<p>ABSTRAK</p><p><br />Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan special event yang dilakukan Lovepink Indonesia<br />dalam menyelenggarakan Jakarta Goes Pink 2015 untuk meningkatkan kesadaran. Penelitian ini<br />menggunakan Event Management Process Joe Goldblatt sebagai landasan konsep.<br />Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data<br />dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan pasif, dan studi kepustakaan, dengan <br />teknik pengumpulan key informan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan tiga tahap <br />yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik validitas data menggunakan<br />triangulasi sumber data.<br />Hasil penelitian ini mengemukakan bahwa manajemen special event Jakarta Goes Pink dikategorikan<br />dalam riset, desain, perencanaan, koordinasi, dan evaluasi. Riset yang dilakukan meliputi analisis<br />situasi terkait kesadaran masyarakat Indonesia tentang kanker payudara, hasil riset menyatakan<br />bahwa kesadaran masih rendah, terutama dibandingkan dengan aktivitas Pink Ribbon diluar negeri<br />dan evaluasi acara tahun sebelumnya. Desain acara dilakukan menggunakan unsur warna untuk<br />memerahmudakan Jakarta, edukasi pengunjung terhadap kanker payudara, dan unsur hiburan dengan<br />konsep fair and festival. Perencanaan Jakarta Goes Pink meliputi penentuan tujuan yang kemudian<br />dapat menentukan tanggal dan lokasi, penetapan anggaran, pembagian tugas pengurus, dan publikasi<br />yang dilakukan melalui media sosial dan bantuan mitra media. Koordinasi dilakukan sebagai upaya<br />pengelolaan komunikasi antara pihak eksternal seperti komunitas, relawan, sponsor, dan mitra media;<br />serta pihak internal yaitu kepengurusan Jakarta Goes Pink. Tahap evaluasi yang dilakukan Jakarta<br />Goes Pink meliputi evaluasi acara, feedback langsung dari orang terdekat, dan penghitungan jumlah<br />liputan media massa dan sifat pemberitaan.</p><p><br />Kata kunci: Special event, kesadaran, organisasi, kanker payudara, event management process</p><p> </p><p>ABSTRACT</p><p><br />This study aims to determine the event management process by Lovepink Indonesia in Jakarta Goes <br />Pink 2015 to raise awareness. This study uses the Event Management Process by Joe Goldblatt as the<br />cornerstone concept.<br />This study used a qualitative research approach descriptive study. Data was collected by in-depth<br />interviews, passive participant observation, and literature study. The key informant collection technique<br />used is purporsive sampling. Data were analyzed using three stages, which is data reduction, data<br />display, and conclusion drawing. Validity of the data using triangulation of data sources.<br />The result of this study indicates that event management process of Jakarta Goes Pink 2015 is<br />categorized in several stages, which are research, design, planning, coordination, and evaluation.<br />Research was conducted on the analysis of the situation related to the Indonesian community awareness</p><p>about breast cancer, the result of this research indicates that awareness is still low, especially compared<br />to Pink Ribbon activities abroad and evaluation of previous year’s event. Event design is done using the<br />color element to make the concept of Jakarta Goes Pink comes alive, educating visitors about breast<br />cancer, and the element of entertainment within the concept of fair and festival. The planning involves<br />in setting goals that determine the time and location, budgeting, human resource management, and<br />publication through social media and media partners. Coordination is done as an effort to manage the<br />communication between external parties such as the communities, volunteers, sponsors, and media<br />partners; as well as internal parties, which is the committee of Jakarta Goes Pink itself. Evaluation<br />includes an evaluation of the event, direct feedback from dearest people, and the calculation of the<br />amount of media coverage and the nature of the news.</p><p><br />Key word: Special Event, Awareness, Organization, Breast Cancer, Event Management Process</p>

Angklung Pride is an annual event held by Saung Angklung Udjo to commemorate the ratification angklung asintangible cultural heritage of humanity from Indonesia. This event is done to preserve four pillar of UNESCOwhich was given by them. This four pillar were reserved, promoted, protected, and perpetuated. The objectiveof this research is to obtain deep understanding of the event management process of Angklung Pride #9 bySaung Angklung Udjo using Joe Goldblatt’s Special Event Theory in five stages. Those stages are research,design, planning, coordination, and evaluation. The data was acquired by deep interviews, observations, anddocumentations process. The conclusion of this research divided the event management process in fivestages, which are summarized into three part. Those part are planning, execution, and evaluation. Planningprocess included concept, idea, and theme decision process, organization structure making and job descriptiondistribution, risk management planning, and place and time determining. Execution process aim forconcept, place, event contents, entertainment, and promotion activity implementation. The last is evaluationprocess which included things that can be used for the next Angklung Pride event improvement.

The paper aims to explore the ideological interpretation of Islamic accounting. It is hoped that the results of various interpretations of Islamic accounting are obtained comprehensively. The research method used is qualitative research. Qualitative research is called Participant-Observation because the researcher himself must be the main instrument in collecting data by directly observing the object being examined While the research approach uses a literature study. The results of this study found that there are several views on the interpretation of Islamic accounting ideology. The fragile philosophical foundation of context knowledge is enough to create counter paradigm rivals as a consequence of the scientific revolution (science revolutions) in the form of an alternative paradigm shift due to the failure of the old paradigm to answer a set of problems. The content of the Islamic substance is liberation, making accounting perceived as a treatise.

One of the features that characterize TikTok social media is its main page called For You Page or FYP. Users who are frequently featured on FYP can become popular and have many followers, known as TikTok celebrities. The strategies used by each TikTok celebrity in forming personal branding tend to be different from one another. This research aims to find out the authentic personal branding that TikTok celebrities want to form in their TikTok accounts and the communication management strategies they are doing to form their personal branding on TikTok. This research is conducted because there has not been any research that discussed communication management strategies to form personal branding on TikTok social media before. The theories used in this research are new media theory, personal branding, and communication management strategy Circular Model of SoMe for Social Communication. The research uses descriptive qualitative research approach with case study research method. The datas are obtained from in-depth interviews with five key informants, non-participant observation, documentation, and literature study. The results show that the communication management strategies carried out by each TikTok celebrity was through their interaction and content. The types of interactions differ according to their personal choices and do not always depend on the category of content they create.Salah satu ciri khas media sosial TikTok adalah halaman utamanya yang bernama For You Page atau FYP. Pengguna yang sering ditayangkan dalam FYP dapat menjadi populer dan memiliki banyak pengikut, disebut sebagai seleb TikTok. Strategi yang digunakan setiap seleb TikTok dalam membentuk personal branding cenderung akan berbeda satu sama lain. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui personal branding autentik yang ingin dibentuk seleb TikTok dalam akun TikTok mereka dan untuk mengetahui strategi pengelolaan komunikasi yang dilakukan para seleb TikTok dalam membentuk personal branding masing-masing di media sosial TikTok. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena belum ada penelitian yang membahas mengenai strategi pengelolaan komunikasi dalam pembentukan personal branding di media sosial TikTok.Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori media baru, personal branding, dan strategi pengelolaan komunikasi Circular Model of SoMe for Social Communication. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dari hasil wawancara mendalam, observasi non-partisipan, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan terhadap lima narasumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengelolaan komunikasi yang dilakukan setiap seleb TikTok adalah melalui interaksi dan konten. Jenis interaksi yang dilakukan berbeda sesuai kehendak pribadi setiap seleb TikTok, serta tidak selalu bergantung pada kategori konten yang dibuat.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan riset dalam kegiatan special event yang dilakukan oleh CNN Indonesia dalam menyelenggarakan Meet Up “Positive Generation” untuk menghasilkan revenue perusahaan, serta untuk meningkatkan kesadaran generasi milenials terhadap CNN Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan tahapan riset pada Event Management Process Joe Goldblatt sebagai landasan konsep. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan pasif, dan studi kepustakaan, dengan teknik pengumpulan key informan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian ini mengemukakan bahwa proses riset yang dilakukan CNN Indonesia diperoleh berdasarkan data lapangan yang didapat melalui observasi langsung saat event berlangsung, maupun wawancara mendalam dengan pihak-pihak yang terlibat langsung dalam proses riset event Meet Up “Positive Generation” yang diselenggarakan oleh CNN Indonesia. Sebagai penyelenggara Meet Up “Positive Generation”, CNN Indonesia melakukan riset terlebih dahulu untuk mengetahui kebutuhan dan keinginan target sasaran. Bentuk riset yang dilakukan penyelanggara Meet Up “Positive Generation” adalah menentukan pembicara-pembicara yang akan mengisi event Meet Up “Positive Generation” berdasarkan online riset melalui akun Instagram ataupun You Tube. Selain itu juga menentukan kampus-kampus mana saja yang dapat dijadikan tempat pelaksanaan untuk diadakannya event Meet Up “Positive Generation”.

This research describes planning in the establishment management of PAUD institutions. This is due to the establishment of PAUD institutions which is still happening due to several obstacles so that the establishment of PAUD institutions is not maximally achieved. Therefore, in management there is a process of planning, organizing, leadership, and controlling in the management process of establishing PAUD in establishing an PAUD institution that must be seriously managed so that PAUD institutions stand as fully as possible. The methodology of this research is Literature Study. Data collection methods by collecting basic reference books and supporting books to study theories related to the management of PAUD establishment. Data analysis techniques are content analysis. The results of this research study indicate that in the planning management of PAUD institution establishment has several requirements that have been set by the government, including: a) general requirements for the establishment of PAUD institution, b) mechanism of PAUD establishment, and c) preparation of PAUD establishment proposal. Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang perencanaan dalam manajemen pendirian lembaga PAUD. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tahapan pendirian lembaga PAUD yang masih terjadi dikarenakan beberapa kendala sehingga dalam pendirian lembaga PAUD tidak tercapai secara maksimal. Oleh sebab itu dalam manajemen terdapat sebuah proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, kepemimpinan, dan pengendalian dalam proses manajemen pendirian PAUD dalam mendirikan sebuah lembaga PAUD yang harus dikelola secara serius sehingga lembaga PAUD berdiri dengan semaksimal mungkin. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah Studi Pustaka. Metode Pengumpulan data dengan mengumpulkan buku referensi pokok dan buku pendukung untuk mengkaji teori yang terkait dalam manajemen pendirian PAUD. Teknik analisis data bersifat analisis isi. Hasil kajian penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam perencanaan manajemen pendirian lembaga PAUD memiliki beberapa persyaratan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah, diantaranya adalah: a) syarat umum pendirian lembaga PAUD, b) mekanisme pendirian PAUD, dan c) penyusunan proposal pendirian PAUD. KataKunci: manajemen pendirian lembaga, pendidikan anak usia dini

Marketing communication is carried out with the main goal of selling. Companies that offer services and products compete with each other in applying marketing communication strategies to attract clients and maintain the loyalty of clients who have become regular customers. This research utilizes marketing communication theory and client's loyalty. The research approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach with case study research methods and data collection techniques carried out by interviews, non-participant observation, literature study and documentation. The result of this study indicates that Kennedy, Voice & Berliner runs a mix of marketing communications, namely events and experiences, public relations and publicity, direct marketing, word-of-mouth marketing, and personal selling. Kennedy, Voice & Berliner clients have a high level of engagement and are supported by a high level of repeated purchase, reciprocity and client's satisfaction with Kennedy, Voice & Berliner in which they use the services of Kennedy, Voice & Berliner’s  public relations consultant on an ongoing basis. Komunikasi pemasaran dilaksanakan dengan tujuan utama menjual. Perusahaan-perusahaan yang menawarkan jasa maupun produk saling berkompetisi dalam mengaplikasikan strategi komunikasi pemasaran untuk menarik minat klien serta mempertahankan loyalitas klien yang telah menjadi pelanggan tetap. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori komunikasi pemasaran dan loyalitas klien. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi non-participant, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kennedy, Voice & Berliner menjalankan bauran komunikasi pemasaran yaitu events and experiences, public relations and publicity, direct marketing, word-of-mouth marketing, dan personal selling. Klien Kennedy, Voice & Berliner memiliki keterikatan yang tinggi dan didukung dengan  tingkat pembelian ulang yang tinggi, adanya timbal balik dan rasa puas klien terhadap Kennedy, Voice & Berliner sehingga memakai jasa konsultan public relations Kennedy, Voice & Berliner secara terus-menerus.

The MICE industry in Indonesia has been growing fast in Indonesia. There are so many different ways to organize events from the planning to the evaluation. However, the determination of venue remains a very interesting issue to be studied. The success of event organization may be based on the venue selection. This study is aimed to examine the venue management in the special event management of the First and Second Rencontre Entreprise-Alumni (REA). The objective of the study is to find out the importance of the venue selection in the impact of the success of the event. Thus, selecting an event venue will require identifying physical resources present in the location. The method of the research is descriptive using the participant observation and in-depth interview as data collection procedure. The sampling design is judgment sample with the most productive sample who are the exhibitors who was in the first only or the second only of REA, and in both events. The research gives a quite significant result to the event owner to improve the next event organization. All aspects must have been well thought including the attendees management to which the venue selection influenced the most. The event owner was taking the most important part in the venue selection that was very lightly taking the attendees’ needs into consideration. The transportation would also take the biggest part of attendees’ problem in accessing the venue.

<p><em>The ceremony of Macaru Mabiasan is one of the bhuta yajna ceremonies held once a year, in the ceremony of kesanga before tilem kesanga, in the series of activity pelastian ceremony  where the main process held just before the Almighty God in Balai Agung Temple of Petang Village entering penyineban ceremony. This ceremony held by society of Petang village because it is believed that the activity of Macaru Mabiasan ceremony will protect them from negative spirit as well as the society of Petang Village will be avoided from the epidemic. This activity influences the value of the symbols in the Macaru Mabiasan Ceremony. Therefore the issues in this research can be formulated as follows : 1) How the process of symbolic communication in the Macaru Mabiasan Ceremony at Petang Village,Petang district, Badung regency 2)How the function of symbolic communication in Macaru Mabiasan Ceremony at Petang Village Petang district Badung regency 3)What are the obstacle of symbolic communication in Macaru Mabiasan Ceremony at Petang Village Petang district Badung Regency.</em></p><p><em>In connection with this there are several theories that can be used to dissect this problem, they are Symbolic Interactionism Theory, Structural Functional Theory, Theory of Communication Barriers. The research approach uses qualitative method. Data source in this research consist of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used four techniques, namely: observation, interview, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques used are reduction, data presentation, and take the conclusions. Presentation of research result used descriptive method.</em></p><p><em>The results of this research are: 1) Symbolic communication process in Macaru Mabiasan ceremony includes communication components in Macaru Mabiasan ceremony, symbolic communication process in Macaru Mabiasan ceremony, covering several steps of communication process in primary and secondary, symbolic communications in Macaru Mabiasan ceremony, 2) Symbolic communication functions in Macaru Mabiasan ceremony include: Adaptation Function, Preservation Function, Educated Communication Function, Influencing Function, 3) Symbolic communication constraints in Macaru Mabiasan ceremony include Internal Constraints and External Constraints.</em><strong></strong></p>

The rampant fraud in society, especially the existence of parties claiming to be notaries (being fakenotaries) and making deeds occur in the community and are very disturbing, have occurred in several areas,one of which is in Sleman. The problem that is taken from this research is whether the benefits of usingQuick Response code (QR code) in making a notary deed? The purpose of this research is to find outinformation about the benefits of QR codes in making notarial deeds in order to provide securityguarantees for the parties in the notarial deed. The research method is descriptive and explanatoryresearch, the research approach used is empirical, the types and sources of data from primary andsecondary data. While the data collection technique is by means of interviews (interviews with notarieswho have used the QR code on the deed they have made), direct observation (by looking at the forms ormodels of deeds made) and literature study. Data collection techniques with data reduction steps, datapresentation, drawing conclusions. The conclusion from the research is that the use of QR Code in makingnotarial deeds does not violate the provisions of the Law, even in accordance with Article 16 paragraph (1)letter g UUJN-P, that notaries are obliged to act honestly, thoroughly, independently, not taking sides, andprotecting interests. the parties involved in legal action.

The intention of this survey has been assaying regarding the issues associated with credit card deception behavior utilizing data-mining methodologies. Data mining has been a clear procedure which takes data like input and also proffers throughput in the models forms or patterns forms. This investigation is very beneficial for any credit card supplier for choosing a suitable solution for their issue and for the researchers for having a comprehensive assessment of the literature in this field.
