to designate young adults’ entrepreneurial intentions which are considered to be highly related with their career decisions. The study also tests the potential effects of career decisions on entrepreneurial intentions. The findings of the study evidence the significant effect of conscious career choice on entrepreneurial propensity. A blind career choice is found to be also correlated with entrepreneurial intentions, albeit less so than the conscious career choice. The environmental factors subscale of career choice proves to be insignificant in terms of entrepreneurial propensity within the scope of this study’s sample group. Findings are discussed with a view to practical implications.
