ABSTRAK Perniagaan memberikan kontribusi yang besar untuk pendapatan asli suatu daerah. Perniagaan ini berdampak untuk semua Kota terutama Kota Bandung. Kota Bandung memperoleh kointribusi pendapatan berdasarkan perniagaan. Salah Satu pusat perniagaan terletak di Kecamatan Andir. Kecamatan ini memberikan kontribusi terbesar untuk pendapat asli daerah  Kota Bandung.Metode pengabdian pada masyarakat yaitu melakukan workshop. Workshop dilakukan dengan melakukan sosialisasi. Langkah yang dilakukan adalah melakukan pengumpulan data, diskusi dalam hal ini sosialisasi dan evaluasi yang berkaitan dengan sinkronisasi data.Hasil yang didapat, Kecamatan Andir  mempunyai industri berjumlah 137 unit. Selain itu Kecamatan Andir memiliki 3 pasar, 60 pertokoan, 51 mini market dan 1 departement store.  Industri ini tersebar di 6 kelurahan yang ada di Kecamatan Andir. Perkembangan perniagaan ini memberikan kontribusi yang besar dalam menaikkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Bandung.Dalam pengembangan perniagaan di Kecamatan Andir, yang menjadi permasalahan adalah dalam segi permodalan, terutama apabila jalannya perniagaan tidak berjalan dengan baik atau mengalami kerugian.  ABSTRACT Commerce provides a large contribution to the original income of an area. This commerce has an impact on all cities, especially Bandung. The city of Bandung obtains revenue co-contributions based on commerce. One of the trade centers is located in Andir District. This sub-district provides the largest contribution to the original opinion of the City of Bandung.The method of community service is conducting workshops. The workshop was conducted by conducting socialization. The steps taken are collecting data, discussing in this case the socialization and evaluation related to data synchronization.The results obtained show that Andir District has 137 units of industry. In addition, Andir District has 3 markets, 60 shops, 51 mini markets and 1 department store. This industry is spread across 6 urban villages in Andir District. This business development has contributed greatly to increasing the Regional Original Income of Bandung City.In the development of commerce in Andir Subdistrict, the problem is in terms of capital, especially if the business is not running well or experiences a loss

Lecturers are responsible for implementing the three main responsibilities in university (Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi) with 12 credits to 16 credits each semester. However, many lecturers feel that the workload is very excessive. The purpose of this study was to describe the mental workload of lecturers at the Faculty of X Padjadjaran University. The method of this research was quantitative descriptive by using a total sampling technique involving 43 lecturers. Data collection used NASA-TLX instruments. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics. The results of the study showed that overall the mental workload of the Faculty of X Padjadjaran University lecturers was included in the high category both in education and teaching assignments (74.4%), research assignments (76.7%), and community service assignments (74.4%). ) Effort dimensions have the highest mean value that is equal to 51.8, while the dimensions that have the lowest mean are Perfomance dimension, namely 9.4, where the greater the mean dimension shows the large contribution in the mental workload felt by the lecturer. The conclusions, this study show that most lecturers have a high mental workload. It is suggested that the lecturers need to have balance numbers of tasks according to their abilities, balance the time working with recreation, and meet the needs of rest. The results of this study need to be followed up by examining methods or efforts that can reduce the lecturers' mental workload.

The problems faced by the children of Banjarmasin Al-Ashr Orphanage are almost the same as those faced by other orphanages in the city of Banjarmasin, namely, lack funds and personnel or volunteers who help and guide orphanage children to develop their skills and creativity as a provision in carrying out life after the completion of the orphanage. The purpose of this community service program is to make the children of the Al-Ashr Orphanage have a strong and more independent motivation by providing them with the knowledge and skills they will use to prepare themselves for the future. While the target of this activity is to make the children of the Al-Ashr Orphanage have design skills in making invitations, brochures, and banners as well as online businesses. The method used is training and guidance, where training is carried out with presentations and practices.

ABSTRAKCOVID-19 adalah penyakit yang disebabkan Novel Coronavirus 2019. Gejalanya bergejala mirip dengan flu biasa, namun COVID-19 sampai saat ini memiliki fatalitas lebih tinggi dan virus ini juga menyebar dengan sangat cepat karena bisa pindah dari orang ke orang bahkan sebelum orang tersebut menunjukkan gejala. Cara isolasi mandiri dirumah yaitu selalu memakai masker dan membuang masker bekas ditempat yang ditentukan,  jika sakit (ada gejala demam, flu dan batuk) maka tetap di rumah. Jangan pergi bekerja, sekolah, ke pasar atau ke ruang publik untuk mencegah penularan masyarakat, manfaatkan fasilitas telemedicine atau sosial media kesehatan dan hindari transportasi publik. Beritahu dokter dan perawat tentang keluhan dan gejala, serta riwayat bekerja ke daerah terjangkit atau kontak dengan pasien COVID-19, selama dirumah, bisa bekerja di rumah. Gunakan kamar terpisah dari anggota keluarga lainya, dan jaga jarak 1 meter dari anggota keluarga, tentukan pengecekan suhu harian, amati batuk dan sesak nafas. Hindari pemakaian bersama peralatan makan dan mandi dan tempat tidur, terapkan perilaku hidup sehat dan bersih, serta konsumsi makanan bergizi, mencuci tangan dengan sabun dan air mengalir dan lakukan etika batuk dan bersin, jaga kebersihan dan kesehatan rumah dengan cairan desinfektan. Selalu berada di ruang terbuka dan berjemur di bawah sinar matahari setiap pagi (±15-30 menit), Hubungi segera fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan jika sakit berlanjut seperti sesak nafas dan demam tinggi, untuk mendapatkan perawatan lebih lanjut. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk melakukan pemantauan kasus covid 19 di Kota Bandung. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan pelayanan dengan melakukan pemantauan agar mengetahui keadaan, kondisi dan perkembangan yang dialami oleh warga yang terpapar covid 19 di Kota Bandung. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat diperoleh seluruh warga yang terpapar covid 19 sudah dalam keadaan sehat dan pulih seperti sedia kala. Kata Kunci: Pemantauan kasus covid 19. ABSTRACT COVID-19 is a disease caused by the 2019 Novel Coronavirus. The symptoms are similar to the common cold, but COVID-19 has so far had a higher fatality and this virus also spreads very quickly because it can move from person to person even before the person shows symptoms. . The way to self-isolate at home is to always wear a mask and throw away used masks in the designated place, if you are sick (symptoms of fever, flu and cough) then stay at home. Do not go to work, school, to the market or to public spaces to prevent community transmission, take advantage of telemedicine facilities or health social media and avoid public transportation. Tell doctors and nurses about complaints and symptoms, as well as a history of working in infected areas or in contact with COVID-19 patients, while at home, you can work at home. Use a separate room from other family members, and keep a distance of 1 meter from family members, determine daily temperature checks, observe coughs and shortness of breath. Avoid sharing eating and bathing utensils and bedding, apply healthy and clean living habits, and consume nutritious food, wash hands with soap and running water and practice coughing and sneezing etiquette, keep your home clean and healthy with disinfectant liquid. Always be in an open space and bask in the sun every morning (±15-30 minutes), Contact the health care facility immediately if the illness persists such as shortness of breath and high fever, to get further treatment. The purpose of this community service is to monitor COVID-19 cases in the city of Bandung. This community service activity provides services by monitoring to find out the conditions, conditions, and developments experienced by residents exposed to COVID-19 in the city of Bandung. Abstract           Hadipolo Village is one of the villages in Jekulo District, Kudus Regency. In this village there are several bitter melon farmers who process it into snacks that are nutritious and very beneficial for health. So far, the marketing process for bitter melon chips is still done traditionally so that sales of bitter gourd chips are not optimal in quantity and the range of promotions is still limited around the city of Kudus, although there are some requests from outside the city but the numbers are still large. still a little because of lack of promotion. The purpose of this community service is to develop and socialize e-commerce applications which are expected to help and increase the income and welfare of the bitter melon chip craftsmen in Hadipolo Village. With a specific target in the use of Pare e-commerce, namely increasing the marketing quantity of bitter gourd chips by expanding the marketing area by promoting the results of bitter melon chips through e-commerce so that they can reach a wider market. Pare e-commerce is an e-commerce used by Kube Pare chips in developing and marketing products from Pare chips. The way this system works is by conducting online buying and selling transactions, so that the marketing area is also wider.  Abstrak           Desa Hadipolo merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kecamatan Jekulo Kabupaten Kudus. Di desa ini terdapat beberapa petani pare yang mengolahnya menjadi makanan ringan yang berkhasiat dan sangat bermanfaat bagi kesehatan. Selama ini proses pemasaran keripik pare masih dilakukan secara tradisional sehingga penjualan keripik pare secara kuantitas belum maksimal dan jangkauan promosi masih terbatas di sekitar kota Kudus, walaupun ada beberapa permintaan dari luar kota namun jumlahnya masih banyak. masih sedikit karena kurang promosi. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk pengembangan dan sosialisasi aplikasi e-commerce yang diharapkan dapat membantu dan meningkatkan pendapatan, kesejahteraan para pengrajin keripik pare di Desa Hadipolo. Dengan target khusus dalam penggunaan e-commerce Parea  yaitu meningkatkan kuantitas pemasaran keripik pare dengan memperluas wilayah pemasaran dengan mempromosikan hasil keripik pare melalui e-commerce sehingga dapat menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas.  E-commerce Parea merupakan e-commerce yang digunakan Kube keripik pare dalam mengembangkan dan memasarkan produk dari keripik Pare tersebut. Cara kerjanya dari sistem tersebut adalah dengan melakukan transaksi jual beli secara online, agar wilayah pemasaran juga semakin luas.

Penguasaan terhadap Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi perlu diajarkan pada semua tingkatan agar suatu proses dan kegiatan dapat dilakukan dengan lebih cepat, mudah dan efisien. Para siswa kelas XII SMK Taruna Bangsa dituntut untuk memiliki kompetensi yang dapat dikuasai sebelum lulus sekolah. Salah satunya kompetensi adalah dapat membuat website atau aplikasi berbasis web. Disamping itu, kepala program jurusan RPL SMK Taruna Bangsa menyampaikan perlu adanya pendalaman dan pengetahuan lebih dalam pembuatan website selain yang dibekali di sekolah seperti mendesain website front end. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pelatihan mendesain website menggunakan framework Bootstrap. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dijalankan sesuai dengan wujud implementasi MoU yang telah dilakukan antara SMK Taruna Bangsa dengan Universitas Bina Insani. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dilakukan secara online melalui media konferensi www.zoom.us dan www.youtube.com. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 78 peserta dengan hasil akhir memberikan hasil yang positif, ditunjukkan pada umpan balik peserta terhadap materi yaitu pada nilai 4 (Baik) sebesar 32,1% dan nilai 5 (Sangat Baik) sebesar 60.7%. Berdasarkan paparan tersebut kegiatan PkM ini telah memberikan kemampuan dan penguasaan terhadap siswa dalam mendesain website dan memiliki bekal dalam mengimplementasikan pada bidang Teknologi informasi yang pada akhirnya mendorong smart education kota Bekasi. Kata kunci—bootstrap, pengabdian kepada masyarakat, website Mastery of Information and Communication Technology needs to be taught at all levels so that processes and activities can be carried out more quickly, easily and efficiently. Class XII students of SMK Taruna Bangsa are required to have competencies that can be mastered before graduating from school. One of the competencies is being able to create a website or web-based application. In addition, the head of the RPL department program at SMK Taruna Bangsa said that there is a need for more in-depth and knowledge in making websites other than those provided in schools such as designing front end websites. Therefore, training in designing websites using the Bootstrap framework is necessary. The implementation of Community Service (PkM) is carried out in accordance with the implementation of the MoU that has been carried out between SMK Taruna Bangsa and Bina Insani University. The implementation of activities during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out online through the media conference www.zoom.us and www.youtube.com. This activity was attended by 78 participants with the final result giving positive results, shown in the participants' feedback on the material, namely a value of 4 (Good) of 32.1% and a value of 5 (Very Good) of 60.7%. Based on the explanation, this PkM activity has given students the ability and mastery in designing websites and has provisions in implementing it in the field of information technology which ultimately encourages smart education in the city of Bekasi. This research aims to outline the results of research on the increasing turnover of the typical pineapple chips business of pekanbaru through packaging design renewal and product marketing development.This pineapple chips business has excellent potential, so it needs to get special attention from various parties such as from government, private and college as has been done by many universities through community service activities.This research focuses on packaging, design and marketing of pineapple chips products of Ibu's new business located on the outskirts of the city, precisely on Rimbo Panjang street, Pekanbaru.Through this devotional activity, pineapple chip manufacturers can increase knowledge on how to attract consumers by changing packaging to be safer along with a more attractive design display that can become a product identity and market products through e-commerce to increase productivity and sales.

This article discusses innovative directions of business development in the tourism sector in the Baikal Region. The article examines the need to increase the availability and attractiveness of tourist services while preserving the ecosystem of the lake Baikal and adjacent territories. The author proposed to create new points of growth for tourism entrepreneurship in the Baikal Region by modernizing and creating new tourist infrastructure facilities. The research examined the expediency of creating an ecological Technopark and an international tourist and recreational complex in Irkutsk. The ecological Technopark can become the tourist core of Irkutsk, as well as the historical part of the city. The development of the Taltsy Museum, including the construction of new objects of both historical and commercial orientation, including the creation of an urban zone like the 130th quarter, is an innovative direction to develop entrepreneurship in the tourism sector in the Baikal region. The article suggests the feasibility of using the concept of glamping entrepreneurship in the Baikal Region. The most important innovative direction is the creation of a biotechnological valley in the Baikal Region. It will focus on the development of entrepreneurship in the field of modern biopharmaceutical technologies, as well as inbound educational, business and medical tourism. Government Services is one of the supporting elements of the implementation of regional autonomy authorities in various fields in the context of carrying out the tasks of government decentralization which has the function of providing public services needed by the community, starting from services in the form of regulation or other services to meet the needs of the community in the fields of education, health and the other. One city that has many government offices and is spread in various regions in the city of Situbondo, where the city is experiencing developments in various fields, especially in the field of community service. One solution to help Situbondo residents obtain information about the geographical location and services of government offices so that it needs to be designed mapping of the Geographic Information System of the Situbondo Regency Government Office. With this system, it is expected to provide geographical location information, office services, information services, and office agendas. In making this system, researchers used the methodology for developing a waterfall system, with several stages carried out starting from Requirements to Maintenance. The results of this study are expected to overcome the problems faced by the Situbondo district government office.
