AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan pengelolaan pembelajaran kimia peminatan dan lintas minat di SMA Negeri 1 Seririt. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologis. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru kimia peminatan dan lintas minat, kepala SMA Negeri 1 Seririt, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, penilai kinerja guru, serta siswa kelas X MIA 3 dan X BABUD 1. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi dukumen, observasi, wawancara, dan kuisioner. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Pemilihan peminatan MIA, IIS dan BABUD ditentukan berdasarkan nilai Raport dan UNBK siswa pada jenjang SMP, angket minat dan tes psikologis, sedangkan mata pelajaran lintas minat ditentukan langsung oleh pihak sekolah. (2) Pengelolaan pembelajaran kimia peminatan dan lintas minat meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian dan pengawasan dibuat sama tanpa memperhatikan karakteristik siswa. Pengelolaan pembelajaran yang sama berimplikasi terhadap minat, hasil dan kesulitan belajar siswa. Minat belajar siswa kimia peminatan pada aspek sebelum dan saat mendapatkan pembelajaran kimia lebih tinggi dibandingkan kimia lintas minat. Persentase minat belajar siswa kimia peminatan sebelum mendapatan pembelajaran kimia sebesar 63,89% dan kimia lintas minat sebesar 19,4%. Persentase minat belajar siswa kimia peminatan saat mendapatkan pembelajaran kimia sebesar 69,44% dan kimia lintas minat sebesar 33,11%. Hasil belajar kimia peminatan lebih tinggi dibandingkan lintas minatyaitu 8,3% di atas KKM dan di bawah KKM sebesar 91,7%, sedangkan siswa kimia lintas minat yang mencapai KKM sebesar 2,8% dan di bawah KKM sebesar 97,2%.AbstractThis study aims to describe and explain the management of chemistry learning specialization and cross-interest in SMA Negeri 1 Seririt. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach with a type of phenomenological research. Subjects in this study were chemistry specialization and cross-interest teachers, head of Seririt 1 Public High School, deputy headmaster in the curriculum field, teacher performance appraisers, as well as class X MIA 3 and X BABUD 1. Data collection methods used were document studies, observations, interview, and questionnaire. The research data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of this study are as follows. (1) The selection of specialization of MIA, IIS and BABUD is determined based on the scores of the report cards and UNBK students at the junior secondary level, interest questionnaires and psychological tests, while cross-interest subjects are determined directly by the school. (2) Management of specialization and cross-interest chemistry learning including planning, implementation, assessment and supervision is made equal regardless of student characteristics. The same management of learning has implications for interests, outcomes and student learning difficulties. Interest in specialization chemistry students in the aspects before and when they get chemistry learning is higher than cross-interest chemistry. The percentage of interest in specialization chemistry students before getting chemistry learning was 63.89% and cross-interest chemistry was 19.4%. The percentage of interest in specialization chemistry students when getting chemistry learning was 69.44% and cross-interest chemistry was 33.11%. Chemistry specialization learning outcomes are higher than cross interests, 8.3% above KKM and below KKM 91.7%, while chemistry students across interests reach KKM at 2.8% and below KKM at 97.2%.Keywords: management of learning, specialization, cross interests, learning difficulties and interest in learning.

AbstractThis study aims to describe students’ learning difficulties in the Indonesian language learning process at the senior high school. The research subjects were students of SMAN1 Klaten, SMAN 1 Karangnongko, and SMAN 1 Karangdowo. The data were collectedby means of tests and interviews. They were analyzed using qualitative and quantitativedescriptive techniques with the AnBuso computer program. The results of the dataanalysis show that the students have difficulties in: the language sub-competenciesof structure (61.07%) and vocabulary (52.6%); the language competencies of listening(41.88%), speaking (18.89%), reading (21.15%), and writing (20.02%); and the literarycompetency at the levels of information (45.69%), concepts (40.9%), perspectives (41.74%),and appreciation (47.1%). These show that the difficulties are evenly distributed on thevarious components of learning materials, both for language and literary competencies, sothat the solutions must be comprehensive including the selection of learning methods.Keywords: learning difficulties, competencies, Indonesian language

This study aims to determine: the significance of the relationship between the use of chemical laboratory facilities and student chemistry learning achievements; and the significance of the discipline of learning chemistry students with chemistry learning achievements. The populations in this study were students of class XII Science in SMA N 1 Sorong. A total of 97 students were taken using the Proportionate Random Sampling technique. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and documentation studies. The results showed that: 1) there was no positive and significant relationship between the use of chemical laboratory facilities and student chemistry learning achievements; and 2) there is no positive and significant relationship between the discipline of chemistry learning students and students' chemistry learning achievement.

ABSTRACT  This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the adiwiyata program in shaping the character of caring for the environment and to find out supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation of the adiwiyata program in shaping the character of the care for the environment in SD Muhammadiyah Bodon Kotagede. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection methods are done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Research subjects were the principal, the adiwiyata team, teachers, and students. The validity of the data uses triangulation techniques. Analysis techniques using data collections, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of the adiwiyata program in shaping the character of caring for the environment had been integrated in policies that were environmentally friendly and integrated in each subject. The integration was socialized to all school members to create an environmentally friendly school agreement. The supporting factors for the implementation of the adiwiyata program are the beautiful school environment, good cooperation between the schools, adequate budget, and environmentally friendly supporting facilities that support the implementation of the adiwiyata program. Factors inhibiting the implementation of the adiwiyata program include that there are still students who are not yet aware of understanding the concept of being environmentally minded and still lacking land for the process of growing green plants.

This research aims (1) to determine the description of learning difficulties and the percentage of supporting and inhibiting factors for learning hematology in the COVID-19 pandemic era, (2) to determine the success rate of learning hematology in the COVID-19 pandemic era. This research is a qualitative descriptive type, with research subjects from D4 Analyst students at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang who study hematology. This data collection was carried out from February to March 2021. Data were collected from a questionnaire via Google Form. Based on the results of the study, the following findings were obtained: 1) description and percentage of supporting and inhibiting factors for hematology learning difficulties as follows: (1) health factors (53.33%), (2) cognitive factors (60%), (3) interest factors (50%). The average internal factor of hematology learning difficulties is 54,44% in the medium category. While the percentage of external factors of learning difficulties in hematology are as follows: (1) family factors (46.67%), (2) living place conditions (46.67%), (3) facilities (48.89%), (4) learning materials (54%). The average external factor of hematology learning difficulties is 49.06% in the medium category, 2) the success rate of learning hematology in the COVID-19 pandemic era with an average of 61.73 (medium). The study results can contribute in the form of information on the description of the factors of learning difficulties in the Hematology course in the COVID-19 pandemic era as a basis for finding solutions.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out BIMWIN as a communication strategy for the Islamic CommunityGuidance in Ponorogo Regency in preventing divorce. The location of this study was located inthe Islamic Guidance Office of Ponorogo Regency with the research subjects being the Head of theIslamic Guidance Section in Ponorogo Regency, the chief executive of BIMWIN, the facilitator andBIMWIN participants. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach withdata collection methods through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showedthat in an effort to prevent divorce, the Islamic Community Guidance in Ponorogo Regency carriedout Marriage Guidance activities for prospective bridal partners. The mapping of communicantsis based on the sociological and psychological aspects of the participants. The message deliverystrategy is packaged in the form of lectures and group discussions that focus on participants.The media used are LCD projectors, white boards and the Sakinah Family Foundation book. Thestrategy of selecting communicators is based on aspects of credibility and attractiveness so thatthose who are used as communicators in the implementation of BIMWIN are facilitators who havebeen certified in the field of motivators and sakinah family counselors.Keywords: BIMWIN, Communication Strategy, Divorce.

This study aims to determine the management process that includes planning, procurement, use, maintenance, control, and condition of physical education facilities and infrastructure in SLB throughout Malang City in 2018. Qualitative descriptive methods with research subjects: school principals, health teachers, and students with special needs. Data collection methods by interview, observation, and documentation. Then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the management of physical education facilities and infrastructure in SLB throughout Malang was quite good with the following results the suitability value is 76%. Then SDLB Sumber Darma has a process suitability value of 60%, SDLB BCG Idayu 64%, SDLB Putra Jaya 60% and SDLB River Kids 64%. The average suitability of the implementation process of the management of physical education infrastructure facilities in Malang City Elementary School SDLB is 64% in the quite good category.

This study aims to determine the factors that cause high IQ students who experience learning difficulties so that learning outcomes are low (underachiever). This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to the interpretive-constructivist model. The research subjects were 2 elementary school students who had high IQ but had low learning outcomes under the Minimum Completeness Standard (MCS). Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the factors causing the underachiever were: burdening with the characteristics of not caring about learning and the inability to do learning assignments and a family environment with caring but possessive parents 'attitudes and parents who were more concerned with learning than facilitating students' potential.

This study aims to describe a generation Z career identity formation through guidance and counselling services. This research used a qualitative approach with the phenomenology method. The research subjects are late adult adolescents (18-25 years) with two people. The selection of informants based on their late teens tended to require counselling and guidance services and began to consider future careers. Data collection methods used were in-depth interviews and observation. These research results are forming career identity, determining interests, having confidence in the career to be pursued, and ownership of figures to explore the chosen career field. Generation Z career identity includes the embodiment of self-concept for the chosen job. The digitalization era also influences generation Z's career identity formation. Therefore, the role of guidance and counselling services is crucial in helping individual planning and specialization.

The purpose of this study is to describe and explain: (1) the teacher’s interest become principals in  Kudus, (2 recruitment system of principals in Kudus; (3) the factors that cause interest and disinterest of teachers to become principals in Kudus; (4) the problems in the recruitment of principal at Kudus, and (5) the best solution in order to have an interest in becoming the principal at Kudus. This research was conducted in the UPT Pendidikan Kaliwungu Kudus with the  respondent principals, teachers, and Kasie PTK Dikpora Kudus. The type and the approach that is used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods which is used is interviews and documentation. The analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis.The results of this study indicate that: (1) the majority of primary school teachers in the Kaliwungu Kudus don’t have interest in becoming principals because teachers feel comfortable and satisfied with his position as a teacher. Next, it is because of the burden and the task of the school head is heavier. Salaries and benefits received by teachers is more than enough also be because teachers do not intend to participate in the selection of the school head; (2) principal recruitment system in Kaliwungu Kudus covers the administration and academic selection. The recruitment model that is used is external recruitment. The recruitment procedures begin with data collection and mapping the number of principal empty formations. Then the official quotas applicants and make a selection announcement through a circular letter to all educational units. Applicants are asked to collect file administrative requirements. For those who pass the selection and administration will follow an academic test followed by interview and presentation.; (3) there are no factors that cause the interest of teachers to become principals. While the factors that cause the teachers are not interested in being the principal is the workload is too high when compared with teachers, compensation that is not balanced with the workload and physical readiness, mental and financial; (4) the obstacles in the recruitment principal at Kaliwungu Kudus covers compensation benefits to the principal are not balanced and the requirements of physical readiness, mental and materail; and (5) the best solution so that teachers have an interest in becoming the head of the school is to implement personnel management, especially in the provision of compensation should be reviewed and adjusted to the principal heavy duties. The amount of compensation should be added.
