Objectives: The aim of this study was to discover the characteristics of uterine myoma patients at the inpatient rooms of dr. Soepraon 2nd Grade Military Hospital, Malang.Case Report: Women reproductive system is prone to health problems, one of them is uterine myoma which being detected through pathology anatomy examination and shows an increasing prevalence (70%) nowadays. In Indonesia, the cases of uterine myoma reach 2,39 – 11,7%, placing second right after cervical cancer. The aim of this study was to discover the characteristics of uterine myoma patients at the inpatient rooms of dr. Soepraon 2nd Grade Military Hospital, Malang. The research design used in this study was case report. Population of this study included uterine myoma patients who were being treated at the inpatient rooms of dr. Soepraon 2nd Grade Military Hospital, Malang in between the period of January – December 2017 with a total of 82 patients. The sampling method used was total sampling. Sample of this study was acquired through secondary data in the form of medical records. The result of this study showed that the highest number of case was in the 50 – 54 years old age group (53.3%), the most common education background was high school graduates (46%), the most common occupation group was the unemployed (59%), the most common surgical therapy done was myomectomy (89%), the most common myoma was submucous myoma (46,3%) and the most common parity status was multipara (44%).Conclusion: Women aged 45 and older with multipara history are advised to maintain their reproductive health through healthy eating pattern, regular exercise and regular check-ups to detect the possibility of developing uterine myomas early.

This study is aimed at examining the effects of the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Profitability, Capital Intensity, Cash Flow, and Company Size toward Conservatism in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study is the yearly financial statements on firm of manufacturing listed at BEI period 2012-2017, using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from yerly financial reports published and downloaded through the official BEI website. Data analyzed with Descriptive statistics, test of classic assumption and exmination of hypothesis with multiple linier regression method. The result of hypothesis research shows variable Profitability and Cash Flow have a significant effect on the ability of Conservatism, while the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Capital Intensity, and Company Size has no effect on the ability of Conservatism.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance and good corporate governance (GCG) on the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of annual report 2016. Population used in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research uses purposive sampling method with total population of 144 companies and sample of 31 companies. The results show that simultaneously ROA, OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have a positive influence on firm value. While partially ROA  have a positive influence on firm value. While OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have no positive influence on firm value).

Substitution is still a threat to the failure of ARV therapy so that no matter how small it must be noted and monitored in ARV therapy. The aims  was analysis risk factor substitution ARV first line in therapy ARV. This study was an analytic longitudinal study with retrospective secondary data analysis in a cohort of patients receiving ARV therapy at the District General Hospital of Buleleng District for the period of 2006-2015 and secondary data from medical records of PLHA patients receiving ART.  Result in this study that the percentage of first-line ARV substitution events is 9.88% (119/1204) who received ARV therapy for the past 11 years. Risk factors that increase the risk of substitution in ARV therapy patients are zidovudine (aOR 4.29 CI 1.31 -2.65 p 0.01), nevirapine (aOR1.86 CI 2.15 - 8.59 p 0.01) and functional working status (aOR 1.46 CI 1.13 - 1.98 p 0.01).

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of company’s size, profitability, solvability, and the size of the accounting firm towards audit delay. The object in this research are property and real estate companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) for the period 2013-2015. The sample is selected by purposive sampling method. There are 42 companies selected as sample. Data used in this research is a secondary data such as audited financial reports. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that company’s size, profitability, and solvability have no influence on audit delay, while the size of accounting firm has significant positive influences on audit delay. The result also shows that company’s size, profitability, solvability, and the size of of the accounting firm simultaneously influence audit delay. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on the decision to repurchase Slai O'lai products in the people of Kediri City and Regency. This type of research is explanatory research, which explains and proves the relationship and influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The research method used is quantitative method. This study used a sample of 110 respondents and distributed questionnaires in the City and District of Kediri with the help of Google Forms. Sampling used non-probability sampling method with convenience sampling method. The sample consists of respondents who live in the City and District of Kediri, aged 17 years and over, and have purchased Slai O'lai products more than 2 (two) times. The data used are primary and secondary data, while the analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on the decision to repurchase Slai O'lai sandwich biscuits. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research, yang menjelaskan dan membuktikan hubungan dan pengaruh antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 110 responden dan menyebarkan kuesioner di Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri dengan bantuan Google Forms. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan metode convenience sampling. Sampel terdiri dari responden yang berdomisili di Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri, berusia 17 tahun ke atas, dan telah membeli produk Slai O'lai lebih dari 2 (dua) kali. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, serta uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa citra merek dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang biskuit sandwich merek Slai O’lai. <em>Bond ratings are a scale of risk of all bonds traded, which indicates how safe a bond is. The security of a bond is indicated by its ability to pay interest and repay the loan principal. The purpose of this study is to find out empirical evidence that good corporate governance has an effect on bond ratings. This study uses secondary data. The population in this study are non-financial companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2018. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling method. After subtraction with several criteria, as many as 20 companies were set as the sample. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership and audit committee have a significant effect on bond ratings. Meanwhile, the independent board of commissioners has no significant effect on bond ratings</em>

BACKGROUND: Sexually Transmitted Diseases are still considered a serious public health problem in Brazil and worldwide.OBJECTIVE: To examine Sexually Transmitted Diseases prevalence and the sickness impact profile of STDs in a reference health center specializing in the treatment of Sexually Transmitted Diseases.METHOD: We collected epidemiological, demographic, clinical and laboratory data from the medical records and interviews of 4,128 patients who had attended the center from January 1999 to December 2009.RESULTS: Male patients outnumbered (76%) females (24%), Caucasians outnumbered (74.3%) those of mixed race (14.8%), blacks (10.8%) and Asians (0.1%). STD occurrence was higher in the 20-29 age group (46.2%) This population included 34.7% high school graduates, 8.7% college graduates and 0.8% illiterates. As for affective-sexual orientation, 86.5% were heterosexual, 7.8% homosexual and 5.5% bisexual. Regarding patients' sexual practices over the previous 30 days, 67.7% reported sexual intercourse with one person, 8.6% had had sex with two persons and 3.9%, with three or more people. The highest incidence of STD was condyloma acuminata, affecting 29.4% of all the patients, genital candidiasis 14.2%, and genital herpes 10.6%. Of the 44.3% who submitted to serologic testing for HIV detection 5% were positive, with a ratio of 6.8 males to 1 female.CONCLUSIONS:STD prevalence remains high in Brazil and it is necessary to invest in early detection, prevention and treatment.

This research was conducted at manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector. This research focus is on the pharmaceutical company sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. The population in this study was 11 companies. This study used a purposive sampling method, and then, based on the predetermined CRiteria, obtained eight samples of companies that will be tested in this study. The type of data in this research is quantitative data. The data source used is secondary data sourced from the official website of the IDX, BI, and their respective companies. This study's results indicate that only the Current Ratio and Return On Assets partially have a significant effect on stock prices. However, simultaneously Current Ratio, Return On Assets, and Rupiah Exchange Rate have a significant influence on stock prices.

Abstract: This study aimed to examine the influence of the Islamic ethical indentity disclosure, agency cost, and intellectual capital to the financial performance proxied by return on asset (ROA) in Islamic commercial bank in 2016-2018. Secondary data were used from annual report were published on the website etch Islamic bank between 2016-2018. The purposive sampling method using in this research, so there are theerten Islamic banks are object of research. The analytical method used is multiple linier regresstion analysis using the SPSS 20 softwer program. The results of this study shows that partial of the Islamic ethical identity disclosure have not effect on the financial performance proxied by return on asset (ROA) in Islamic commercial bank, the agency cost have effect negative on the financial performance proxied by return on asset (ROA) in Islamic commercial bank, and intellectual capital have effect positif on the financial performance proxied by return on asset (ROA) in Islamic commercial bank in 2016-2018. Keywords: Islamic ethical identity disclosure, agency cost intellectual capital, financial performance and  ROA.

Introduction: A periodical database is important including for skin cancer. Periodical registration is needed to acknowledge changes in pattern and frequencies of skin lesion. Objective: The purpose of this study was to describe the pattern and the frequency of skin lesion in RSUD Kariadi.Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted through analysis of the medical records of patients diagnosed skin lesion in the pathology labolatory of RSUD Kariadi between 2008 and 2009. The variables were secondary data including age, gender, specimen area, dan histopathology diagnosis. Data was choosen by consecutive sampling from 381 medical records of skin tissues examined at laboratorium of pathology anatomy of Dr. Kariadi general hospital during 2008-2009.Result: 381 cases were recorded comprising of 246 (65%) neoplastic and 135 (35%) non neoplastic lesion. 120 patients presented with skin cancer, and 126 with benign skin lesion. Most malignancy was observed among female patients (62.5%) on age catagory of 15-39 (65%). The most common lesion was basal cell carcinoma (48.3%) followed by squamous cell carcinoma (33.3%), malignant melanoma (10%), skin appendix carcinoma (2.5%), other malignancies (4.9%).Conclusion: the most common malignancies in Dr. Kariadi general hospital before 2008 was similar to data from 13 laboratory of pathology anatomy in Indonesia, which is squamous cell carcinoma.
