Process maps provide a high-level overview of an organization?s business processes. While used for many years in different shapes and forms, there is little shared understanding of the concept and its relationship to business process architecture. In this paper, we position the concept of process map within the domain of architecture description. By ?architecting? the concept of business process map, we identify and clarify diverging views of this concept as found in the literature and set requirements for describing process maps. A meta-model for a process mapping language is produced as a result. The proposed meta-model allows investigating the suitability of EA modelling languages as a basis for defining a domain-specific language for process mapping along with the creation of a better understanding of business process architecture in relation to enterprise architecture, which can be beneficial for both BPM and EA professionals.

The implementation of several modern concepts of enterprise architecture creation is analyzed and real-time business process generation is described. Cloud-based self-generated business service is constructed as a basis of the resulting concept with an aim to increase the flexibility of enterprise and introduce AaaS (architecture as a service). Under particular business request in form of correctly formulated strategic goal the generation of business process model is produced. The result of the generation is cross-cutting business process architecture model, which is approved or rejected/corrected by business owner expertise. During generation all necessary requirements for supporting resources, such as information, know-how, intellectual and professional skills, inputs and outputs, quality and operational risk limitations, control and monitoring, are formed. All formed requirements have to be satisfied by appropriate selections from the cloud facilities and again approved. Finally, after several iterations, the business model will be able to be realized in reality and could be executed with predicted results. Briefly, that means that certain sets of valued and weighted business process replicas are located in clouds and served in clouds. Thus, enterprise architecture becomes a regular service from clouds extending row of SOA in the name of AaaS. In addition, the advanced view on the topic is provided with an attempt to install a virtual SOA torrent that catches services from the internet and makes them available to customers and represents a business service basis for real-time business processes.

Printing service order information systems sometimes experience problems in completing running business processes including, frequent loss and inaccuracy in registering orders from customers, often also losing order data from customers, recording orders often experience errors, resulting inaccurate reporting of order data. A computerized ordering service information system will greatly help improve performance and accuracy in making reports on business processes running at a company. The existence of enterprise modeling of information systems ordering printing services with the TOGAF framework will be a method that greatly helps management make a decision that will synergize with the business process activities at the company. So that the objectives of the system can be achieved properly. The TOGAF framework can be a solution and will help to produce a system architecture design, a business process architecture, a technology architecture, a number of proposed business opportunity strategy proposals and an ongoing system change proposal.

Enterprise Architecture (EA) has gained importance in recent years, mainly for its concept of “alignment” between the strategic and operational levels of organizations. Such alignment occurs when Information Technology (IT) is applied correctly and timely, working in synergy and harmony with strategy and the operation to achieve mutually their own goals and satisfy the organizational needs. Both the strategic and operational levels have standards that help model elements necessary to obtain desired results. In this sense, BMM and BPMN were selected because both have the support of OMG and they are fairly well known for modelling the strategic level and operational level, respectively. In addition, i* modeling goal can be used for reducing the gap between these two standards. This proposal may help both the high-level design of the information system and to the appropriate identification of the business processes that will support it.This paper presents a methodology for aligning strategy and the operation based on standards and heuristics. We have made a classification for elements of the models and, for some specific cases, an extension of the heuristics associated between them. This allows us to propose methodology, which uses above-mentioned standards and combines mappings, transformations and actions to be considered in the alignment process.

Abstract               Every agency that provides a service to the public wants a quality service. Improving a quality of service needs to understand the shortcomings. State Attorney Batu is an agency in East Java Province that service is still running manually. This creates problems in terms of service, speed and cost to the community. Based on this problem, it is necessary to change the business process at State of the Earth Stone with the application of BPR (Business Process Reengineering). Business Process Reengineering is a concept to re-alter a business process that has a weakness in the process. The goal is to improve a process performance to be more efficient. Research begins by collecting some references related to Business Process Reengineering. Data collection method was done by observation to case study, interview with State Prosecutor of Batu and study of similar literature. Understanding a business process is used ASME standard process maps (American Society of Mechanical Engineers). Based on ASME standard process maps can be calculated business process performance by calculating throughput efficiency. Steps to improve and refine the process redesign are done to make business processes more effective. The final results are a redesign of business models that improve the efficiency of the process on the throughput of 50.36% in the previous process becomes 85.77% and produce an application to support the redesign of the business model of the recommendation process.

The successful application of Information Technologies (IT) in an organization depends on the business processes used for managing such technologies. It is widely recognized that the use of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) practice for organizing these technologies into a framework is a key factor for achieving a better IT - business alignment. This article presents a business process model for the IT Management that can be used in medium and large organizations as a framework for modelling and analysing their IT management processes. The main difference between the described model and others found in the literature is that our model places EA concept at the centre of the organization of IT Management activities. It provides a better definition, organization and comprehension of the essential and support IT management activities. The described model is being used in several organizations as a referential framework to improve their current IT Management processes.

Nowadays, Web services are emerging as a major technology for achieving automated interactions between distributed and heterogeneous applications (Benatallah, Sheng, & Dumas, 2003). Various technologies are behind this achievement including WSDL, UDDI, and SOAP1. (Curbera, Duftler, Khalaf et. al. 2002) These technologies aim at supporting the definition of services2, their advertisement, and their binding for triggering purposes. The advantages of Web services have already been demonstrated and highlight their capacity to be composed into high-level business process (Benatallah et al., 2003). Usually, composite services (CS) denote business processes and are meant to be offered to users who have needs to satisfy.

With the transition to post-industrial society, a revolution in the business and technology has taken place. Innovation has begun to require a high level of training and rapid adaptation to the trends of the digital era, and in this regard, managers are in dire need of rapid training. Human capital has come to the fore, so consulting and outsourcing services have become quite popular and necessary tools for managing an enterprise. In the article we have explained the essence of the concepts of "outsourcing" and "consulting". We have considered the main motives of the management personnel, regarding the transition to outsourcing, ie delegation of certain business processes to an outsourced organization - the executor. We have learned that outsourcing services can be broadly divided into two parts: business process (both manufacturing and non-manufacturing) and outsourcing of IT services. Based on this classification, we have analyzed the world market and identified trends in the use of outsourcing by species in Ukraine. In our work we have identified the main types of consulting services and historical prerequisites for their development. Having analyzed the international rating editions, we have found out modern trends of consulting services, and analyzed the market in Ukraine. Much attention is paid to the general and distinctive features of outsourcing and consulting. The hypothesis of the effectiveness of consulting and outsourcing as an innovative tool of enterprise management is proved in the article. Keywords: outsourcing, consulting, IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing, accounting, management decisions.

Today’s enterprises need to be agile, to be able to cope with unexpected changes, to increasingly be dynamic, and to continually deal with change. Change affecting business processes may range from ad hoc modification to process evolution. In this chapter we present dimensions of change concentrating on a specific ability of an enterprise to deal with change. To support business in being agile we propose a semantically enriched context model based on well known enterprise architecture. We present a context aware workflow engine basing on the context model and on rules which trigger process adaptations during run time.
