Subjects involved in this research were 242 people who had been married for at least five years, with intact family conditions, and lived in Denpasar City, Bali. The instruments in this research were the COVID Stress Scale from Taylor (2020) and the Marital Quality scale arranged by Nurhayati (2017). The validity of this research used content validity by expert judgment. Reliability in the scale of this research used the Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficient. The COVID stress variable has a reliability of 0.934, while the variable of marital quality has a reliability of 0.889. As for the data analysis, descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis were used. Based on the data analysis, the regression coefficient was 0.028 and sig. 0.307, with the value of R square = 0.004. The results showed that COVID stress does not affect the marital quality in Bali.

The questions explored in this study are as subtle as the major influences that give performance or gratuities to the performance of 41 members of the Barelang Police. The purpose of this study is to use data analysis methods (namely descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis and data normality test using SPSS) to see whether it affects performance. The results showed that the performance permit variable (X1) has a significance value (Sig.) Of 0.001 in the Coefficientsa table, the α (significance) value of 0.05 means 0.001 <0.05 or has a significant effect, and the t test shows 3.520> t table (2.000 ).

This research describes the relation between variables of population, inflation, minimum wage, economic growth, and humandevelopment index toward the unemployment rate in Jember. The type of data used in this research was secondary data in theform of ‘time series’ obtained from Jember Department of Labor and Central Bureau of Statistics in the year of 2002-2013.The research method was a kind of statistical descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Moreover, theresearcher used partial test (T-test), simultaneous test (F-test), and coefficients determination test (R2) for the hypothesis.Whereas the assumption test was conducted in the use of normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelationtest. From the result of the data analysis, it confirmed that the population positively and significantly affected theunemployment rate in Jember. The variables of inflation, minimum wage, and human development index negatively andsignificantly affected the unemployment rate in Jember. Whereas the variables of economic growth positively and significantlyaffected unemployment rate in Jember. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of consumers of organic rice and to identify the factors that influence consumers to purchase organic rice in Selopuro District. The implementation of this research activity will be carried out in April 2021 - June 2021 in Selopuro District, Blitar Regency. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables in this study include the price of organic rice, the price of non-organic rice, income, education, employment status, consumer tastes, consumer lifestyle, health and access to buy organic rice. While the dependent variable in this study is the number of consumer demand for organic rice. The results of data analysis found that the X2 (non-organic rice) variable was 0.042, X4 (Education) was 0.054, X7 (lifestyle) was 0.042 and X8 (health) was 0.038 very influential on the purchase of organic rice. The results of the t test show that some variables have positive numbers and some variables have negative numbers, while the F test simultaneously shows that the calculated F value is 2,951 which is greater than the F table of 2,420. This indicates that the independent variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.
