This research aims to analyze the factors that affect welfare of tourism business owners, especially the role of social media. This research uses primary data and cluster sampling method. Data was analyzed use multiple linear regression. The results show that social media has positive effect toward income of tourism business, but not significant. Moreover, income from tourism business has positive significant effect toward household consumption. Development of tourism gives benefits for local communities such as increase tourism business and increase their income. Therefore, tourism business should improve the ability of using social media as promotional tools to increase their welfare.

This study aims to analyze the effect of applying e-filing to taxpayer reporting compliance with the use of social media as a moderating variable. The data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires taken directly through filling out questionnaires distributed via online media using Google Form. The sampling method in this study uses a purposive sampling method with taxpayer criteria using social media. The results showed that the application of e-filing had a significant positive effect on compliance with taxpayer reporting while the use of social media was not able to moderate the effect of e-filing on taxpayer reporting compliance.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of the taxpayer's financial conditions, service quality, taxation sanctions, and taxpayer awareness on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. This study uses primary data. Samples were taken using accidental sampling method and this research was conducted at the Bali Provincial Revenue Agency in 2017. The number of respondents was 100 taxpayers. Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, the results obtained that the financial condition of the taxpayer, service quality, taxation sanctions, and taxpayer awareness have a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance at the Bali Provincial Revenue Agency. In this era of social media, more effort is needed to win consumer appeal, consumer interest is the goal of achieving sales. Therefore, it is necessary to have a strategy for the company to get consumer appeal. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence consumer attractiveness to imported clothes on social media, especially on Instagram. This study uses primary data through a questionnaire. The sample collection technique uses non-probability sampling with accidental sampling method. The samples obtained were 50 samples. This study uses multiple regression analysis methods using SPSS statistical tools. The empirical results show that partially the product variable and the variable price have no effect on the attractiveness of consumers on imported clothing, then the variable promotion has a significant effect on the attractiveness of consumers on imported clothing. In addition, simultaneously all the independent variables together have a significant positive effect on consumer attractiveness to imported clothing on Instagram.

This study aims to analyze the advantages of information technology on culinary business in Kauditan District, North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from December 2019 to March 2020 with the object of research is culinary businesses that use information technology, especially social media. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interviews to respondents of culinary business owners using questionnaires while secondary data was obtained from parties related to this research. Sample determination method is using Simple Random Sampling method. Data collection of respondents are culinary business owners who have used Information Technology. The results showed that all respondents (as many as 30) experienced an increase in profits after using information technology.

<p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>This research aims to identify the effect advertising through social media, particularly Youtube, on purchase intention towards Pantene shampoo. The objects of this research object are the students of Bachelor Degree at Business Department of Telkom University in 2013-2015. This research used quantitative method with primary data gathered by questionnaire. The data collection of 100 respondents was conducted based on probability random sampling and analysed simple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that social media advertising via Youtube give positive effect on purchase intention.</em></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklan melalui media sosial <em>Youtube</em> terhadap minat beli sampo Pantene. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dengan populasi mahasiswa S1 Jurusan Administrasi Bisnis Universitas Telkom pada tahun 2013-2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Jenis data yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian adalah data primer dengan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel sejumlah 100 responden dilakukan dengan metode <em>probability sampling</em> khususnya <em>proportionate random sampling </em>yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa iklan melalui media sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli.</p>

This research was aimed to find out the effect of Islamic business ethic’s perception against the behavior of Batak Moslem’s merchants in Jakarta. This research used questionmaires in primary data collection and quantitative approaches. Experiments were done using simple linear regression, where the dependent variable (Y) is behavior of Batak Moslem’s merchant and the independent variable (X) is Islamic business ethics. The research sample was taken by probability sampling with simple random sampling method. Theresearch sample was 65 Batak Moslem’s merchants who were members of KKMM in Jakarta.Based on the findings, it obtained simple linear regression equation: Y = 22,376 + 0,279X. The results of this research showed that the influence of Islamic business ethics has positive effect and signifficant against the behavior of Batak Moslem’s merchants who were members of KKMM in Jakarta.The R2 on this research showed the number 0.423, which mean that 42.3% of behavior of Batak Moslem’ merchants can be explained by the variables of Islamic business ethics. These results also explain that there are other variables were greater (57.7%) were able to explain the behavior of Batak Moslem’s merchants.

This research was aimed to find out the effect of work stress against the Islamicperformance of nursing employees part Aisyiah Bojonegoro hospital. This research used questionmaires in primary data collection and quantitative approaches.Experiments were done using simple linear regression, where the dependent variable (Y) is islamic performance and the independent variable (X) is job stress. The research sample was taken by probability sampling with simple random sampling method. The research sample was 56 employees of Aisyiah Bojonegoro hospital.Based on the findings, it obtained simple linear regression equation: Y = 5,737 + (-0,640 X). The results of this research showed that the influence of job stress has positive effect and signifficant against the Islamic performance of nursing employees Aisyiah Bojonegoro hospital. The R2 on this research showed the number 0.473, which mean that 47.3% of islamic performance can be explained by the variables of job stress.

The development of information technology which is supported by the rapid use of the internet has created several fintech that will make it easier for people to get digital financial services. The Financial Services Authority stated that the increase in national financial inclusion could be triggered by one factor, namely increased access to the use of fintech. The purpose of this study aimed to determine the role of fintech on financial inclusion in MSMEs in South Tangerang. The population in this study are MSMEs in South Tangerang with a sample of 487 informants. Researchers used primary data in the form of questionnaires that were distributed online and offline. The convenience sampling method is used in data collection in this type of quantitative research. Linear regression was used as an analytical technique. This study concluded that fintech has a positive effect on financial inclusion by 9%. ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi informasi yang didukung dengan pesatnya penggunaan internet memunculkan beberapa fintech yang akan mempermudah masyarakat untuk mendapatkan layanan keuangan secara digital. Otoritas Jasa Keuangan menyatakan bahwa peningkatan inklusi keuangan nasional dapat dipicu oleh salah satu faktor yaitu peningkatan akses dalam penggunaan fintech. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran fintech terhadap inklusi keuangan pada UMKM se Tangerang Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM di wilayah Tangerang Selatan dengan sampel sebanyak 487 informan. Peneliti menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner yang disebar secara online dan offline. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode convenience sampling dalam pengumpulan data. Riset ini menggunakan regresi linier untuk menganalisis data. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa fintech memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap inklusi keuangan sebesar 9%.

This research is an empirical study which aims to determine the effect of perceptions of product quality, brand and after-sales service on the decision to purchase Honda brand metic scooters in Banda Aceh City either partially or simultaneously. The number of research samples is 381 consumers. Sampling in this study was carried out with a minimum sample formulation using the Slovin method. Data collection is done by distributing question sheets (questionnaires) to respondents. The primary data is then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis can explain that the perception of product quality, brand and after-sales service has a positive effect on the purchase decision of Honda brand metic scooters in Banda Aceh City. The effect of the three variables is significant with a significant probability value <0.05. Or, simultaneously the perception of product quality, brand, and after-sales service has a strong and positive relationship with the decision to purchase Honda brand metic scooters in Banda Aceh City in Banda Aceh City. The role of perceptions of product quality, brand and after-sales service in influencing the decision to purchase Honda brand metic scooters in Banda Aceh is still less dominant with R2 of 0.386

The purpose of this research is to know, the influence of e-samsat program to the satisfaction of service quality, the influence of the satisfaction of service quality to the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayer, the influence of e-samsat program to the compliance of the motor vehicle taxpayers, and to know the effect of e-samsat program on compulsory compliance motor vehicle tax through satisfaction of service quality as intervening variable in Special Region of Yogyakarta. We use primary data. The sample of research is 75 taxpayers but the sample that can be processed only 74.The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. Based on result of research by using path analysis that, e-samsat program have a significant positive effect to service quality satisfaction, service quality satisfaction has a significant positive effect to vehicle taxpayer compliance, e-samsat program has a significant positive effect on vehicle taxpayer compliance and program e-samsat has a significant positive effect on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers through the satisfaction of service quality.Keywords: e-samsat program, service quality satisfaction, and taxpayer compliance
