Abstract: Radio Songgolangit FM Ponorogo which is considered to have implemented the practice of media convergence. In the current era of media convergence, radio, which is considered a traditional media, must survive in the midst of increasingly fierce competition in the broadcasting industry to expand its audience and receive advertisements. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach to describe the convergence strategy of Songgolangit FM radio in the midst of the competition in the broadcasting industry in Ponorogo. The data collection technique was carried out by using observation, interviews, and documentation owned by Radio Songgolangit FM then describing the subject under study. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the convergence strategy of Songgolangit FM radio uses 3M, namely multimedia, multichannel, and multiplatform. Where information is presented in various formats ranging from photos, video, text, and audio. Meanwhile, all information is not only conveyed via broadcast radio but uploaded via social media and can be accessed through the respective audience devices. The implications of the convergence practice of Songgolangit radio are divided into social, cultural and economic implications. So, with the impact, Songgolangit FM radio can take advantage of the convergence era so that it can survive in the midst of intense competition in the broadcasting industry, especially in Ponorogo.

PurposeThe purpose of this research paper is to discuss the evolution in business models (BM) of one key player (Netflix) in the French online streaming video services market.Design/methodology/approachThe paper is based on a qualitative approach (Netflix case study based on secondary data) to reduce the gap between theory and business practice.FindingsThrough technological convergence, the movie and video industry has seen dramatic changes in the means of consumption, forcing the traditional media players to evolve and adapt their strategy and BM to face new entrants (mainly IT companies). Coopetitive practices have been developed in spite of a fierce competition in the French market with impact on BM. Netflix is representative of this evolution.Research limitations/implicationsThis qualitative research is based on a case study. The results of a single case study cannot be used to make generalizations. Certainly, this paper represents only a first step. Further research is required in this field.Originality/valueThe originality of this paper is to expand the understanding of BMs by including various strategic and marketing perspectives and analyze the impact of coopetitive practices on the BM of one key player: Netflix.

The  research  is  a  study  case,  its  location  in  the Ciparigi State Elementary School Bogor, West Java. The focus of this research is the impact of bullying for the social interaction of elementary school students. Data collection technique form is through observation, interviews and documentation. Validity of data examination that used are credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. Analysis of data that used   is   qualitative   descriptive.   The   results   were showed that forms of bullying occurs in Ciparigi Elementary School including physical bullying and verbal bullying. As a result, subjects had a impact on the social interaction that makes the subject difficult to interact with the environment because it is always on a bully by the other students. Difficulty interacting is a major problem faced by the subject because the subject becomes not dare to start interacting not only to his friend, but the teachers as well as parents. Conclusions from this research is the  impact of bullying on the victim's social interactions at school or outside the school.

One method that can be used is to apply the strategy of marketing 3.0. Tjampuhan Group have long been developing a hospitality business based on the culture of the Tri Hita Karana concept. The purpose of this research is to understand the basis for selecting the brand “The Royal Pita Maha Resort” as seen from Barney's Resource Based View and to describe the marketing strategy of The Royal Pita Maha Resort as seen from Kotler's marketing 3.0. The research method used is a qualitative method. The data collection technique is in the form of literature study. The results showed the brand has competitive power, because it has been familiar to foreign tourists since the 1930s. The implementation of The Royal Pita Maha strategy has implemented marketing 3.0 and is based on Tri Hita Karana (THK) where the construction of this hotel is not only focused on commercial but also tries to balance commercial, social, cultural and spiritual. Positioning, differentiation, and branding have a positive and significant effect on competitiveness at Hotel The Royal Pita Maha Resort. The impact resulting from the implementation of THK-based marketing 3.0 is positive impact. The positive impacts resulting from the application of THK-based marketing 3.0 is an economic, social, environmental and spiritual impacts. Keywords: Tri Hita Karana, Marketing 3.0

The Covid-19 pandemic has a major impact on people's lives in Indonesia. The impact felt by the community is not only in the economic, educational, cultural sectors, but also in social interaction patterns. The aim of this research looks at the diversity of experiences and self-meanings of the Covid-19 survivor through social reality construction theory. It has an effect on change in social interactions that occur in the current era and in future lives. This study took the subject of 5 Covid-19 survivors living in Jakarta. Jakarta was chosen by researchers because that has the highest rate of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia. This study uses the theory contruction of social reality because this theory is in accordance with the research objectives.  This theory is formed from a society that acts as a victim as well as a perpetrator in social construction and become to a social reality. This study uses the phenomenological method because it looks at the social actions taken by an individual with Covid-19. The data collection technique in this research is interviews with in-depth interviews. The results of this study are that the self-meaning of Covid-19 survivors in Jakarta is categorized into five, namely: a) Closed; b) Fear; c) Self-regret; d) Confused; e) Trauma. These five meanings are formed based on communication experiences faced by present and past survivors so that a construction of these meanings is formed.

It is the subject of corporate governance topics important due to the increasing moral hazard in the departments of joint stock companies practices resulting from the separation of management from ownership, which have opposite interests, which generated a host of problems between the two parties, which has affected negatively on the old and new investors to invest their money's confidence in joint-stock companies after the Crisis series the scandals, which affected major joint-stock companies, which led in turn to a decline in investment at the level of the overall economy and increasing unemployment, low national income, which has economic implications and social bad, hence the term corporate governance, the result of those problems are addressed by defining the obligations and rights of both the administration and other parties relevant, and that the application of the rules of corporate governance is very important to improve corporate performance, which has economic implications and his meeting positive. I have been conducting a prospective study on one of the joint-stock companies through the distribution of a questionnaire to some of the shareholders and employees in order to identify the extent of the application of corporate governance rules and principles of it, and the relationship of the company with other parties of non-contributors and has research found that the company management is working to their advantage and lack of attention to the interests of small shareholders and some foreign parties, which are at the heart of the application of the rules of banking governance.

In this competitive environment, organizations strive to satisfy their customer by providing best quality service at affordable and fair prices with a view to enhance their revenues. To achieve the objective of revenue maximization, organizations strive to identify the factors that help them in retaining their customers. Drawing from the signalling theory of marketing, the current study proposes a novel conceptual model representing the impact of service quality with food quality and price fairness on customer retention in restaurant sector of Pakistan. The paper underlines an important arena of knowledge for academicians as well as organizational scientists on the subject. On the basis of literature available on the variables understudy, the present study forwards eight research propositions worthy of urgent scholarly attention. The conceptualized model of the present article can also be viewed significant in unleashing further avenues for the restaurant management entities, policy makers and future researchers in the domain of managing in the service sector businesses.

This research is motivated by the lack of listening skills obtained by the students, it is seen from the results of an assessment of the listening skills of students still achieved an average grade 56.32 or reach under the KKM predetermined value is 70. This study aims to determine whether the Team Learning model Listener can improve listening skills of students in the subject of Indonesian student Class V SD Negeri 007 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu. The subjects were 38 students in the academic year 2014-2015. Form of research is classroom action research. The data collection technique used is the technique of test and non test. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the ability to listen to the story class V students of SD Negeri 007 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu can be improved by applying the learning model listener team. On average ability to listen to stories of students in the early test is average with the average value of 56.32 by the medium category, and in the first cycle rose to 69.47 in the medium category, while in the second cycle listening skills of students categorized as high with the percentage of the average value of 76, 58 with a high category. Therefore, the success rate has exceeded 70 of the total number of students, which means that most students have achieved success predetermined value (minimum 75%).

The subject of the research is the approach to the possibility of using the Solow model to perform the regression analysis on the example of the Ukrainian economy model. The purpose of writing this article is to investigate the notion of regres- sion analysis, Solow’s economy model, algorithm for performing regression analy- sis on the example of Ukraine’s economy model. This model can be adapted for the economy of enterprises. Methodology. The research methodology is system-struc- tural and comparative analyzes (to study the structure of GDP); monograph (when studying methods of regression analysis on the example of the Ukrainian economy); economic analysis (when assessing the impact of factors on Ukraine’s GDP). The scientific novelty consists the features of the use of the Solow model on the ex- ample of Ukrainian economy are determined. An algorithm for calculating the basic parameters of a model using the Excel application package is disclosed. The main recommendations on the development of the national economy and economic growth through the use of macroeconomic instruments are given. Conclusions. The use of the Solow model enables forecasting and analysis. The results obtained re- vealed the problem of low resource return of capital as a resource, along with the means of macroeconomic regulation of the investment process, using which can improve the situation. A special place in these funds belongs to the accelerated depreciation and interest rate policies.

The subject of the research is a set of approaches to the statistical analysis ofthe activities of small business entities in Ukraine, including micro-enterprises. The purpose of writing this article is to study of the features of functioningof small business entities in Ukraine. Methodology. The research methodology isto use a system-structural and comparative analysis (to study the change in thenumber of small enterprises by major components); monographic (when studyingmethods of statistical analysis of small businesses); economic analysis (when assessing the impact of small business entities on socio-economic phenomena andprocesses in Ukraine). The scientific novelty consists to determine the features ofthe functioning of small businesses in Ukraine in modern conditions. The influenceof the activities of the main socio-economic and political indicators on the activities of small enterprises in recent periods of time has been identified. It has beenestablished that there is flexibility in the development of strategies by small businesses in conditions of significant competition, which makes it possible to quicklyrespond to changing situations in specific markets. Conclusions. The use of acomprehensive statistical analysis of small businesses functioning in Ukraine willallow government agencies to develop a set of measures to optimize the activitiesof these enterprises, which ultimately will positively affect the strengthening oftheir competitiveness and will contribute to the growth of the national economicsystem.
