The Internet, i.e. the computer network, which is currently spread all over the world, has become an inseparable element of modern life. Social media aimed at, among other things, maintaining interpersonal relationships have gained and yet continue to gain on enormous popularity by offering its users various functions and possibilities. The Internet is used mainly by young people who are most vulnerable to many dangers posed by it. As research shows, Internet addicts gradually begin to neglect their responsibilities, family, or friends, and replace them with virtual life. Consequently, it is difficult for them to return to normal functioning, especially when the enormity of neglected issues begins to become overwhelming, which can lead to depression and other serious diseases.

The crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the migration policies of various countries around the world, lead to the radicalization of the most marginal social groups, including right - wing extremists. Due to the development of information technologies, right-wing extremists receive new channels for spreading their destructive ideas. Since the main users of data networks are young people, primarily schoolchildren and students, the prevention of extremism in public social media is particularly relevant. The authors of the article believe that an effective tool for preventing extremism is the collection and processing of data on the activity of right-wing radicals in social networks. Such work, according to the authors, can not only increase the effectiveness of identifying extremists on the Internet, but also establish productive interaction with the main target audience of social media - young people. In the interests of sustainable development, it is necessary to cooperate with authorities, technical specialists, and educational institutions in order to develop a unified policy to counter extremism both in the Sverdlovsk region and in Russian Federation and around the world.

Being a living structure, the language is constantly evolving, including with the help of borrowings. It is impossible to stop this process. It is easier for young people to express their thoughts and feelings in a foreign language, rather than using fixed expressions in their native language. All this is happening as a result of increased information flows, the emergence of the global computer network – “the Internet”, the development of the world economic market, international tourism, and cultural ties. Today, the study of borrowings as manifestations of the interaction of different languages with each other is not the last among the problems of modern linguistics, and therefore, the attention of domestic and foreign researchers is directed to this issue. English plays a big role in the life of young people of Kazakhstan, who actively use foreign words in everyday life. In their opinion, it sounds beautiful and fashionable. The borrowing and use of words of foreign origin is a consequence of linguistic contacts influenced not only by historical and cultural factors, but also by the growing influence of the mass media. This article is dedicated to finding the peculiarities of the influence of English borrowings on the culture and speech of Kazakhstani youth.Being a living structure, the language is constantly evolving, including with the help of borrowings. Globalisation, the Internet and social media have changed the kind of actors with influence in the wine industry and the way these actors create signals to communicate credible information about experience and trust attributes. Among the most prestigious experts in the world of wine are the Masters of Wine (MW). Although initially devoted to international trade, they have spread their activities and their opinion is more and more appreciated by producers and consumers. The main objective of this article is to determine this community of experts’ behaviour on Twitter. In order to do so, four factors (presence, activity, impact and community) have been considered. All Twitter profiles belonging to users awarded with the MW qualification were identified and analysed. In addition, a set of 35,653 tweets published by the MWs were retrieved and analysed through descriptive statistics. The results show MWs on Twitter as high attractors (number of followers), moderate publishers (original contents published), moderate influencers (number of likes and retweets), and low interactors (number of friends and mentions to other users). These findings reveal that the MW community is not using Twitter to gain or reinforce their reputation as an accredited expert in the wine industry, giving more influential space on Twitter to consumers and amateurs.

With the development of new digital technologies, the internet, and mass media, including social media, it is now possible to produce, consume, and exchange information and virtual creations in a simple and practically instantaneous way. As predicted by philosophers and sociologists in the 1980s, a culture of “prosumers” has been developed in communities where there is no longer a clear distinction between content producers and content users and where there is a continuous exchange of knowledge that enriches the whole community. The teaching of “digital creativity” can also take advantage of the fact that young people and adults are particularly attracted to these fields, which they perceive akin to their playful activities and which are normally used in an often sterile and useless way in their free time. The didactic sense of these experiences is that we try to build a cooperative group environment in which to experiment, learn, and exchange knowledge equally among all the participants.
