<div><p><em>Terminal is included in the transportation network system which functions as a place for passengers to take the bus and a place to drop the passengers. Terminal is also the element of </em><em>spatial</em><em> arrangement which influences the structure and system of a town’s movement.</em><em> </em><em>The development of Giri Adipura Terminal in Singodutan Village which was done from 2010 to 2014 is aimed to recover the performance of previous terminal and to develop the surrounding area. Phenomenon which was happened in Giri Adipura Terminal is there were still many passengers who were not utilizing the terminal function and the public transportations were not entering the terminal in order. This research was done to know the performance of Giri Adipura Terminal function in transportation system in Wonogiri Regency. The used research method was quantitative with deductive approach.</em><em> </em><em>The used analysis technique was scoring, by determined the parameter and indicator in each variabel. The result of scoring calculation from the performance of Giri Adipura Terminal function in transportation system in Wonogiri Regency was 9.33. Based on the performance of terminal function category, 9.33 score was in range of 6.68—9.35, so it was included in the average performance category. Thus, the performance of Giri Adipura Terminal function in transportation system in Wonogiri Regency has not reach a good performance yet and it needs some things which should be done to reach that performance. For the performance of each variabl</em><em>e</em><em>, variables which were in the good performance category were accessibility and traffic management. When the transportation system of any States in Nigeria is effective, it positively contributes to effective economy growth and infrastructural facilities; saves stress and generate revenue to the authorities. This is the desire of every ministry of Transportation for State in Nigeria although a number of constraints usually make it not attainable. The transportation system presently operated by the Ministry of Transportation, Kwara was studied and found to be suffering, cumbersome, exploitative and fall short in all standards of a good transportation network system. Therefore this paper seeks to present the results of the research carried out to Big Data Analytic Solution (BDAS) for the management of the transport companies’ network system within Kwara State. The research adopts a transportation frame work design solution, MySQL for data migration and Php framework ‘codeigniter’ for productive server for the full development. The phase testing is carried out and presents the improved version for the improvement in routes schedules, company’s services and driver’s registration and user booking. The system will serve as open access to heterogeneous communities in Kwara State, Nigeria and make easy booking for passengers, assist communities in management of transportation systems within kwara state, Nigeria.

The purpose of the study is to introduce and understand the paradigm of Islamic moderation to the public through social media in terms of separating from Islamophobia. The research method is qualitative by using library research. The data analysis technique used is Critical Discourse Analysis. Misunderstanding Islam will have the potential to cause Islamophobia. Social media can be used to provide an understanding of Islamic moderation to public. Given the enormous epidemic of hoaxes on social media, media literacy education and culture of clarification must be encouraged along with grounding Islamic moderation.                                            Keywords: Islamic moderation; Islamophobia; Social Media; Literacy.

The city of Curitiba, located at Southern Brazil, is recognized by its urban planning structured on three pillars: land use, collective transportation, and traffic. With 3.8 million people in its metropolitan area, the public transport system deals with approximately 2.5 million passengers daily. The structure and properties of such a transportation system have substantial implications for the urban planning and public politics for sustainable development of Curitiba. Therefore, this paper analyzes the structure of the public transportation system of Curitiba through the theory of complex networks in a static approach of network topology and presents a comparative analysis of the results from Curitiba, three cities from China (Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou), and three cities from Poland (GOP, Warszawa, and Łódź). The transportation network was modeled as a complex network with exact geographical coordinates of its bus stops. In all bus lines, the method used was the P-Space. The results show that this bus network has characteristics of both small-world and scale-free networks.

The crime of seizure and theft of motorized vehicles with violence is so disturbing to the public. This research method was conducted using empirical juridical research methods. The role of the investigator is very important in overcoming the crime of seizure and theft of motorized vehicles with violence, bearing in mind the high number of crimes that occur in the community, especially in the surrounding area of the Medan City Police. The role of the Medan City Polrestabes in dealing with motor vehicle theft with violence appears from preventive and repressive efforts. As law enforcers, patrons and community guides through routine raids and patrols in places suspected of being prone to motor vehicle theft and socialization to the public. Inhibiting factors in the police, including the lack of witness participation in providing information in the investigation process, the limited number of investigators, inadequate income / salary factors of investigators, the lack of an investigative budget, inadequate facilities and infrastructure to support investigator performance and lack of participation witness in providing information in the investigation process.

compete in terms of promotion with several other regions. The tourism policy carried out by the local government has not been able to make tourism the main asset of the City of Baubau. This study examines the role of community social media in the tourism promotion of Baubau City, particularly on Instagram social media accounts. The research is focused on Instagram accounts that have tourism content and searches for hashtags that have the most posts about tourist objects. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Next, to check the validity of the data, what the researchers did was to make previous observations on various relevant Instagram accounts randomly. Then the data that has been obtained is confirmed, described, categorized which is the same view, which is different, and which one is specific from the data sources. Finally, the data were analyzed by researchers to produce conclusions. The analysis technique used by these researchers is the source and content triangulation analysis technique. The results showed that community accounts on Instagram were very helpful in providing promotion for tourism in Baubau City, besides that the popular hashtags used made it easy for the public to get information about content, location, and access to several tourism objects in Baubau City.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui unsur Ignorantia Legis Excusat Neminem (ketidaktahuan tentang hukum) yang terdapat dalam fiksi hukum, jika diterapkan dalam kasus pembakaran mayat yang terjadi Sanden Bantul Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun tempat penelitian dilakukan di Polres Bantul dan Pengadilan Negeri Bantul, penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai Mei 2019. Subjek dari penelitian ini dua orang yaitu Penyidik dari Polres Bantul dan Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Bantul. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan mereduksi data yang diperoleh, kemudian menyajikan data yang mempunyai hubungan dengan judul penelitian. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik untuk menguji kredibilitas data dan dilakukan dengan cara mengecek data kepada sumber yang berbeda dengan teknik yang sama. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa unsur Ignorantia Legis Excusat Neminem (ketidaktahuan tentang hukum), bukan menjadi alasan untuk meringankan atau membebaskan pelaku dari tuntutan hukum, yang dapat membebaskan pelaku jika tidak bisa mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya, contohnya adalah orang gila dan yang dapat meringankan adalah pertimbangan hakim, selain itu kekuasaan hakim dapat meringankan penahanan pelaku dengan menggunakan sisi kemanusiaannya. Unsur Ignorantia Legis Excusat Neminem bagian dari fiksi hukum menandakan masih kurang maksimalnya penyebarluasan aturan perunang-undangan kepada masyarakat, karena masih ada warga masyarakat yang melakukan kejahatan, berpangkal dari ketidaktahuannya tentang hukum. Seperti kasus yang terjadi di Sanden Bantul tentang pembakaran mayat ini. Kata Kunci: Ignorantia Legis Excusat Neminem, Pembakaran Mayat, Fiksi Hukum Abstract This study aims to determine the elements of Ignorantia Legis Excusat Neminem (ignorance of the law) contained in legal fiction, if applied in the case of the burning of bodies that occurred in Sanden Bantul, Yogyakarta. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. The place of research was conducted in Bantul District Police and Bantul District Court, the study was conducted in March to May 2019. The subjects of this study were two people, namely Investigators from Bantul Regional Police and Bantul District Court Judges. The data analysis technique used is by reducing the data obtained, then presenting data that has a relationship with the research title. The validity of the data uses triangulation techniques to test the credibility of the data and is done by checking data to different sources with the same technique. The results of the study concluded that the element Ignorantia Legis Excusat Neminem (ignorance of the law), is not an excuse to relieve or free the perpetrators of lawsuits, which can free the perpetrators if they cannot account for their actions, for example, crazy people who can alleviate judges, besides the power of judges can alleviate the detention of perpetrators by using their humanity side. The element of Ignorantia Legis Excusat Neminem, part of legal fiction, indicates that there is still a lack of maximum dissemination of regulations to the public, because there are still people who commit crimes, stemming from their ignorance of the law. Background: Customer (patient) satisfaction in health services is very important to note because it can describe the quality of services in the health service. This study aims to determine the level of performance assesment of public health centers relating to the quality of public health centers service, management of public health centers and health services based on patient satisfaction in the public health center in Parepare, South Sulawesi.Methods: The research method is quantitative with survey research to determine the level of reseach results on public health centers about patient satisfaction.Results: The results of the study indicate that performance assessment is in the form of the quality of service possessed by the public health center obtained an average performance value of 8.8 with a good performance category. Management of the public health center obtained an average performance value of 8.9 with a good performance category. Health services obtained an average performance value of 90.7% with sufficient performance categories. Customer satisfaction obtained an average value of 71.1% in the good category.Conclusions: Service quality of public health center has a good performance, health center management has good performance, health services have sufficient performance, customer satisfaction has a good category. So that the average performance of the public health center has results comparable to the results of customer satisfaction, which is a good category.

This study aims to determine the development strategies for Mangolo tourism (Kea-Kea) in order to improve the Original Local Government Revenue in Kolaka.This research was conducted in Tourism Department in Kolaka. The applied research method was descriptive qualitative supported by the information summarized in tables and the collected information for interviews, direct observations and documentations. The purposive sampling was used to find out the needed data. The analysis technique was analysis interactive model based on data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion formulation.The results show that the used development strategies to be implemented in Mangolo tourism are the area arrangement, the area renovation and the public facilities improvement.Keywords : Development, Revenue, Strategies, Tourism

This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

Previously, Indonesia only issued Identity Cards for citizens who had reached the age of 17 years. However, after the presence of a new policy from the Interior Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia contained in the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 2 concerning Child Identity Cards, now Indonesian citizens who are less than 17 years old can have an identity card in the form of a Child Identity Card. The main problem in this research are the limitations of blanks and need additional personnel to improve services, especially in the context of issuing child Identity Cards. Besides, the realization of the issuance of child identity cards still far from the target and socialization to the public has not been conveyed in its entirety.. This study aims to examine how the implementation of Child Identity card in Bandung Regency. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive approach. This research is presented by using a narrative that discusses the implementation of child identity card policies in Bandung Regency. The focus of this research emphasizes the implementation model of Edward III covering communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure.
