ABSTRAKPertumbuhan modern ritel yang sangat cepat di Indonesia menimbulkan perdebatan mengenaibagaimana pertumbuhan yang cepat ini mempengaruhi sektor ritel tradisonal. Tujuan dari tulisan inimenitikberatkan kepada persepsi para peritel tradisional mengenai dampak dari pertumbuhan modernritel terhadap pendapatan peritel tradisional. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptif.Data primer diperoleh berdasarkan wawancara mendalam dengan 45 peritel tradisional yang berlokasidi 3 pasar tradisional di Bandung. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Bertolak belakang denganpandangan pada umumnya, peritel tradisional (yang menjual sayur dan buah segar) percaya bahwakeberadaan ritel modern di sekitar lokasi penjualan mereka memiliki dampak yang kecil terhadappendapatan mereka. (2) Penurunan pendapatan peritel tradisional yang terlibat dalam studi inidisebabkan terutama karena adanya kompetisi dengan para pedagang kaki lima (PKL) danpermasalahan yang berkaitan dengan managemen internal dari pasar tradisional itu sendiri sepertimisalnya peningkatan harga sewa jongko dan keterbatasan infrastruktur pendukung lainnya. (3)Diferensiasi produk (dalam kualitas dan jenis produk) yang diperjualbelikan di pasar tradisional danpasar modern serta perbedaan segmen pasar diantara keduanya, membuat kedua jenis pasar ini salingmelengkapi satu sama lain.Kata kunci: persepsi peritel, dampak, pertumbuhan ritel modern, ritel tradisional, BandungABSTRACTRapid rise of modern retails in Indonesia raised a debate on how this rapid rise affects traditionalretail sectors. This study highlights traditional retailer’s perception on the impact of modern retailgrowth to their income. Descriptive analysis is used in this study. Primary data was gained from indepth interview with 45 traditional retailers in 3 traditional markets in Bandung. This study showsthat: (1) On the contrary with the conventional wisdom, traditional retailers (who sell FFV) believethat the existence of modern retails nearby their selling locations has little impact on their income. (2)Decreasing income of traditional retailers in our study is mostly caused by competition with illegalstreet vendors and internal traditional market management issues such as increasing rental price ofstalls and limited infrastructures. (3) Product differentiation (in quality and type of goods) that aresold in traditional and modern retails and market segmentation, make these two types of marketscomplement to each other.Keywords: retailer’s perception, impact, modern retail growth, traditional retail, Bandung.

Currently, the World is hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. The impact of this pandemic, is not only life threatening, but also has an economic downturn that is evenly distributed in almost all countries, including Indonesia. This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the existence of business actors in traditional markets. The polls and samples of this study were chicken and egg traders at Manonda Central Market, Palu. Primary data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to research respondents. Based on the results of descriptive analysis and test one-way anova, it was found that there were differences in profit, sales turnover, and the number of buyers before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. This means that the COVID-19 pandemic threatens the existence of business actors in traditional markets. This research is useful for policy makers in maintaining the existence of business actors during the current COVID-19 pandemic

The impact of traditional market revitalization has an effect on the expenses and business capital of traders. Traditional markets are the economic fulcrum of the community, but traditional market conditions are synonymous with slums, dirty, smelly, irregular, muddy and so on. To survive the onslaught of modern markets there needs to be a revitalization of traditional markets, the emphasis is on the physical aspects of the market. so the hope of traders is that consumers interested in shopping in the market and the welfare of traders can increase, therefore researchers are interested in exploring the impact of market revitalization on traders in Situbondo Regency. The formulation of the problem is how the traditional market impacts on the expenses and capital of the merchant business, this type of research is (field research), is research conducted in the field by observing a phenomenon that is natural, while collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation . This study uses descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The results show that the problems arising from revitalization are (1) the costs incurred by traders are very large, because they have to bear the costs of moving to a temporary place before occupying a revitalized market. (2) temporary relocation sites are very narrow and slum so that they have difficulty arranging their merchandise which has an impact on consumers' interest in shopping to decrease. (3) new buildings do not meet the expectations of traders, many traders complain starting from the size of the place that is too small and the design of buildings that are not in accordance with the products sold by certain traders (4) traders must renovate the kiosks provided by the market manager with the products they sell (5) due to the large amount of costs incurred by merchants ranging from temporarily moving to occupying new kiosks, the capital for their merchandise is reduced which results in incomplete merchandise. The growth of Modern Stores in Indonesia is very rapid, experiencing growth from year to year, this condition is offset by demand from large communities and increasingly enjoys the convenience and comfort of shopping in modern stores. However, Sleman Regency D.I. Yogyakarta provides a number of rules as outlined in Regional Regulation No. 18 of 2012 concerning Licensing of Shopping Centers and Modern Stores, which it is hoped that this regulation will have a significant impact on equitable distribution between modern shops and traditional markets in Sleman Regency, YogyakartaReferring to the Regional Regulation, this research was carried out to see the impact of the application of the Modern Shop business permit to the existence of traditional markets in Sleman Regency D.I. Yogyakarta. In this study 200 samples were taken by distributing 250 questionnaires with a distribution of 125 questionnaires to managers and modern shop owners and 125 questionnaires to traditional shop owners in the traditional market of Sleman Regency D.I. Yogyakarta, which finally received 200 questionnaires. The method used for sampling is a non probability sampling method that is sampling by specifying specific criteria on respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and data processed with SPSS software. The variables used in this study are 4 independent variables namely Business Location Aspects, Social Aspects, Partnership Aspects with MSMEs and Use of Local Workers Aspects, and 1 dependent variable namely the Existence of Traditional Markets. From the results of the research analysis it was concluded that the business location aspect variable (X1) had no impact on the existence of traditional markets with negative B1 (- 0.799) and t count was smaller than t table, Variable Social Aspects (X2) had no impact on the existence of Traditional Markets with B2 negative (-1,334) and t count smaller than t table, Variable Aspects of Partnership with MSME (X3) have an impact on the existence of Traditional Markets with positive B3 (9,153) and t count is greater than t table, Variable Aspects of Use of Power Local Work (X4) has an impact on the existence of Traditional Markets with positive B4 (1,646) and t count is greater than t table, and the four Independent Variables together have an impact on the dependent variable The existence of Traditional Market Sleman DIY Regency is allegedly also influenced by variables other variables not examined in this study.Keywords : modern shop, traditional market, Sleman Regency D.I. One of the efforts to obtain and increase village revenue was by running a business through a village-owned enterprise (VOEs). A policy was needed for utilizing village resources in establishing a village-owned enterprise. The Musi Rawas Regency Government had made a policy, namely Musi Rawas Regency Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2013, concerning Guidelines for the Establishment and Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (VOEs). Villages of Musi Rawas Regency had implemented this regulation. This research aimed to evaluate the implementation of this regional regulation. This research method is descriptive quantitative comprises a sample survey and descriptive analysis indicators resulting from the sample survey. The population of this research was 174 Village-Owned Enterprises (VOEs/BUMDes) in Musi Rawas Regency. At the same time, the sample was 64 VOEs which was taken by referring to the Slovin formula. There were primary data and secondary ones. Primary data came mainly from the questionnaire and field observation. Meanwhile, secondary data were sourced from documents, such as archives and reports. Data were analyzed by descriptive technique. The descriptive technique was done by displaying data, assessing them, delivering argument, quoting theory for justification and confirmation, and concluding. Implementing the Regional Regulation concerning Guidelines for the Establishment and Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (VOEs) was successful. This could be seen from several indicators, refers to Ripley & Franklin (1986), namely: 1) There existed compliance of policy implementers towards the content of the regional regulation. The degree of compliance was high and was in a good category. 2) The establishment and management of VOEs (the smoothness of routine functions) were also high and classified as good, and 3) The performance of the management of VOEs was also good. The impact of policy implementation (regional regulation of Musi Rawas Regency) was positive (good).

Street vendors is a phenomenon in almost all regions in Indonesia, which is always a positive and negative impact on the region where the street vendor activity. The positive is the economy in a sustainable life in areas where street vendor activities, while the negative effects are disturbed some public access as a result of the existence of such street vendor, such as public roads are always jammed, the sidewalk is not functioning, trash increases or the environment increasingly neglected, area aesthetics will show discomfort. For the more crowded street vendor activities will have an impact upon the producer. However street vendor unaware that what was done to give effect to society because of disruption of public facilities. It is very necessary of information for the  street vendor’s understanding and perception to the impact caused by their presence in an area. The research was conducted by qualitative method with type research field investigations and descriptive analysis of the street vendor, managers, buyers and decision makers who do trading activities in S. Parman Street, UlakKarang Padang.  Samples as research subjects were the street vendors as much as 5 people, managers, local government, the buyer and road users. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data Collection Techniques conducted by observation, interview, and documentation while data analysis is conducted qualitatively by a descriptive approach. The findings and the results are show that the information obtained is correct in running its activities to seek fortune already utilizing public access such as sidewalk and road. Contributions to the street vendors are expected to have awareness in running its activities mainly on the utilization of public access and if you want to keep running its activities must be willing to abide by all the regulations set forth by the government, because it became a street vendor answers to some of the problems faced by street vendors as well as for the government attempted to manage and regulate the existence of street vendors to be in line with policies that have been set by the government for street vendors somehow able to overcome the problem of the existence of the public economy.

Abstract Every consumer would expect rice at an affordable price with a very good quality. This study aims to determine the quality of rice and estimate the hedonic price model of rice in the traditional market of Tarakan City. This research was conducted at the traditional market in Tarakan City, North Kalimantan. Analysis of the data was is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of rice found in the traditional market in Tarakan City was medium grain. The characteristics of rice that affected rice prices were chalk grains, head grains and yellow grains. While foreign objects, small grains, red grains and broken grains had no effect on the price of rice.

<p><strong><em>Introduction:</em></strong> <em>The picture message policy on cigarette packets is regulated in Permenkes No. 28 of 2013 concerning the Inclusion of Warnings and Health Information on Tobacco Product Packaging. The purpose of the inclusion of pictorial health warnings (PKB) on cigarette packs is to prevent adolescents from smoking. By looking at the frightening picture on PKB, it hoped that young smokers would be motivated to quit smoking</em><em>. <strong>Method</strong>: This study used a quantitative research approach with a cross-sectional design (cross-sectional) using primary data, this research conducted in Medan City. During January - June 2019. The population in this study were adolescents aged 18-23 years. The sample of this study was 215 teenagers. Data analysis used cross-tabulation descriptive analysis than presented in the form of a frequency distribution table using SPSS 22. <strong>Results</strong>: The results of this study indicate that the majority of respondents have smoking behaviour in the 19-20 year age group. The majority of respondents stated that they smoke 1-5 cigarettes a day. Teens who stated that they were not afraid of the impact of picture messages on cigarette packs had a 3,939 times risk of smoking compared to adolescents who expressed fear of the impact of picture messages on cigarette packs <strong>Conclusion</strong>: It hoped that the government could expand the picture message on cigarette packets to increase the desire to quit smoking and reduce the number of smokers in Indonesia. The image message on cigarette packs must be enlarged in order to reduce smoking behaviour in adolescents.</em></p>

This research is done in one of the largest traditional market in Denpasar, namely is Badung Market. Badung Market located on Gajah Mada street, its about 1 Km to the West of the Catur Muka Statue, in Denpasar Downtown. This research aims to determine how the recovery strategy tourism of Badung Market as a tourist attractions. This research was analyzed by the concept of a tourist attraction, and also using the concept of markets and traditional markets. After that, this research using the qualitative research of methodologies. This data was obtained from interviews of market management and direct observations in Badung Market. The damage that occurred in Badung Market that will do by recovery strategy. This aims to rebuild market buildings that was broke. This process requires several stage, namely are: physical intervention, rehabilitation of economic and social/institusional revitalotations. Post-fire made the biggest market in Denpasar this being lost daily activities. While this relokalisasiBadung market is still running. The damages that occur in the Badung Market will now do the recovery strategy, aims to rebuild the market buildings that have been damaged.   Keyword: market, the recovery strategy, tourist attractions.

Pork consumers prefer it because it has a unique taste. This study aims to determine the factors that influence meat pork consumer behavior and determine the potential segmentation of consumers in traditional markets. The study was conducted in the traditional markets of Pematangsiantar City, namely Horas and Dwikora Parluasan traditional market. It lasted from September 2020 until November 2020. In this study, primary data was obtained from observations and interviews with 70 consumers of meat pork buyers in traditional markets. Secondary data were obtained from related agencies such as the Central Bureau of Statistics and Animal Husbandary Department. The results showed that the characteristics of consumers influenced the potential segment of consumers in meat pork purchasing decisions. The variables of quality and number of families show a relationship of partial influence with the amount of consumption in the analysis of consumer behavior. However, the variables of age, occupation, education, income, and price of pork do not show a partial relationship with consumption.

This research focuses on the use of digital technology through sharia online transactions in traditional markets in the City of Semarang. Then analyze the legal policies governing the use of digital technology through sharia online transactions in Indonesia and determine the impact of the use of digital technology through sharia online transactions in the Semarang traditional market. This research uses empirical legal research methods, with descriptive-analysis method. Based on research that has been done, the legal arrangements for the use of digital technology through sharia online transactions in Traditional Markets are regulated in Act Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE) and the impact of using digital technology through sharia online transactions includes both positive and negative impacts. Positive impacts include: Industrial productivity has increased; encourage MSMEs to enter e-commerce; facilitate the promotion and marketing activities of a product; and more new services are making it easier for the economy and business. As well as the negative impacts, among others: the easier transactions are prohibited and the more cases of lawlessness occur in online trading.
