This study aims to determine the Contribution of Student Competence and the Utilization of Learning Facilities in Schools Against the Learning Readiness of Class X Students in Audio Video Engineering Expertise Program at SMK Negeri 2 Solok. The population of this study were all students of class X audio video engineering skills program at SMK Negeri 2 Solok 2018/2019 academic year, amounting to 60 students. data retrieval using a random sample of 52 students. The research data collection method used documentation and questionnaires shared with students. This data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the study showed that (1) contributing to student competency and the use of learning facilities in schools together contributed 42.51% to the Learning Preparedness of Class X of the Audio Engineering Expertise Program at Solok State Vocational High School, (2) Student competence contributed as much as 22.66% of the Learning Preparedness of Class X Students in the Audio Engineering Expertise Program at Solok State Vocational High School, (3) Utilizing learning facilities in schools jointly contributes 14.06% to Class X Students' Readiness in Audio Engineering Skills Program in Vocational Schools Negeri 2 Solok. So it can be concluded that Student Competence and Utilization of Learning Facilities in Schools Contribute to Learning Readiness at Solok 2 Vocational School.Keywords: Student Competence, Use of School Learning Facilities, Learning Readiness.

This research is to find out students’ motivation in physical education and sport physical education through online learning in class X Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational High School Sukabumi 2019/2020 Academic Year. This study uses a descriptive survey method with a questionnaire for data collection techniques. The subjects in this study were five majors of class X in Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational High School Sukabumi in the 2019/2020 Academic Year with a total of 112 students so they were conducted in class X SMK Negeri 3 Sukabumi with a validity coefficient of 0.890 and reliability of 0.891. This research analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive through the form of a percentage. The results of this study indicate that students’ motivation in physical education sports and health via the online learning system class X in Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational High School Sukabumi 2019/2020 Academic Year is in the “high” category with a percentage of 11.61% 13 students, “moderate” 76.78% 86 students, and “low” 11.61% 13 students. It can be concluded that the students’ motivation in physical and sports physical education subjects via the online learning system class X in Muhammadiyah 1 Vocational High School Sukabumi 2019/2020 Academic Year is in the category of “medium”.Keywords: Learning Motivation, PJOK, Online Learning System, Class X Students. AbstrakPenelitian ini untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan melalui pembelajaran daring kelas X SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukabumi Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif metode survei dengan instrumen angket kuesioner untuk teknik mengambilan data. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah lima jurusan kelas X di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukabumi Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 dengan jumlah 112 siswa sehingga disebut penelitian populasi, dan uji coba dilaksanakan di kelas X SMK Negeri 3 Sukabumi dengan koefisien validitas sebesar 0.890 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0.891. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan via sistem pembelajaran daring kelas X SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukabumi Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 ada pada kategori “tinggi” dengan jumlah presentase 11.61% 13 siswa, “sedang” 76.78% 86 siswa, dan “rendah” 11.61% 13 siswa. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan via sistem pembelajaran daring kelas X SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukabumi Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 berada pada kategori “sedang”.Kata kunci: motivasi belajar;PJOK, sistem pembelajaran daring, siswa kelas X

ABSTRACT This research aims to evaluate the completeness level of equipments standard of engineering elevtrical power’s installation in Taruna Bangsa Vocational High School, which was ruled in the Ministry of Education’s rules No. 1 2019 and The National Standardization Agency of Indonesia No. 1103-P2-18/19 about the Verification Instruments of Vocational High School, The Organizer of Vocational Practice Exam 2018/2019.This is an evaluative research using a quantitative descriptive approach. The evaluative model used was a discrepancy evaluation model, which was developed by M. Provus. The variable in this research is the equipment of electricity power’s installation practice in Taruna Bangsa Vocational High School Bekasi. The methods of collecting the data were three types: observation method, documentation, and interviews. The instrument used was collecting the data using observation paper and list of matched documentation. The analysis technique used in this research is rating scale.The result shows that the reaching of equipment of  elecrical power installation practice in Taruna Bangsa Vocational High School Bekasi in academic year of 2018/2019  was categorized as complete with the 89,36%. percentages. The completeness was reviewed from the equipments in practice room as complete (88.5%), the equipments of learning media room is complete (100%), the main equipment of practice is complete (93%), and for the main substance of practice room is complete (88.2%),also for the equipment support is compelete (77.1%). ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi tingkat kelengkapan standar peralatan praktik teknik instalasi tenaga listrik di SMK Taruna Bangsa Bekasi yang diatur dalam Permendiknas No. 1 tahun 2019 dan Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan No. 1103-P2-18/19 mengenai Instrumen Verifikasi SMK Tentang Penyelenggara Ujian Praktik Kejuruan Tahun 2018/2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model evaluasi kesenjangan (discrepancy evaluation model) yang dikembangkan oleh M. Provus. Variabel penelitian ini adalah peralatan praktik teknik instalasi tenaga listrik di SMK Taruna Bangsa Bekasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada tiga macam, yaitu metode observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan daftar cocok dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rating scale. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat ketercapaian kelengkapan peralatan praktik teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di SMK Taruna Bangsa Bekasi pada tahun ajaran 2018/2019 dikategorikan sangat lengkap dengan persentase 89,36%. Kelengkapan di tinjau dari perabotan ruang praktik  yaitu 88.5% (sangat lengkap), media pembelajaran ruang praktik 100% (sangat lengkap), peralatan utama praktik 93% (sangat lengkap), bahan utama ruang praktik 88.2% (sangat lengkap) dan peralatan pendukung ruang praktik 77.1% (lengkap).

 This study aims to determine the Contribution of Motivation and Readiness of Industrial Internship Practices to Industrial Job Training Achievement of Class XI Students in Audio Video Engineering Skills Program at SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatra. The population of this study was all students of class XI audio video engineering expertise program at SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatra 2018/2019 academic year totaling 31 students. data retrieval uses a type of saturated sample, sampling 31 students. Data collection methods in the study used documentation and questionnaires that were shared with students. This data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that (1) contributing to the Motivation and Readiness of Industrial Internships together contributed 45.15% to the industrial work practice achievement, (2) motivation giving a contribution of 34.69% of the industrial work practice achievements, (3) the readiness of industrial work practices together contributed 21.62% to the achievement of industrial work practices. So, it can be concluded that the Motivation and Readiness of Industrial Work Practices Contribute to the Achievements of Industry. Keywords: Motivation,industry practicereadiness,industrial work practice achievements.

So far, in implementing school strategies, they tend not to utilize Information and Communication Technology (ICT), despite the availability of ICT resources available. Stages of strategic management are needed to generate the vision, mission, objectives, policy, program, budget, and procedures as well as control and evaluation process as an effort to utilize ICT to improve school quality. Based on the interpretation and the results of the study, it is concluded that schools have organized stages in strategic management that enable schools to have a quality profile. The impact of effective utilization of ICTs for schools is the achievement of effective school management, as per the National Education Standards, which is characterized by effective planning, implementation, control, and evaluation of school ICTs.The purpose of this study is to get a general description, describe, and reveal the Strategic Management of Information and Communication Technology Utilization to Improve the Quality of School Learning in Ciledug Al Musaddadiyah Vocational High School and Garut 1 Vocational High School, both on environmental analysis, strategic formulation, implementation and strategic evaluation. The research method used in this research is the case study method, because the problems studied occur in the place and situation of Ciledug Al Musaddadiyah Vocational School and Vocational High School 1 Garut. The use of case study models in this study is based on the consideration that to provide an overview of the strategic management activities of the use of ICTs carried out at vocational high schools with the ultimate goal of being able to improve the quality of school learning. Based on observations in the field of SMK 1 Garut and SMK Al Musaddadiyah Ciledug Garut is one of the public schools and private schools that have these advantages.

The research aims to determine the effect of learning intensity and social capital to result of learning of students at state vocational high school 2 of Pariaman in academic year 2019/2020. The population in this research was all students of class XI until XII. The sample use are 107 with proportional random sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 20 program. This research use asosiatif method with deskriptive analysis. The data is analyted by using multiple regression. The result show that 1) There were a learning intensity and social capital to results of  learning of students (F sig = 0,000 < dari 0,05). 2) There was a effect between learning intensity to result of  learning (sig = 0,001< 0,05). 3) There was a effect between social capital to result of  learning (sig = 0,000< 0,05).   Keywords: intensity of learning, social capital, result of learning

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) peran DUDI dalam mendorong produk kebijakan pendidikan Pemda Kota Mataram dalam mengembangkan SMK berbasis kearifan lokal; (2) implementasi penyelenggaraan kebijakan pendidikan SMK yang sesuai dengan kearifan lokal; dan (3) peran DUDI dalam pengembangan SMK. Informan kunci pada penelitian adalah Kepala Dinas Dikmen sub-bagian kepala seksi kurikulum, Kepala Sekolah, Wakasek Humas Industri, Pembimbing Industri, dan Siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) peran DUDI dalam mendorong kebijakan Pemda terkait pengembangan SMK berbasis kearifan lokal belum memadai; (2) implementasi kebijakan Pemda, antara lain: (a) monitoring dan evaluasi, (b) menyediakan unit gedung baru, (c) membuka kompetensi keahlian baru, (d) pemberian dana, (e) mengadakan Gebyar SMK se-Kota Mataram; dan (3) peran DUDI dalam pengembangan SMK antara lain: (a) penyelenggaraan prakerin siswa berjalan dengan baik. b) industri sebagai tempat pemagangan guru, c) industri terlibat dalam uji kompetensi siswa tingkat akhir dan tempat menyalurkan lulusan, d) belum ada kerja sama terkait penyediaan sarana dan prasarana, dan e) pengembangan kurikulum dalam bentuk workshop kurikulum. Kata kunci: peran DUDI, penyelenggaraan SMK, kearifan lokal THE ROLE OF BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL (VHS) BASED ON LOCAL WISDOM IN THE CITY OF MATARAM Abstract This research aims to know: (1) the role of business and industry in encouraging the product education policy of the local government in Mataram City for developing vocaational high school (VHS) based on local wisdom; (2) the implementation of VHS education policy with an appropriate local wisdom; and (3) the role of business and industry in developing VHS. The key informants in this research were the Head of Secondary Education Curriculum Sub-section, Principal, Vice Principal of Industry Public Relations, Industry Counsellors, and students. The data were collected by observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique included data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: (1) the role of business and industry in encouraging the regional government policy related to VHS development based on local wisdom had not been adequate; (2) the implementation of regional government policy were among others: (a) monitoring and evaluation, (b) providing a new building unit, (c) opening new expertise competencies, (d) providing funds, (e) conducting Gebyar SMK in the city of Mataram; and (3) the roles of business and industry in the development of VHS were among others: (a) the implementation of the students’ industrial practice ran well, (b) the industry as the place for teachers’ apprenticeship, (c) the industry was involved in students’ competency test at the end of the students’ study and as an institute which would recruit the graduates, d) there had not been any cooperation related to the provision of facilities and infrastructure, and e) curriculum development in the form of a curriculum workshop. This study aims to find out and describe the students’ positive responses toward homework given by English teachers at grade twelve in SMK Negeri 3 Purworejo in the academic year of 2014/2015. The subject of the research is students of SMK Negeri 3 Purworejo grade twelve in the academic year of 2014/2015. The approach is qualitative naturalistic and the data were taken using open questionnaire. The research finding reveals 21 final categories. From those 21 final categories, there are four main components which are important to be explored further. Those four components are students, homework materials, teachers, and facilities. The positive responses toward homework coming from the students are satisfaction and happiness if they can do it without cheating. They are challenged in doing the homework and get new knowledge. Doing the listening homework trains students to concentrate. They better understand the learning material, develop their self-confidence, and express their ideas and opinions. For homework materials, the students’ positive responses are dominated by the material that students have already learned and have not learned yet. The positive responses based on teachers are the English teachers have to discuss and give scores of the homework. Regarding facilities, the students consider that the school’s facilities should be various and complete to help them do the homework.

The research purpose is to accurate, valid, and reliable data concerning whether there is correlation between intrinsic motivation and year 10 th student’s learning achievement at Nurul Iman Vocational High School Jakarta. The study was conducted for three months from April to June 2014. The method adopted in the study is a survey method with a correlational approach. The population in the study is all year 10 th students at Nurul Iman Vocational High School Jakarta, counted 122 students in total, and the feasible population of the study is year 10 th students majoring in office and administration, counted 72 students. The sample used in the study is 62 students with proportionally random technique. The instrument used in obtaining data for variable X (internal motivation) was in the form of questionnaire with Likert Scale. For variable Y (learning achievement) the data were collected from students’ grades on school report card in the second semester of 2013/2014, issued by Nurul Iman Vocational High School Jakarta. The data analysis technique was done by figuring out the regression equation and the equation is Ŷ = 70.14 + 0.06X. The regression linearity test yielded F counting (1.37) < F table (1.84) therefore it can be concluded that the equation is linear. The correlation coefficient test of product moment yielded r counting = 0.286. The result of the study concludes that there is positive correlation between intrinsic motivation and learning achievement of year 10 th students in Nurul Iman High Vocational School. The test of determination coefficient yielded 8.17% therefore it can be concluded that there is positive and significant correlation between intrinsic motivation and learning achievement.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on the teacher performance in vocational school. This research used a quantitative approach. Data collection technique was by distributing a questionnaire using a five-likert scale. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. Samples taken from each school amounted to 3 teachers from each department, so there were 42 respondents from 5 schools. Validity test used the Pearson product moment. The analysis technique used to answer the research hypothesis uses simple linear regression. The results showed that teacher compensation had an effect on teacher performance in vocational high school.

Almost every year education in Indonesia is always shrouded in problems especially when national exam will be held. Problems that arise like cramming, compressing National Exam subjects by leaving other lessons, forming successful teams, and giving sanctions to Schools that fail the National Exam, and others. Supposedly, the National Exam is the answer in our efforts to realize an honest and achieving education process. This study aims to determine how the teacher's efforts in inculcating the value of honesty during the National Examination at Vocational High School Nurul Iman Palembang. This research is a field research with qualitative approach. To obtain data in this research, researcher use some methods in collecting data that are observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis technique used is descriptive technique. The result of the research is the cultivation of honesty value during the National Exam in Vocational High School Nurul Iman Palembang, among others: First, appealed and advised the students to study hard at home and school and take the best time to learn. Second, hold impromptu evaluation. Third, cultivating faith in God confesses that there is no god but Allah, always remember Allah wherever located so afraid to commit sins or errors intentionally even if not known by others. Fourth, explain the honest benefits of the National Examination.
