The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of ABC Running Drill using Training Mask on increasing Vo2max Android-based. From the research objective, the researcher used the Pretest-Posttest Experiment Design. The research method used is the research and development (RnD) model from Borg and Gall. Population this research is beginner athletes, members of the Unit Kegiatan Mahasiwa (UKM) Track and Field STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan totaling 10 people, the sampling technique uses total sampling technique. The research test instrument used to collect data is the 2400 Meter run test (Cooper Test). After getting the data and obtaining it then the data is input into the system to be used as a database on the application, the android application can be downloaded link bit.ly/PDPDickyReva. To analyze the research data using SPSS Version 26, the results of the processing of the Hypothesis Test using the Pearson formula obtained the following data: There is a significant effect after the ABC Running Drill training process using the Training Mask (sig.) 0.00 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that the ABC Running exercise Drill using a Training Mask has a significant effect on increasing vo2max in Track and Field UKM STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan.

Formulation of the problem in the research is how much influence leadership and motivation jointly have on employee performance at the Directorate of Local Economic Development Ministry of Village, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration. The research method uses surveys with a correlational quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is based on a table developed by Isaac and Michael. In this study, the number of samples was 32 respondents. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the hypothesis test of the multiple correlations of leadership variables and motivation together on the performance of employees in the Directorate of Local Economic Development Ministry of Village Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration, turns out to have a strong and significant positive effect with coefficient values correlation of 0.738 with a calculated F test of 17.376> of F-table of 3.33. While the determination coefficient r2 = 0.545, this means that together the employee performance of 54.5% is determined by leadership and motivation, the remaining 45.5% is determined by other factors.  Abstrak Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian yaitu seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan tabel yang dikembangkan oleh Isaac dan Michael. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa uji hipotesis korelasi ganda variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal Kementerian Desa Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi, ternyata memiliki pengaruh yang positif kuat dan signifikan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,738 dengan uji Fhitung sebesar 17,376 > dari Ftabel sebesar 3,33. Sedang koefisien determinasinya r2 = 0,545, hal ini berarti secara bersama-sama kinerja pegawai sebesar 54,5% ditentukan oleh kepemimpinan dan motivasi, sisanya 45,5% ditentukan oleh faktor lain.  Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kinerja Pegawai

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to examine the effect of good corporate governance and audit quality on fraud prevention. The research method used is quantitative method is a method of research data in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics. The population used is all employees at CV. Agung Mas Motor, Sukabumi City, amounting to 35 people. The sample is determined by nonprobability sampling with a saturated sampling technique. Sources of data used in the form of data collection carried out through the distribution of questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques use hypothesis testing using SPSS 24. The results of research and data processing show that Corporate Governance has a significant effect on Fraud Prevention and Audit Quality that have no significant effect on Fraud Prevention. The results of simultaneous test between Corporate Governance and Quality Audit have a significant effect toward fraun prevention. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh good corporate governance dan kualitas audit terhadap pencegahan penipuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan analisis menggunakan statistik. Populasi yang digunakan adalah semua karyawan di CV. Agung Mas Motor, Kota Sukabumi, berjumlah 35 orang. Sampel ditentukan oleh nonprobability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam bentuk pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian dan pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa Tata Kelola Perusahaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Pencegahan Penipuan sementara Kualitas Audit tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Pencegahan Penipuan. Hasil uji simultan antara Tata Kelola Perusahaan dan Audit Kualitas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pencegahan kecurangan.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Oregon Circuit Training and Fartlek Training on VO2max levels in Sudirman Expedition VII athletes (goes to Aconcagua Mountain: Argentina). The research method uses pre-experimental with two groups pretest posttest design. The variables in this study are (1) independent variables: Oregon Circuit Training Fartlek Training. (2) dependent variable: VO2Max level. The population numbered 20 athletes and used a total sampling technique to obtain 20 samples. The research instrument uses the Multi Stage Fitness Test Instrument. This research was conducted in January 2018 until October 2018. Data analysis techniques were obtained by T-Test. The results showed that there was an Oregon Circuit Training effect on the increase in VO2Max of Sudirman VII Expedition Athletes as evidenced by p value = 0.002. In addition, there is the influence of Fartlek Training on the increase in VO2Max Soedirman VII Expedition Athletes as evidenced by p value = 0.001, and there is no significant difference in effect between the Oregon Circuit Training and Fartlek Training on increasing VO2Max athlete of Soedirman VII Expedition with ρ value = 0,740. these results, the two methods can be used as an effective and efficient training program to improve VO2Max.

This research aimed to know the influence of compensation, work stress, and communication towards employees performance and which variable among compensation, work stress, and communication have biggest influence towards employees performance. The hypothesis proposed is : 1) Compensation, work stress, and communication have significant influence towards employees performance of BRI Purwokerto Branch. 2) Compensation has biggest influence towards employees performance of BRI Purwokerto Branch compared by work stress and communication. This research was conducted at BRI Purwokerto Branch with the target is employees at its bank. Research method used survey. Data collecting method used questionnare, observation and documentation. Sampling technique used total sampling. Data analyzed method used path analysis. The first hypothesis test used F-test and t-test, while second hypothesis test used proportionate influence. Results of research showed that compensation, work stress, and communication both of partially and simultantly, have significant influence towards employees performance. It was proved by value of F-test and t-test bigger than F-table and t-table in level of significance 95%. Based from the result, so the first hypothesis was accepted. Compensation have biggest influence towards employees performance compared by work stress and communication. It was proved by value of proportionate influence is on variable of compensation. The aim of this research is to knowthe effect of the problem based learning model on student’s learning outcomes in static fluids topic.The research method is quasi experiment. The populations are all of students in class X MIA semester II SMA N. 3 Medan, that consist of 14 classes. The sample of this research was taken by cluster random sampling technique, class X MIA-4was experimental class used problem based learning model that consist of 38 students, and class X MIA-5 as control class used conventional learning, consist 40 students. Instruments that used in this research were multiple choose test instrument and psychomotor and affective observation sheet. The data obtained from the test was analyzed by statistical analysis t-test. Based on observation result by using affective and psychomotor observation sheet of studentsshown that there was significant increasing on experimentalclass.So,it can be concluded that the student’slearning outcomes using problem based learning model greater than conventional learning of static fluid topic of class X SMA N.3 Medan academic year 2013/2014. Keywords   : Problem Based Learning Model, Student’sLearning  Outcomes

<em><span>The purpose of this study is to know: 1) the impacts of intrapersonal question and learning discipline on mathematics learning achievement all together.2) the impacts of intrapersonal question on mathematics learning achievement,3) the impacts of learning discipline on mathematics learning achievement. The methode used is correlational survey on the students of class x at SMK Raflesia Depok, at academic years 2015/2016. Sample is taken by simple random sampling technique from 40 respondents. Data collecting instrument used quisionaire for intrapersonal question and learning discipline and test instrument for mathematics learning achievement. Data is analyzed with test requirement analysis i.e normality test, linearity test and multicolineairity test. After test requirement fulfilled, the writer did inferensial analysis for hypothesis test by using double inferensial analysis. Based on the result show that: 1) there are impacts of intrapersonal question and learning discipline on mathematics learning achievement all together. 2) there are impacts of intrapersonal question on mathematics learning achievement. 3) there are impacts of learning discipline on mathematics learning achievement.</span></em>

The purpose of this study is to determine how relationship and influence of safety, occupational health and work environment to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari. The research method was used with explanatory analysis approach that is explaining the causalistic relationship between variables. Technique of data analysis was used by finding regression and correlation, determination coefficient and hypothesis test, but before it was analyzed, first was done instrument test of research data. Results of this research was obtained there is relationship and positive influence and significant between safety variables, occupational health and work environment to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara by using F test. F test was used to test the feasibility of model in research. Results the trial fo F test showed that regression model can be used to predict employees performance. Test result of t test showed that safety, occupational health have positive and significant influence to employees performance, and work environment have positive and significant influence to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara. While safety, occupational health were variables which is very dominant and influence to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara. Conclusion, there is a positive and significant influence between safety variables, occupational health and work environment to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara.

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of the Kaisa method on the ability to memorize short letters of the Al-Qur'an and hadith in children at TK Aisyiyah 17 Jasem, (2) to determine the influence of the Kaisa method on the ability to memorize short letters. Al-Qur'an and hadith in TK Aisyiyah 17 Jasem. The research method uses quantitative ex-post facto correlation type. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Research data collection techniques are questionnaires and documentation. Test the validity of the questionnaire instrument using expert tests (judges). The data analysis technique used the product moment correlation formula. The conclusion of this study is that (1) there is an effect of the Kaisa method on the ability to memorize short letters from the Al-Qur'an and hadith in children. This is evidenced by the results of the calculation of rcount> rtabel, (0.999> 0.602) then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, (2) and the magnitude of the influence seen from the calculation results is 0.999 which has been consulted with the correlation coefficient value at the value of 0.800-1.00 including the category high, so it can be interpreted that the influence of the Kaisa method has a major effect on the ability to memorize short letters of the Al-Qur'an and hadiths in children at Aisyiyah 17 Kindergarten Jasem Ngoro Mojokerto.

This study aims to test the hypothesis of the effect of e-service quality on e-loyalty through the mediating variable e-satisfaction. The population of this research is all customers who have bought cosmetic products at Cilufio Online Shop. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with the criteria of customers who have made purchases at least 2 times and have recommended Cilufio Online Shop to others, the total sample is 74 respondents. The research data analysis technique uses inferential statistical methods, path analysis and Sobel Test. E-service quality and e-satisfaction are exogenous variables and e-loyalty as endogenous variables. The results of the hypothesis test conclude that simultaneously there is a variable effect of e-service quality and e-satisfaction on e-loyalty, partially there is an effect of the e-service quality variable on e-loyalty and there is an influence of the e-satisfaction variable on customer e-loyalty Cilufio online Shop. The effect of total e-service quality through e-satisfaction on e-loyalty is greater than the direct effect of e-service quality on e-loyalty, which means that e-satisfaction is a mediating variable of e-service quality on e-loyalty of customers at Cilufio online shop. The results of the Sobel Test show a significant mediation coefficient, which means that e-service quality has an effect on e-loyalty through e-customer satisfaction at Cilufio Online Shop.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of the Cooperative Learning model of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) type to the learning outcomes of Basic Electricity and Electronics in class X TAV students at SMKN 1 Kinali. This type of research is a quasi experiment with a randomized control group only design. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling. The research sample XTAV1 (control class) is applied to the conventional learning model and XTAV2 (experimental class) is applied to the TAI learning model. The research data are the posttest value of the experimental and control class. Then the normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test were analyzed. Based on the research data, the mean value of the control class was 76,30 and the experiment was 84,10. Hypothesis test results at a significant level α = 0,05 obtained tcount 3,14 and ttable 1,69 (tcount>ttable) can be identified Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The test results provide an interpretation of the significant influence of learning outcomes by applying the TAI learning model in the subjects of Basic Electricity and Electronics class X TAV in SMK N 1 Kinali. Keywords:TAI Learning Model, quasi experiment, Learning Outcomes
