Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh komponen fisik yakni kelentukan, kelincahan, koordinasi mata–kaki, kecepatan, keseimbangan dan motivasi latihan terhadap keterampilan bermain sepakbola. Berdasarkan sifatnya yang bertujuan untuk menguji (Explanatory) maka penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analisis). Variabel independen yaitu kelentukan, kelincahan, koordinasi mata–kaki, dan motivasi latihan, adapun variabel dependen yaitu keterampilan bermain sepakbola (keterampilan passing, dribbling, shooting, jugling, dan heading) yang diakumulasi kedalam nilai T-score. Teknik sampling menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh populasi pemain sepakbola UKM Olahraga Sepakbola UM Palopo berjumlah 57 orang. Waktu dan tempat penelitian mengikuti ketentuan WFH (work from home) karena kondisi pandemic dan dipantau secara daring. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi korelasional. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan Komponen fisik (kelentukan, kelincahan, koordinasi mata–kaki, kecepatan, keseimbangan) dan motivasi latihan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan bermain sepakbola. Komponen fisik (kelentukan, kelincahan, koordinasi mata–kaki, kecepatan, keseimbangan) melalui motivasi latihan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan bermain sepakbola. Penelitian dan pengambilan data dapat dilakukan dapat dilakukan secara daring, tentunya dengan penggunaan dan pengembangan media (e-learning UM Palopo dan Google Form) dan komitmen yang tinggi dari semua pihak. The effect of physical ability and training motivation towards soccer skills AbstractThis research examines the effect of flexibility, agility, eye-foot coordination, speed, balance, and training motivation towards soccer skills. Based on its intended nature, which is to examine (Explanatory), this research uses path analysis. The independent variables are flexibility, agility, eye-foot coordination, and training motivation. In contrast, the dependent variables are soccer skills (passing, dribbling, shooting, juggling, and heading), which are accumulated into T-values. The sampling technique uses saturated samples, which is the entire population of Soccer players in UM Palopo.57 people. The time and place of this research followed the WFH provisions (working from home) due to pandemic requirements and was monitored through online. Data analysis was using the correlational regression test. The research results prove that physical abilities (flexibility, agility, eye-foot coordination, speed, balance) and training motivation are strongly related to soccer skills. This research and data collection was conducted and collected by using developing media (UM Palopo e-learning and Google Forms) and high commitment from all parties.

The aim of this study is to know the effectiveness of learning based on Web at Number Theory lesson at IKIP PGRI Semarang. The implementation is focused at  FPMIPA IKIP PGRI Semarang in fifth semester of mathematics education students which contain of  9 classes. Sampling technique in this study use convenience sampling procedure, where as the experimental is 5B and 5A as the control class and  5G as a class test. Independent variable of this research is the activity of student and learning result as dependent variable. The Data is obtained through observation and tests then we analyze by t test and regression test.. The results showed that implementation of learning achieve effective with characterized by: a) Mean of student learning result greater than KKM = 75, and in classical is more than 85% of students achieve point at 75. b) Effect of activity on the results of study is  means that the active variable (X) gives a positive effect on learning result (Y). The value of the effect of creativity on learning result can be  seen by R value in the table of Summary Model 0.867 = 86.7%.  The Value indicates that the creativity of students  affect learning result at 86.7%. c) The Mean of experimental class is 80.94 and 62.60 for the control class, so the class of experiments significantly better than the the control class. Based on the above explanation we conclude that learning based on web at Number Theory in Semarang PGRI IKIP is effective.

<p class="Afiliasi" align="left"><strong>Abstrak:</strong></p><p>            Pembelajaran daring agar dapat berhasil diperlukan adanya ketertarikan mahasiswa yang tinggi dalam belajar matematika. Ketertarikan yang tinggi terhadap pembelajaran matematika disebut dengan disposisi matematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh disposisi matematis terhadap prestasi belajar <em>e-learning</em> mahasiswa Tadris Matematika (TMA) Semester III IAIN Takengon. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa TMA IAIN Takengon. Sample dipilih dengan teknik <em>purposive sampling</em> yaitu mahasiswa TMA semester III. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes dan non tes. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan pengujian regresi diketahui nilai sig = 0,003 &lt; 0,05 yang berarti bahwa disposisi matematis memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar <em>e-learning</em>. Selain itu diperoleh nilai R <em>square</em> = 0,848 menunjukan bahwa variabel disposisi matematis mempengaruhi variabel prestasi belajar <em>e-learning</em> sebesar 84,8% dan sebesar 16, 4% variabel prestasi belajar <em>e-learning</em> dipengaruhi faktor diluar disposisi matematis. Besarnya koefisien korelasi (R) adalah 0,921 yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara disposisi matematis dengan prestasi belajar <em>e-learning</em>. Model regresinya adalah Y = -41,300 + 1,158 X. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa disposisi matematis memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar <em>e-learning</em> mahasiswa.</p><p> </p><p class="Afiliasi" align="left"><strong>Kata Kunci</strong>:</p><p>Disposisi Matematis, Prestasi Belajar, <em>E-Learning</em></p><p> </p><p class="AfiliasiCxSpFirst" align="left"><strong><em>Abstract:</em></strong></p><p class="AfiliasiCxSpMiddle"><em>Learning online in order to be successful requires high student interest in learning mathematics. High interest in learning mathematics is called a mathematical disposition. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of mathematical disposition on e-learning learning achievement of Mathematics Tadris (TMA) III Semester students at IAIN Takengon. The population in this study were students of TMA IAIN Takengon. Samples were selected by purposive sampling technique and selected third semester TMA students. The approach used is a quantitative approach with the type of correlation research.</em><em> </em><em>The research instrument used tests and non-tests. This study was analyzed using the normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and simple linear regression test. Based on regression testing, it is known that the value of sig = 0.003 &lt;0.05, which means that mathematical disposition has a significant effect on e-learning achievement. In addition, the value of R square = 0.848 shows that the mathematical disposition variable affects the e-learning learning achievement variable by 84.8% and 16.4%, the e-learning learning achievement variable is influenced by factors outside of mathematical disposition. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.921, which means that there is a strong relationship between mathematical disposition and e-learning achievement. The regression model is Y = -41,300 + X 1,158. In the modern educational space regarding the realities of the information society special importance is attached to issues related to the provision of a high level of informatization of education, which implies teachers’ mastering the necessary competencies and the ability to introduce e-learning resources into educational and training practice. Adobe Flash as one of the platforms for creating web applications and multimedia presentations enjoys greatest popularity with users including teachers. However, in connection with the announcement of discontinuing Adobe Flash support in 2020, the issue of choosing an analog to create web applications and presentations for use in teaching purposes is becoming particularly relevant. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of developing electronic educational resources by teachers using Adobe Flash and HTML5 for teaching math in primary school.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the role of the Chairperson and Cooperative Manager in the preparation and application of Financial Statements based on SAK ETAP in cooperatives in the city of Palembang. This research is a quantitative study using data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was the Chairperson of the cooperative and the manager of the cooperative in the city of Palembang. The cooperatives studied were 203 cooperatives. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the role of cooperative leaders and managers had a significant positive effect on the preparation and application of SAK ETAP-based financial statements.Keywords : chairman, manager, SAK ETAP, cooperative

The purpose of this research is to examine how training transfer is influenced by management support, training motivation, intention to transfer, affective reaction, utility reaction, supervisory support. To achieve this purpose, this study used the employees in Indonesian Ministry of Finance. A sample of 258 employees from level III and level IV leaders completed questionnaires that include measurements such as training motivation, supervisor supports, affective reaction, utility reaction, intention to transfer, training transfer, perceived training transfer, training retention, managerial transfer support, motivation to learn, training self-efficacy, and demographic characteristics. Hypothesis testing was done by using three steps of hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are significantly positive relationships between the aforementioned independent variables and training transfer. Implications of this study were discussed.

The aim of this research is to know the influence of e-learning learning strategy and interest in learning to accounting learning result. This research was conducted at SMK Permata Bangsa Kelurahan Jakasetia, South Bekasi Subdistrict, Bekasi City involving 56 samples taken with random sampling technique to the equivalent class. Instrument used in this research is the accounting test and questionnaire interest in student learning; and the data analysis using two-way ANAVA and Tukey Test. The results of this study obtained: (1) there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students who are taught with e-learning learning strategies and expository strategies in which the results of student accounting learning taught by e-learning strategy is higher than the students taught by strategy expository learning. (2) There is an interaction between students who are taught using learning strategies with interest in learning on accounting learning outcomes. (3) This means that the result of group accounting learning which is taught using e-learning learning strategy is significantly higher than that taught using expository learning strategy in students who have high learning interest. (4) While the learning result of student group accounting that is taught using e-learning strategy is same as learning result which is taught using expository learning strategy to students who have low learning interest, influenced by student environment factor and learning design factor in research.

The purpose of this study was to obtain information on the relationship between the free variable that organizational climate (X1) and competence (X2) with the dependent variable is employee performance (Y), either partially or simultaneously, This study used survey research methods with the correlational approach and predictive, which aims for the relationship and influence between independent and dependent variables. The sampling technique can be done randomly (simple random sampling) of 852 employees, which is considered to resprentatif is 89 people. And to solve problems, to analyze and examine the relationship and influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable used models kausalistik through regression analysis with SPSS 14.0

Penerapan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat pada tatanan rumah tangga di Indonesia pada tahun 2015, baru mencapai 55%. Padahal dari sisi perilaku per indikator idealnya diatas 80%. Faktor risiko timbulnya Penyakit Tidak Menular(PTM) antara lain karena gaya hidup seperti merokok, obesitas, inaktivitas, peminum alcohol dan narkoba. Lemahnya upaya preventif dan promotif dalam upaya kesehatan masyarakat (UKM) disebabkan salah satunya oleh distribusi tenaga promotif preventif di Puskesmas masih belum merata.. Keberadaan tenaga kontrak Promotor Kesehatan di Puskesmas diharapkan mampu menjawab kekurangan tenaga promotif preventif di Kabupaten Indramayu. Namun keberadaan mereka menjadi prokontra sehingga dapat berpengaruh pada kinerja dalam pelayanan promosi kesehatan di Puskesmas.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja tenaga kontrak promotor kesehatan dalam pelayanan promosi kesehatan Puskesmas di Kabupaten Indramayu. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan studi cross sectional. Besar sampel adalah 35 orang. Analisis data secara univariat, bivariat dengan Chi square dan multivariat dengan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kinerja tenaga kontrak promotor kesehatan dalam pelayanan promosi kesehatan Puskesmas di Kabupaten Indramayu sebagian besar responden berkinerja tinggi (51,4%). Hasil uji statistic menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan (p=000), kemampuan diri (p=0,000), persepsi beban kerja (p=0,011), motivasi (p=0,010), imbalan (p=0,024) dan sarana prasarana (p=0,001) dengan kinerja tenaga kontrak promotor kesehatan dalam pelayanan promosi kesehatan Puskesmas di Kabupaten Indramayu. Faktor yang memiliki pengaruh paling kuat terhadap kinerja tenaga kontrak promotor kesehatan adalah faktor pengetahuan dengan nilai Odds Ratio (OR=17,84 95% CI=1,99-149,5) dan kemampuan diri (OR=17,36 95% CI=1,4-220). Rekomendasi pada penelitian ini adalah perlu adanya pelatihan e-learning dan in-house training, pembinaan tenaga kontrak, dan penyediaan sarana prasarana promosi kesehatan. Abstract The application of clean and healthy life behavior at household order in Indonesia in 2015, had just reached 55%. From the behavior side, where every indicator should be above 80% as the ideal one. The weakness of preventive and promotion effort in accordance with the community health efforts, one of the reasons is because the distribution of the health preventive and promotion agent into the community health centre is not all totally covered yet. The presence of the out-sourcing health promoter agent in the community’s health center is expected to be able to supply the lack of health preventive and promotion agent in Indramayu. However, their presence become pros and cons, which can influence to the performance in theservice of health promotion in community’s health centre. This research aimed to analyze the elements which influence their performance to carry out health promotion service in every community’s health centre in Indramayu. Type of observational study with cross sectional design.The population in this study amounted to 105 people, consisting of 35 contract workers, 35 heads of Puskesmas, and 35 co-workers contract workers.The sampling technique is purposive sampling in total population or saturated sampling, so the same sample size is 105 people. The data are analyzed by univariat, bivariat method with Chi square and multivariate with logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that the performance of health promotion contract workers in health promotion service of Puskesmas in Indramayu Regency most of the respondents are high performers (51.4%). Based on the test of Chi-Square, it shows that the elements related to the out-sourcing health promoter in carrying out the health champagne service at community’s health centre in Indramayu are knowledge (score p=000), self ability (p=0,000), duty perception (p=0,011), motivation (p=0,010), reward (p=0,024), means and infrastructures (0,001). The most influence factors to the performance to the out-sourcing health promoter in carrying out the health champagne service at community’s health centre are knowledge factor (p=0,009) with the OR score=17,84 95% CI=1,99-149,5.Therefore, as the recommendation, the training for the candidates of health promoters, e-learning, in-house training, and also the out-sourcing coaching as well, and providing means and infrastructures of health promotion.

The level of return obtained by investors is influenced by microeconomic and macroeconomic factors. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of exchange rates, Gross Domestic Product and solvency on stock returns. This research was conducted at the mining company in the coal sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. All the coal mining sub-sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2017 used as the population. The method of determining the sample used is using a saturated sampling technique. Multiple linear regression test used as the data analysis on this research. Based on the results of the analysis of this study it was found that the exchange rate and GDP had a negative and significant effect on stock returns. The solvency proxied by DER has a positive and significant effect on stock returns. Keywords: Exchange Rate, Gross Domestic Product, Solvability and Return.
