This study aims to determine the performance of Badan Narkotika Nasional or the National Narcotics Agency of Palu in the narcotics prevention efforts, determined by the support of the main tasks and functions of the National Narcotics Agency Office of Palu. The theory used to assess performance is with five dimensions of theory to measure the performance of public bureaucracy which are Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility, and Accountability as proposed by Agus Dwiyanto (2002). This research utilized descriptive-qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are but not limited to: Observation, Interview, and Documentation. Informants in this study are determined purposively. The results of the study revealed that based on the five dimensions of performance theory from Agus Dwiyanto, it can be concluded that the performance of the National Narcotics Agency of Palu is not insufficient. Thus, the vision proclaimed by the Palu City Government which was the Realization of Government and Community Synergy Towards Drug-Free Palu City in 2015, was not achieved

<div><p><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><em>This study describes the dominant factors in the quality of waiter service that affect guest satisfaction at Pondok Bebek Restaurant. Data collection uses a questionnaire that measures the five dimensions of waiter service quality which consists of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy dimensions to 86 duck cottage restaurant guests. Data obtained from the questionnaire results were processed by determining the average value. The results of this study indicate the five variables of guest satisfaction greatly influence the satisfaction of guests in the duck cottage restaurant. Whereas the most dominant factor affecting guest satisfaction in this restaurant is Responsiveness or responsiveness with a value of 992. The results of the first indicator which is providing information about food promos are at a score of 329, the second indicator is an explanation of the menu at a score of 336, the third indicator is employees able to answer questions about restaurants is at a score of 327.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: Restaurant, Service quality, Guest satisfaction.</em></p><p> </p><p><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Penelitian ini menguraikan faktor dominan kualitas pelayanan pramusaji yang mempengaruhi kepuasan tamu pada Restoran Pondok Bebek. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang mengukur dengan lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan pramusajiyang terdiri atas dimensi tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy kepada 86 tamu restoran pondok bebek. Data yang didapatkan dari hasil angket diolah dengan menentukan nilai rata-rata.. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kelima variabel kepuasan tamu sangat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan tamu di restoran pondok bebek. Sedangkan faktor yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kepuasan tamu di restoran ini adalah Responsiveness atau daya tanggap dengan nilai 992. Hasil indikator pertama yaitu memberikan informasi mengenai promo makanan berada pada skor 329, indikator kedua yaitu penjelasan mengenai menu berada pada skor 336, indikator ketiga yaitu karyawan mampu menjawab pertanyaan mengenai restoran berada pada skor 327.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci</strong>: Restoran, Kualitas pelayanan, Kepuasan tamu</p></div>

This research aims to determine and analyze to analyze the quality of service at the Office of the One Roof One-Stop Administration System (SAMSAT) Putri Hijau, Medan Utara. To answer the service quality of Motor Vehicle Tax at the SAMSAT Putri Hijau, the researchers used five dimensions of public service quality proposed by Zeithaml et al in Hardiansyah, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness. ), Assurance (Guarantee), and Emphaty (Empathy). This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the service quality of the Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) at the SAMSAT Putri Hijau can be assessed from five dimensions, namely Tangibel, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Emphaty, however, there are several indicators. which have not been fulfilled properly, such as regarding the comfort of the place of storage and the existence of discrimination or prioritizing relatives in the motor vehicle tax collection process.

The quality of E-KTP service is one of the basic forms of government services to the community. The main problem of this research is that the quality of E-KTP service at the Cibeunying District Office, Bandung City is not optimal and not satisfactory. Optimizing e-KTP services is needed to improve service quality and satisfy the community. This synthesis is the subject of this article. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques: observation, interviews and literature study. Based on the research results, the service is not optimal because it is not fully based on the dimensions: 1. Service Speed, 2. Cleanliness, Tidiness and Facilities; 3. Friendliness and Patience of Employees in Serving the speed of service; 4. Employees who are helpful and friendly and considerate of customers; 5. Security and Comfort.

ABSTRACTUrban green open space (RTHKP) is an important component in each City Regency. The green space owned by Cimahi reaches 13.60% from a minimum of 30%. One of the RTH in Cimahi City is in the Cimahi City Government Office Complex with an area of 11,115m2. RTH assets are used for parks, motorbike parking lots for guests and the ASN of Cimahi City Government and the rest are still unregulated open green space. The purpose of this study is to describe and define existing problems. The research method in this case study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. While the data collection techniques used include scientific observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of evaluating the quality of RTH assets in the Cimahi City Government office complex are the surrounding communities and visitors need green open space with vegetation, facilities that are complete and attractive. RTH yang dimiliki kota Cimahi baru mencapai 13,60% dari minimal 30%. Satu di antara RTH yang ada di Kota Cimahi berada di Komplek Perkantoran Pemerintah Kota Cimahi dengan luas lahan 11.115m2. Aset RTH tersebut digunakan untuk taman, tempat parkir sepeda motor para tamu maupun ASN Pemkot Cimahi dan sisanya masih menjadi RTH yang tidak tertata. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan dan mendefinisikan permasalahan yang ada. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian studi kasus ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu meliputi observasi ilmiah, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari evaluasi kualitas aset RTH di komplek perkantoran Pemerintah Kota Cimahi adalah masyarakat sekitar dan pengunjung membutuhkan RTH dengan vegetasi, fasilitas dan sarana yang lengkap dan menarik. The purpose of the research is to describe and analyze accountability village funds allocation in Lam Ara Village. The method used is data analysis with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was taken by interviewing several employees working in the Lam Ara Village Office in Banda Aceh. The results of the study show that  The  accountability  phase  of  the  Village  Fund  Allocation  (ADD)  in  Lam  Ara,  both  technically  and administratively is good, but must still receive guidance from the Banda Aceh City government, Implementation of the use of village funds has applied the principle of accountability. Thus it is necessary to make improvements on an ongoing  basis  while  still  adjusting  the  situation  and  conditions  and  the  development  of  applicable  laws  and regulations

 Artikel ini berkenaan dengan integrasi nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran PAI di sekolah dengan setting sosial masyarakat Poso pasca konflik yang sedang membangun perdamaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan proses integrasi nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran PAI di SMKN 1 dan SMAN 3 Poso, Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi multisitus di dua sekolah yang memiliki karakteristik umum yang sama. Teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu: wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode komparatif konstan untuk menemukan persamaan, perbedaan dan hubungan temuan penelitian di kedua situs. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai multikultural yang diintegrasikan di kedua sekolah adalah kontekstual dengan realitas keragaman peserta didik, masyarakat dan upaya membangun perdamaian di sekolah dan daerah Poso pasca konflik. Kemudian, nilai multikultural  yang diitegrasikan bersifat universal yang mencakup: saling memaafkan, kasih sayang, saling menghormati, kepedulian, toleransi, kebersamaan dan perdamaian. Proses integrasi nilai multikultural dilakukan melalui empat pendekatan, yaitu: formal-tekstual, sosial-kontekstual, kontributif-kultural dan aditif-tematik dengan empat bentuk integrasi, meliputi: normatif, interpersonal, sosial dan budaya lokal.Kata Kunci: Integrasi, Nilai Multikultural, Pembelajaran PAI, Perdamaian, Sekolah Pasca Konflik This paper deals with multicultural values integration in Islamic education learning takes place on the social setting of post-conflict schools and society who are building peace. The purpose of this study is to reveal the process of multicultural values integration in Islamic education learning at di SMKN 1 dan SMAN 3 Poso, Central Sulawesi. The study is a qualitative approach with multi-sites study in two schools with same general characteristics. The data collection techniques are: in-depth interview, partisipant observation, and document study. Analysis was carried out by comparative constant analysis to find smillarities, difference, and correlation of the results of the research in two schools. The results of the study indicate that integration of multicultural values in Islamic education learning in  both schools are contextual with the reality of students diversity, society and effort to build peace in the post - conflict  schools  and Poso area. Then, the integrated of multicultural values is universal. The values are forgiveness, compassion, mutual respect, care, tolerance, togetherness, and peace. The process of multicultural values integration in Islamic education learning in both schools has been performed through four approaches. The approaches consist of: formal-textual, social-contextual, contributive-cultural, and additive-thematic. ABSTRACT. The purpose of this study is to find out about the Optimization of Regional Taxes and Levies in Increasing Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in Tanjungpinang City. Optimizing Regional Taxes and Levies is the largest and potential financial source for the region. Then the Government must be able to develop and increase the sources of revenue from Regional Original Income (PAD). The type of research used in this study is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data sources used are secondary data with data collection techniques using reports on the realization of regional taxes and levies in the Tanjungpinang City Government. From the results of the study, it was found that during 2012-2016 the realization of PAD generated by the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency in Tanjungpinang City met the budget. The increase in the realization of PAD 2012- 2016 is inseparable from the efforts of the Tanjungpinang City Government to support the implementation of regional autonomy and to analyze the magnitude of the potential of PAD originating from Taxes and Regional Retributions in Tanjungpinang City. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the Tanjungpinang City. Government must be able to improve cooperation with other related agencies and institutions in managing local taxes and levies so that the Government can optimize operations, control taxpayers as well as coordination and maximize revenue from the local tax and retribution in local sectors. Historically until now, accessibility, especially transportation, has played an important role in tourism development. This study aims to identify tourists erceptions of tourist transportation (KM Sabuk Nusantara 66) as an attraction for tourists visiting the Kepulauan Seribu from the port of Sunda Kelapa. This study adopted a qualitative approach to triangulation data collection techniques. The research location was carried out at Sunda Kelapa Port, involving the ship captain (PT. Pelni) and the KSOP Sunda Kelapa Port staff. The number of samples determined using a purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, tourists are determined by the judgmental sampling technique. This data collection was carried out for three months, from May to July 2018. This study found that the KM Sabuk Nusantara 66 Ship's feasibility is following tourists' perceptions based on 10 indicators of transportation factors to support tourism. This research can be used to suggest ship operators and destination managers' development improve service quality continuously. This study has limitations on the sample of transportation companies involved. Future research is expected to reach a wider sample or even reach other transportation types, such as tourist trains, tour buses, or even air transportation.

The research aims to uncover the symbols in the novel The Alchemist and to gain knowledge about the moral teachings in the symbol. This research is descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources in this study are words, phrases or sentences in the novel Alchemist. Data collection method is a literature study method with note taking technique. Data were analyzed using description and content analysis methods. The results showed that the novel The Alchemist contained many symbols. These symbols include: (1) wise parents, who symbolize both negative and positive things. From his appearance, parents can symbolize something bad, but behind his old age he symbolizes a knowledge that is very much and wise; (2) stones that symbolize something hard, not easily broken, and can provide clues to something; and (3) deserts or deserts which can be interpreted as symbols of drought, aridity, unattractiveness, emptiness, despair, determination for ignorance, and also as symbols of devotion.
