The purpose of this study is to analyze the use of digital technology and social networks in post-returning female migrant workers’ social entrepreneurship. This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews, FGDs, and observations. The results show that digital technology and social networks have an important role in the process of developing entrepreneurship in the villages of origin of the migrant workers. Meanwhile, the challenges are the lack of technological infrastructure, capital circulation, and social marketing strategies in therural area.

The purpose of this study was to sociologically analyze the use of social media in female migrant workers in the development of social entrepreneurship. The study used a qualitative approach with a mixed method. Data was taken using in-depth interviews, observations, FGDs, and full survey enumerators. This study shows that the more frequent the intensity of migrating abroad, the higher the income (economic remittances) and social remittances (knowledge and experience) will be. Van Dijk (2006) stated that digital social media is able to penetrate the social structures that exist in society. The results of this study reveal the same phenomenon as Van Dijk's theory, female migrant workers who were previously considered a marginal group was able to create social networks through social media for the development of social entrepreneurship. The results of this study revealed a different phenomenon from the theory from Massey (1990) which stated that international migration will take place continuously (cumulative causation). This was because there have been developments of social entrepreneurship supported by social media, providing alternative jobs in the workers' hometowns.

The implementation of Generation Plan (GenRe) Program developed by BKKBN requires supporting methods in order to be implemented appropriately. One method that has been launched by BPPKB is the delivery of information called INCAR (Smart Information for Teenagers) to deliver positive information in attractive and modern ways. This study aims to look at the benefits of INCAR in the implementation of the GenRe (Generation Plan) Program. The method used in this study was descriptive with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the analysis, this program involves teenagers/children of the same age as "GenRe Ambassador". Teenagers are given information by their peers about reproductive health and life skills, as well as counseling services through digital technology. As a result, various digital information media and social networks were formed, such as: the PIK Teen Blog, youth communities on Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, Instagram and others. Constraints to the implementation of GenRe Program especially in the outermost regions of Indonesia are geographical factors and transportation problems. In conclusion, INCAR, in the GenRe Program has helped BPPKB in delivering information to the teenagers, especially in difficult-to-reach areas so that they can get the latest information as soon as possible. While for the community, especially for schools and parents, the benefits are that teenagers can channel their activities in a positive and easily monitored manner so that the school and parents no longer worried about promiscuity. Keywords: GenRe, INCAR, youth Abstrak Pelaksanaan Program Generasi Berencana (GenRe) yang dikembangkan oleh BKKBN memerlukan metode pendukung agar terimplementasi secara tepat. Recognizing the importance of social marketing strategies for the success of social entrepreneurial ventures (SEVs), the present article examines nine SEVs with different profit orientation to understand the role of social marketing in social entrepreneurship (SE). Using grounded theory approach and case study method, the present article cross-examines cases and develops propositions thereof, providing a holistic understanding of current and potential application of social marketing strategies in SE. The outcome of this study may help social entrepreneurs to choose appropriate strategies from a pool of social marketing strategies available. However, there is a need to test these propositions with a larger set of data in future research. Also, it is equally important to study social marketing strategies adopted by failed cases of SEVs so that the existing and potential social entrepreneurs can learn from their mistakes.

Today Vietnam is a country with second largest number of migrant workers in Southeast Asia. Every year a great number of Vietnamese women migrate abroad by various ways for earning a living. They might experience many risks such as labor exploitation, violence and human trafficking. Basing on qualitative data collected from in-depth interviews and focus-group discussions with return women migrant workers and with provincial authority agencies in 5 provinces in Vietnam, the article reflects the risks faced by women migrant workers and their limitation of accessing help services during the time working overseas. The study also examines the ways that Vietnamese women migrate abroad. The survey proved that Vietnamese female migrant workers generally find illegal migration riskier, but easier and cheaper because it does not require a command of foreign languages, vocational skills or costly fees. Illegal migrants do not have to sign any contracts, so they can return home whenever they want. However, illegal women migrant workers experience various risks including being captured by the police, being unable to work freely and inability to access official migrant support services. The author argues that in order to increase the ability of women migrant workers to avoid risks and access support services when working abroad, it is necessary to strengthen communication channels, which would help people to know more about reliable services to send migrants to work overseas. Trainings and professional orientation workshops before departure should include more information about possible risks and the ways to find accessible support in Vietnam as well as in the destination countries.
