This study aims to describe the implementation of the elderly family development program in Mulung Village, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative through interviews, observation and documentation.The determination of the informants was carried out using a purposive sampling method which involved the midwife in charge at the Puskesmas, implementing nurses, village officials, cadres, and the community. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study shows that the communication of the elderly family development program runs in accordance with the policies that have been determined by the PP and PA KB Office in collaboration with the Driyorejo Health Center to implement the program in each village. By using Edward III's theory which focuses on the communication dimension consisting of transmission, regular socialization needs to be improved so that the public can know the existence of the program, clarity of understanding can be accepted by policy implementers and consistency is proven by setting an examination schedule so that the health of the elderly can run well

This study was aimed at producing entrepreneurial models for elderly people and determining the obstacles encountered in their development. This study used a Development Research approach. Research location in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Sources of research data were elderly and Elderly Family Development Program members who have creative economic ventures. The research data was collected by observation, interviews and Focus Group Discussion methods. Data analysis was carried out by qualitative analysis. The validity of the data used triangulation methods and sources. The results show that there were four draft models used at the study site. The first model is the business model carried out by the elderly together with their family members. Second, the elderly was in charge of finding raw materials, then the elderly and Elderly Family Development personnel sell these products to neighbors and the general public. Third, the business model carried out by the elderly who are still healthy and strong, productive economic efforts. The fourth model is a joint business model.Pengembangan Model Kewirausahaan bagi Insan Lanjut UsiaPenelitian ini sampai pada tahap kedua bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model kewirausahaan bagi insan lanjut usia dan mengetahui hambatan-hambatan yang ditemui dalam pengembangannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Pengembangan. Lokasi penelitian di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Sumber data penelitian adalah para lanjut usia dan anggota BKL yang memiliki usaha ekonomi kreatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan Focus Group Discussion. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis kualitatif. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi metode dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada empat draf model yang digunakan di lokasi penelitian. Model pertama, model usaha yang dilaksakan para lansia bersama-sama dengan anggota keluarganya. Kedua, lansia bertugas mencari bahan baku, lansia, dan BKL menjual produk tersebut kepada tetangga dan masyarakat umum. Ketiga, model usaha yang dilaksanan oleh lansia yang masih sehat dan kuat, usaha ekonomi produktif. Model keempat adalah model usaha gabungan.

Auditor turnover is a behavior that the client company does to transfer the auditor. This reaserch aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of audit opinion and management change on auditor switching and how the auditor's reputation is able to moderate the influence of audit opinion and management change on auditor switching. Determination of the research sample using purposive sampling method with a sample of 145 companies. Data analysis techniques used are logistic regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of this study indicate that audit opinion and management change have a significant positive effect on auditor switching. However, the auditor's reputation is unable to moderate the effect of audit opinion and management change on auditor switching. Abstrak Jumlah penduduk lansia Indonesia saat ini yang sudah mencapai persentase 9,6% dari total jumlah penduduk menjadi perhatian semua stakeholder termasuk pemerintah dan akademisi di perguruan tinggi. UKI yang berkedudukan wilayah terdapat di Jakarta Timur menjadi salah satu dari lima perguruan tinggi yang dihunjuk langsung oleh pemerintah provinsi DKI Jakarta melalui Dinas Pemberdayaan Perlindungan Anak dan Pengendalian Penduduk (Dinas PPAPP) Provinsi DKI Jakarta untuk melakukan kegiatan KKN Tematik, yang oleh UKI dilaksanakan dalam bentuk kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan jenis kegiatan pendampingan pengelolaan dan pembinaan kelompok Bina Keluarga Lansia (BKL). Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk menggairahkan kembali kelompok-kelompok BKL yang sudah pernah terbentuk, namun tidak ada aktifitas alias mati suri. Bekerjasama dengan Sudin PPAPP Jakarta Timur, Tim UKI diarahkan untuk melakukan pendampingan dan pembinaan kepada kelompok BKL di RW 05 Kelurahan Cililitan. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, terdapat sekitar seratus orang lansia yang menjadi anggota tetap BKL di RW 05 Kelurahan Cililitan, yang pada saat awal dibentuk memiliki struktur kepengurusan yang sah dan berbagai macam program. Namun beberapa waktu terakhir dengan adanya pergantian kepengurusan, aktifitas berkurang bahkan struktur kepengurusan juga belum memeroleh pengesahan dari Kelurahan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, di antaranya tidak tersedianya cukup banyak waktu oleh pengurus yang terbaru untuk melakukan koordinasi. Melalui kegiatan pendampingan dan pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh tim UKI bekerjasama dengan dinas PPAPP diperoleh beberapa hasil, di antaranya semakin bertambahnya pengetahuan para kader tentang kelanjutusiaan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan sharing dan diskusi, terbentuknya kepengurusan kelompok BKL yang disahkan oleh Lurah Kelurahan Cililitan dan adanya program terencana kelompok BKL  Kata kunci: Bina Keluarga Lansia, Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, Kelanjutusiaan Abstract The current population of elderly Indonesians who have reached 9.6% of the total population is the concern of all stakeholders including the government and academics in tertiary institutions. UKI domiciled in East Jakarta is one of five tertiary institutions appointed directly by the provincial government of DKI Jakarta through the Office of the Empowerment of Child Protection and Population Control (Dinas PPAPP) of DKI Jakarta Province to carry out Thematic Community Service Program activities, which is conducted by UKI in the form of community service activities with the type of mentoring management and fostering the Elderly Family Development (BKL) group. The purpose of this community service activity is to revive BKL groups that have already been formed, but there is no suspended activity. In collaboration with East Jakarta PPAPP Sub-dept., The UKI Team was directed to provide assistance and guidance to the BKL group in RW 05, Cililitan Village. Based on the data obtained, there are about one hundred elderly people who become permanent BKL members in RW 05, Cililitan Sub-District, which at the beginning were formed having a legal management structure and various programs. However, recently with the change of management, activities have been reduced, even the management structure has not yet received approval from the Kelurahan. This is caused by several factors, including the unavailability of enough time for the latest management to coordinate. Through the mentoring and coaching activities carried out by the UKI team in collaboration with the PPAPP service, several results were obtained, including the increasing knowledge of cadres about humanity obtained from sharing and discussion activities, the formation of the management of the BKL group which was endorsed by the Kelurahan of Cililitan and the planned group program BKL  Keywords: Elderly Family Development, Community Service, Continuation

This study aims to analyze; 1) simultaneously, and analyze the partial effect of the use of production factors labor, work experience and capital for various products of the bamboo weaved craft industry, 2) to investigate the economies of scale and 3) analyze the efficiency of production factors in the bamboo weaved handicraft industry in Kecamatan Susut, Kabupaten Bangli. The type of data in this study is quantitative and qualitative data with primary and secondary data sources. Respondents in this study amounted to 93 peoples, a sample of 1277 craftsmen and calculated using the Slovin's formula. The determination of the sample size in each village was determined by the disproportional stratified random sampling method. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis techniques of Cobb-Douglass, economies of scale, and economic efficiency. The results showed that the variable labor (X1), work experience (X2), and capital (X3) simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant impact on the amount of production (Y) to the bamboo weaved craft industry in Susut District, Bangli Regency. Economies of scale test in a state of increasing return to scale, but partially still in a decreasing return to scale condition. The efficiency of the use of production factors has not been efficient.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of workload on burnout with work family conflict as a mediating variable on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. In this study the determination of samples using Slovin formula with purposive sampling method, the sample used was female employees as many as 61 respondents, through path analysis techniques (path analysis). Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the workload has a positive and significant effect on burnout on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Workload has a positive and significant effect on work family conflict on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Work family conflict has a positive and significant effect on burnout in female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Work family conflict mediates the positive effect of workload on burnout on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Keywords: workload, burnout, work family conflict

The study was intended to analyze the casual language variations in the iloquestionnaire's speechs on the public discussion activities. This study uses sociolinguistics concepts from John R Searle’s theory to analyze the problems of casual language variations and any form of iloquestionnaire's speechs. This study is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection technique that used is purposive sampling method, which in taking samples is concerned with the purpose and problems of research. Data obtained by using transcription videos of “diskusi publik kedaulatan dan kebudayaan bersama cak Nun”. This study uses data analysis techniques in the form of content analysis. The data analysis techniques are as follows: 1) looking back over the data already collected, 2) classifying the data according to the question of variations in casual language and iloquestionnaire's speech, 3) interpreting the data with a sociolinguistic approach and John R Searle's theory, and 4) concluding the findings. Studies showed that discussion activities use a variety of casual language with characteristic Javanese, Alegro forms, elliptic sentences, and a mixture of the foreign language code, English and Arabic, and Normative. In the discussion activities, there are various forms of iloquconsequence, referral, commission, expressive, and declarative

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of understanding entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship training on interest in entrepreneurship, the effect of understanding entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship training on business productivity and the effect of interest in entrepreneurship on business productivity. The population in this study were 264 students participating in the entrepreneurship development program at Muria Kudus University. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula consists of 136 students, with a side technique using proportional random sampling. Data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 21 software. The results showed that understanding of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship training had a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, understanding of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship training had a positive and significant effect on business productivity and interest in entrepreneurship had a positive and significant effect on business productivity. interest in entrepreneurship has a positive and significant influence in mediating the understanding of entrepreneurship on business productivity. Interest in entrepreneurship has a positive influence to become an intervening in mediating entrepreneurship training on business productivity

This study aims to examine the effect of the Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Operational Efficiency Ratio (BOPO) variables on the financial performance of BPRs as proxied by ROA. The population in this study were all BPRs in Badung Regency which were registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) during the 2016-2018 period. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 49 rural banks with a total of 147 observations. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the NPL and LDR variables have no effect on financial performance, while OEOI has a negative effect on financial performance. This research can add information and knowledge about the effect of NPL, LDR, OEOI on BPR financial performance as proxied by ROA. Keywords: ROA; NPL; LDR; BOPO.

This research was conducted to determine the influence of Job Stress, Role Conflict, Job Satisfication, and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention auditor at the Public Accounting Office in Surabaya. The population in this study is the auditors in KAP. This study used a random sampling method wherein this study collected 77 respondents. This study uses multiple regression linier analysis for data analysis techniques, where the results of the study show that the influence of Job Stress has a significant effect. While Role Conflict, Job Satisfication and Organizational Commitment has no significant effect

The main trigger for the conflict is a conflict of individual members, but due to regional solidarity on behalf of the conflict then continues into conflicts between regions. In addition to material losses, the conflict is not uncommon dropping fatalities. The purpose of this research was to know factors trigger the onset of the conflict between the groups and to know the role of the head of the village of Lace in the settlement of conflicts between communities in the village of Lace Subdistrict Belo Bima Regency. This research uses qualitative approach method of the determination of the informants using Purposive sampling. Method of data collection i.e. observation, Interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using (1) reduction of Data (Data Reduction); (2) the representation of the Data (Data Display); (3) the withdrawal of the Conclusion (Conclusion drawing/verification). The results showed that; trigger Factor 1) occurrence of conflicts between communities in the village of Lace, among others: a) the lack of jobs and the issue of liquor; b) Communication is lacking; c) the existence of evening entertainment. 2) the role of the village chief in the settlement of conflicts between communities in the village of Lace, namely: a) Conciliation, conciliation forms occur in community politics. Parliamentary institutions in which there are various interest groups will cause contradictions; b) mediation, the head of the village of Lace and community leaders along with the police have conducted cooperation in terms of reconciling the warring parties or youth in conflict, but the peace they do only as peace, because there are no maximum results, which is capable of easing the appearance of a conflict, and back; c) mediate between two groups that are in conflict, the head of the village, community leaders, along with the police was already doing tasks and functions as it should. This area gradually began to secure. This is all of the effort and hard work of the local government who continue to persevere in solving these problems.
