ANALISIS KINERJA GURU AKUNTANSI BERSETIFIKASI  SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN (SMK)  BISNIS DAN MANAJEMEN

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) tingkat kinerja guru Akuntansi SMK Bisnis dan Manajemen di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, (2) tingkat motivasi guru Akuntansi SMK Bisnis dan Manajemen di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, (3) pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru Akuntansi SMK Bisnis dan Manajemen di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Akuntansi SMK Bisnis dan Manajemen di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang sudah bersertifikat pendidik. Data yang dapat dikumpulkan sebanyak 46 orang guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain survei. Populasinya adalah seluruh guru Akuntansi SMK Bisnis dan Manajemen di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Sampelnya adalah guru yang sudah bersertifikat pendidik. Sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil Penalitian menunjukkan : (1) Kinerja Guru dinilai dari sudut pandang pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial menunjukkan Kategori Sangat Baik dan kompetensi profesional menunjukkan kategori Baik; (2) tingkat motivasi guru menunjukkan kategori tinggi, (3) terdapat pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru Akuntansi SMK Bisnis dan Manajemen.Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the level of teacher performance, (2) the level of teacher motivation, and (3) the effect of motivation on teacher performance. The subjects in this study were accounting teachers of SMK Business and Management in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, certified educators. The data that can be collected are 46 teachers. This study used a survey design. The analysis technique in this study is simple regression analysis. The population is all accounting teachers of SMK Business and Management in the Yogyakarta Special Region. The sample is teachers who have been certified educators. In accordance with the research objectives, the data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative with percentages and simple regression analysis. The results of the research show: (1) Teacher performance is assessed from a pedagogical, personal, social point of view which shows an excellent category and professional competence shows a good category; (2) the level of teacher motivation shows a high category, (3) there is an influence of motivation on the performance of accounting teachers in Business and Management Vocational Schools.

The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between the leadership of the head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and the performance of Madrasah teachers in Lingsar District of West Lombok Regency in 2021. This research is quantitative research using survey methods. The population in this study is all teachers in madrasah-Ibtidaiyah in Lingsar district of West Lombok Regency which amounted to 102 teachers. This research sample amounted to 50 teachers spread across Ibtidaiyah madrassa of Lingsar District of West Lombok Regency. The data analysis technique used in this study is regression analysis, both simple regression and double regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the leadership of the head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Kacamatan Lingsar West Lombok Regency with a contribution of 57%.

This study aims to analyze the effect of office spatial on work effectiveness of employees by using survey method. This study performed data collection by using a questionnaire with a range of scores 1 to 5. Respondents of the study consisted of the employees of the Office of Education of Bandung City. This study used simple regression analysis as the data analysis technique. The results reveal that the office spatial brings positive effects on the work effectiveness of employees. Therefore, the work effectiveness of employees can be improved through the improvement of office spatial conditions.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tata ruang kantor terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai dengan menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan rentang skor antara 1 sampai 5menggunakan model rating scale. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa tata ruang kantor memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, efektivitas kerja pegawai dapat meningkat melalui adanya peningkatan kondisi tata ruang kantor.

Abstract :This study aims to analyze the effect of the Adversity Quotient on students' entrepreneurial motivation at the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. The total population is 1,209 students. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling technique with a sample of 300 students. In collecting data, a questionnaire was used as a technique for collecting it. Simple regression analysis is a data analysis technique used with the help of the SPSS 16 program. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the adversity quotient has a positive and significant effect in increasing student entrepreneurial motivationAbstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efekAdversity Quotientterhadap motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa di fakultas ekonomi Universitas Negeri Padang. Jumlah populasi adalah 1.209 orang mahasiswa. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random samplingdengan sampel berjumlah300 orang mahasiswa. Leadership of principals in order to improve the performance of teachers and employees is very important, it is fitting discipline applied to every school, both government and private. A performance of good teachers and employees is a step towards achieving the goals of a school so that productivity is a determinant in achieving school goals. This study aims to determine the influence of principal leadership on the performance of teachers and employees of SMP Negeri 3 Pamboang. The research design used is quantitative research. The sample of research is 35 employees of SMP Negeri 3 Pamboang and data collection in the form of questionnaire method, interview, observation. While for data processing is analyzed for Validity and Realibility test using Alpha Cronbach formula using computer program. The analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. <em>This research aims to know influence of product quality and after sales service on customer satisfaction using Xiaomi smartphones. The population and sample of this study were students of the economics faculty of the Krisnadwipayana University class of 2017 with a total of 58 students. Research analysis method using simple regression analysis technique and simultaneous regression analysis. The hypothesis test using the F test and t test. The results of the study state that partially, product quality and after-sales service have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Simultaneously, product quality and after-sales service have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.</em>

This study examines the existence of a logical-mathematical intelligence relationship to the learning discipline of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pagar Air Aceh Besar District. To answer the relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence on learning discipline, researchers use a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The sample in this study was 40 fifth grade students of Pagar Air Elementary School. Data collection techniques using tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence and learning discipline of fifth grade students of SD Negeri Pagar Air. This is indicated by the value of Fcount Ftable at the 5% significance level of 5.98 4.10 and the regression equation Ŷ = 76.02 + 0.99X which can predict the ups and downs of students' learning discipline. The magnitude of the influence of logical-mathematical intelligence with student learning discipline can be seen from the value of rxy = 0.370, r count is greater than rtable at a significance level of 5% ie 0.370 0.320, meaning that logical-mathematical intelligence contributes 13.69%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence and the discipline of learning of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pagar Air Aceh Besar District.

The influence of extracurricular activities on character building of students at SMPN 22 Makassar. This study aims to determine the effect of extracurricular activities on the formation of student characters at SMPN 22 Makassar. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 505 students. The sample used in this study was 15 percent or 71 students. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire techniques (questionnaire), interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the extracurricular activities of the students at SMPN 22 Makassar were in the quite good category with a percentage level of 56.88 percent which was seen from the indicators of krida and training/talent/achievement indicators and for the character of the students in the good category with a percentage level of 78.38 percent which was reviewed from indicators of a religious character, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic and responsible. Based on the product-moment correlation analysis, it was stated that there was a relationship between extracurricular activities and the character-building of students in the medium category. The results of the simple regression analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect of extracurricular activities on the character building of students of SMP Negeri 22 Makassar

This study aims to research determine the effect of job stress against job satisfaction employees in the branch offices of PT. Pegadaian (Persero). Variabel studied were job stress as the independent variable (X) and variable job satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y). The method used in this study is quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 31 respondents. Techniques used in the purposive sampling and quota sampling. The data analysis technique are used to test the hypothesis is a simple regression analysis using SPSS version 17.00. Based on the calculations, the p value for the correlation of job stress and job satisfaction of 0.001 (p < 0,05). Regression equation, Y = 116,144 – 0,656X and the level of influence (R Square) of job stress on job satisfaction is 0.284, which means that job stress affects job satisfaction by 28,4% and the remaining 71,6% is influenced by factors other than job stress. Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha accepted so it can be concluded that there was a significant influence between job stress on job satisfaction of employees in branch offices PT. Pegadaian (Persero).

Asuransi Bintang Tbk. Makassar branch, amounting to 25 people. The number of samples used was 25 people using saturated sample toeri. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and questionnaire methods.
