<p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The study aimed to describe the implementation of character education in SD Negeri 2 Karangsari during the Covid-19 Pandemic Era. It used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were questionnaire, observation, interviews and documents. Data analysis was based on Miles and Huberman theory included data reduction, data presentation, and verification.</em><em> </em><em>The results showed that the character education was integrated in learning process. The nationalist character became habit, the religious character were developing, while the character of independence, integrity, and mutual cooperation began to grow. The characters of students at SD Negeri 2 Karangsari were influenced by internal and external factors. The obstacles in implementing characters to students were: (1) controlling the students was very difficult, (2) the students lacked of motivation, (3) the students had limited time of online learning, (4) the school lacked of learning facilities and learning media. The solutions were: (1) the teacher cooperated with parents, school committees and educational institutions, (2) the teacher motivated students, (3) the teacher integrated character values in learning materials, and (4) the teacher participated in workshop to create innovative learning media.</em><em> </em><em>It concludes that the implementation of education at SD Negeri 2 Karangsari during the Covid-19 Pandemic Era works well.</em></p>

<p class="15bIsiAbstractBInggris"><em>Talking about character education, the current condition is difficult to implement character values which are usually carried out directly in schools with teachers. It takes technology-based learning media to be able to apply the process of religious character education with a remote process with the position of students from home. The purpose of writing in this study is to find out the implementation of religious character education through technology-based learning media with deepening efforts from the results of field research on the object of research that will describe the implementation steps. The method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Religious character education during distance learning needs to consider the process of implementing activities that support it as well as media that is easily accessible by students. The results of this study are efforts in implementing the implementation of character education must still be done even from home with direction from teachers at school and in collaboration with parents at home. Technology-based learning media that are applied to the implementation process are YouTube Google Classroom, Google Form, Google Sites, and WhatsApp.</em></p><p class="15cKeywordsBInggris"> </p><p class="16aJudulAbstrak"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Berbicara mengenai pendidikan karakter memang kondisi saat ini sulit rasanya pengimplementasian nilai karakter yang biasanya dilakukan secara langsung di sekolah bersama para guru. Dibutuhkan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi untuk dapat menerapkan proses pendidikan karakter religius dengan proses jarak jauh dengan posisi peserta didik dari rumah. Tujuan penulisan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ingin mengetahui pengimplementasian pendidikan karakter religius melalui media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dengan upaya pendalaman dari hasil penelitian lapangan pada objek penelitian yang akan dilakukan pendeskripsian langkah pengimplementasiannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pendidikan karakter religius pada masa pembelajaran jarak jauh perlu dipertimbangkan proses penerapan kegiatan yang menunjangnya serta media yang mudah diakses oleh peserta didik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Upaya dalam menerapkan pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter harus tetap dilakukan meskipun dari rumah dengan arahan dari guru di sekolah dan kerja sama dengan orang tua di rumah. Media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang diaplikasikan pada proses pengimplementasian adalah Youtube, Google Classroom, Google Form, Google Sites dan WhatsApp.</p>

Every problem that hits this nation is always closely related to the character of the nation, as happened in Pohuwato. Therefore, character problems must receive serious attention from all elements of society, government, educational institutions as well as in the implementation of socio-culture in society. During its development, national character development can be pursued with a variety of approaches, including through culture carried out by the community. The objectives of this study are: (1) The researcher wants to explore and find out in depth about the strengthening of the identity of the Bajo Tribe in Torosiaje Village, Pohuwato Regency; (2) The researcher wants to explore and know in depth the relationship between the local wisdom of the Bajo Tribe in Torosiaje Village, Pohuwato Regency with the character of the Indonesian Nation. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The specific target that the researcher wants to achieve is to know in depth the values contained in the ethnic traditions of the Bajo tribe in Torosiaje Village and their correlation with the development of national character in Pohuwato, as well as Gorontalo and Indonesia in general. Setiap permasalahan yang melanda bangsa ini selalu berkaitan erat dengan karakter bangsa, begitupun yang terjadi di Pohuwato. Oleh karena itu, permasalahan karakter haruslah mendapat perhatian serius dari seluruh elemen masyarakat, pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan maupun dalam pelaksanaan sosial budaya di masyarakat. Dalam perkembangannya, pembangunan karakter bangsa dapat ditempuh dengan berbagai macam pendekatan, diantaranya melalui budaya yang dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu : (1) Peneliti ingin menelusuri dan  mengetahui secara mendalam tentang penguatan identitas Suku Bajo yang berada di Desa Torosiaje Kabupaten Pohuwato; (2) Peneliti ingin menelusuri dan mengetahui secara mendalam kaitan antara kearifan lokal Suku Bajo yang berada di Desa Torosiaje Kabupaten Pohuwato dengan karakter Bangsa Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Adapun target khusus yang ingin dicapai oleh peneliti yakni ingin mengetahui secara mendalam nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam tradisi etnik Suku Bajo yang berada di Desa Torosiaje  dan korelasinya dengan pembangunan karakter bangsa di Pohuwato, serta Gorontalo dan Indonesia pada umumnya.

Objective Description

This research is generally aimed at strengthening Muhammadiyah union institution in one of Muhammadiyah's business charity in Gorontalo Province, whereas specifically the purpose of this research is to know objective description about reality that happened at campus of Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo from organizational culture that developed on campus This, taking into account the organizational culture found in Muhammadiyah in accordance with the PHIWM. This research uses qualitative method with case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. Research time started from January to June 2017 From the results show that the employees have not implemented properly. Indicators of hard work still have not shown good results because most employees still do not understand the main duties and functions in work. Discipline indicators are also not well implemented where there are still many employees who enter the campus through the provisions of the time set as well while attending events on campus and when entering the time of prayer still not heed these things. The last indicator is the optimization in the work also has not shown the maximum results because only a few who are able to work effectively in accordance with the work agenda that they set previously.

Kulon Progo Regency is one of the districts that has many innovations, one of which is community empowerment in collaboration with a modern shop abbreviated as the shop name owned by the people (tomira). This research was motivated by the achievements of the Kulon Progo district government in carrying out development and innovation in the development of the Kulon Progo region by fully involving the Kulon Progo district community through community empowerment. This initiative was taken by the government of Kulon Progo Regency to improve community empowerment and protect the people of Kulon Progo Regency from various economic threats. Considering that in the past few years many modern shops have mushroomed in each district/city, so this is what makes Kulon Progo Regency move quickly to empower the community by collaborating between MSMEs or cooperative with modern shops. This study uses a qualitative method which case study approach. With the empowerment that has been done, the original products of Kulon Progo Regency or local products can be traded in modern stores so that local products in Kulon Progo Regency can compete with national products in these modern stores. The existence of such cooperation will indirectly improve the image of Kulon Progo Regency and lift the original products of Kulon Progo Regency. The lifting of the original products of Kulon Progo Regency will have a positive impact on the community, where indirectly the economy of the community will increase so that there will be prosperity for the community. Kabupaten Kulon Progo adalah salah satu kabupaten yang memiliki banyak inovasi, salah satunya adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat bekerja sama dengan toko modern disingkat nama toko yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat (tomira). Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pencapaian pemerintah kabupaten Kulon Progo dalam melakukan pengembangan dan inovasi dalam pengembangan wilayah Kulon Progo dengan melibatkan sepenuhnya masyarakat kabupaten Kulon Progo melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Inisiatif ini diambil oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Kulon Progo untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan melindungi masyarakat Kabupaten Kulon Progo dari berbagai ancaman ekonomi. Menimbang bahwa dalam beberapa tahun terakhir banyak toko-toko modern telah menjamur di setiap kabupaten/kota, jadi inilah yang membuat Kabupaten Kulon Progo bergerak cepat untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dengan berkolaborasi antara UMKM atau bekerjasama dengan toko-toko modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dengan metode yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi. Dengan pemberdayaan yang telah dilakukan, produk asli Kabupaten Kulon Progo atau produk lokal dapat diperdagangkan di toko modern sehingga produk lokal di Kabupaten Kulon Progo dapat bersaing dengan produk nasional di toko modern ini. Adanya kerjasama tersebut secara tidak langsung akan meningkatkan citra Kabupaten Kulon Progo dan mengangkat produk asli Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Pencabutan produk asli Kabupaten Kulon Progo akan berdampak positif bagi masyarakat, di mana secara tidak langsung perekonomian masyarakat akan meningkat sehingga akan ada kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat.

AbstrakThis study aims to determine the background and motivating factors for survivors to become local volunteers in the earthquake, tsunami and liquefaction natural disasters that occurred on September 28 in the city of Palu. The method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of the study showed that being a survivor's background in volunteering was a position as a board or member of Muhammadiyah, and there was also an interest in MDMC work. The driving factors (1) imply the meaning of Al Maun, be useful human beings, (2) as an act of gratitude, (3) an expression of gratitude for the opportunity of life given by God, (4) working as a volunteer becomes one of the ways to restore emotions.Keywords : survivor, volunteer, humanitarian organizations

Bioskop Harewos is a cinema that specialized in visually impaired film viewers in Bandung, Indonesia.  The cinema runs with a traditional and distinct watching process. Some important concepts used in this research are related to communication competences; Visually impaired; and film. Using a qualitative method with constructivism paradigm and case study approach, this research tries to uncover several aspects, such as the communication capabilities of Visual Readers in Bioskop Harewos; the management effort of Bioskop Harewos in enhancing the communication effectiveness between Visual Readers and visually impaired viewers; also the competency of communication skills that required by Visual Readers. The result of this study revealed that the communication skills of Visual Readers in terms of being a prompter to visually impaired viewers were still under expectation. In terms of improving communication skills, the manager of the Bioskop Harewos has made several introductions and pre-viewing activities, yet the result is not as expected. This research also found three key competencies that are a necessity to be possessed by Visual Readers.

This research examines in detail and academically the characteristics of the Paramount Modern Market, then conducts a post-occupational evaluation on the Paramount Modern Market building comprehensively. The object of study was chosen based on its location in the commercial superblock area, market design evolution, and in Gading Serpong commercial area there was an acceleration of economic growth. This study discusses the analysis of the application of the concept of green city in cluster dwellings in Gading Serpong. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method that is carried out with a case study approach, as well as using inductive post-occupational evaluation techniques. The research found are the characteristics of the spatial, technical, and stylistic systems of the Paramount Market building are already efficient, quite in accordance with established rules, and can support trading activities on the market well and efficiently, and then the post-occupatonal evaluation results state that most of the elements in technical, functional and behavioral approaches are efficient and functioning optimally.

The effort to preserve the beauty of the environment is an obligation for every social creature that lives on this earth. These efforts are carried out and planned so that every human being has a caring attitude and responsibility with the surrounding environment. In educational institutions the role of a teacher cannot be separated in the educational process. To realize students as quality resources cannot be separated from the environment. This article intends to explain about environmental education in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 7 Jombang. With a qualitative case study approach, this research was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the discussion from the research show that, in the implementation of their roles and participation in forming and increasing environmental awareness by teachers, students are well implemented. Most of them have a caring attitude to their environment, which is proven by their daily habits, which is to dispose of waste according to the space provided. It's just that for minorities who are still indifferent to the environment, support and encouragement from teachers need to be increased so that all madrasa residents, especially students, have positive behavior, be aware and care about the surrounding environmen

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan: (1) nilai-nilai semboyan maja labo dahu dalam pendidikan karakter;  (2) implementasi semboyan maja labo dahu dalam pendidikan karakter;  (3) efektivitas implementasi semboyan maja labo dahu dalam pendidikan karakter di MTs Negeri 1 Kota Bima. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Penentuan  subjek penelitian yang dilakukan dengan teknik purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif model interaktif dengan langkah-langkah: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Nilai-nilai semboyan maja labo dahu sesuai dengan nilai-nilai dalam pendidikan karakter, yaitu: nilai religius, jujur, disiplin, mandiri, menghargai prestasi, dan cinta tanah air. (2) Implementasi semboyan maja labo dahu belum dirumuskan secara eksplisit atau dibakukan sebagai materi pelajaran. (3). Semboyan  maja labo dahu telah efektif memberikan pengetahuan moral tentang nilai-nilai semboyan maja labo dahu kepada siswa. Kata Kunci:   semboyan,  maja labo dahu,  pendidikan karakter MAJA LABO DAHU SLOGAN IN CHARACTER EDUCATION Abstract: The purpose of this research was to reveal: (1) ) the values of the maja labo dahu slogan in character education; (2)  the implementation of   maja labo dahu  slogan  in character education; (3) the effectiveness of the implementation  of maja labo dahu  slogan in character education in Public MTs 1 Bima City. This research is a qualitative descriptive research using case study approach in Public MTs 1 Bima City. Informants in this study were principals, teachers, and students of Public MTs 1 Bima City. Determination of research was subjects conducted with purposive techniques. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) The values of maja labo dahu slogan were in accordance with the values in character education, namely: religious values, honest, disciplined, independent, appreciating achievement and loving the homeland. (2) the implementation of maja labo dahu slogan in Public MTs 1 Bima City was not formulated explicitly or standardized as subject matter. Pedagogical integration of technologies is a fairly new concept in education. Educational institutions need to have prerequisite planning for leadership in pedagogical integration of emerging technologies. This chapter investigates institutional leadership that enables educators to build capacity to effectively integrate technology into pedagogy. Using a qualitative case study approach, leaders were interviewed and official documents analyzed. The data analyzed indicate that institutional leadership facilitates increased acquisition of and access to technology devices and facilities. It is found that institutional leadership is pivotal in supporting, training, and innovatively exploring various ways of integrating technologies into the curriculum. It is thus concluded that in this era institutions need leaders who proactively engage in planning for integration of technologies for transformed pedagogic practices.
