Efektivitas pengelolaan sumber daya sekolah adalah tingkat pencapaian tujuan pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan sumber daya yang ada baik tenaga pendidik, pendidik, sarana prasarana, dan lain sebagainya untuk mencapai tujuan sekolah serta memiliki lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran dan output yang dihasilkan oleh sekolah dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Tujuan  penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat keefektifan pengelolaan sumber daya sekolah di SMA Negeri 8 Yogyakarta untuk meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, pengambilan data sekolah, dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, dapat diketahui bahwa pengelolaan sumber daya sekolah di SMA Negeri 8 Yogyakarta sudah efektif. Keefektifan sekolah tersebut dilihat dari kepemimpinan situasional, program kemitraan, program sekolah, sarana prasarana, pendidik dan tenaga pendidik, serta output sekolah. AbstractEffectiveness of school resources management is the achievement level of the objectives of management and utilization of existing resources, both teaching staff, Educators, Infrastructure facilities, etc. to achieve school goals and have a school environment that supports learning activities and outputs produced by schools can benefit for the society. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of school resources management in SMA Negeri 8 Yogyakarta to improve the quality of schools. The method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The technique of collecting data were interviews, observation, school data collection, and documentation study. Based on this research, it can be known that the learning process at SMA Negeri 8 Yogyakarta has been effective. The effectiveness of the school can be seen from leadership, school programs, partnership programs, infrastructure, educators and teaching staff, and school output.

describe the implementation of an integrated quality management component consisting of the quality of services provided by the school, human resources in teaching, the school environment, and learning process  in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang.               The method used in this study, namely by using a naturalistic qualitative approach. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study include the principal, teachers, employees, and students. The validity of the data is done by triangulation, and deeper observation. Analysis of the data used is the interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.              The results showed that: (a) the quality of services to students in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang had met good service standards. This can be seen from the services in the form of facilities and infrastructure which are quite complete in schools; (b) the quality of human resources in the education process shows good teacher resources. This can be seen from the teacher data which shows that the teaching staff at SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang 95% of educators with S1 qualifications in the field of education; (c) the quality of the environment in SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang is already good. This can be seen from the very strategic location of the school because the location of the school is in the middle of the city so that it is easily accessible by the community; (d) the quality of the learning process carried out by teachers at Pangkal Pinang YPAC SLB is good. This can be seen from the realization of the form of activities through learning planning by preparing lesson plans for each subject, then implementing learning, which includes strategies and methods used by teachers in delivering learning material, and evaluation of learning. Keywords: Integrated quality management, student achievement     ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini  adalah untuk melihat pelaksanaan serta mendeskripsikan implementasi  komponen Manajemen Mutu Terpadu yang terdiri dari kualitas layanan yang diberikan sekolah, sumber daya manusia dalam mengajar, lingkungan sekolah, dan proses pembelajaran di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif naturalistik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini antara lain kepala sekolah, guru, pegawai, dan peserta didik. keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi, dan pengamatan yang lebih mendalam. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman melalui kegiatan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) mutu layanan terhadap peserta didik di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah memenuhi standar layanan yang baik. Hal ini dilihat dari layanan yang berupa fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang sudah cukup lengkap di sekolah; (b) mutu sumber daya manusia dalam proses pendidikan menunjukkan sumber daya guru yang baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari data guru yang menunjukkan bahwa tenaga pengajar di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang 95% pendidik berkualifikasi S1 bidang kependidikan; (c) mutu lingkungan yang ada di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah baik. Hal ini terlihat dari letak sekolah yang sangat strategis karena lokasi sekolah yang berada di tengah kota sehingga mudah dijangkau oleh masyarakat; (d) mutu proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru di SLB YPAC Pangkalpinang sudah baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari realisasi bentuk kegiatan melalui perencanaan pembelajaran dengan menyusun RPP setiap mata pelajaran, kemudian pelaksanaan pembelajaran, yang meliputi strategi dan metode yang digunakan guru dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran.

Covid-19 is already familiar to parents of students, even with the rumors of the covid-19 virus making learning in schools use online, the problem of social interaction between teachers and guardians of students is often seen in print media and even on electronic media / television. It has become a trending topic material and is often discussed, almost every day there are students who have problems regarding interactions with their teachers regarding the online learning process which is always associated with their teachers and even the handling involves subject teachers.In this interaction problem the writer uses a descriptive method with a quantitative narrative approach, the writer describes what is happening in the field based on the facts that occur, while the location of this research is located in Parit H. Maksum Punggur Kecil Sungai Kakap. The research data were obtained from teachers and parents regarding the problem. social interactions during the Covid-19 period. As for the means of collecting data, researchers obtained by means of observation, direct interviews with teachers or parents of students then researcher analysis. Social interactions that are less solid will cause conflict and most often occur between teachers and parents of students due to miscommunication between teachers / school authorities and student guardians. Therefore, to carry out or overcome mis communication and increase social interaction to reduce conflict can be done in various ways, as follows: (1). Conduct regular meetings, (2) carry out family education, (3). Socializing school programs and procedures, (4). Protect students and teaching staff, (5). The purpose of this study is to determine the KBIH strategy in improving prime service in the form of customer needs or practical pilgrims as well as the needs of customers or pilgrims emotionally and the process of providing services in KBIH Maqdis in terms of improving excellent service for prospective pilgrims. The method used in this study is descriptive method using a qualitative approach. The research steps are taken by: determining the location of research, collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, literature studies, and documentation then analyzing data by means of data reduction then data classification and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the KBIH Maqdis strategy in improving excellent service is quite good because this can be seen from the practical needs given by KBIH Maqdis to prospective pilgrims. The KBIH Maqdis party provides good service in terms of its service, supervisor, management and chairman. Because the effort to provide good service is expected that pilgrims feel satisfied so that they can tell others about the quality of services provided by KBIH Maqdis to worshipers. The process of implementing service delivery can also look good, that is seen from the provision of excellent service in KBIH Maqdis, Bandung.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi KBIH dalam meningkatkan pelayanan prima berupa kebutuhan pelanggan atau jamaah secara praktis maupun kebutuhan para pelanggan atau jamaah secara emosional dan proses dari pemberian pelayanan yang ada di KBIH Maqdis dalam hal meningkatkan pelayanan prima terhadap calon jamaah.Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun langkah-langkah penelitian ditempuh dengan: penentuan lokasi penelitian, pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tehnik observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi selanjutnya analisis data dengan cara reduksi data kemudian klasifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi KBIH Maqdis dalam Meningkatkan pelayanan prima cukup baik karena hal ini dapat dilihat dari kebutuhan secara praktis yang diberikan KBIH Maqdis kepada calon jamaah haji. Pihak KBIH Maqdis memberikan pelayanan yang baik dari segi pelayanannya pembimbing, pengurus maupun ketuanya. Karena dengan upaya memberikan pelayanan yang baik diharapkan jamaah haji merasa puas sehingga dapat memberitahu kepada orang lain tentang kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan pihak KBIH Maqdis terhadap jamaah. Proses pelaksanaan pemberian pelayanan pun dapat terlihat baik yakni dilihat dari pemberian pelayanan prima yang ada di KBIH Maqdis Kota Bandung.

This research is done because the number of students of UNBAJA’s PPKn courses semester II and IV academic year 2017 - 2018 have low nationalism.. This was seen from the results of tests that showed that there were still many students of the UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of the 2017-2018 academic year who did not memorize the Pancasila and Indonesian Raya, and did not understand the meaning of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of the low sense of nationalism of students in the UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of 2017 - 2018 academic year and to find out the role of lecturers of PPKn courses in increasing the nationalism feeling of students in the UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of 2017 - 2018. This study uses a descriptive method of qualitative approach with data collection techniques using test techniques, observation and interviews. Subjects of this study are lecturers of UNBAJA’s PPKn courses and students of UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in second and fourth semester of academic year 2017 - 2018. The results of this study indicate that the role of the PPKn lecturer can increase the sense of nationalism of students in the PPKn UNBAJA courses in the second and fourth semester of the 2017 - 2018 academic year, such as before the teaching and learning activities are conducted in class, the lecturer always instructed everyone to pray.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengelolaan pendidikan sekolah dasar yang berorientasi kepada pendidikan multikultural di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sangiang Jaya. Fokus subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari  4 orang yaitu 3 guru kelas tinggi dan kepala sekolah. Peneliti yang di gunakan adalah penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode deskriptif  yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan sebuah data, peristiwa atau kejadian yang digali berdasarkan hasil  wawancara menggunakan Google Form dengan narasumber di mana mereka mempunyai pemahaman dan pengetahuan serta yang berpengalaman mengenai kejadian tersebut. Metode deskriptif merupakan metode merupakan penelitian yang mendeskripsikan atau menjelaskan suatu data berdasarkan fakta secara objek sesuai penelitian yang tersusun dan terjadi dengan keadian yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan Pengelolahan pendidikan sekolah dasar yang terdiri dari perencanaan (planning) yang terlihat dari proses pembuatan prangkat pengajaran yangterintegrasi dengan multikultur. Pengorganisasian (organizing) di mana manjement yang berdasarkan orientasi multikultur Nampak dari beberapa kegiatan yang di lakukan sekolah, pelaksanaan (actuating) di lihat berdasarkan proses pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar dan pengawasan (controling) yang berisi pemantauan berkala yang di lakukan, ke empet aspek tersebut di lihat berdasarkan nilai multikultural yaitu kesetaraan, keadilan, demokras kebebasan toleransi.ANALYSIS OF MULTICULTURAL PRIMARY SCHOOL EDUCATION MANAGEMENTAbstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze the management of school education that is oriented towards multicultural education at Sangiang Jaya State Elementary School. In this study, the subjects consisted of 4 people, namely 3 high class teachers and the principal. Researchers who use this research are a qualitative approach through descriptive methods that aim to tell a data, event or phenomenon that is excavated based on in-depth interviews with sources where they have an understanding and knowledge and in-depth experience of the phenomenon. Descriptive method is a research method that describes or explains data based on facts in a systematic research object and in accordance with natural situations. The data technique used is based on the results of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicate the management of primary school education which consists of planning (planning) as seen from the process of making building construction integrated with multiculture. Organizing in which management is based on a multicultural orientation. It appears that from several activities carried out by schools, implementation is seen based on the process of implementing teaching and learning activities and monitoring (controling) which contains periodically carried out, to empathize these aspects are seen based on multicultural values namely equality, justice, democracy / freedom and tolerance.

This study aims to determine the strategies of teachers, especially teachers in anticipating violence against students.One of the phenomena that has caught the attention of the world of education today is violence that occurs in the school environment. Violence between students will certainly affect the learning conditions in the classroom. Students who experience physical and verbal abuse will certainly feel psychologically disturbed. Disturbed psychological conditions will also trigger disruption of the enthusiasm and interest of students in learning.The role of the teacher is very necessary to reduce even if it can eliminate the condition. Based on these problems, this study aims to: (1) determine the role of PPKn teachers in anticipating violence against students; (2). Knowing the obstacles of PPKn teachers in anticipating violence against students; (3). know what efforts are made by the PPKn teacher in anticipating violence against students. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observations, interviews and documentation conducted in the environment of SMK 17 Serang City. The research results obtained in the field show that the PPKn teacher's strategy in anticipating violence in children is to provide understanding related to norms about diversity, fostering character to care for each other, carrying out positive activities in the school environment such as extracurricular or social activities. others in the classroom environment and broadly in the school, and invites parents to control the activities of children in their environment.the strategy carried out by the teachers is done as an effort to prevent and deal with violence against students.

This type of research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach that tries to explore the meaning of teacher professionalism as a step to develop the quality of educational institutions while still adjusting educational goals. The results of this study indicate that the majority of MI Hikmatun Najah teachers can implement their professionalism through online learning properly and right. They still carry out their duties and obligations in a professional manner even though the learning process is online / online. This research also shows that teachers can put their professionalism in accordance with the place and conditions.</p><p class="061AbstrakIndonesia">Abstrak</p><p class="05Abstrak">Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang upaya-upaya atau strategi implementasi profesionalisme guru pada masa pandemi dikarenakan kegiatan pembelajaran tidak lagi dilakukan dengan tatap muka melainkan dengan serba digital/online. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang mencoba mengeksplorasi makna profesionalisme guru sebagai langkah mengembangkan mutu lembaga pendidikan dengan tetap menyesuaikan tujuan pendidikan.. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa mayoritas guru MI Hikmatun Najah dapat mengimplementasikan sikap profesionalisme mereka melalui pembelajaran online dengan baik dan tepat. Mereka tetap melaksanakan tugas dan kewajiban mereka secara profesional walaupun proses pembelajaran melalui online/daring. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa para guru dapat menempatkan sikap profesionalisme mereka sesuai dengan tempat dan kondisi.</p>

This study aims to examine how strategies to strengthen student morale through school programs. In analyzing the problem, this study used a descriptive method with observation, interview and documentation study techniques. Some of the findings obtained from the research show that students' moral strengthening strategies are implemented in several aspects; first on the vision and mission of the school where the school sets the vision and mission and goals of the school that imply the values of faith, piety and religion in order to strengthen student morale, secondly in activities both in activities within the school environment or activities outside the school environment related to activities religious values in order to increase religious value, the third application of teacher exemplary aims to provide good moral examples for students so that students learn from existing models, namely teachers, fourth on school facilities and infrastructure, fifth on school rules arranged based on vision mission and school objectives. The results of the research show that this strategy is quite successful in strengthening student morale. There are several findings that can hinder the success of the application of students' moral values, such as: the number of students who are not balanced with the number of classes, the number of teachers who are less than ideal, the utilization of facilities is not optimal, the lack of commitment of the school community, especially the lack of cooperation between parents in strengthening efforts. student morale

This study discusses school-based management in relation to developing the quality of students. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the steps of each component of school management that affect the quality development of students. To approach this problem, the theoretical references used by G.A. Cole regarding open system management, and also a theory about the concept Total Quality Management. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data collection was obtained through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. This study concludes that the development of the quality of students can be supported through a good management process, the components that influence it include the instrumental input component, including the role of a good headmaster, competent educational resources and teaching staff, complete and supporting infrastructure facilities, components environmental input includes establishing good relations with the school environment, parents, and related institutions, the process component includes the management of a conducive learning process, and the implementation of school culture as a manifest of the hidden curriculum, the output component is enhancement the quality of students.

<p>This study aimed to determine the root of the problem of low quality and image of SDN 02 and 04 Ungaran and also to define the strategie to improve the quality and to build the image of SDN 02 and 04 Ungaran. This qualitative descriptive study used fishbone analysis and data collection used Focus Group Discussion (FGD), interviews, and study of document. The results showed that the root problem of low quality of SDN 02 and 04 Ungaran were learners<br />had low ability, teachers provided less motivation of learning, the willingness of teachers to improve teaching skills were low, teachers were elderly, teachers did not plan learning activities by themselves, school principle had never participated in managerial training, non standard size of classrooms and the library had not been adequate. The root of the problem why the image of SDN Ungaran 02 and 04 were not good enough namely: the lack of academic supervition and extracurricular competent. Strategies to improve the quality and to build image of SDN 02 and 04 Ungaran were : a)implementing ongoing supervision by principle to raise teachers motivation, b)proposing for aid to the authorities both for the rehabilitation of classrooms and procurement of books, c) involving school committee in order to improve the school environment, and d) forming school developer team in academic achievement and extracurricular activities.</p>
