Optimization of Digital Marketing Practices to Improve Product Sales of Inamtes in the Productive PrisonAbstract. Productive prisons are prisons that are not only a place for guiding inmates (prisoners) in a conventional manner, but can also be a means to encourage the production of a good quality products, therefore productive activities in prisons can be a support for fostering prisoners. In productive prisons, inmates are taught to grow crops, raise livestock to gardening. Lapas Terbuka Kendal, one of productive prisons in Central Java, is currently only filled with 23 inmates who are fostered by the independence of various production activities, namely the agriculture, fisheries and animal husbandry sectors. The results of Lapas Terbuka Kendal production activities can be said to be quite good. Even marketing has been done well, one of them through the website. But unfortunately the existing marketing did not produce maximum results in sales. This is evaluated and resolved in the community service performed. The digital marketing training is a solution given. All officers were enthusiastic in actively participating during the training. By this training, it is expected they could maximize the digital marketing implementation to boost the sales.Keyword: Digital marketing, productive prison, prisoners, production activities, sales.Abstrak. Lembaga pemasyarakatan (Lapas) produktif merupakan Lapas yang tidak hanya menjadi tempat pembinaan narapidana (warga binaan) secara konvensional, tetapi juga dapat menjadi salah satu sarana untuk mendorong dihasilkannya produk-produk berkualitas, oleh karenanya kegiatan produktif di lapas bisa menjadi penunjang bagi pembinaan terhadap warga Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan (WBP). WBP diajarkan bercocok tanam, beternak hingga berkebun di Lapas Terbuka. Lapas Terbuka Kendal, salah satu Lapas Produktif di Jawa Tengah, saat ini terisi sebanyak 23 warga binaan yang dibina kemandirian berbagai macam kegiatan produksi yaitu sektor pertanian, perikanan dan peternakan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan produksi Lapas Terbuka Kendal dapat dikatakan cukup bagus. Bahkan pemasaran pun sudah dilakukan dengan baik, salah satunya melalui website. Namun sayangnya pemasaran yang ada ternyata tidak membuahkan hasil yang maksimal dalam penjualan. Hal tersebut yang dievaluasi dan dipecahkan pada pengabdian yang dilakukan. Pelatihan pemasaran digital menjadi solusi yang diberikan pada pengabdian ini. Pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan lancar, seluruh petugas Lapas antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mereka mampu memaksimalkan fungsi pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan penjualan.Kata Kunci: Digitalisasi, pemasaran, kegiatan produksi, peningkatan penjualan.

The development of information technology has grown rapidly and has an impact on society in supporting various large and small-scale business activities. Digital Marketing is one of the means to sell that can help increase product sales compared to conventional sales. This community service aims to provide training and assistance to members of the Rukun Nelayan Toko Lima, Muara Badak Ilir Village, Kutai Kartanegara Regency in marketing tembang and anchovy salted fFish products as regional superior products. This program was carried out through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to explore problems in product marketing as well as training and assistance in website management, design and marketing of tembang and anchovy salted fish products. The results of the program show that members of the Rukun Nelayan Toko Lima can skillfully manage marketing through digital marketing and website.

Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) have a major role in Indonesia’s economy. In order to grow, MSMEs need the capability to conduct marketing in the digital world. The advancements in digital technologies have made it possible for a cost-effective and hassle-free Digital Marketing adoption. However, the number of MSMEs that have adopted Digital Marketing is still low. Therefore, this study aims to find out what factors that affect Digital Marketing adoption and its benefits. This study will also analyze the implementation of Digital Marketing by MSMEs in Indonesia. This study uses literature study method. This study shows that there are various factors affecting Digital Marketing adoption. This study also shows that various research results have shown that Digital Marketing Adoption can improve the performance of MSMEs. In regards to Digital Marketing implementation in Indonesia’s MSMEs, this study shows that training and mentoring activities by Centers for Research and Community Service of various Higher Education Institutions in Indonesia are very beneficial for MSMEs.

Kangkong can be processed into various types of snacks, one of which is kangkong sticks. Sticks are a type of pastry that has a long flat shape, has a savory taste, and has a crunchy texture. Kangkong sticks are one form of innovation for processed kangkong products. Kangkong sticks were once produced in Dasan Tereng Village, but are no longer produced. Based on the results of interviews and observations conducted by the P1000WB Entrepreneurship Community Service Program (Creation of 1000 New Entrepreneurs), several problems have been found in the kangkong stick product. These problems include; unvaried taste, unattractive packaging, narrow marketing scope, and mass production system. KKN Kewirausahaan made various efforts to re-elevate, as well as develop kangkong stick products into superior products in Dasan Tereng Village. The efforts that have been made are: (1) Providing innovation in the form of flavor variants, (2) Improvement of product packaging using standing pouches, designing, and giving logos, (3) Doing digital marketing and changing the production system to a purchased order (PO) system. The method used is observation, short interview, and literature study. This gives tangible results in the form of product sales which are quite high, exceeding the sales target, from 40 packs to 110 packs in one week.

Dukuh Sikepan Ngagrong Village is one of the villages located in Gladagsari District, Boyolali Regency, Central Java Province. Plantations and animal husbandry are the sources of livelihood for the people of Dukuh Sikepan, most of whom work as farmers and breeders. Also, the limited knowledge of residents about animal feed fermentation has made residents only provide feed with ordinary grass, which is only found in the rainy season. So that during the dry season, residents have to buy feed elsewhere at a higher cost. The not yet optimal marketing of agricultural products and development is also an obstacle for Sikepan residents. Thus, it is necessary to have a community service program that is expected to help the people of Sikepan Hamlet reduce the problems they are facing. Through the method of extension, education, and assistance to develop public knowledge to recognize and utilize agricultural knowledge about animal feed fermentation and education about post-harvest online marketing in Sikepan Hamlet, it is necessary to do it. KKN students, assisted by Field Supervisory Lecturers, carry out community service programs that interact with the community. The KKN-PPM program is beneficial for residents in carrying out livestock feed fermentation, providing technical training to enable farmers to do what they need. Besides that, with online marketing training, mothers and adolescents can sell their products smartly.

People in Pesidi village have an additional livelihood as woven bag craftsmen. Many housewives become craftsmen because the production time is flexible and can be done at home. However, the problems faced by woven bag craftsmen include the lack of product innovation, conventional sales systems, low selling prices resulting in low income, craftsmen not having knowledge of digital marketing, and inventory buildup due to lack of sales. The purpose of this community service is to increase digital marketing knowledge and reduce the problems of woven bag craftsmen. The methods used are socialization to local government and craftsmen, training (lectures, simulations, and discussions), and assistance in making digital marketing. The results of the service are in the form of marketing innovation through digital marketing, an increase in income of 7%, an increase in the understanding of woven bag craftsmen about digital marketing, and product sales with an online system via email, Facebook, Instagram, and market places available on digital platforms.

One of the businesses that is currently starting to develop in Pela Village is the salted fish business. However, the income of the Pela Village community is very low. One of the contributing factors is the lack of promotions carried out to promote their products in the market. Based on these problems, this community service aims to train the Pela Village community in marketing salted fish products through digital marketing. The PkM team facilitates computers for people who do not have personal computers. This program is carried out through counseling and workshop methods. The results show that partners have succeeded in creating layouts for their product sales promotions digitally and posted on marketplaces and social media. Through the available promotion media, it is hoped that they can increase the sales.

Technological developments have significantly changed the way how a business works, especially the culinary business named Seblak Jeletet Murni, that has located in Jakarta. This business is still relatively new, but consumers continue moldy and this spicy culinary product sales have been continue to increase. This phenomenon is a result of business which has entered the digital era in social media. Marketing of this product is not done intensively by the owner of this business, but consumers who moved to market virally in social media, especially social media video youtube. In this article the author analyzed descriptively about consumer behavior in digital marketing that has affected the sales of the culinary products. The analyzes were performed with case studies and associated in the literature on consumer behavior and digital marketing strategies. This article aims to describe the behavior of consumers in the digital age so that it can be input in determining the marketing strategy culinary efforts forward and be used for thought on the future of consumer research. <p>Adolescence is prone to deviations and impropriety should be grown a sense of creativity. Creativity of students to be skilled in making VCO so that will grow entrepreneurship spirit for students. Skills in the way of making VCO is expected to increase students' creativity and applied in economic activities to increase student income. The solution offered from the problems that have been mentioned above, then training the manufacture of Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) is very necessary. Program activities offered in the form of socialization or introduction of VCO products produced both from the benefits and advantages they have compared with other similar products, and there is also a demonstration later in the making of VCO and explanation of how the right and proper marketing. Implementation of community service is specifically a promotive effort in the field of business development to create skilled and productive student students in producing a health product that can later be utilized both for themselves, the family and the surrounding community. Community service activities, also relevant to economics and business, where the product will be marketed so that this can be an income or additional income for local students. The participants' response to this counseling is quite high, indicated by the attendance rate of 80% of the number of invitations. Understanding high school students and SMK Mutiara to the benefits and content of VCO and how to manufacture the correct VCO using this simple and cheap enzymatic method was responded with great enthusiasm by the participants.</p>

Packaging is the process of packaging a product so that it has appeal. This attractiveness is an effort to increase product competitiveness, so that potential buyers are interested in consuming, using and recommending it to the public. The Baso Aci production house Tata Snack has the main product in the form of aci meatball with a plain vacuum sealer packaging model. The problem raised was designing the baso aci packaging based on the voting results of the participants. Participants in this activity were 16 employees and owners of the Tata Snack meatball business. The activity was carried out on December 16, 2020, starting with the preparation of activities and implementation of activities. The methods used were lecturing, giving question and answer, discussing and voting. This community service produced packaging designs with standing pouch printing items and screen prints containing information about Baso aci.

Technology today plays an important role in all aspects, both in education and in business, such as sales. Currently in business, the role of technology is needed, especially in product sales. E-commerce is a way of doing business that makes it very easy for sellers to market their products. SMA Swasta Budi Agung Medan is one of the schools that is required to produce graduates who can compete and be entrepreneurial. By carrying out this community service, it is aimed at providing insight and knowledge in utilizing technology as an opportunity in entrepreneurship by utilizing e-commerce platforms such as shopee. In addition, students will also be given knowledge about how to make a product using used materials or materials that are available around us. In this training, the products made are wall art products or wall hangings. These products will later be sold or marketed through the e-commerce platform, namely shopee. So, with the implementation of this service, students are expected to be able to be creative and entrepreneurial by utilizing technology properly and correctly.
