Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang karakteristik dan dinamika sosial ekonomi masyarakat nelayan di Kecamatan Banyubiru. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui aspek sosial ekonomi masyarakat nelayan yang mencakup pendidikan, lama menjadi nelayan, usia rata-rata, pendapatan, serta dinamika perubahannya. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 191 nelayan dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 115 nelayan menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan : 1) rata-rata tingkat pendidikan nelayan tergolong rendah dengan presentase tertinggi sebesar 57,14% pada kelompok nelayan Minarejeki dan Rowoganjar, 2) Usia rata-rata nelayan memasuki usia masa lansia yaitu dengan umur 51-66 tahun sebesar 42,25 %, serta hampir semasa usianya menjadi nelayan, 3) tingkat pendapatan rata-rata nelayan tergolong dalam kelas rendah dengan presentase tertinggi sebesar 94,44 %, 4) terjadi dinamika pada kelompok nelayan sebagai upaya peningkatan taraf hidup dengan presentase sebesar 1,6 % kelompok nelayan yang beralih ke nelayan keramba.      Kata kunci: dinamika, ekonomi, nelayan, sosial   Abstract: Berisi terjemahan abstrak Bahasa Indonesia ke dalam Bahasa Inggris dengan aturan penulisan yang sama. This study examines the characteristics and socio-economic dynamics of fishing communities in Banyubiru District. This study aims to determine the socio-economic aspects of fishing communities which include education, length of time being a fisherman, average age, income, and the dynamics of change. The research population was 191 fishermen with 115 fishermen using proportional random sampling technique. The results of the study concluded: 1) the average level of education of fishermen is low with the highest percentage of 57.14% in the fishermen group Minarejeki and Rowoganjar, 2) The average age of fishermen entering the age of the elderly is 51-66 years of age 42, 25%, and almost during his age as a fisherman, 3) the average income level of fishermen is classified as low with the highest percentage of 94.44%, 4) they are dynamics in the fishermen group as an effort to improve living standards with a percentage of 1.6% groups of fishermen who switch to cage fishermen.     Keywords: dynamics, economy, fishermen, social

Open defecation behavior is a problem for developing countries including Indonesia. This can cause a dirty environment and a source of transmission of diseases such as diarrhea and other infectious diseases. So there needs to be research that analyzes the risk factors for these behaviors. This study aims to analyze the relationship of knowledge and education level to defecation behavior in all areas. A total of 110 family heads were examined and selected using the proportional random sampling technique. The statistical analysis used is Chi Square. The results of the analysis found that there was a relationship between the level of education (value 0.041; OR = 2.576; 95% CI = 1.118-5,934) and knowledge (pvalue 0.001 OR = 4,000; 95% CI = 1.794-8,920) towards open defecation behavior. There needs to be an effort from various parties to be able to increase knowledge through periodic education and the use of health promotion media that can be accessed anytime and anywhere.

Abstract The reading habits of the class V A and V B MI Ismaria Al-Qur’anniyah Bandar Lampung are relatively moderate. While the reading ability of students in class V A and V B MI Ismaria Al-Qur’anniyah Bandar Lampung is still relatively low. This is due to the process of learning a monotonous reading. This research aims to find out the correlation between reading habits and the ability to read the understanding of students of the V class MI Ismaria Al-Qur’anniyah Bandar Lampung. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational design. This research was conducted in MI Ismaria al-Qur’anniyah Bandar Lampung, August to September 2017. The total research population of the V grade students at MI Ismaria Al-Qur’anniyah Bandar Lampung amounted to 154 students. Sample research of 70 students determined by using simple random sampling technique. The instrument consisted of a questionnaire and a test. Questionnaire is used to measure reading habits. The test is used to measure reading comprehension skills. Data analysis techniques using simple correlation analysis techniques. Based on the calculation of the coefficient with a significant status of 5% with rhitung > rtabel atau 0,593 > 0,240, thus Ha is acceptable. These results showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between reading habits with the ability reading comprehension of 0,593 and effective contribution of 35,2%   Keywords: Reading habits, The ability reading comprehension.   Abstrak Kebiasaan membaca pada siswa kelas V A dan V B MI Ismaria Al-Qur’anniyah Bandar Lampung terbilang sedang. Sedangkan kemampuan membaca siswa kelas V A dan V B MI Ismaria Al-Qur’anniyah Bandar Lampung masih terbilang rendah.  Hal ini disebabkan karena adanya proses pembelajaran membaca yang monoton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara kebiasaan membaca dan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas V MI Ismaria Al-Qur’anniyah Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ismaria Al-Qur’anniyah Bandar Lampung, bulan Agustus sampai dengan September 2017. Populasi penelitian seluruh siswa kelas V MI Ismaria Al-Qur’anniyah Bandar Lampung berjumlah 154 siswa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 70 siswa yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen terdiri dari angket dan tes. Angket digunakan untuk mengukur kebiasaan membaca. Tes digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan membaca pemahaman. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi sederhana. Berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien dengan taraf signifikan 5% dengan rhitung > rtabel atau 0,593 > 0,240, dengan demikian Ha diterima. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang positif dan signifikan antara kebiasaan membaca dengan kemampuan membaca pemahaman sebesar 0,593 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 35,2%.   Kata Kunci : Kebiasaan Membaca, Kemampuan Membaca Pemahaman.

The purpose of this study is to know and describe the role of teachers in the learning process in Primary School of Indonesia Inpres Komboi Biak Numfor District. This research uses qualitative research methods with the process of collecting data using interviews, observation and questionnaires. The place of this research is SD Inpres Komboi Biak Numfor District. The sample of this study amounted to 36 people consisting of 30 students and 6 teachers. For sample student researcher use random sampling technique (random). The results of this study indicate that in general teachers who teach in elementary school Inpres Komboi, already carry out their duties and roles well but the obstacles that exist in elementary school Inpres Komboi still less support books books such as packages in the process of learning Indonesian.

This research aims to determine the number of costs, Revenue, and Income of their Cayenne pepper farming in Belangian village Aranio sub-district. The method used is the survey method and observation techniques. The number of farmers using Purposive Sampling Method as many as 98 people, with Simple Random Sampling technique, so that 30 respondent farmers. The results of this study obtained a Production of 6955 kg/farmers. The average revenue obtained Rp.5.795,833/ farmers or Rp 5.738,44/ hectare. At the same time, the average income of farmers is Rp.3.033,991 or Rp.2.997,028/ hectare.

Background: Dementia is a multifactorial disease due to genetic and environmental influences. Lack of intake of vitamins B6, B12, folic acid and blood pressure are one of the environmental factors that cause dementia.Objective: To analyze the relationship between the adequacy of vitamins B6, B12, folic acid and blood pressure with dementia in the elderlyMethod: This research was a cross sectional study, which was carried out in Tulungagung Regency. The sampling technique was cluster random sampling and a sample size of 100 elderly from 7 elderly Posyandu in Tulungagung Regency, with independent variables such as adequacy of vitamin B6, B12, folic acid and blood pressure, while the dependent variable was dementia. Data were analyzed with chi square testResults: Respondents in this study were generally aged 60-74 years (70.0%), women (48.0%), were educated in elementary / junior high school (60.0%) and did not work (69.0%). Most respondents have insufficient vitamin B6, B12 and folic acid in the less category, with percentages of 57.0%, 54% and 64%, respectively. There was an association between the adequacy of vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid with dementia in the elderly (OR=2.302; 95% CI=1.011-5.241; p=0.045; OR=2.397; 95% CI=1.060-5.422; p=0.034; OR=2.516; 95% CI=1.015-6.238; p=0.043). Blood pressure is associated with dementia in the elderly (OR=3.000; 95% CI=1.288-6.988; p=0.010). The average consumption of vitamin B6, B12 and folic acid in the normal group was higher than the dementia group, with a difference of 0.16 ± 0.04 mg, 0.54 ± 0.05 mcg and 65.89 ± 4.95 respectively mcgConclusionABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Demensia merupakan penyakit multifaktorial karena pengaruh genetik dan lingkungan. Minimnya asupan vitamin B6, B12, asam folat dan tekanan darah menjadi salah satu faktor lingkungan yang menyebabkan demensia.Tujuan:  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan antara kecukupan vitamin B6, B12, asam folat dan tekanan darah dengan demensia pada lanjut usiaMetode: Penelitian ini berupa penelitian cross sectional, yang dilakukan di Kabupaten Tulungagung. Teknik sampling dengan cluster random sampling dan besar sampel 100 lansia dari 7 posyandu lansia di Kabupaten Tulungagung, dengan variabel bebas berupa kecukupan vitamin B6, B12, asam folat dan tekanan darah, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah demensia. Data dianalisis dengan uji chi squareHasil: Responden penelitian ini umumnya berusia 60-74 tahun (70,0 %), wanita (48,0 %), berpendidikan terakhir SD/SMP (60,0 %) dan tidak bekerja (69,0 %). Kebanyakan responden memiliki kecukupan vitamin B6, B12 dan asam folat dalam kategori kurang, dengan persentase masing-masing  57,0 %, 54 % dan 64 %. Ditemukan hubungan antara kecukupan vitamin B6, B12 dan asam folat dengan demensia pada lanjut usia (OR=2,302, 95% CI=1,011-5,241, p=0,045; OR=2,397, 95% CI=1,060-5,422, p=0,034; OR=2,516,95% CI=1,015-6,238, p=0,043). Tekanan darah berhubungan dengan demensia pada lanjut usia (OR=3,000,95% CI=1,288-6,988,p=0,010). Rata-rata konsumsi vitamin B6, B12 dan asam folat kelompok normal lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok demensia, dengan selisih masing-masing sebesar 0,16±0,04 mg, 0,54±0,05 mcg dan 65,89 ±4,95 mcg.Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara kecukupan vitamin B6, B12, asam folat dan tekanan darah dengan demensia pada lanjut usia.

This study aims to determine the differences in students' reading interest in biology learning models based on remap CIRC, GI, and TGT. It is a quasi-experiment implemented in Public High School N of Malang, Indonesia and Public High School S of Malang, Indonesia in the odd semester of 2014/2015. The research population was all students of 10th grade of Public High School of Malang, Indonesia. The sampling technique was random sampling.  The research sample consisted of 10th-grade science 1 of Public High School N of Malang, Indonesia, 10th-grade science 2 of Public High School N of Malang Indonesia, and 10th-grade science 1 of Public High School S of Malang, Indonesia as an experiment group; and 10th-grade science 3 of Public High School N of Malang, Indonesia as a control group. The analysis was carried out in a quantitative. The result showed that the CIRC  remapping learning model had the greatest influence on students' reading interest compared to GI and TGT. The students’ reading interest scores using remap CIRC, GI, and TGT models were 82.90, 76.23, and 80.49. Remap CIRC, GI, and TGT model should be applied in biology learning because it can empower students' reading interest.

Abundant anxiety in athletes causes emotional disorder so their attention focus is torn at the moment. The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between anxiety in facing the match and achivementcentered motivation of fence athletes in Jakarta. The research population is 60 fencers in Jakarta that fulfill the characteristics using random sampling technique and used-try out. The instrument is using Likert scale, including anxiety questionnaire in facing matches for 66 items and achivement motivation questionnaire in 48 items. The data analysis is using SPSS 7.5. The correlation technique of Product Moment Karl Pearson is for validity test, meanwhile Alpha Cronbach technique for reliability analysis. The result of this research is that there is significant relationship between anxiety facing matches and motivation of fencers in Jakarta. However, the relationship is negative, which means the more anxiety in facing matches, the less achievement motivation ofthe fencers; and vice versa.

Abstrak:Profesi keguruan (pendidik) merupakan profesi yang banyak diminati oleh sebagian masyarakat kita di tengah tuntutan terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan guru (pendidik). Hal itu juga berimplikasi terhadap efikasi diri mahasiswa dalam mempersiapkan diri untuk memilih profesi keguruan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana pengaruh efikasi diri mahasiswa terhadap motivasi mahasiswa dalam memilih profesi keguruan pada mahasiswa PGSD semester akhir FIP-UMJ. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survai dengan pendekatan regresi-korelasi. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa PGSD semester akhir FIP UMJ dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh efikasi diri mahasiswa terhadap motivasi mahasiswa menjadi guru dengan nilai korelasi 0,525 dan determinasi 27,5% yang artinya kontribusi efikasi diri terhadap motivasimahasiswa menjadi guru dapat dijelaskan sebesar 27,5% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.Kata Kunci: Efikasi diri, motivasi mahasiswa, profesi guru.Abstract: Teaching profession (educators) is a profession that is highly demanded by a part of community whilst the demands on improving teachers’ welfare (educators). It also has implications for self-efficacy in preparing students to choose the teaching profession. This study aims to examining the extent of students self-efficacy influence to student motivation in choosing teaching profession at the end of the semester students PGSD FIP-UMJ. The method used is a survey method with regression-correlation approach. The research population is the entire student population at PGSD final semester FIP UMJ by using simple random sampling technique. The results showed that there is an influence of student self-efficacy on the motivation of students in being teachers with a value of 0.525 and determination correlation 27.5% which means that the contribution of self-efficacy to motivate students to be teachers can be explained by 27.5% while the rests are influenced by other variables.Keywords: Self-efficacy, student motivation , professional teacher.

This study aims to determine the effect of productive zakat, business management, mentoring on the development of micro-businesses in LAZNAS LMI Blitar Service Unit. The research population consisted of 67 mustahik people in the economic empowerment program at LAZNAS LMI Blitar Service Unit. The samples taken were 57 people based on simple random sampling technique. The results of the study using multiple linear regression indicate that there is a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously between productive zakat, business management, and mentoring on the development of mustahik micro businesses.

Abstrak: Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran matematika yang memanfaatkan sistem sosial masyarakat. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, sedang sampel dipilih secara purposive random sampling sebanyak 12 (dua belas) kelas dari 6 kabupaten/kota. Data dianalisis melalui perpaduan deskriptif dan kualitatif. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa buku model pembelajaran dan perangkat pendukung pembelajaran, adalah rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, buku siswa, lembar kegiatan siswa, dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa (1) dalam proses pengujian awal (validasi) terlihat bahwa model pembelajaran dapat dinyatakan valid ditinjau dari keseluruhan komponen; (2) secara teoretis model pembelajaran dinyatakan layak diterapkan di kelas dan secara empiris; model pembelajaran ini dinyatakan memenuhi kriteria praktis dan efektif sehingga dapat digunakan di sekolah. Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran matematika, sistem sosial masyarakat DEVELOPING MATHEMATICS LEARNING MODELS UTILIZING THE COMMUNITY SOCIAL SYSTEM Abstract: This developmental research aimed at producing a model of mathematics instruction utilizing the community social system. The research population was Grade VII students of State Junior Secondary Schools in South Sulawesi Province from which 12 classes in 6 disctricts were drawn as the research sample using the purposive random sampling technique. The data were analyzed using the descriptive qualitative analysis. The yielded products included the book of the instructional model and the supporting package for the instruction, namely, lesson plans, student books, student worksheets, and achievement tests. The research findings were: (1) the validation processes covering all aspect/components revealed that the model was valid; (2) theoretically, the instructional model was considered feasible to be applied in the classroom setting; while empirically, the model satisfied the criteria of being practical and effective, and it, therefore, could be implemented at schools.
