Land use that is incompatible with the function of land can lead to negative effects, therefore it is necessary to set the direction of land use change in land use. This study aims to determine the dynamics of land use during the period of 15 years (1999-2013) and determine the fit between the spatial patterns of spatial plans with the actual land use in Rumbia and Kelara, Jeneponto. The study was conducted through data collection and analysis of data, the data used include primary data and secondary data obtained through observation, field observations, and other supporting data. Data already collected subsequently analyzed by using descriptive and quantitative analysis by means of data interpretation and overlay maps with GIS systems. The results of the study show that obtained six classes of land use consisting of forests, gardens, settlements, rice fields, shrubs and moorings / fields indicate that land use has decreased by 2.66% in 1999, 2004 by 1, 44%, and in 2013 decreased to 1.09% and those that experienced an increase in area were fields / fields of 50.44% in 1999, in 2004 it increased to 62.10%, and in 2013 the area increased to 69.52%.

Sukasirna Village is one of ten villages that existed in Kecamatan Sukaluyu. The area of Kecamatan Sukaluyu  is about 48.02 km2 or 4,802 ha. In the local Government Regulation No. 17 Year 2012 about Spatial Plan Kabupaten Cianjur in 2011 – 2031 set Kecamatan Sukaluyu bas set industrial zone. The research objectives area to identify land use change and it’s impact were to the economy of community in Desa Sukasirna. Data collection techniques were primary and secondary data collection. Primary data obtained from the results of observation and dissemination of questionnaires to the communities and farmers, while the secondary data obtained from relevant institutions agencies such as BAPPEDA, Badan Pusat Statistik, and the Office of Sukasirna Village. Method used for data analysis were descriptive analysis and overlay techniques for land use map in 2006, 2011, and 2016. The reseach resultan showed there was conversion of agricultural land into industrial land use. The area of agricultural land i.e ricefield in 2006 was 81.1 percent, in 2011 was 77 percent and in 2016, the area was 66.2 percent. The Langest conversion of agricultural land into industrial land was in 2011 to 2016 with an area of 57,37. The impact on livelihoods and people's income in 2016 had a decline in the number of farmers and there was an increasing livelihood of factory employees. The growth of industry increased the income of the community in 41 percent and additional income such as trading around the industrial area. Impacts on farmers led to a decrease in land ownership of farmers with a percentage of 48 percent, as well as other impacts on the environment were water pollution and air /sound pollution with a percentage of 70 percent.   Kata Kunci : Guna Lahan, Perubahan Guna Lahan, Pemukiman, dan Pemasukan

The purpose of this study was to determine how the accounting treatment of inventory on the method of recording and assessing merchandise at Bumdes Karya Maju Kec. Kab. Musi Banyuasin with inventory observation periods in April and May 2020. In this study the researchers used a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The types of data used are primary and secondary. Where the primary data is in the form of interviews and field observations, while the secondary data is in the form of merchandise inventory data at Bumdes Karya Maju. Data collection methods used were interviews and field observations. The results showed that the method of recording and inventory of merchandise at Bumdes Karya Maju was not in accordance with SAK EMKM. Bumdes Karya Maju records merchandise inventory using an application called OMI, which has not applied any method in the application.

Abstract Calculate the potential erosion at Wae Heru and Wae Tonahitu Watershed aims to map and assess the potential erosion, in order to be a scientific consideration for exploration and development. The method is a field survey to determine the forms of land use and other forms of conservation efforts; secondary data collection, i.e. soil data, rainfall data, slopes data and data interpretation from Geo Eye satellite imagery in 2012. Further data processing used USLE formula with ArcGIS program. The results showed that the potential erosion of Wae Heru Watershed and Wae Tonahitu Watershed are in very light potential class. This is because the conditions in the upstream are still forested largely. However, at the downstream potential for erosion is vary, i.e. light class, moderate class, heavy class and very heavy class. This is because the conditions in the downstream undergo conversion into settlement, moor, garden, open land and sand mining. Abstrak Menghitung potensi erosi di Wae Heru dan Wae Tonahitu Daerah Aliran Sungai bertujuan untuk memetakan dan menilai potensi erosi, agar menjadi pertimbangan ilmiah untuk eksplorasi dan pengembangan. Metode ini adalah survei lapangan untuk menentukan bentuk penggunaan lahan dan bentuk lain dari upaya konservasi; pengumpulan data sekunder, data tanah yaitu, data curah hujan, data yang lereng dan interpretasi data dari citra satelit Geo Eye pada tahun 2012. pengolahan data lebih lanjut digunakan rumus USLE program ArcGIS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa erosi potensi Wae Heru DAS dan Wae Tonahitu Daerah Aliran Sungai di kelas potensial sangat ringan. Hal ini karena kondisi di hulu masih berhutan sebagian besar. Namun, pada potensi hilir erosi adalah bervariasi, yaitu kelas ringan, kelas menengah, kelas berat dan kelas yang sangat berat. Hal ini karena kondisi di hilir mengalami konversi menjadi pemukiman, tegalan, kebun, lahan terbuka dan penambangan pasir.

A study was conducted to build the mouza and union level databases of potato during 2011-12 using both primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected from potato growers of unions of three upazilas, namely Vober Char, (Gazaria, Munshigonj), Atmul, (Shibganj, Bogra) and Mittipur (Pirganj, Rangpur), respectively. Mouza, union, upazila and district level digitized maps of Bangladesh were used in the program. GIS, GPS, MIS, Modem and mobile phone technologies were used. Databases of different parameters such as area, production, yield, and varietal information etc. of potato were obtained. Mouza have been used as the smallest unit of land use management for agriculture because it has administrative boundary and social identity. Average yield of potato was 17.45 t/ha in the study areas during 2011-12. Out of total potato areas 69.06% was cultivated by HYVs and the rest 30.94% by local varieties. Out of 46 HYVs released by BARI, 11 varieties were cultivated in the study areas during the same period. Databases and maps developed by data collection from root level (Farmer’s field, mouza, block and union etc.) may help to identify variety wise area coverage of potato.Bangladesh J. Agril. The purpose of this researchment is to ascertain how wide the farming of species Saccharun Edule Hasskarl (terubuk) in sub district Tosa, district of East Tidore of Tidore Island through the indicator of the value revenue, production and selling prices so that the farmers will achieve The Break Event Point (BEP). The research method was used a quantitative method with the number of samples of 30 people. The determination of the sample method is using the census method or involving all members of the population into a sample of researchment. The secondary data collection was done by using library literature in the form of document review and relevant references to research object while primary data collection was done by using questionnaire. The data is using equation R /C Ratio, BEP Revenue, BEP Price, and BEP Production. Therefore from the results of the researchment it can be explained that the two of the thirty farmers come through the break event point, while the other twenty-eight farmers declared having a business that worth to be develop or experiencing profit, because the R/C ratio is above 1.0 with average profit reach Rp. 989.000, - per production / farmer.

<em>The objective of this is research was conducted to find out how the influence of the price and quality of products against customer loyalty at PT. Alakasa Extrusindo Jakarta. This research was conducted in Alakasa Extrusindo PT by doing data collection, through the primary data and secondary data.  The research results showed that the simultaneous price variables  and product quality  has a positive and significant effect against the variable customer loyalty. partially showed that price variables has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty. And partially showed that product quality variables  has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty</em>

    This study aims to analyze the effect of price and location on Alfamidi's customer satisfaction in Pagelaran Village, Bogor. The method used is descriptive and associative quantitative analysis, data collection used in this study using primary data sourced from questionnaires distributed to customers of Alfamidi Raya Ciomas who are in Pagelaran Village. Sampling using the saturated sample technique where the sample is consumers who have shopped at Alfamidi in the performance village. The sample used was 100 Alfamidi customer respondents in Pagelaran Village. Based on the results of the study showed that 1) price had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, 2) location had a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, 3) price and location together had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction in shopping for Alfamidi customers in Pagelaran Village.

This article discusses the implementation of wages in agriculture in Nagari Bukit Kandung Subdistrict X Koto Atas, Solok Regency in a review of muamalah fiqh. The type of research is field research (field research). The data sources consist of primary data sources, namely from farmers and farm laborers who were carried out to 8 people and 4 farm workers, while the secondary data were obtained from documents in the form of the Bukit Kandung Nagari Profile that were related to this research, which could provide information or data. Addition to strengthen the primary data. Data collection techniques that the author uses are observation, interviews and documentation. The data processing that the author uses is qualitative. Based on the results of this study, the implementation of wages in agriculture carried out in Nagari Bukit Kandung District X Koto Diatas Solok Regency is farm laborers who ask for their wages to be given in advance before they carry out their work without an agreement to give their wages at the beginning. Because farm laborers ask for their wages to be given at the beginning, many farm workers work not as expected by farmers and there are also farm workers who are not on time to do the work that should be done. According to the muamalah fiqh review, the implementation of wages in agriculture in Nagari Bukit Kandung is not allowed because there is an element of gharar in the contract and there are parties who are disadvantaged in the contract, namely the owner of the fields.

<p>Abstract<br />The article of  this research is know how to main base into consideration Bank Rakyat Indonesia in doing Agroniaga, Bank acquisitions and ownership as well as knowing the order management after the acquisition of pengambilalhian shares or conducted by the people’s Bank of Indonesia against the Bank Agroniaga of Law Number 10 Of 1998 changes to the Law Number Number 7 Of 1992. This research is socio legal. The research is descriptive. Types of data used include primary data and secondary data, which includes primary legal materials and legal secondary materials. Data collection techniques used with interviews and studies library. Data analysis techniques used in this research was the qualitative analysis. The results of research and discussion of the basic considerations that Rakyat Indonesia Bank in the acquisition of the Agroniaga Bank business expansion, addition of assets as there are similarities in core business, namely in the field of agribusiness, the demand for Indonesia of Bank to Rakyat Indonesia Bank to acquire Agroniaga Bank who are going through a slump. Agroniaga Bank ownership after being acquired belong to the people’s Indonesia of Bank. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder, yang mencakup bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan bahwa dasar  pertimbangan Bank Rakyat Indonesia dalam melakukan akuisisi Bank Agroniaga yaitu ekspansi bisnis, penambahan aset karena terdapat kemiripan pada core bussines yaitu dibidang agribisnis, permintaan Bank Indonesia kepada Bank Rakyat Indonesia untuk mengakuisisi  Bank Agroniaga  yang  sedang  mengalami  keterpurukan.  Kepemilikan  Bank Agroniaga setelah diakuisisi menjadi milik Bank Rakyat Indonesia. <p>Abstract<br />This article aims for reviewing how the settlement of compensation as the consequences of the tenure <br />of land rights unlawfully in civil law Surakarta state court verdict number 106/pdt.g/2017/PN.SKT and <br />number 103/pdt.G/2006/PN.SKT where the court’s decision has a permanent legal force. This research is <br />a juridical normative legal research. The location of this research at Notary Office and PPAT Adib Sujarwadi <br />and the State Court Surakarta Class 1A Specific. Kinds and the sources of data in this research are <br />consist of primary data and secondary data. The technique of data collection through interview and library <br />study. The analytical technique used by the author is by the method of syllogism that uses the deduction <br />mindset. Regarding the settlement of compensation due to unlawful tenure of land rights is a compensatory <br />damages, in the form of payment to the victim amounting to a loss that is actually experienced. Based on <br />the decision of the Panel of Judges. Regarding the non-granting of immaterial compensation because <br />the Plaintiff does not attach the appropriate evidence. After the verdict is declared incracht, outside the <br />court, the Defendant and the Plaintiff may hold deliberations to determine the amount of the indemnity or <br />the Plaintiff waived the indemnity obligation, but the Defendant must leave the land of the object of the <br />dispute voluntarily. In the case of still occupy it will be executed by the bailiff from the Court.<br />Keywords: Compensation; Tort; Tenure Of Land Rights.</p><p>Abstrak<br />Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana penyelesaian ganti rugi akibat penguasaan hak atas <br />tanah secara melawan hukum pada perkara perdata Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Surakarta Nomor 106/<br />Pdt.G/2017/PN SKT dan Nomor 103/Pdt.G/2006/PN SKT, dimana putusan pengadilan tersebut telah <br />berkekuatan hukum tetap. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif yuridis. Lokasi penelitian <br />yaitu di Kantor Notaris dan PPAT Adib Sujarwadi dan Pengadilan Negeri Surakarta Kelas IA Khusus. Jenis <br />dan sumber data penelitian ini meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui <br />wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah dengan metode <br />silogisme yang menggunakan pola pikir deduksi. Penyelesaian ganti rugi akibat penguasaan hak atas <br />tanah secara melawan hukum yaitu dengan ganti rugi kompensasi, berupa pembayaran kepada korban <br />sebesar kerugian yang benar-benar dialami. Berdasarkan keputusan Majelis Hakim. Mengenai tidak <br />dikabulkannya ganti rugi immateriil dikarenakan Penggugat tidak melampirkan bukti-bukti yang sesuai. <br />Setelah putusan dinyatakan incraht, di luar pengadilan, Tergugat dan Penggugat dapat mengadakan <br />musyawarah untuk menentukan jumlah ganti rugi atau Penggugat membebaskan kewajiban pembayaran <br />ganti rugi, namun Tergugat harus meninggalkan tanah obyek sengketa secara sukarela. Dalam hal masih <br />tetap menempati maka akan dilakukan eksekusi oleh juru sita dari Pengadilan.<br />Kata Kunci : Ganti Kerugian; Perbuatan Melawan Hukum; Penguasaan Hak Atas Tanah.</p>
