This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the internet in learning, reading interest and time management on economic learning outcomes of students of class X IPS SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung both silmutanously and partially. This type of research uses causal associative with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 62 students, the research sample was taken using probability random sampling technique using Slovin formula. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the use of the internet in learning, reading interest and time management simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the economic learning outcomes of students of class X IPS of SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung as evidenced by a significance value of 0,000 < 0.05 and a coefficient of determination of 0.389 or 38 9% ,. In the t test the use of the internet in learning partially has a positive and significant effect on economic learning outcomes of students of class X IPS SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung as evidenced by the significance value of 0.043 < 0.05, and the interest in reading partially has a positive and significant effect on student economic learning outcomes IPS class X of SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung is proven with a significance value of 0.008 < 0.05, while time management partially has a positive and not significant effect on economic learning outcomes of students of class X IPS SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung as evidenced by the significance value of 0.127> 0.05. Keyword: internet usage, interest in reading, time management, economic learning outcomes

The emergence of the internet has a major effect on human life, including in education. The internet contributes to academics so that it has a very important role for student learning success. This research aims to describe the contribution of internet utilization as a learning resource towards the student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 2 Padang. This study used a descriptive quantitative research method, and the data were analyzed by using the simple linear regression. The population of this research was 920 students of SMA Negeri 2 Padang, and the sample chosen was 279 students selected by using the proportional random sampling technique. The research instrument used was a scale of internet utilization with a Likert model. The findings of this research showed that the use of the internet as a learning resource contributes towards the student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 2 Padang with an effective contribution 40.4%.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the School Literacy Movement on students' interest in reading at Kendalrejo 01 Public Elementary School. This study used a quantitative approach with an ex post facto method. The instruments used were questionnaires and learning outcomes. The results showed the value of t_ (count) of 5.498, while t_table is known to be 1.987, then 5.498> 1.987. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the School Literacy Movement on the reading interest of students at SDN Kendalrejo 01 with a coefficient of determination of 25.4%.

Problems in this research that majority of students are more likely to use the Internet not to seek the information related to the subject matter , but more likely to use the Internet to play games and so on . The purpose of this study was to reveal the contribution of Motivation and Use of Internet access as a Source of Learning School Of Learning Outcomes In subjects KKPI Multimedia Class XI student at SMK Padang Panjang 2 .This research is a descriptive correlational. The population in this study a class XI student of Multimedia and sample 61 students . Sampling technique using total sampling . The technique of collecting data using questionnaires class . Then the data were analyzed using statistical methods with SPSS Version 16 for correlation  and  regression  analysis  .  The  results  of  data  analysis showed : ( 1 ) Motivation accounted for 12.0 % of the student learning outcomes , ( 2 ) Internet Access Benefits School contributed 10.7 % of the  student  learning  outcomes  ,  (  3  )  Motivation  and  Benefits  of Internet access together accounted for 12.1 % of the learning outcomes.So it can be concluded that the Motivation and School Internet Access Benefits contribute to learning outcomes , the better motivation in the learning process , and the better the students' skills in the use of the internet , it will get better learning results. Keywords : Motivation , Benefits School Internet Access , Learning Outcomes

Prohibition of consuming food which is prohibited encourages every Muslim to be more selective in choosing products to be consumed. Halal labels can be a benchmark for choosing products before making a purchase in accordance with Islamic syari'ah which is protected by consumer protection laws. Halal labels for Muslim consumers are a guarantee of being protected from consuming non-halal food, medicine and cosmetics. For producers, halal labels can provide benefits, namely increasing competitiveness, consumer confidence, turnover of production and sales. This research was conducted using descriptive quantitative method, using data collection through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Determination of the number of samples used in this study was determined by the Probability Sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling. This aims to determine the effect of Halal Label on the sale of Roti Rachmat in Bungursari District Purwakarta and to find out how much influence the Halal Label has on the company's sales turnover. The results of this study indicate that the halal label has a significant effect on the sale of Rachmat Bread. This can be seen from the results of the regression test, namely the value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.542 from the correlation value / relationship (R) 0.743. So that the independent variable (halal label) gives effect to the dependent variable (Sales) of 54.2%, the remaining 43.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Online learning has a negative impact on students, especially students who cannot use online learning support facilities. This has an impact on the decline in the quality of student learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing digital literacy on students' science learning outcomes in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is research in the field of education using a quantitative approach and correlation method. The population in this study amounted to 348 people. Determination of the sample in this study using the random sampling technique. The data collection methods used are questionnaires and science learning outcomes tests. The instrument used has gone through the stages of testing the validity and reliability of the instrument. The data analysis used in this research is simple linear regression analysis, which previously carried out several analysis prerequisite tests in the form of normality and homogeneity tests. The results showed that the calculation of the correlation coefficient of 4.412 is greater than 2.034 with a significance value of 0.000 less than an alpha value of 0.05, a coefficient of determination of 0.371 x 100% of 37.1%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect on the application of digital literacy on students' science learning outcomes.

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of School Library Utilization and Reading Interest on Student Learning Outcomes Integrated Students Class VII Semester Even SMP Negeri 2 Metro Year Lesson 2016/2017. The population in this study were all students of class VII SMPN 2 Metro, amounting to 240 students and samples taken using cluster random sampling technique (random sample) is the determination of samples with the draw of the class. The selected classes are the VII F class of 30 students. To know whether there is Influence of School Library Utilization and Student Reading Interest on Integrated IPS Learning Outcomes is by multiple linear regression formula.  From the data analysis of the research results using multiple linear regression formula with the calculation result of School Library Utilization of Integrated IPS Learning Outcomes is 0.923 with very close criteria, from Reading Interest to Integrated IPS Learning Outcomes is 0.707 with the criteria closely and R2 from the Effect of School Library Utilization and Interest Read on Integrated IPS Learning Results of 0.878 with very close criteria. Thus it can be concluded that there is Influence of School Library Utilization And Interest Reading To Learning Results Integrated IPS SMP Negeri 2 Metro Lesson Year 2016/2017 classified as very positive. Where students who declared complete study with KKM >75 as many as 22 students or by 87% and students who expressed incomplete learning as many as 8 students or 13%. Thus the hypothesis is accepted when the Library Utilization and Reading Interest is applied then the results of learning IPS Integrated will be better. This study aimed to determine the relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of students chemistry of grade XI-MNS (mathematics and natural science). The research design used was quantitative with a correlation approach. The population of this study was all students of class XI-MNS at state senior high school (SHS) 4 Pematangsiantar as many as 205 students for the 2019/2020 Academic Year. The sampling technique for this research was random sampling, which is a random sampling technique with a total sample of 40 students. The instrument used in the study was a non-test (questionnaire) of 20 questions to measure student learning motivation, but measuring chemistry learning outcomes was taken from the odd semester exam scores. The results showed that the percentage of high motivation was 20%, sufficient motivation was 50%, and low motivation was 30%. Student chemistry learning outcomes with a minimum score with a score of 41 and a maximum value with a score of 63 derived from the semester test scores that have been assessed by the field teacher. The correlation coefficient (r) in this study is 0.80 and the value of the coefficient of determination (r²) amounting to 0.63 which indicates that students' chemistry learning outcomes affect 63% changes in chemistry learning motivation. This results show that the relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of students chemistry of grade XI-MNS is very strong.

Abstract.The purpose of this study was to determine wheather there is a correlation  between time management (as variabel X1) and self efficacy (as variabel X2) with procrastination(as variabel Y),it has preseption if teacher’s procrastination can be reduce with good time management and high self efficacy. The populatiaon of  this study was teachers in senior high school and the same lavels who teach in Surabaya and Sidoarjo. Sampling technique used was propability sampling which is call purposive random sampling. The population and the sample are the same n = 110 and significance level of 21.3%. Data analysis used regression analysis using SPSS 18 for windows. The result tasks simultan got R = 0,461  F = 14,45, p = 0,000 (p < 0,01). It means that there are significant effect between time management and self efficacy with procrastination. The results of this study have shown significant effect, in which the time management and self efficacy affects procrastination althought the impact is very small because the coefficient of determination (R = 0,213) indicates that the relative contribution given by time management and seld efficacy to procrastination are only 21,3 % . Therefore there are 78.7 % of other factors that may determine the emergence of procrastination in teacher’s senior high schools.Key word: time management, self efficacy and procrastination

This study aims to investigate the extent at which undergraduate students use the internet for reading. The study specifically, (i) Examine the extent at which undergraduate students use the internet for reading, (ii) Investigate the difference on the extent of the use of internet for reading of male and female undergraduate students, (iii) Examine the difference of extent of the internet usage on reading of undergraduate students based on areas of specialization. The study was a descriptive research of survey type. A structured questionnaire designed by the researcher was used in data collection. A simple random sampling technique was used to select 150 respondents that were involved in this study from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria. Frequency count, mean and percentages were used to answer the research questions. Hypothesis one was tested with independent t-test while hypothesis two was tested using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). All hypothesis were tested at 0.05 level of significance. The findings established that Undergraduates always use the internet for reading online news, E books, Email, Health information, Jokes, Comic strips, Fashion, Food/Nutrition and Sales information. Also, there was no significant difference between the extent of the internet usage on reading of undergraduate students based on gender and areas of specialization. It was however recommended that there is a need for extensive training program organized at regular interval so that all categories of users can improve their efficiency in the use of the internet.

<em>One of the main determinants that influence the success rate of a company is employee performance. Efforts to improve employee performance, including by pay attention to work satisfaction and competence. This research was aimed to determine the effect of work satisfaction and competence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company. The population in this research were employess of AirNav Indonesia company at financial department were amounted to 387 people. The sample in this study were amounted to 80 employees using Slovin formula with random sampling technique. The method of data technique which used in the research was using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. Before being analyzed the instrument test was carried out. The results of this research can be known that work satisfaction and competence have a positive and significant influence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company.</em>
