Background: Performance is very important in an agency to achieve goals. The implementation of the OSH program and work discipline is one of the important factors to improve employee performance. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze an influence OSH program and work discipline on improving performance in firefighters. Method: This research method is quantitative associative. The sample used was 165 firefighters and rescue workers taken through purposive sampling. Data was collected by filling out a questionnaire. In this study, hypothesis testing will be carried out which includes the F-test (simultaneous test), T-test (partial test), and multiple linear analysis. Result: The results showed that there was a significant effect of the OSH program and work discipline on performance where the value of Fcount = 200.571 > from Ftable = 3.06. The K3 and Work Discipline Program can affect the dependent variable of performance in fire officers at the Bogor Regency Fire Department by 71.2% while the remaining 28.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is an influence between the OSH program and work discipline on the performance of firefighters. Therefore, firefighters must always improve their performance to achieve agency goals.

This study aims to determine the level of community participation in fire prevention and management in Tanjung Priuk Subdistrict, the City of Administration against Fire Disasters in North Jakarta,  the theory used in this research is the opinion of M. Nuh Minister of Education in the era of President Bambang Yudhoyono in Climbing the Amstein ladder to organize an ideal participation. The research method used is a qualitative method to obtain key data from interviews with legitimate sources that are directly involved in fire prevention and management and are supported by data from field observations. The data is then analyzed by the triangulation process. To find out the level of community participation. The results showed that the level of participation in fire prevention in Tanjung Priuk District had a range of information, consultations and appointments. the training program, which is carried out as an annual program, is provided for the community to provide information one way. In the management process, the community is at the second level of the seventh stage because the community is already a partner in the fire department before the fire department arrives at the fire location, the community has tried to extinguish the fire independently. To increase community participation in fire prevention and management, the Fire Department of the North Jakarta City Administration Office must optimize human resources, as well as other fire management resources, to be able to act also to provide costs for Balakar (Voluntary Fire) every month.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of employee turnover in the Employee Performance Raz Hotel Medan. Samples were all employees Hotel, sampling using saturated samples that the population of the whole sample. Analysis of data using multiple regression test the accuracy of the model (the classical assumption), hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2), simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (t test), while the data processing using SPSS. The results showed that of the coefficient determination Turnover variables affect the performance of employees, in addition to the partial and simultaneous employee turnover and no significant negative effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study has two objectives, namely to find out whether there is a compensation effect on employee performance and the influence of the work environment on employee performance. Researchers took a sample of 75 respondents at PT Bank QNB INDONESIA branch of SCBD using questionnaires. This research method uses SmartPLS. Hypothesis testing conducted in this study is that there is a positive, significant and not significant effect on compensation and work environment on employee performance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini memiliki dua tujuan, yaitu mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kompensai terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan .Peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 75 responden pada PT Bank QNB INDONESIA cabang SCBD dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS. Pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif, signifikan dan tidak sifgnifikan terhadap kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

 The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of store lifestyle on purchasing decisions. The research method in this study uses the type of sample included in the random sampling sample and by distributing questionnaires as many as 100 to consumers. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis techniques, and for hypothesis testing is a statistical test using simultaneous (f test). Human Resources (HR) is the most vital resource that determines the success of a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline and work discipline on employee work performance. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using the method of saturated sampling technique with a sample of 40 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test. The result of this study is that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 49.7%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.131> 2.024), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between discipline on employee work performance. discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 45.4%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (5.625> 2.024) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between discipline on employee work performance. A simultaneous test of work discipline and discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 58.2%, while the remaining 41.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (25.798> 2.860)  g thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between discipline and work discipline on employee work performance.

This research aims to describe and analyze The Influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance in The Library and Archives Service in Tangerang District. The population in this study amounted to 48 respondents, the sampling technique used was the saturation sampling technique (census). Respondents in this study were the Library and Archives Service in Tangerang District. The research method used is a quantitative-associative method. Then the data were analyzed using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) for windows version 21.0 using the correlation technique with the Pearson product moment method and then proceed with regression and hypothesis testing. The results in this study are "There is a Positive and Significant Effect Between the Work Environment on the Performance of Employees in the Tangerang District Library and Archives Office". Based on obtaining the calculated t value of 7.141 while the value in t table is 2.013. Thus, according to the calculation of the statistical hypothesis if the value (7,141)> (2,013), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Keywords : Work Environment, Employee Performance, Library and Archives.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Kabupaten Semarang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner.” Dari 4000 karyawan diambil sampel sebanyak 364 responden. Dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 22. Kemudian dibaca output yang dihasilkan seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji regresi linier berganda mendapatkanhasil RSquare sebesar 43,6%. Sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa 43,6% variabel disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi variabel kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan sisanya 56,4% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Kabupaten Semarang melalui uji simultan maupun uji parsial. ABSTRACT “The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Semarang. “In this study using quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sample in this study were 364 respondents. The technique analysis used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 22. Then look at the resulting output how much influence the work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance in hypothesis testing. From regression analysis tes, explained that 43,6% variabel of work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction. Meanhile 56,4% influenced by other variables. From the results of this study it is concludedthat work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction through partial test and simultaneous test have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Semarang.

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is Impact of Motivation and compensation to the performance of an employee at the Medan tourism Academy. The sample of this research is an employee of the CIVIL SERVANTS and CPNS AKPAR Medan, the sampling uses slovin formula, namely sampling in which the researcher uses a sample of the population. Analyst data using Multiple regression test with provision models (classic assumption test), hypothesis testing using the test dertiminasi coefficient (R2), partial test (test t) and Simultaneous Test (test f), while data processing using the SPSS program. The results showed that the test of dertiminasi coefficient (R2) variables of motivation and compensation was able to explain its existence against variable employee performance, besides, motivation and compensation partially and simultaneous Effected in positive and significant effect on performance clerk.

Effect of Work Environment on Employee performance at PT. Abadi Motor Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the work environment has on employee performance. The variable used is the variable X as an independent variable that is the work environment and the variable Y as the dependent variable that is, employee performance. Work environment that is something that is around workers and can influence them in carrying out the tasks that are charged, Performance is the result or level of overall success of a person during a certain period while the place that is the object of this research is PT. Abadi motor Indonesia The research method used in this study is qualitative. The sampling technique used in this study was a random sampling technique with a total sampling of 30 respondents. The results of the study are: Linear regression + y = 15.21 + 0.65 X, product moment correlation test of r = 0.70, this means that this study has a strong influence. Determination coefficient of 49.5%, this means that the work environment contributes to employee performance by 49.5% and the remaining 50.5% is determined by other variables not included in this study, hypothesis test t count = 5.245, and t table 2.048, then t count> t table means that there is an influence of the work environment on employee performance.
