The article presents a theoretical justification of the structure and content of the structural-functional model for developing professional-pedagogical competence in lecturers of professional disciplines from technical universities. The analyzed pedagogical experience and use of modelling of pedagogical processes, as one of the methods of cognition during research, have made it possible to determine programme- and target-related, theoretical and methodological, activity-oriented and technological, monitoring and result-oriented components of the structuralfunctional model. The article specifies that the programme- and target-related block of the model consists of goals and objectives of developing professional-pedagogical competence in lecturers of professional disciplines. The theoretical and methodological block encompasses methodological approaches, principles and functions, which serve as a foundation for developing the competence under study. The activity-oriented and technological block includes pedagogical conditions, professional programme, traditional and innovative forms of learning, pedagogical conditions, innovative methods of learning, tools, stages of the technology for developing professional-pedagogical competence in lecturers. At the same time, the article shows that development of professional-pedagogical competence involves gradual realization of the model (motivational and target-related, content-related, activity-oriented and procedural, reflexive and result-oriented components). It indicates that the monitoring and result-oriented block of the structural-functional model combines a component-based structure of developing professionalpedagogical competence in lecturers (cognitive and intellectual, personal and motivational, functional and technological, social and communicative, reflexive and regulative components), criteria (axiological and motivational, integrative and theoretical, activity-related and operational, personal and communicative, evaluative and reflexive), levels (adjustive, regulatory, productive, self-organizational) and final results. The article concludes that the proposed model is a dynamic system and acts as a tool of feedback aimed at continuing development of professional-pedagogical competence in lecturers of professional disciplines from technical universities. Further research should lie in determining the content of the technology for developing professional-pedagogical competence in lecturers of professional disciplines from technical universities under the conditions of postgraduate teacher training.

In Islamic religious education, the Qur'an is a source that is used as the foundation of the Islamic religion. Therefore, the Qur'an has an urgent position in guiding and directing people in their daily lives. However, there is a large gap between the importance of reading the Qur'an with the ability to read the Qur'an in Muslim communities in Indonesia. . The Chancellor of the al-Qur'an Institute of Higher Education (PTIQ) Jakarta, Nazaruddin Umar assessed that people who are illiterate al-Qur'an are still high in Indonesia. therefore it is necessary to apply effective and innovative methods of learning the the al-Qur'an. The supporting factors for the application of the waqa method include: the material taught is not much different from the material that has usually been studied, the TPQ Al-Ikhlash assistants help researchers during the process of applying the "Wafa" method at TPQ Al-Ikhlash, the students are orderly and cooperative during the experimental activities. This is certainly very helpful in carrying out the activities of teaching the Koran with the "Wafa" method. While the inhibiting factors for the application of the "Wafa" method include: Santri in one class are 42 children. This is certainly too much because learning the Qur'an is ideally done in small classes. Learning time becomes insufficient because of the sufficient quantity of students.

The normative documents actualize the formation of the teacher’s competencies in the management of volunteer initiatives of students. These documents require the formation of appropriate competencies of teachers. It is assumed that the social pedagogical competence will be formed in the framework of the teacher’s acquisition of vocational education, including additional vocational education. The article presents an invariant model for the formation of teachers’ competences in the field of sociocultural, ecological, patriotic, sports and other types of volunteering. The authors revealed the system character of the proposed model, predetermining the complexity of the formation of social pedagogical competencies as the ability to participate in the development and implementation of socially valuable activities of trainees, the development of social initiatives, social projects. Integration of volunteerism into educational organizations is justified as an effective technology for educating young people. In this case, the practical-oriented invariant model and its accompanying variative models are primarily oriented toward the professional growth of pedagogical workers in the capital’s education system.

Today, in a pandemic crisis, there is a forced transition from the traditional system of education, designed for full-time «classroom», to a paradigm of learning, where face-to-face stages must be organically combined with remote, and their alternation must occur as required by conditions quarantine restrictions. The usual «quarantine vacations» of previous years have become impossible, when students were able to simply stay at home, and the lost time was further compensated by the intensification of education. Education now faces a situation where views on the basic organizational and methodological principles of learning, the format of the lesson, the use of digital tools, the involvement of students in online work, the use of new distance forms and methods of learning must change. During 2020, significant changes in the regulatory framework took place in education in Ukraine, in particular, the provisions on the distance form of full general secondary education and sanitary regulations for general secondary education institutions were approved, and electronic journals were introduced. However, the analysis of the definitions showed that different documents provide different definitions of the basic concepts of «distance education», «distance learning». Much attention is now being paid to teaching teachers the current way of teaching and the digital tools that can provide it. However, there are still many problems and issues regarding the effectiveness of distance learning, the choice of appropriate programs and services, the rational presentation of educational material. The article highlights a topical issue – providing remote teaching of certain school subjects, in particular the subject «Computer Science». Various methods and approaches to learning are given, digital learning tools tested by the authors of the article are proposed, which can be used as an alternative to local software during distance learning, relevant examples are given.

The article reveals the essence of the concept of "intercultural competence of the future lawyer", which is to be interpreted as an integrative, multileveled, professional personal quality that synthesizes a set of knowledge, skills, attitudes, values, determined by the goals and objectives of intercultural communication on the basis of mutual respect, mutual understanding and mutual enrichment. Intercultural competence is considered as an integral system which consists of certain components, relatively independent, but interrelated and interdependent. These include: communicative, socio-cultural, motivational-value, affective, cognitive ones. It is proved that the formation of intercultural competences of lawyers will promote the application of innovative methods and forms of training (business / role games, debates, discussions, disputes, modellings, simulations, etc.), among which intercultural training is of particular importance. The latter aims at familiarizing its participants with intercultural differences, role-playing the specially created situations of intercultural communication that help students in better understanding of the existing cultural differences, and to teach them to build their relationships with representatives of other cultural environments on the basis of tolerance. In this regard, it will be efficient to organize and conduct such trainings as: "Convention on the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms", "Communication in the work of a lawyer"; "Working with vulnerable groups of clients of the system of free legal aid"; "My professional development"; "International humanitarian law", "All are equal – all are united", etc. Also important are intercultural workshops aimed at cultivating tolerance, for example, "Tolerance. Prevention of xenophobia", "Intercultural communication and ethnic stereotypes", etc.
