Kalinyamat Wetan is one of the villages located in Tegal City, Central Java, Indonesia. Based on observations made by the community partnership program of Pancasakti Tegal University there are problems faced by our partners, namely: 1) the uneven economy of the residents of Kalinyamat Wetan Village. In general, the economy of The People of Kalinyamat Wetan is good enough, but there are some poor people in Kalinyamat Wetan who need capital assistance and skills courses so that it can be used for entrepreneurship, 2) The problem of lack of knowledge about innovations in the field of Industry. The level of education is still relatively low in Kalimat Wetan which leads to a lack of information and knowledge about the latest innovations to developments in the field of Industry. To answer the problem, we provide solutions through providing training to batik craftsmen to improve the quality of their batik packaging. This is done so that there is an increase in the turnover of batik sales in order to increase their revenue. The implementation of community partnership program activities in the village of Kalinyamat Wetan Tegal city consisting of planning, action and evaluation in general went lancer and successful. Residents in the village of Kalinyamat Wetan, especially batik craftsmen have been able to make a variety of batik packaging designs and are able to provide product descriptions in attractive batik packaging. Residents responded to this PKM activity with great enthusiasm.

The Community Partnership Program aimed to provide direct benefits to people's lives in the social and economic fields and to improve the quality of resources through the empowerment of the women of the PKK and Karang Taruna groups in Dukuh IV Cerme, Panjatan, Kulon Progo Regency by utilizing natural ingredients in around his residence. This activity was expected to solve the problems in the partner villages, namely the source of income for the community is only dominated by the agricultural sector, the natural potential of the village that has not been used properly, lack of skills in managing the potential of the village, the majority of the residents of Dukuh VI Cerme are housewives who have minimal income. The Community Partnership Program consists of two activities, namely the training in making ecoprints by utilizing natural materials in the neighborhood around Dukuh VI Cerme, Panjatan and making audio-visual videos on how to make ecoprints. The Partnership Program activity is expected to be carried out continuously so that it can be an additional livelihood for the local community because the selling value of the ecoprint product is still quite high on the market. Keywords: Ecoprint; Income; Natural Ingredient; Kulonprogo

This study aims to determine how the performance of the Hamlet Government apparatus in serving and building the economy through an optimization process. the people of Balai Rajo Hamlet, VII Koto Ilir District, Tebo Regency, Furthermore, what affects the performance of the Hamlet Government apparatus in serving and building the village economy and the community in realizing a safe and prosperous independent village for the people of Balai Rajo Hamlet, VII Koto Ilir District, Tebo Regency. The ability of human resources (HR) is a factor that affects the performance of the apparatus. The problem of the quality of human resources of the Dusun government is an important issue in the implementation of Autoda. Therefore, increasing the Human Resources (HR) of the Dusun government is an urgent matter that must be done, so that the implementation of Autoda can run as expected, but this is also influenced by two important factors. Level of education In carrying out its duties and responsibilities as a Dusun apparatus, especially in providing services and development of general village economic growth to Balai Rajo Hamlet, it is largely determined by the level of education possessed by the apparatus itself, because the heavier or wider the responsibility of the Dusun apparatus must be carried out. It takes an apparatus that has quality human resources as well. Work experience In carrying out their duties and responsibilities as community servants, the ability of the apparatus is also greatly influenced by the length of work or in terms of work experience, therefore the village government, which has been working for a long time, is demanded to be more effective and recognize what can give satisfaction to visitors and visitors. community Service facilities and infrastructure are all types of equipment, work equipment, and other facilities that function as the main or auxiliary tools in the implementation of work. The role of service facilities is very important in addition to the role of the human element itself. Desa Bumiharjo merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Glenmore Kabupaten Banyuwangi yang membawahi 3 dusun yaitu Dusun Wonoasih, Dusun Sugih Waras dan Dusun Balerejo. Penduduk Desa Bumiharjo sebagian besar merupakan lansia. Lansia di Desa Bumiharjo mayoritas berpendidikan rendah, yaitu hanya lulusan SD, sehingga sebagian besar bekerja sebagai buruh tani dan rata-rata penghasilannya sangat jauh dibawah Upah Minimum Regional (UMR) Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penguatan pada program posyandu lansia di Desa Bumiharjo, dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan, mengajari senam lansia dan membudidayakan serta memanfaatkan tanaman obat keluarga. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk promosi kesehatan melalui pemberian pendidikan kesehatan penyakit tidak menular yang sering dialami oleh lansia serta cara pencegahan dan penanggulangannya dengan memanfaatkan tanaman obat keluarga. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah disertai tanya jawab dengan media leaflet. Hasil program ini yaitu pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM secara garis besar sudah cukup baik (80%). Promosi kesehatan berupa pemberian pendidikan kesehatan efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan lansia, senam lansia untuk meningkatkan keaktifan fisik dan pemanfaatan tanaman obat keluarga untuk menjaga kesehatan lansia dengan bahan-bahan yang alami serta dalam jangka panjang mampu meningkatkan derajat kesehatan dan usia harapan hidup lansia. Kata Kunci: Lansia, Pemberdayaan, Tanaman Obat  Bumiharjo Village is one of the villages located in Glenmore Sub-district, Banyuwangi Regency which is in charge of 3 hamlets, namely, Wonoasih Hamlet, Sugih Waras Hamlet, and Balerejo Hamlet. Most of the residents of Bumiharjo Village are elderly. Elderly people in the village of Bumiharjo has a low level of education, which is only collecting elementary school, more work as farm laborers and the average is higher than the Regional Minimum Wage (UMR) of Banyuwangi Regency. This community partnership program (PKM) supports the elderly posyandu program in Bumiharjo Village, provides health education, teaches elderly gymnastics and cultivates and utilizes family medicinal plants. This activity is carried out in the form of health promotion through the implementation of non-communicable health education that is often attended by the elderly as well as ways to prevent and utilize family medicinal plants. The method used is question and answer with media leaflets. The result of this program is that the activities carried out by PKM in general have been quite good (80%). Health promotion consisting of effective health education is used to increase the knowledge of the elderly, elderly gymnastics to improve physical activity and the use of medicinal plants to improve the health of the elderly with natural ingredients and in improving health and the elderly. Community Partnership Program "Sports Massage Training and development in Kelurahan Senga subdistrict of Luwu District" is a program to develop middle and lower community business. The purpose of this program is to (1) increase the quality and participation of the community, especially the partner in the development of sports massage business in the village Senga subdistrict Belopa District Luwu, (2) Unemployment reduction and Business opportunities in the field of sport so as to give a real contribution to the development of sports in this region mainly in the field of sports health. The Problem solving offered in this research is with the help of training and enhancement of maassage sports both in terms of improving the quality of knowledge and skills, funding assistance for equipment and in terms of management and planning Business and socialization assistance to introduce sports massage in the community, especially in the area Senga Kecamatan Belopa District Luwu District. Partners in this case still have some problems from various aspects such as management and business planning in the field of sports, quality aspects and knowledge about the sport massage is still minimal, the marketing aspect is still far from the word And capital that is still minimal to prepare the necessary tools for the implementation of the activities. Implementation of the program planned in several stages. The stages are; (1) Program Introduction to the partner, (2) preparation of infrastructure and tools, (3) training in Sport massage, (4) Conducting management training and business plan, (5) Socialization of sports massage in related agencies and networking development, (6) Program assistance, as well as (7) Monitoring and evaluation. This activity is planned to be published in journals that have ISSN, print media and mass media, as well as additional external that has been established in the research proposal of service to the community Ministry of Research, Technology, and education High.

According to the results of observations made by the author in the village of Mudung Darat, Maro Sebo District, Muaro Jambi Regency, the management of village funds, especially the Village Fund Allocation, has not been implemented optimally, especially in the planning and implementation stages of the village fund allocation. This study aims to determine and analyze the Implementation of Village Fund Allocation in Community Empowerment in Mudung Darat Village, Muaro Jambi Regency, to identify and analyze the constraints of Village Fund Allocation Implementation in Community Empowerment in Mudung Darat Village, Muaro Jambi Regency and to identify and analyze the efforts made to overcome the obstacles in implementing Village Fund Allocation in Community Empowerment in Mudung Darat Village, Muaro Regency. This type of research used in this paper is empirical juridical research. The implementation of ADD in carrying out Public Expenditures and community empowerment has not been carried out optimally. The obstacles faced in implementing the allocation are the lack of understanding of the Village Government apparatus regarding the main tasks and functions and the lack of information and socialization to the community. Quality of Human Resources (HR) That Has Not Supported the Management and Implementation of Village Fund Allocation. The culture of mutual cooperation among the people of Mudung Darat Village is starting to fade, and the culture of mutual cooperation is the hallmark of a village.

The Community Partnership Program in partnership with the Tani Rahayu Women's Group and the Bakpia Jurug Industry Association have succeeded in helping create economic independence. The results of this program are increased capacity and quality of production of bakpia and tempeh nuggets in the partner group. The implementation of mechanical and automation technology-based tools is able to increase the production capacity of tempe nuggets from 2 kg to 24 kg in a production time of 8 hours. While the implementation of the use of bakpia kumbu processing equipment was able to increase the production of 3 kg to 24 kg in a production time of 8 hours. The utilization of these tools has also been followed by quality assurance training and assistance, so that the quality of the products produced is uniform.

Product design become more important thing for traditional snack producers, especially jajan pasar, which is the term for traditional snack in the Semarang and Central Java Region. The design of packaging and digital advertising is also a supporting tool in marketing of jajan pasar. The development of creativity and product packaging innovation is the key to achieving success for the business being run. Product packaging is a way for consumers to judge a product both in the terms of benefits, aesthetics and quality of the product. The unique product design is an added value in marketing of jajan pasar through digital advertising. Jajan pasar are the potency of Gajahmungkur, but this potential is not supported by packaging design and digital advertising in expanding marketing. Seeing this problem, the communication science lecturer cooperated with Karang Taruna Gajahmungkur to create a public service program about the importance of digital advertising supported by a unique packaging design to increase the marketing of jajan pasar in the Gajahmungkur. Public service activities regarding packaging design and digital advertising are expected to be able to help the people of Gajahmungkur in marketing jajan pasar product so that they can improve the prosperity of Gajahmungkur communities

CAPACITY BUILDING AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF THE KERUPUK BALOK INDUSTRY THROUGH A COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM IN BUKIT PENINJAUAN II VILLAGE, SUKARAJA DISTRICT, SELUMA DISTRICT, BENGKULU. Bukit Peninjau II Village, Sukaraja Subdistrict, Seluma Regency, has very good potential for the development of small industries, especially home industries in the food sector. One of the small industries in Bukit Peninjauan II Village is the block cracker processing industry which was started in 1995 and currently has 8 business units, including the Usaha Maju and the Raos Echo Community. The team together with partners agreed on several issues faced by partners, including the lack of knowledge (soft skills) and skills mastered by partners regarding product diversification technology, packaging techniques, production equipment and knowledge about financial management. The aim of the Community Partnership Program is to improve partners' skills in the field of product diversification, improvement of packaging and labeling techniques, application of drying system mechanization technology, and increasing partner knowledge in the field of financial management of small industries. The results of the activity show that the product of processed cracker diversification has been formed in the Usaha Maju and the Raos Echo Community, with 3 variants namely original, spinach and carrots crackers. Furthermore, improvements have also been made to the quality of packaging and labeling, through training and providing assistance with labeling equipment. To overcome the problem of drying which has so far been using sunlight, the team provided cabinet drying assistance to the two partners.

The Village Community Empowerment With Traditional Culinary Business in the Group of Boga Ganesha Buleleng The development of fast food must be balanced with the consumption of traditional foods because fast food is allegedly to be a risk factor for the emergence of various diseases. This study aimed to analyze the behavior of IbIKK group of Boga Ganesha. The choice of location of the research was determined purposively with the consideration that the Boga Ganesha is one of the groups to empower the people with the traditional culinary efforts. The method used in collecting the data in this study was interviews with questionnaire instruments. Based on the research results, the potential of the IbIKK of Boga Ganesha is a kosher, hygienic and healthy traditional food processing. Behavior that was demonstrated by the members can be classified into an excellent category (4,6). The achievement of the implementation of the empowerment program that is included in the category of successful (4,2). Empowerment of program aimed to improve the quality of human resources. In this regard, members of the group should implement their skills so that they can open up business opportunities in order to improve the economy of the family. To support this, the facilitator should use the appropriate method so that all participants can obtain information equally.

Pond waste treatment is noteworthy, because this is a standard of production success and also one form of cultivation that is responsible for environmental sustainability. This pond waste will be used as a medium for cultivating earthworms. The plan for the implementation of the Community Partnership Program (CPP) is in the village of Pangkah Wetan, Kecamatan Ujungpangkah, Kabupaten Gresik, which is a village where almost all residents live as shrimp and milkfish farmers. The purpose of implementing CPP activities is; 1. Increase knowledge of shrimp and milkfish farmers to manage waste; 2. Increasing the knowledge of farmers regarding the use of ponds as a medium for cultivating earthworms that can be applied in the form of organic fertilizer and alternative feed. The methods used are lecture and discussion methods, technology transfer and demonstration methods. Through coaching in the PKM program, it is expected that shrimp and milkfish pond waste management will be able to protect and preserve the environment of the pond waters, so that the farmers will benefit because it can reduce the purchase costs of inorganic chemical fertilizers and artificial feed, even benefit from the cultivation of earthworms
