Remidial merupakan suatu bentuk pengajaran yang bersifat menyembuhkan atau membetulkan, atau pengajaran yang membuat menjadi baik. Saat ini sebagaian siswa yang belum mencapai kriterial ketuntasan minimal sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan upaya guru PPKn dalam melakukan proses remedial siswa dan faktor apa yang mempengaruhi upaya guru PPKn dalam melakukan remedial untuk mencapai KKM  kelas VIIIB SMP Negeri 3 Dompu. Jenis penelitin menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data yang pakai yakni observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa. Peneliti menggunakan triangulasi teknik untuk memperoleh keabsahan data.Teknik  analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengambarkan bahwa dalam proses remedial guru melakukan upaya-upaya yang di berikan kepada siswa yang mendapatkan nilai di bawah KKM, upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru seperti memberikan motivasi, membimbing siswa, memberikan umpan balik, dan memberikan perhatian yang lebih. Faktor yang mempengaruhi upaya guru dalam proses remedial yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal terdiri dari siswa yang tidak mau mengikuti remedial dan kurangnya kesiapan guru di dalam terlaksananya remedial. Faktor eksernal ada di dalam keluarga dan lingkungan, adanya faktor-faktor tersebut dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan siswa dan dapat mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa.Remidial is a form of teaching that is healing or correct, or teaching that makes it good. At present some students who have not achieved the minimum completeness criteria need improvement. The purpose of this study was to explain the efforts of PPKn teachers in conducting student remedial processes and what factors influenced the efforts of PPKn teachers in conducting remedials to reach class VIIIB KKM in Dompu 3 Public Middle School. This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection used is observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were teachers and students. The researcher used triangulation techniques to obtain the validity of the data. Data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the study illustrate that in the remedial process the teacher makes efforts that are given to students who get grades under the KKM, the efforts made by the teacher such as giving motivation, guiding students, giving feedback, and giving more attention. Factors that influence teacher efforts in remedial processes are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors consist of students who do not want to follow remedial and lack of teacher readiness in the implementation of remedial. External factors exist in the family and the environment, the existence of these factors can influence the development of students and can affect students' learning interest.

The issue of teacher’s performance has become a central point which is interesting to discuss by many people today. The fact shows that most teachers of SMAN 1 Darul Imarah, Aceh Besar, do not participate in coaching students effectively. This research employed qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were teachers and principals at SMAN 1 Darul Imarah, Aceh Besar. The results showed that low levels of teacher’s performance to student development is influenced by internal factors, namely the ability and motivation of teachers and the external factors are influenced by the physical working environment , and principal’s management. Teachers of SMAN 1 Darul Imarah, Aceh Besar, have not been fully able to motivate, nurture, and guide students in order to achieve effective learning.

Dalam mengerjakan permasalahan matematika, pasti ada yang mengalami suatu hambatan dalam proses pemecahannya yang menyebabkan terjadinya suatu kesalahan dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jenis kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita berdasarkan tahapan Newman pada materi bangun datar segiempat dan penyebab mereka melakukan kesalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif dengan metode tes tulis dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian adalah 3 dari 32 siswa kelas VII-D SMP Negeri 2 Nganjuk yang dipilih berdasarkan banyaknya kesalahan yang dilakukan saat tes tulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam mengerjakan soal cerita tentang bangun datar segiempat, yaitu (1) kesalahan dalam membaca soal, (2) kesalahan dalam memahami soal, (3) kesalahan dalam mentransformasi soal, (4) kesalahan dalam keterampilan proses, dan (5) kesalahan dalam menuliskan jawaban akhir. Penyebab siswa melakukan kesalahan tersebut adalah siswa kurang teliti dalam membaca dan mengerjakan soal, belum paham materi dan belum terbiasa mengerjakan soal cerita dengan tahapan Newman. Kata kunci: analisis, kesalahan, soal cerita, tahapan newman, bangun datar segiempat.  In working on mathematical problems , there must be someone(s) who got some obstacles in the process of solving it which causes an error in the learning process. This research aims to describe students errors according to Newman’s Error Analysis in solving rectangular word problem and why they are doing that. This research used a qualitative-descriptive approach with the written test and interview method. The research subjects were 3 of 32 students from class 8­th-D Public Middle School 2 Nganjuk which is chosen based on the number of errors made during the written test. The results of this research shows that the students made some errors in solving mathematics involving rectangular word problems such as reading error, comperhension error, transformation error, process skill error and encoding error. The reason students make these mistakes are (1) students are not careful in reading and working on problems, (2) students doesn't understand the material, (3) and students are not usual to working on word problems using the Newman’s  method. Berlatar belakang keilmuan informatika para mahasiswa belum menunjukan minat menjadi seorang teknopreneur. Kegiatan-kegiatan selama proses pembelajaran, Lingkungan keluarga, masyarakat dan pendidikan merupakan faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi seseorang memiliki minat menjadi wirausaha. Faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi minat teknopreneur adalah faktor internal diantaranya sikap dan mental, intensi berwirausha, efikasi diri, kebutuhan akan prestasi, kesiapan instrument, gender, prestasi akademik dan pengalaman kerja. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri dan N-ach terhadap minat teknopreneuer. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitaif serta teknik analisis menggunakan regresi berganda dengan variabel terikat yaitu minat teknopreneur sedangkan variabel bebas adalah efikasi diri dan N-Ach. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner diberikan kepada 240 mahasiswa yang telah menerima mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan dipilih secara acak sederhana. Hasil penelitian yaitu efikasi diri dan N-ach turut mempengaruhi secara signifikan minat teknoprenuer. Minat mahasiswa informatika untuk menjadi teknopreneuer sebesar 40% dipengaruhi oleh efikasi diri dan N-ach dan sebesar 60% dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar model. Kata Kunci:  Teknopreneur, Minat, Efikasi diri, N-Ach AbstractStudents with informatics backgrounds have not shown an interest in becoming a technopreneur. Activities during the learning process, family environment, and the community are external factors that affect a person having an interest in being an entrepreneur. Other factors that can influence technopreneur interest are internal factors including attitude and mentality, entrepreneurship intentions, self-efficacy, need for achievement, instrument readiness, gender, academic achievement and work experience. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of self-efficacy and N-ach on teknopreneuer's interest. The research uses a quantitative approach and analysis techniques using multiple regression with the dependent variable is technopreneur interest while the independent variables are self-efficacy and N-Ach. Data collection using a questionnaire was given to 240 students who had received entrepreneurship courses and were chosen at simple random sampling. The results of the research explain self-efficacy and N-ach also significantly influence the interest of technoprenuer. The interest of informatics students to become a technopreneuer by 40% is influenced by self-efficacy and N-ach and by 60% is influenced by other factors outside the model.Keywords: Technopreneur, Interest, Self-efficacy, N-Ach

This research is based on the background of the facts in the field. Researchers see that there is a moral decline in students, such as dressing not in accordance with the rules, playing phones and the internet during the lesson, dating, truant when the KBM process takes place. Thus the behavior of these conditions can affect the leadership character of students, so it has a lot of influence on students' personality development including: communication skills with others, emotional conditions, polite behavior and decreased sense of responsibility. Based on these circumstances researchers are interested in conducting a qualitative research using descriptive methods. This study aims to find out, analyze and describe the role of the teacher of citizenship education in building the leadership character of students in SMA Negeri 1 Ciomas. data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity techniques here use triangulation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and data conclusions. The results of this study are (1) the role of Civics Education teachers in building the leadership character of students in SMA Negeri 1 Ciomas is exemplary, inspirers, motivators, dynamicators and evaluators. (2) The behavior of leadership characters reflected in the students of SMA Negeri 1 Ciomas is faith and piety to God Almighty, fair, considerate, interdependent, decision makers, good listeners. (3) Obstacles to Citizenship Education Teachers in building leadership character in SMA Negeri 1 Ciomas are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors consist of factors from students 'self such as lack of students' awareness of responsibility. While external factors are environmental factors such as students truant during class hours and family factors get less attention from parents.

Abstract The research objectives are: 1) To find out the factors that cause Non Performing Financing in murabaha financing at BPRS Rahmania Dana Sejahtera in Bireuen City. 2) To find out the Solution for Emphasis on Non-Performing Financing (NPF) Level on Murabaha Financing at BPRS Rahmania Dana Sejahtera in Bireuen City. The type of research the author uses here is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach, as well as data collection techniques using observation and interviews. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: 1) Factors That Cause Non-Performing Financing are internal factors that arise from the bank with limited employee owned and new employees, while the internal factors of the customer, namely bankruptcy, incompetent in business, the filing of a business or collateral is not his, customers who use open funds in planning, as well as customers who are not responsible because of personal family factors. While external factors result from natural disasters, government regulations and conditions that are not in accordance with the plan. 2) Emphasis Solutions is carried out by applying a financing analysis consisting of a guarantee approach, character, repayment capability, feasibility study, and an approach to bank functions. Coupled with the application of the financing analysis principle of 5C (carater, capacity, capital, collateral, and condition of economy. Keywords: Non-Performing Financing, Murabahah Financing, Emphasis Solutions   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab Non Performing Financing pembiayaan murabahah pada BPRS Rahmania Dana Sejahtera Kota Bireuen. 2) Untuk mengetahui Solusi Tingkat Penekanan pada Non Performing Financing (NPF) pada Pembiayaan Murabahah pada BPRS Rahmania Dana Sejahtera Kota Bireuen. Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan disini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, serta teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Faktor Penyebab Non Performing Financing adalah faktor internal yang muncul dari bank dengan terbatasnya pegawai yang dimiliki dan pegawai baru, sedangkan faktor internal nasabah yaitu kebangkrutan, tidak cakap dalam berbisnis, pengajuan usaha atau agunan bukan miliknya, nasabah yang menggunakan dana terbuka dalam perencanaan, maupun nasabah yang tidak bertanggung jawab karena faktor pribadi keluarga. Sedangkan faktor eksternal disebabkan oleh bencana alam, regulasi dan kondisi pemerintah yang tidak sesuai dengan rencana. 2) Solusi penekanan dilakukan dengan menerapkan analisis pembiayaan yang terdiri dari pendekatan penjaminan, karakter, kemampuan pembayaran kembali, studi kelayakan, dan pendekatan fungsi bank. Ditambah dengan penerapan prinsip analisa pembiayaan 5C (carater, capacity, capital, collateral, dan kondisi perekonomian. Bantengan Dance is a dance depicting bull animals at war. The name of the Bantengan is taken because it adjusts to the bull animal as the main character in the Bantengan presentation. Based on the explanation above, the issue is formulated Related to the following problems: 1. How is the development of Bantengan dance at Dususn Randegan, Jatirejo village, Mojokerto Regency?, 2. How to form a Bantengan dance in the hamlet of Randegan, Jatirejo village in Mojokerto Regency?. This writing uses Sri Rochana’s opinion Widyastutieningrum that the development is an effort to package and make renewal of better direction and give new breath to the existing arts. The target of research is the issues related to the problems formulated above. This writing uses qualitative research methods that focus on the peculiarities and specificity of the object. This writing data is gathered with library studies, field observations, interviews, documentation, data analysis techniques. Results showed that the development of the form of dance presentation Bantengan want to show the presentation becomes more interesting and still enthused by the supporting community. The development of the Bantengan dance form is influenced by internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are the creativity of artists and leaders. Marketing is an activity in which a business actor offers his product to consumers in order to receive the product with all ideas and ideas so that the product can be sought after by consumers. As well as knowing the objectives of the marketing strategy used so that it can increase revenue with many consumers interested in the product being sold.   Abstract: This study aims to describe and analyze the role of fathers in family Islamic education. The purpose of the research is to increase the treasury of knowledge for educational researchers, especially the education of girls in the family. The research used is qualitative research with case studies aimed at obtaining a complete and in-depth description. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was performed with the concept of data triangulation. Qualitative research data analysis techniques through data triangulation are analyzing the results of interviews by checking the validity of the data which includes sources, methods, investigators, and theories. Data analysis shows that fathers as research subjects are willing to be directly involved in education and childcare. The willingness of subjects to provide Islamic education to their daughters is motivated by factors of psychological well-being, personality, attitudes and diversity (religiosity). Planting the faith, sharia and morals of fathers in daughters since their daughters are small. Even since the child is still in the womb of his wife. They use educational methods such as educating by example, habits, advice, attention, and punishment. Certainly the father established good cooperation with his wife in providing Islamic education to his daughter. So that girls will form Islamic individuals and are accustomed to carrying out daily activities according to Islamic teachings.

Minimizing financing problems PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Sub-Branch Office (KCP) Takengon needs to supervise murabahah financing, be it supervision before financing or supervision after financing. Because most of the assets of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon is in murabahah financing with a total of 1388 financing customers so that the quality of the financing must be maintained. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources that the authors use are primary sources. Data collection techniques obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. In addition, data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The result of this research is that the supervision mechanism of murabahah financing at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon uses character analysis, capital, capacity, collateral, and conditions of economy (5C). Meanwhile, the cause of problematic financing is due to internal factors and external factors. Furthermore, problematic financing can be minimized through the 5C analysis process unless it is caused by a natural disaster that is beyond the estimation of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon. The conclusion of the researcher is that the PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon has implemented all murabahah financing supervision procedures that have been arranged systematically and structured.

The nature of science has not been taught as a teaching material at school in Indonesia. This study aims to reveal the understanding of teachers and primary students about the nature of science. This study was a survey research with descriptive approach. Data were collected through closed questionnaires for teachers and students. Teachers and primary students as research subjects were located in Kuningan District. Purposive sampling was used as a sample. The results showed that both teachers and students have an understanding of the nature of science in the range of Intermediate categories. Because of the importance of understanding about the nature of science in science subjects, it is expected that further research to develop materials and learning models based on the nature of science in primary school.
