This research was conducted by a high amount of unemployment from graduate students of university. The high amount of unemployment from graduate students of university indicated that undergraduate students had low work readiness. Career planning and self-efficacy were the factors assumed that influenced work readiness. This research was intended to describe: (1) career planning, self-efficacy, and work readiness of undergraduate students, (2) the correlation of career planning with work readiness, (3) the correlation carrier planning and self-efficacy with work readiness. This research applied correlational descriptive research with quantitative method. The population of this research was the seventh and ninth undergraduate students semester of Guidance and Counseling of UIN Suska Riau consisting of 139 undergraduate students, the sample consisted of 103 undergraduate students chosen by using proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used was likert scale model. The data were analysed by  using descriptive statistic, simple regression and multiple regression. The research findings indicated that: (1) career planning of undergraduate students was averagely included into good category, self-efficacy of undergraduate students was averagely included into high category, work readiness of undergraduate students was averagely included into high category, (2) there was a significant correlation between career planning with work readiness about 28,7% (R = 0,536, significance 0.000), (3) there was a significant correlation between self-efficacy with work readiness about 16.4% (R = 0.405, significance 0.000), (4) there was a significant correlation between carrier planning and self-efficacy with work readiness about 33.2% (R = 0.576, significance 0.000)

This research was based on how important to increase the students self regulated learning. Self efficacy and parent social support were the factors assumed to affect the self regulated learning. The purpose of this research were to describe: (1) self efficacy, (2) parent social support, (3) self regulated learning, (4) the relationship between self efficacy with self regulated learning, (5) the relationship between parent social support with self regulated learning, and (6) the simultaneous relationship between self efficacy and parent social support with self regulated learning. This research used a quantitative method with correlative descriptive type. The population in this research was the students at SMP Negeri 29 Padang many as 522 students. The sample in this research was many as 213 students who selected with a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instrument was a Likert scale model. The results of instrument reliability test showed that self efficacy was much as 0.851, parent social support 0.946 and self regulated learning 0.860. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistic, simple regression, and multiple regression. This discover research show: (1) students self efficacy was at high category, (2) students parent social support was at high category, (3) students self regulated learning was at high category, (4) there was a positive and significant relationship between of self efficacy to self regulated learning, (5) there wasa positive and significant relationship between of parent social support to self regulated learning, and (6) there wasa positive and significant simultaneous relationship between of self efficacy and parent social support with self regulated learning. Implications of these results could be used as suggestion to arrange programs of guidance and counseling service at the school.

This research is motivated by the low ability of the students of MAN 1 Mandailing Natal in communicating well interpersonal. Self-confidence and peer conformity are factors that are thought to affect interpersonal communication. This study aims to describe: (1) self-confidence, peer conformity, and interpersonal communication, (2) the contribution of self-confidence to interpersonal communication, (3) the contribution of peer conformity to interpersonal communication, (4) the contribution of confidence and peer conformity. peers together on interpersonal communication. This research uses a descriptive correlational quantitative method. The study population was all students of MAN 1 Mandailing Natal, amounting to 1130 people, a sample of 295 people, who were selected by proportional random sampling technique. The instrument used was a Likert scale model. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, simple regression, and multiple regression. The research findings show that: (1) on average, students 'self-confidence is in the high category, (2) peer conformity is in the high category, (3) students' interpersonal communication is in the good category, (4) self-confidence contributes 47.8 % towards interpersonal communication, (5) peer conformity contributes to interpersonal communication by 19.2%, and (6) peer confidence and conformity together contribute to interpersonal communication by 49.5%

In the present investigation an attempt was made to study the Self-efficacy, as a predictor of Life satisfaction among undergraduate students. A sample of 120 under-graduate students from Faculty of Social Science, AMU, Aligarh was drawn by using purposive sampling technique. General Self-Efficacy Scale–Hindi Version (GSE-H) developed by Jerusalem & Schwarzer (1992) and Satisfaction with life Scale developed by Diener, Emmons, Larsen, and Griffen (1985) were administered. For the data analyses Simple Linear Regression was applied. The findings of the present study showed that Self-efficacy and Life Satisfaction significantly correlated with each other and Self-Efficacy had its significant impact on Life Satisfaction among under-graduate students.

Learning motivation has an important role in student learning process. The objectives of this research are to describe students career planning, to describe student attribution, to describe students learning motivation, to examine the correlation between career planning and students learning motivation, to examine the correlation between attribution and students learning motivation, and to examine the correlation between career planning and students learning motivation. The research uses correlational descriptive type of quantitative method. The population of research are 435 students of Curriculum and Education Technology Major in State University of Padang. A sample of 208 students was chosen by proportional random sampling technique. The instruments used were career planning, attribution, and students learning motivation. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, linear regression and multiple regression. The research findings show that 1) in general students already have a good career planning 2) student attribution is in the middle category 3) student learning motivation is in high category 4) there is a positive significant correlation between career planning and student learning motivation 5) there is a positive significant correlation between attribution and learning motivation 6) there is a positive significant correlation between career planning and attribution with student learning motivation, and (7) the implication of this research findings can be used as a feedback for making a program of guidance and counseling service which can improve career planning, attribution, and students learning motivation.

This study aims to determine the competence of BK (Guidance and Counseling) students as prospective counselors in implementing group guidance services (BKp). This study used a descriptive quantitative method. The sample was determined by using a purposive sampling technique. Likert scale model was chosen as the instrument of this research. The research subjects were BK students of IAIN Batusangkar in the 2019/2020 academic year. The results revealed that the students’ competency in implementing group guidance services are divided into four categories, they are the competence at transitional stage which is the lowest (63%), competence at activity stage which is in high category (83%), competence at conclusion is categorized low (73%), and last competence at the final stage which is moderate (77%). The research findings have an impact on producing reliable prospective counselors in the future by having the competence to provide group guidance services.

One of the factors that influence career planning is interest in majors and self-confidence. This study aims to analyze the relationship between interest in majors and self-confidence with career planning. Methods This research uses a descriptive correlational quantitative method. The research population was the XI grade students of SMK Negeri 3 Padang as many as 246 students and the research sample amounted to 153 students. Sampling using proportional random sampling technique. The instrument used is a Likert Scale model. The research data were analyzed by simple regression and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, in general, interest in majors is in the high category, self-confidence is in the high category, student career planning is in the high category, there is a significant relationship between interest in majors and student career planning, there is a significant relationship between trust There is a significant relationship between interest in majors and self-confidence with students' career planning.

This research is motivated by teenage emotional turmoil and adolescent problem is generally caused by social role conflict, aggressive behavior is a manifestation of anger. This study aims to: (1) describe anger, (2) describe aggressive behavior in adolescents, (3) examine how correlated anger and aggressive behavior in adolescents. This research uses quantitative method of correlational descriptive type. The population of the study were all students of MTsS Lab.IKIP Al Washliyah Medan which amounted to 409 people, a sample of 203 people, selected by proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used the Likert scale model to measure anger correlation with aggressive behavior in adolescents. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, correlation. using Pearson Correlation. The research findings show that: (1) angry picture is in moderate category, (2) description of aggressive behavior is in medium category, (3) angry relationship with aggressive behavior in adolescent correlation of 0.229 and significance level 0,001. The implications of these research results can be used as input to create a program of guidance and counseling services that can control anger and self-control in behaving aggressively in students aged teenagers at MTs.S Lab IKIP Al Washliyah Medan.

This research is motivated by the stress that become a complex problem for students in daily life. Self efficacy, achievement motivation, and academic procrastination expect to affect student’s academic stress. The research purpose was to describe: (1) self efficacy, (2) achievement motivation, (3) academic procrastination, (4) student academic stress, (5) correlation of self efficacy with student’s academic stress, (6) correlation of achievement motivation with student’s academic stress, (7) correlation of academic procrastination with student’s academic stress, and (8) correlation of self efficacy, achievement motivation and academic procrastination with student’s academic stress.This study used quantitative approach with correlation descriptive method and the population were students of Guidance and Counseling Program of Education Faculty State University of Padang. The sampling technique was proportional stratified random sampling. The instrument was a scale model of Likert. The instrument reliability of self efficacy was 0,930, achievement motivation was 0,906, academic procrastination was 0,868, and student’s academic stress was 0,932. The instrument validity of self efficacy 0,554, achievement motivation was 0,469, academic procrastination was 0,453, and student’s academic stress was 0,568. Data were analyzed by using simple linier regression and multiple regression.The result indicates that: (1) self efficacy and achievement motivation of students are at the high category, (2) academic procrastination and student’s academic stress are in the moderate category, (3) there are negative correlation and significant between self efficacy with student’s academic stress, (4) there are negative and significant correlation between achievement motivation and student’s academic stress, (5) there are positive and significant correlation between academic procrastination with student’s academic stress, (6) there are significant correlation between self efficacy, achievement motivation and academic procrastination with student’s academic stress together, and (7) the implication are inputs from the various parties involved in to increase self efficacy and achievement motivation of students and reduce or prevent procrastination and academic stress..Keywords: Self Efficacy, Achievement Motivation, Procrastination Academic, Academic Stress

<p class="normal">Efikasi diri dapat diartikan sebagai penilaian seseorang tentang kemampuan-kemampuan yang dimiliki individu dalam mencapai sesuatu yang telah ditargetkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penjelasan secara deskriptif tentang efikasi diri pada siswa, khususnya kelas VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Subyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul sejumlah 282 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah <em>simple random sampling</em>. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan statistik diskriptif berupa frekuensi dan persentase. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan diperoleh hasil bahwa efikasi diri siswa  kelas VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul cenderung menunjukkan kategori sedang. Dari 142 siswa kelas VIII yang memiliki efikasi diri dengan kategori sangat rendah sebanyak 9 siswa (6,34%), efikasi diri dengan kategori rendah sebanyak 35 siswa (24,65%), efikasi diri dengan kategori sedang sebanyak 62 siswa (43,66%), efikasi diri dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 26 siswa (18,31%) dan efikasi diri dengan kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 10 siswa (7,04%). Seyogyanya hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling sebagai upaya untuk membantu meningkatkan efikasi diri siswa.</p><p class="normal"> </p><em>Self-efficacy can be interpreted as someone's assessment of the abilities that individuals have in achieving something that has been targeted. This study aims to provide a descriptive explanation of self-efficacy in students, especially grade VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The subjects used in this study were eighth grade students of MAN Wonokromo Bantul totaling 282 students. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is using descriptive statistics in the form of frequency and percentage. Based on the analysis and discussion, the results showed that the self-efficacy of eighth grade students of MAN Wonokromo Bantul tended to show moderate categories. Based on 142 class VIII students there were students who had self-efficacy in the very low category as many as 9 students (6.34%), self-efficacy in the low category as many as 35 students (24.65%), self-efficacy in the medium category of 62 students (43 , 66%), self-efficacy in the high category as many as 26 students (18.31%) and self-efficacy in the very high category as many as 10 students (7.04%). The results of this study should be a guide for teachers guidance and counseling as an effort to help improve student self-efficacy</em>

This study aims to describe and analyze self-efficacy, social support, and teacher readiness to face retirement. The research was carried out using descriptive quantitative methods. The population of this research is 125 teachers who will retire in Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota, Riau, and the research sample is 95 teachers who will retire in Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota, Riau. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The research data were analyzed using simple regression and multiple regression. The data analysis process uses the help of the SPSS program. The findings of this study are: (1) self-efficacy contributes to teacher readiness to face retirement with an effective contribution of 28.1%, (2) social support contributes to teacher readiness to face retirement by 21.6% (3) self-efficacy and social support simultaneously. collectively contributed 31.5% to teachers' readiness to face retirement. The implications of the results of this study can be used as a basis for the preparation of guidance and counseling service programs.
