In Romania, early education is undergoing an intense process of curricular reform which began during the school-year of 2005-2006, when the first attempts had been implemented by the Minister of Education at the time, university professor dr. Mircea Miclea (with the support from the World Bank, UNICEF, universities and NGOs), continued in the following years through the implementation of two projects (PETI and PRET, with the support of UNICEF), and culminated with the publication of The Ordinance by the Ministry of Education no. 4.694 of 2nd August 2019 regarding the approval of the curriculum for early education. It was by this ordinance that the Educational Plan as well as the Teaching Methodology and the Teaching Programme for early education were enacted. Thus, new objectives were established for the early educational system, capable of reflecting the changes in our society, the recent contributions from the learning psychology, as applicable to preschool education, and able to conform to the reform and the general principles of the Romanian educational system, to the contemporary orientations regarding the educational objectives, and, last but not least, build rapport with the specific objectives of the other levels of education, and with the international educational legislation and practices.

Natural resources which human beings used for fulfilling their basic needs in the past have considerably started to be consumed especially because of the industrial evolution based on fossil fuels and technological developments. Unconscious overconsumption of natural sources has resulted in an increase in environmental problems. These increasing problems and their sensible effects on living creatures have led people to protect the environment and to raise their environmental awareness. Within this scope, in recent years, lessons dealing with environment have started to be given in every phase of the Turkish Educational System from preschool education to university. Within this scope, in recent years, lessons dealing with environment have started to be given in every phase of the Turkish Educational System from preschool education to university. In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the opinions of associate students, who actively study at Ortaca Vocational High School, dealing with the necessity of environment and nature protection and with the scenarios which might happen as a result of the environmental disruption.  In this context, a survey consisting of 21 questions was conducted and the answers of 284 students were analysed by using arithmetic mean(X), percentage, frequency analysis, two independent samples “t” test and  One-way Anova. As a conclusion, it is found that environmental consciousness of the participants increases along with their ages, levels of income and education and it is also found that consciousness of the female participants is higher than the male participants.

The legislator considers the term “educational system” as one of the basic education laws. The legal term (included in the Education Law Act) “the educational system covers” lists its elements. They include, for example, various types of schools, kindergartens, alternative forms of preschool education, children’s holiday homes, centers of education. This system realizes recognized values, principles, as well as certain postulates and guidelines contained in the law. In essence, it is a collection of organizational units, whose activity is regulated by the Education Law Act. The majority of these activities are addressed to pupils. Some elements are also addressed to teachers and serve to develop them. Colleges of Social Service Workers do not fit in with the rest of the educational system.

The article analyzes the administrative and legal guarantees of higher spiritual education institutions in the context of modern educational legislation of Ukraine. Given the insufficient level of scientific and legal study of the topic and given the innovative processes in the Ukrainian educational environment, our intelligence to some extent fills the gaps in the study of this issue. Despite the declared norms in the educational legislation, the administrative and legal guarantees of the activity of institutions of higher spiritual education as religious organizations continue to be formed. The new educational legislation laid down new guarantees for institutions of higher spiritual education and defined a new trajectory for the development of theological education. In particular, the law preserves autonomy from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, and as a result of accreditation ZVDO may issue a state diploma. The legislator allows religious organizations to maximally correlate the educational policy of ZVDO, to determine the principles of student self-government. Regarding the licensing and accreditation procedure, opening of postgraduate and doctoral studies, specialized academic council on specialty 041 "Theology", the legislator provides for significant concessions and clearly recognizes all documents of the EITI that are equivalent to state documents. The legislation also stipulates that documents on education, scientific degrees and academic titles, which are issued to persons in the ZVDO, may be recognized as equivalent to state documents. However, the institutionalization of theology in the secular education system requires the search for new forms of its presence in the educational and scientific space of Ukraine.

This is an overview of research on foreign language (FL) teaching published by Polish researchers in the years of 2000–2006. We begin with an outline of the history and the current sociopolitical situation of FL teaching in Poland, which prepares the ground for further discussion. Next, we focus on studies concerned with the evaluation of the recent teaching methodology. The analysis of bilingual programmes and multilingual competence is discussed in ‘Bilingual education and multilingualism’, the process of learning different aspects of language competence is explored in ‘FL learning and second language acquisition’, and cultural issues under a separate heading, ‘Cultural awareness’. In ‘The language learner’, we review studies investigating learner variables which have an important impact on language learning. With new educational directives from the Ministry of Education, emphasising the need for a more reliable assessment, new concepts and studies evaluating them are discussed in ‘Testing and evaluation’. The availability of computers has produced studies assessing various uses of computers in fostering language learning, presented in ‘Application of new technologies’. Finally, in ‘Teacher education’, we report on studies related to FL teacher development.

Teacher is considered as one of the most important bases upon which the educational system is based because he assumes the responsibility of preparing young children to be good citizens in the future, bringing them up on good manners and teaching them moral and noble values. So, the authorities concerned in the ministry of Education, in general and managers or head masters at schools in particular, must give due cares to create a more healthy atmosphere favorable to teachers while working at schools. This objective can be achieved through the principle of treating all teachers equally without discrimination and such treatment must be based upon justice. Moreover, they also must spare no effort to develop good working relation between them and the teachers from one hand and teachers with each other from the other hand.
