The article analyzes the measures of state regulation of the export of unprocessed timber, aimed at reducing the volume of its export from the country and providing raw materials for Russian timber industry enterprises. The tools are given to support the restructuring of the logging business for deep processing of wood in the context of a ban on the export of unprocessed coniferous timber from Russia. A differentiated and gradual transitional period for the implementation of the ban on the export of industrial round timber is proposed, during which the modernized version of LesEGAIS can become an effective tool for controlling timber transactions.

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to determine the prospects of deep processing of corn in Ukraine, taking into account the restraining factors of development, on the basis of the analysis of the state and tendencies of functioning of the world market of corn. Methodology / approach. During the research, general scientific and special research methods were used, in particular: analysis and synthesis, scientific abstraction – in determining the purpose and formulating conclusions; comparative, calculation, statistical and graphical ones – in the assessment, analysis, comparison and establishment of patterns of the current state and trends in the production of corn and its deep processing; program-target one – to substantiate the factors of intensification of deep processing of corn in Ukraine. Results. The analysis was carried out and tendencies of world corn production were determined. The shares of countries-producers and countries-consumers of corn were calculated; their dynamics of changes were analyzed. Analysis of the dynamics of prices for corn grain on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange indicates that the price of raw materials is gradually declining, so agricultural enterprises that sell corn as a raw material, lose income from its production. The structure of corn use in different directions in the world was analyzed, and the structure of its use in the USA was considered in more detail. Factors of activation of deep processing of corn were identified. In Ukraine, deep grain processing as an industry is just beginning to develop, so it is worth processing corn, based on the experience of leading countries, such as the USA and China. Estimated costs for the construction of a modern plant for deep processing of corn and income from the implementation of this investment project were calculated. Originality/scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the world corn market; economic substantiation of expediency of corn processing in Ukraine; improving the system of factors to intensify the development of deep processing of corn in Ukraine. Practical value / implications. The practical value of the results of the study is that they will contribute to the formation of the concept of intensifying the development of deep processing of corn in Ukraine. In modern conditions, issues related to the effectiveness of the regulation of the oil industry by the state are becoming increasingly important. In January 2018, the World Economic Forum was held in Davos, which, in particular, noted the impact of the growth of protectionist trends in the global trade in hydrocarbons, and the impact of climate change on the planet on the export of hydrocarbons. As a result of the forum, the key ways of adjusting the policy of states in the relevant area were identified. At the same time, a significant number of states are already seeing the process of changing state regulation of the industry. In this article, the authors analyzed the systems of state regulation of the oil industry in different countries, and also gave assessments of the possibility of integrating new mechanisms into the system of sectoral management in Russia in the conditions of post-covid reality

In the farms of the north-eastern slope of the Greater Caucasus wood raw material obtained from intermediate felling, is not fully utilized and is not effective, due to the organizational and technical difficulties of farms. In addressing these issues in 8 directions of the region with a length of 40-50 km 14 intermediate assembly points were organized, which are intended for the collection and temporary storage of wood raw material harvested within a radius of 15-20 km of the forest. Need to establish assembly points is due to the complexity of relief items and the possibility of year-round use of the main roads of regional importance. To ensure uninterrupted timber industry and in full at the assembly point accumulated wood raw material is partially sorted. Processing of harvested wood raw material is planned for timber industry, located near the central region of the main road in the territory of Cuba town. Establishment in the area of the complex is considered justified, since the resource base in the coming years for intermediate, and later for the main use will be more than 100 thousand hectares of forests in the region. In the proposed area for the industrial complex for processing of raw wood there are all the technical and economic prerequisites. Accumulated in the assembly points wood raw material to the point of processing is transported using self-loading lumber carriers of up to 8 meters length, which is associated with a complex terrain conditions and road network in the region. This complex is planned to organize the following process areas: sawmills, parquet and packaging, small-chip technology, processing of technical greenery. In organizing the production sites size and quality characteristics and volumes of each category of harvested wood raw materials are taking into account, as well as the need for forest products in the region and the country as a whole. In the processes it is envisaged to use the most advanced modular processing of wood with the release of standard lumber, wood workpieces of different products, pulp chips, wood greens and products of its processing.

Abstract In the article it is proved, that the economic development of any industry depends on the results of the economic activities of the enterprises that are part of it. Based on the available statistical data, we proposed a model for diagnosing the results of the mining industry and conducted a comparative analysis of the results of the study in the context of economic activities. Given the high integration of mining enterprises into the system of intersectoral relations, this problem cannot be solved within the framework of one industry. Therefore, it is proved that, taking into account the existing experience, it requires complex measures: accounts receivable are formed as a result of late payment for delivered products. The main consumers of the extractive industry are: the processing industry, the supply of electricity, gas, air conditioning and transport. They consume more than 87% of the products of this industry in the intermediate consumption market and are the most debtors; on the other hand, these regions are also the largest suppliers of raw materials, materials and semi-finished products for the extractive industry. Therefore, in the end, the accumulation of current accounts payable at the enterprises of the extractive industry for the delivered goods and services is the least desirable for them.

Despite the plants of the Ural region have significant mining capacities, they are buying raw materials from other regions, therefore the task of wastes minimization is a perspective of supporting their raw materials base. A technology was proposed to increase the quality of titanium-magnetite concentrate, comprising dividing of the ore into two technological grades – a rich and a poor ones following separate crushing and concentration of the grades at separate sections. Due to this technological scheme, the ore is divided into easy-concentrated and hard-concentrated grades at the concentration stage, but not at the stages of preparation to development, mining, transporting and crushing. The advantage of the new technology is the relative simplicity of equipment modernization, since the technological scheme of the ore processing is modified only at the concentration plant. Under laboratory conditions, an iron-vanadium concentrate with iron content of 67.1% and vanadium pentoxide of 0.6% was obtained.
