Educational leadership at this time should be based on the identity of the nation that essentially derived from religious and cultural values. This is intended ​​to be able to anticipate changes that occur in the world of education in particular and for the progress achieved outside the school system in general. Visionary leadership emphasizes the importance of vision, which is aimed at realizing effective and competitive organizations. The power of leadership results in various policies and operational work guided by the vision of the organization. An organization that wants to move forward and competitively must have a clear vision and can be understood by all members. A truly visionary leader is required to have a clear goal or vision to be achieved by his organization or himself. If there is no vision, there will be only a person who works without direction and clarity that will be easily shaken and destroyed.

Language being a potent vehicle of transmitting cultural values, norms and beliefs remains a central factor in determining the status of any nation. India is a multilingual country which tends to encourage people to use English at national and international level. Basically English in India owes its presence to the British but its subsequent rise is not fully attributable to the British. It has now become the language of wider communication which is now spoken by large number of people all over the world. It is influenced by many factors such as class, society, developments in science and technology etc. However the major influence on English language is and has been the media.

In pursuit of a capitalist world configuration, the causal phenomenon of globalization spread its cultural values in the built international system, as evidenced by the dichotomy between the rich North and the poor South. This era of cultural globalization is predominantly characterized by social inequality, economic inequality and instability, political instability, social injustice, and environmental change. Consequently, the world is empirically infected by divergent global inequalities among nations and people, as evidenced by the numerous problems plaguing humanity. This article seeks to understand Islam from the viewpoint of technological determinism in attempt to offset these diverging global inequalities for its “sociopolitical economy”1existence, as well as the stabilization of the interconnected world. Based upon the unifying view of microIslamics, the meaning of Islam and its globalizing perspectives are deciphered on a built micro-religious platform. Finally, the world is rebuilt via the Open World Peace (OWP) paradigm, from which the fluidity of open globalization is derived as a future causal phenomenon for seamlessly bridging (or contracting) the gaps between the rich-rich, rich-poor, poor-rich and poor-poor nations and people based on common civilization fronts.

Preparations for the adoption of the new Law on Cultural Values Protection, its discussion and debates, that seriously puzzled the German Government, and also caused acute criticism from the representatives of the world of art are analyzed. Attention is focused on approaches to the important and quite complex in this regard issue concerning preservation of illegal movement of cultural objects that belong to the cultural heritage of the state. The main purpose of the bill is to enhance the protection of cultural property and effectively combat the illicit trafficking of them. The intentions of the Federal Government to integrate pre-existing laws in the field of cultural values into one law are very important. The main principles of the law in the new edition are protection from being sold overseas collections of state museums, including exhibits from private ownership that are in museums temporarily. It is highlighted that under current legislation, in each federal state of art and other cultural treasures, including libraries, must be entered in the register of national cultural values. These items have privileges in taxation, their export outside Germany requires special permission from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Germany, which can be stipulated for a number of restrictions and reservations. In the article it is underlined that he XXI century has set new challenges and tasks for German scientists that require operational, but balanced approach in their solution.

Opening ParagraphThe purpose of this paper is to analyse the slogans which are so prominent and ubiquitous on motor vehicles as expressions of social stratification among the Yoruba of southwestern Nigeria. I interpret the slogans in the context of the taxi owners' and drivers' social interactions, not just as disembodied expressions of a total Yoruba world view. In studying the slogans I pay particular attention to processes of accumulation of wealth, status mobility and the way these are affected by cultural values. It is argued that the vehicle owners make different claims at different stages of their careers. Their fears and hopes at each stage must be understood in the light of the contemporary Christian and traditional mix of beliefs about destiny, the world and God.

Abstract. The following article discusses the role of onomastic components in phraseological units and their meaning as well as giving a classification of onomastic components in phraseological units based on the materials of different structural languages. Through examples the author proves that the presence of names in the ancient rich phraseological layer of non-fraternal English, Russian and Uzbek languages is related to the national and cultural values, customs, ancient history, folklore and daily life of the peoples who speak this language. Besides, in the process of study of onomastic components it is also determined that names, along with forming their national character, are a factor giving information about the past of a particular nation. In the world linguistics there have been carried out a series of researches in the field of the study of phraseological units with onomastic components in comparative-typological aspect revaling their national and cultural peculiarities, analyzing and classifying their content structurally and semantically

<p>Haka and hula performances tell stories that represent histories, traditions, protocols and customs of the Maori and Hawai'ian people and give insight into their lives and the way that they see the world. The way that haka and hula performances are represented is being tested, as the dynamics of the tourism industry impact upon and influence the art forms. If allowed, these impacts and influences can affect the performances and thus manipulate or change the way that haka and hula are represented. Through an understanding of the impacts and influences of tourism on haka and hula performances, as well as an exploration of the cultures' values, cultural representations effective existence within the tourism industry can be investigated. This thesis will incorporate the perspectives of haka and hula practitioners and discuss the impacts and influences on haka and hula performances in tourism. The research will also explore and discuss the ways in which cultural values and representations can effectively co-exist within tourism.</p>

The concept of paradigm has its origin in ancient Greece. Plato understood a paradigm as an idea or form, while Aristotle gave it the meaning of a particular pattern or model. The school, alongside the Temple, is the oldest social institution that meets the very important developmental needs of the young generations of society. It is shown in the article, based on the genesis of the school in various countries of the world, how in the history of the school there were periods of both development and stagnation. Major school system and program changes were carried out in accordance with the general principle of continuation and change. This means that everything that has worked well in the current practice of the school’s activities should be continued and the curricula and upbringing should be constantly enriched with new content, values, and experience, while consistently changing what is incompatible with current science and practice in programmes and the organizational sphere and, above all, outdated knowledge and teaching methods. This general rule should also apply to the reform of the Polish school system introduced in 2019. Only by observing the general principle of continuation and change can school reform achieve its intended goals. The fact that the optimal change paradigm is the guiding thought of learning about school or scholiology deserves to be emphasized in the presented article. The concept of scholiology met with positive feedback from many Polish scholars involved in school education, as well as Professor Mark Bray, Chairman of the World Council of Comparative Education Societies (University of Hong Kong, 2019).

The paper presents the changes of values in three cultural areas the West, Northeast Asia, and Southeast Asia through two aspects: (i) behavior’s aspect and (ii) subjective aspect. From behavior’s aspect, the paper presents the changes in ways of cognition, organization and behavior. From subjective aspect, the paper presents the changes in countries in the West, Northeast Asia, and Southeast Asia. Due to the main domination of Western values in the process of globalization and integration, the more different from the West in terms of cultural values are, the stronger and more difficult the changes in values become. For this reason,Northeast Asia and Southeast Asia are more interested in building their own values.

The subject of the paper is protected natural areas of the world and their regional differences. According to the IUCN, a protected natural area is “a clearly defined geographical space, recognized, dedicated and managed, through legal or other effective means, to achieve the long term conservation of nature with associated ecosystem services and cultural values”. States differ in their interpretations of the above definition. Very often, some of the sites that are protected areas in one country may not necessarily be considered protected in another country. In defining and management of protected areas, some countries have adapted their laws to international guidelines, while in other countries the legislation differs significantly from these guidelines. Therefore, the research aims to show regional differences in the identification and management process as well as in the total surface area and abundance of protected natural areas at the world level.

Advertising is increasingly important in every corner of the world.  It has become an indispensable part for both producers and consumers in modern society to boost the production and consumption of the products. To succeed in advertising, one component advertisers cannot ignore is cultural values because they are one of the determinants of customers’ behavior. Of the cultural dimensions, individualism and collectivism are considered the most important one. This study, therefore, sets the light on an overview of how individualism and collectivism is manifested in advertising in term of advertising themes, advertising creative tactics and linguistic advertising features in empirical studies. It then specifies what have and has not been done on the topic alike so that anyone interested in the field will find the gaps for their future research.
