Adolescence is a phase of life experienced by every individual from childhood to adulthood, at this time adolescents are very vulnerable to negative influences, such as theft, drug use, and other things that trigger deviant behavior. The surrounding environment greatly influences the formation of a teenager's character, because teenagers generally spend more of their time in association with their friends or with the surrounding community. Gampong Beunot is the most densely populated village in Syamtalira Bayu District, its heterogeneous population makes the Gampong Beunot community more open. Even though society is more open, social phenomena are also unavoidable, especially with regard to teenagers, from 2010 to 2017 Gampong Beunot is the Gampong with the most frequent occurrence of moral decadence, this causes public unrest and discomfort then the condition changes to a more better over time compared to the past. This is undeniable because the community has made various efforts and efforts, from the preventive, persuasive to the repressive stages which of course will face various obstacles. This type of research is a qualitative research that uses field research methods using primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that the preventive measures taken by the Gampong Beunot community in overcoming the moral decadence of adolescents are by holding regular recitations, counseling, sports programs, women's programs, and curfew rules, while Persuasive steps taken by the Gampong Beunot community are persuasive communication and exclamation banners, and also for repressive actions carried out by the Gampong Beunot community, namely by giving customary sanctions, criminal penalties, besides that the Gampong Beunot community also has several obstacles in overcoming the moral decadence of teenagers namely the apathy of society, uncooperative parents of teenagers, and teenagers who have a brutal and aggressive nature.

Social media and social networks are pervasive in the daily use as well as in a number of applications. Social media and social networks are also intertwined, as the social medial platforms also offer the opportunity to develop and analyze social networks. Over the past two decades, there has been an explosion of interest in network research through social network analysis. Network research is “warm” today, with the number of articles on the topic of social media and social networks nearly tripling in the past decade. This interweaving has been a further breakthrough within field research yielding explanations for social phenomena in a wide variety of new ways. Social network analysis (SNA) has been recognized as a powerful tool for representing social network structures and information dissemination on the web. Here, the authors review the kinds of things that sociologists have tried to explain using social network analysis and provide a nutshell description of the basic assumptions, goals, and explanatory mechanisms prevalent in the field, with emphasis on SNA research methodology.

Parents are the first and foremost educators for the formation of children's behavior, but actually there are acts of violence and deviant behavior of parents in educating children in Banda Aceh City, this is not in accordance with the values of the educational trilogy initiated by Ki Hajar Dewantara and educational goals. namely, among others, so that children have noble morals and the duties of parents who act as first and foremost educators for the formation of children's behavior.  This study is to get a scientific answer to how the actualization of educational trilogy values is applied by parents in educating children in the city of Banda Aceh. The author uses secondary data, data from field research. The sampling technique for the object under study consisted of the parents of the father / mother who had children with the "Simple Random Sampling" technique (simple random sampling). Data collection techniques using literature study, questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used to answer the problem formulation and to test the hypothesis is to use a quantitative form of description through the Means test (Average). The results of the hypothesis study show that: 1) actually the values of the education trilogy (with means and categories), namely, parental exemplary (73.3, high), teaching to worship (33.01, high), parental care for children (28.44, high), the responsibility of parents to children (25.97, high), direction to kindness (29.64, moderate) have been implemented by parents in educating children; Therefore, the authors conclude that this study is a new approach to see actually the values of the educational trilogy that Ki Hajar Dewantara has applied by parents in educating children in families in Banda Aceh City.

Contributions of M. N. Srinivas to the understanding of changing nature of caste, village and politics have been well documented and continue to be under focus several decades after his scholarly formulations on them. This article is an attempt to focus on the nature of changes that are occurring in the realm of his contributions to the field of social science research methods—especially to the tradition of intensive field research whether in rural or urban locales. Not only have the field sites’ amenability to research has undergone a major change, the institutional context in which social research is practised have radically transformed. This article is an attempt to track some such changes in both the contexts and to reflect upon the emerging challenges to social science research in general and the idea of ‘field’ research in particular. One of the questions it raises and attempts to answer is: Is sociology and social anthropology becoming more dependent on secondary data, and the source becoming a web than the field?

Seven zoonoses — human infections of animal origin — have emerged from the Coronaviridae family in the past century, including three viruses responsible for significant human mortality (SARS-CoV, MERS-CoV, and SARS-CoV-2) in the past twenty years alone. These three viruses, in addition to two older CoV zoonoses (HCoV-229E and HCoV-NL63) are believed to be originally derived from wild bat reservoir species. We review the molecular biology of the bat-derived Alpha- and Betacoronavirus genera, highlighting features that contribute to their potential for cross-species emergence, including the use of well-conserved mammalian host cell machinery for cell entry and a unique capacity for adaptation to novel host environments after host switching. The adaptive capacity of coronaviruses largely results from their large genomes, which reduce the risk of deleterious mutational errors and facilitate range-expanding recombination events by offering heightened redundancy in essential genetic material. Large CoV genomes are made possible by the unique proofreading capacity encoded for their RNA-dependent polymerase. We find that bat-borne SARS-related coronaviruses in the subgenus Sarbecovirus, the source clade for SARS-CoV and SARS-CoV-2, present a particularly poignant pandemic threat, due to the extraordinary viral genetic diversity represented among several sympatric species of their horseshoe bat hosts. To date, Sarbecovirus surveillance has been almost entirely restricted to China. More vigorous field research efforts tracking the circulation of Sarbecoviruses specifically and Betacoronaviruses more generally is needed across a broader global range if we are to avoid future repeats of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract Yongding River is one of the five major river systems in Beijing. It is located to the west of Beijing. It has influenced culture along its basin. The river supports both rural and urban areas. Furthermore, it influences economic development, water conservation, and the natural environment. However, during the past few decades, due to the combined effect of increasing population and economic activities, a series of changes have led to problems such as the reduction in water volume and the exposure of the riverbed. In this study, remote sensing images were used to derive land cover maps and compare spatiotemporal changes during the past 40 years. As a result, the following data were found: forest changed least; cropland area increased to a large extent; bareland area was reduced by a maximum of 63%; surface water area in the study area was lower from 1989 to 1999 because of the excessive use of water in human activities, but it increased by 92% from 2010 to 2018 as awareness about protecting the environment arose; there was a small increase in the built-up area, but this was more planned. These results reveal that water conservancy construction, agroforestry activities, and increasing urbanization have a great impact on the surrounding environment of the Yongding River (Beijing section). This study discusses in detail how the current situation can be attributed to of human activities, policies, economic development, and ecological conservation Furthermore, it suggests improvement by strengthening the governance of the riverbed and the riverside. These results and discussion can be a reference and provide decision support for the management of southwest Beijing or similar river basins in peri-urban areas.

The existence and function of language  as a medium of communication covers all fields of human life including knowledge, one of them is the history of human civilization; how humans survived, how human utilized nature for their lives, and how nature provides all the necessities for humans. What humans have been doing now, what they have done in the past and far before that in the pre-history time, how the conditions of the nature at those times were and what changes as well as progresses occurred are documented using language, then re-visualized,  displayed as one of conservation and preservation acts in an institution called museum. This research discusess the existence and function of language in museums. How important the existence of a language in museums and what language functions used in museums both in informations given by the museum guides and on the displays accompanying objects and pictures are the aims of this research. The methods used are the combination between field research and library research. The results show that generally the existence of Indonesian language plays more important role than English and both languages have two main functions; communicative function and informative function.
