This study aims to determine the relationship between turnover intentionwith work stress. The hypothesis of this study states that there is a positive relationship between turnover intention and work stress, assuming that the higher the work stress is, the higher the turnover intention, and conversely the lower the work stress is, the lower the turnover intention will be. The subjects of this study were 182 employees of PT. INDAKO TRADING COY MEDAN. Datas were obtained from scales used to measure turnover intention and work stress. Calculations were performed by testing the analysis requirements (assumption) that consisted of tests for normality and linearity. The data were analyzed using Product Moment Correlation with SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of the data analysis showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.405 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). It showed that there is a positive relationship between turnover intention and work stress. The results of this study indicate that the contributions made by the variable of work stress on turnover intention was 16,4 percent, while the remaining 83,6 percent was influenced by other factors that were not examined. From these results, it is concluded that the hypothesis, which stated that there is a positive relationship between the turnover intention and work stress, is acceptable.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between three variables; capital structure, ownership structure and corporate governance. Although these issues have been largely researched, less attention has been focused on small and medium enterprises (SMEs). At the time of this study, evidence was not found for a study analyzing all three variables in relation to SMEs, within the context of a developing country. This current study examines the link between capital structure, ownership structure, and corporate governance. Using an appropriate regression model, the study assesses how governance mechanisms and ownership decisions affect the choice of financing SMEs. The results show a positive relationship for all corporate governance variables except for board size. Ownership structure is found to be positive and significantly related to capital structure. The signs indicated by control variables are those which are in consonance with conventional capital structure literature. Generally, ownership and corporate governance are found to affect the financing mix of SMEs in Ghana.

Background: The growth and development of children are two events that are different in nature but are related to one another. It is possible for people in downtown areas to experience easy internet access, so that everything cannot be separated from digital media. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic like today, where children have to stay at home more, besides that learning is also done from home, so the screen time has increased. The goals of the research is to analyze the relationship between screen time among children with nutritional status and their development. Methods: The research design used cross sectional analysis. The population is all children aged 3-5 years in Kalumpang Village in November 2020 as many as 497 children, the number of samples is 84 children using purposive sampling technique. Results: Based on the spearman-rank statistical test, it is known that p-value = 0.002 (p-value α), which with the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.330 that the relationship between Screen time with nutritional status is in the low category and has a positive relationship direction, namely the higher the screen time, the higher the nutritional status. Meanwhile, based on the spearman-rank statistical test, it is known that p-value = 0.001 (p-value α), with the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.371 that the relationship between Screen time with development is in the low category and has a positive relationship direction, namely the higher the screen time, the development will deviate from age. Conclusion: There is a relationship between screen time and nutritional status and  there is a relationship between screen time and children development. So it is very important to improve parental control behavior towards the use of electronic devices in children aged 3-5 years old.

When conducting an exploratory analysis of the data and the subsequent construction of functional dependencies between the observed phenomena, it is often necessary to assess the degree of dependence between the studied data. The basis for obtaining such criteria with a probabilistic approach usually includes the correlation component of the sample. The choice of the used indicator directly depends on the methods of studying the sample, as well as the tools for constructing the model. In most cases, at the initial stage of modeling, it is precisely the homogeneity estimates of the sample that are studied, a good selection of which can reduce the complexity of constructing the relationship between the data.In this paper, we study a method for assessing  the uniformity of sample data when constructing a uniform regression model. The first part of the paper describes the correlation coefficient for the L∞ regression, studies the interval of its change, describes the geometric interpretation and the algorithm for constructing this indicator. In the second part of the paper, we study the method of constructing an indicator of "concentration" of the sample. For this, formulas are derived that relate the correlation coefficient to the magnitude of the original sample. In conclusion, a description is given of the algorithms for constructing the considered indicators, and conclusions are drawn about the complexity of these algorithms.

The purpose of this study is to determine the presence or absence of price relationships with patient satisfaction in Bhakti Medicare, Cicurug, Sukabumi.  The population of this research is 130 Bhakti Medicare’s patients, Cicurug, Sukabumi consisting of patients in Jasmine Room, Rose Room, Dahlia Room and Orchid Room. This amount fulfills the minimum sample for Slovin formula. The collected data is then processed using simple correlation and multiple correlation techniques using SPSS software. The results show that there is positive relation between price and satisfaction with correlation coefficient value equal to (ry.1) = 0,679, while price contribution to patient satisfaction equal to r2 = (ry.1)2 = 46,2%. In addition, price contribution is considered strong against patient satisfaction which means increased price will ensure patient satisfaction in Bhakti Medicare hospital, Cicurug, Sukabumi regency. In the most important dimension of price variable, the relationship is the dimension of "payment period" (X14) which has the strongest relationship with "consistency" dimension (Y3) on patient satisfaction variable with correlation coefficient 0,641. Therefore it can be concluded that the price dimension that most determine patient satisfaction at Bhakti Medicare Hospital, Cicurug, Sukabumi Regency is the dimension of price.
