The purpose of this study is to describe the dynamics of the career development on each stage, starting from growth, exploration and establishment in Batik makers of Giriloyo. This study employs case study qualitative research methods, and involves three women who worked as batik maker. Data analysis was performed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. From this research it is revealed that participants did not fulfill the developmental tasks at all three stages as a whole and they went through stages of career development sequences and period that is differed from the established theory of career development. It is also revealed that the participants experienced dissatisfaction with the wages. However, in the other hand they felt proud to be able to take part on their community and wishes to continue to make batik as long as they are physically able. The results of the study led researchers to recommend early career recognition by families, schools and communities.

<p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>This study focused on the semantic field for the categorization of meaning, kind of meaning and semantic structure of verbs touch in Indonesian (verba sentuh). The reason of this research is the discovery of ambiguous meaning of a word when we refer to the monolingual dictionary that exists today. The method used is descriptive method with a form of qualitative research. The data in this study is verbs touch and source of research was obtained from the dictionary of Indonesian language (Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia) in 2008. The theory used in this analysis is the theory of Natural Semantic Metalanguage (NSM). Data were analyzed using three stages, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion/verification. The analysis result obtained was four original meaning which holds a stake in touch verb formation, namely: [FEEL], [BEAT], [PRESSING] and [RUB]. The other components that make up the touch verb is 'someone' and 'something'. This study is only a fraction of the research from Natural Semantic Metalanguage data sourced from Indonesian. This research is expected to contribute for other Natural Semantic Metalanguage research. So that later can be arranged a monolingual Bahasa dictionary based on Natural Semantics Metalanguage.</em></p><p align="center">Abstrak</p><p>Penelitian ini difokuskan pada bidang semantik untuk kategorisasi makna, jenis makna dan struktur semantik dari verba sentuh dalam bahasa  Indonesia. Alasan yang menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini adalah ditemukannya keambiguan makna suatu kata apabila kita merujuk pada kamus monolingual yang ada saat ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian kualitatif. Data pada penelitian ini berupa verba sentuh dan sumber data penelitian diperoleh dari kamus (KBBI) pada tahun 2008. Teori yang digunakan dalam analisis ini adalah teori Metabahasa Semantik Alami (MSA). Teknik analisis data menggunakan tiga tahap yaitu, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil analisis yang didapat adalah empat makna asali yang memegang andil dalam pembentukan verba sentuh, yaitu: [MERASAKAN], [MEMUKUL], [MENEKAN] dan [MENGGOSOK]. Komponen lain yang membentuk verba sentuh adalah <em>‘seseorang</em>’ dan <em>‘sesuatu</em>’. Penelitian ini hanya sebagian kecil dari penelitian-penelitian Metabahasa Semantik Alami yang bersumber data dari bahasa Indonesia. Diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian ini akan dapat berkontribusi pada penelitian Metabahasa Semantik Alami yang lain. Agar nantinya dapat disusun sebuah kamus monolingual bahasa Indonesia berdasarkan Metabahasa Semantik Alami.</p>

This study aims to describe the fuction of extracurricular art of dance for students of SD Negeri 01 Kota Bengkulu. Type of qualitative research and descriptive naturalistic research method.the subject of this research is the extracurricular coach of dance art and the student of extracurricular activities of dance art. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation (data display), data verification(coclusion drawing/verification) and withdrawal of conclusion (verification data). Testing the validity of the data using persistence of observation, membercheck and triangulation. The result of the research show the extracurricular function of dance which includes 1) development fuction, 2) sosialfuction, 3) rekreativefuction, the three fuctions have been done, but there are some indicators in the function of extracurricular art of dance that has not been done, that is development function in indicator the formation in indicator the formation of the character of discipline. In this indicator the formation of the character of students who follow extracurricular activities of dance art came too late because before the extracurricularschedule of dance art there are students who are still in the canteen and rest. Therefore, there should be a break between classroom hygiene activities and extracurricular activities of dance, so that the indicators of character building discipline are done.

Based on preliminary observations, it was found that the people in Nias Islands,North Sumatra province had used medicinal plants for a long time and had inheritedthem from generation to generation. So that many people still use medicinal plants.This study aims to determine the types of family medicinal plants used by thecommunity, how to mix or process family medicinal plants, and public perceptionsof family medicinal plants. This research is a type of qualitative research withdescriptive methods with 125 respondents. Collecting data by observation,interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique uses three stages, namelydata reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Fromthe research results, there were 23 plant species used by the community in NiasIsland as Family Medicinal Plants. The method of concocting family medicinalplants varies greatly, depending on the type of plant and disease, the people ofSambulu village have good perceptions about family medicinal plants. Suggestionsare expected to maintain the habit of using medicinal plants, and also teach them tochildren or young people.

This study aimed to see how the implementation of the Hizbul Wathan scouting movement to improve the character of student leadership in MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu. This type of research is to use qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were the principal, the coach of Hizbul Wathan, the class teacher, students. Data collection is done by interviews, observations, and documentation. While in data analysis, using techniques in a way, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The scouting movement of Hizbul Wathan's development in MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu since its inception tends to be stagnant and not optimal. The obstacles that exist make the implementation of the scout movement hizbul wathan less than the maximum to improve the character of student leadership in MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu.

This study aims to provide information about the history, processions and shifting values that occur in the Wiwitan Tradition in Mangunan, Dlingo, Bnatul, Yogyakarta and the factors behind it. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research is that the history Wiwitan Tradition which going on for hundreds of years. The stages in the Wiwitan Tradition are the stages of preparation and implementation. The form of a shift in the value of the Wiwitan Tradition is in the form of shift in value in terms of economy, social, tourism, religion and spirituality. The shift in value that occurs is caused by external factors and internal factors.

This research aims to describe the types and meanings that appear in lexical cohesion in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye. The benefits of this research are theoretical and practical benefits. This research uses descriptive qualitative recearch. The data of this research are in the form of words and phrases contained in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye, the source of data in this study is a collection of texts in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye. In this research, the writer uses descriptive method, using documentation technique, namely reading and taking notes. The data analysis technique uses three stages, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The validity of this research data uses triangulation theory. based on the results of the research found, there are as many as 97 lexical cohesion data in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye. The results of the lexical cohesion research data contained in the novel Pergi by Tere Liye include the types of repetitions as many as 55 data, which consists of 12 data epizeukis repetitions, 3 data repetition of tautotes, 14 data of anaphora repetitions, 11 data of epistropha repetition, simploke repetition of 3 data, 9 data for mesodiplosis repetition, 2 data for epanalepsis repetition, and 1 data for anadiplosis repetition. Then the type of synonymous lexical cohesion is 6 data, antonym is 18 data, collocation is 6 data, hyponym is 5 data, and finally equivalence 7 data.Key words: lexical cohesion, novel Pergi, Tere Liye

As the world is entering society 5.0 era, pesantren must be aware of its challenges to maintain its existence as the oldest educational institution. This study aims to determine the challenges faced by Islamic boarding schools in the era of community revolution 5.0. This research is preliminary qualitative research to analyze various literature on Islamic boarding schools’ crucial issues in society 5.0 era. The data obtained in the study were collected through documentation techniques which were then tested using source triangulation techniques. The data analysis was through three stages, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that Islamic boarding schools in the 5.0 era must face contemporary challenges that are in line with the development of science and technology, namely having the ability for morals implanting, technology-based pesantren systems, digital literacy and digital ethics. If this ability can be realized and developed, the pesantren’s existence can be maintained and accepted by the community 5.0.

The purpose of this study was to determine the inhibiting factors and forms of empowerment of corn farmers by Stakeholders in nagari Kataping Kecamatan Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. The backround of this research is that there are still many nagari Kataping communities who do not yet know how to process corn after harvest. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive type. The technique of this research is purposive sampling. The informants of this guidelines the form of structured questions and documentation. Data validity test in this study uses data source triangulation techniques because the comparison and back-checking of the degree of information obtained through different sources. Data analysis techniques throught three stages, namely the stage of data reduction, the stage of data presentation, and the stage of drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the forms of empowerment of corn farmers by Stakeholders and the inhibiting factors for the cultivation of corn farmers by Stakeholders in the nagari Kataping Kecamatan Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman.

The purpose of this study is to describe the values of faith, worship, and morals contained in the novel Api Tauhid by Habiburrahman El-Shirazy. This researchis a type of qualitative research, which is a study that does not use calculation of numbers. In this study researchers used library research. In collecting data usingdocument review techniques or commonly called documentation analysis. Data analysis in this study through three stages, including: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Islamic values contained in the novel Api Tauhid include: the values of the faith which include planting the value of faith, faith in God, faith in the destiny of Allah, and faith in the last day. The values of worship include prayer on time, guarding against immoral acts, recitation, prayer, and preaching. Moral values include respect for parents, respect for experts, respect for the government, inferiority, courtesy, and honesty.
