This study aims to evaluate the design, installation, process, and products of the inclusive education program implementation in a Salatiga Public Middle School. This type of research is program evaluation with a discrepancy evaluation model. Information sources in this study are the Principal, Local Content Teacher, Counseling Guidance Teacher who also acts as Special Facilitators Teacher (GPK). Data collection technique include interviews, observation and document study. Data analysis technique include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validation through technical and source triangulation. The results: (1) the design evaluation showed the general curriculum and assessment plans have not been modified, educators do not yet have adequate competence, facilities and infrastructure do not yet support the needs of special needs student (ABK); (2) the installation evaluation showed there is no entrance test, the learning design and assessment have not considered the existence of ABK, funding is taken from BOS funds and support from some ABK parents; (3) the process evaluation showed the ABK have difficulty following learning, the support from the community and agencies has not been maximized; and (4) the product evaluation showed that student learning outcomes, namely the assessment of student ID cards are still equated with normal students. Based on the results of the evaluation, the researchers gave the following recommendations: 1) Teachers and GPK collaborated in developing curriculum and competencies, 2) Principals and teachers collaborated in designing models and technical instructions to handle ABK, as well as increasing collaboration with several agencies, and 3) The education office needs to pay attention to the implementation of inclusive education programs and provide assistance in the form of costs, training, seminars, and fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas pemberian insentif RT dan RW yang diukur pada sembilan indikator kinerja yang semuanya terkait dengan aplikasi program Pemkot Makassar. Tehnik pengumpulan data studi lapang ini terdiri dari observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Makassar tepatnya di Kecamatan Rappocini dengan 11 Kelurahan sebagai obyek penelitian yang akan dikaji. Pendekatan peneltian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif yang tujuannya untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai fenomena yang terjadi. Dampak yang diharapkan dari perwali Kota makassar No 3 tahun 2016 tentang pemberian insentif kepada RT dan RW sekota Makassar khususnya Kecamatan Rappocini adalah penerapan pelayanan yang mampu bersinergi secara positif antara masyarakat dengan aparatur pemerintah terkecil RT/RW dan pemberian insentif bagi RT/RW sesuai dengan kebijakan yang ada. Kata Kunci : Kebijakan Pemerintah, Pemberian Insentif, Ketua RT/RW Abstract The purpose of this study was to find out the effectiveness of RT and RW incentives as measured on nine performance indicators, all of which are related to the application of the Makassar Municipal Government program. This field study data collection technique consists of observation, interview and documentation. The methods of data collection in this study are interviews, and documentation. This research was conducted in makassar city precisely in Rappocini sub-district with 11 villages as the object of research to be studied. This research approach uses qualitative analysis with descriptive type whose purpose is to provide an overview of the phenomenon that occurs. The expected impact of makassar City Trust No. 3 of 2016 on providing incentives to RT and RW in Makassar, especially Rappocini Subdistrict, is the implementation of services that are able to synergize positively between the community with the smallest government apparatus RT / RW and provide incentives for RT / RW in accordance with existing policies. This research uses qualitative approach with case study. Data collection technique is done by (1) depth interview, (2) participant observation, and (3) documentation. Data were analyzed by interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. Validity checking is done with credibility test, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The formation of noble character through the application of affective education that is represented in attitudes, attitudes, and gentle attitudes there is convincing evidence can have positive implications for the increase in awareness of worship, academic achievement, and the laudable behavior of learners in elementary education. Attentiveness creates an atmosphere of learning directed, controlled and measurable. The activity of the teacher's soul is focused on the condition of the learners to be understood, understood, evaluated and improved and optimized for their potential, and supported by the attitude of affection which creates a warm learning atmosphere and harmony in communicating between teachers and learners. The activity of the soul of the teacher who respects, loves, recognizes and upholds the existence of the learners is reflected in his attitude of a loving and loving parent towards his child and equipped with gentle attitude in creating a comfortable learning atmosphere (learning is fun), happy, passionate and fresh. The humanist, democratic and integrating human soul activity is reflected in its gentle, attractive, warm, empathetic, earthy, selfish, arrogant and authoritarian manner.

The Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) evaluation model is commonly used to evaluate a program, including a learning program. This study aimed at assessing the implementation of the learning program in Inclusive Early Childhood Education (PAUD) using the CIPP model. This is a qualitative study at the Lazuardi Kamila GIS Surakarta Pre-kindergarten and Kindergarten. Data are collected through observation and interviews. The finding of the context evaluation showed that in the planning, the therapist and the teacher coordinated to determine the material. The input evaluation showed the availability of necessary facilities provided by the school. In the process evaluation showed that children with disabilities were educated in the same class and curriculum with other students and curriculum; only their assessment was made different as reflected in the IEP (Individualized Education Program). Product evaluation showed that Pra TK-TK Lazuardi Kamila GIS Surakarta has provided an inclusive education.[Evaluasi dengan model Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) digunakan untuk menilai sebuah program, termasuk program pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pembelajaran di sebuah Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) inklusif dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di Pra TK dan TK Lazuardi Kamila Global Islamic School Surakarta. Metode pengambilan data meliputi observasi dan wawancara terhadap guru pendamping Khusus (GPK), guru kelas, dan kepala sekolah. Hasil evaluasi context menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek perencanaan pembelajaran, terapis dan guru berkoordinasi untuk menentukan materi yang akan diberikan ke siswa. Evaluasi input menunjukkan  ketersediaan sarana prasarana yang didukung oleh alat-alat dari Pelangi. Evaluasi proses menunjukkan pembelajaran antara peserta didik reguler dengan anak difabel disamakan dan hanya ketika evaluasi untuk anak difabel sesuai dengan IEP (Individualized Education Program) yang telah ditentukan terapis dan guru sentra. Evaluasi produk menunjukkan bahwa layanan inkusi telah dilakukan oleh  lembaga ini.]

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the implementation of Buddhist Sunday School Program in Tangerang City, Indonesia. Buddhist Sunday School (BSS) is non-formal education under the guidance of Directorate General for Guidance of Buddhist Society— Ministry of Religious Affairs of Indonesia. This study is an evaluation program using CIPP models by Stufflebeam that consist of Context, Input, Process, Product and combined with Outcome component. The aspect of Context Evaluation is concerning BSS History, Legal Foundation, Compilation of Vision and Mission; The aspect of Input Evaluation is about Curriculum, Teacher Management, BSS Implementation by Teachers, Supervision, Facilities and Infrastructures and Document Rarity; the aspect of Process Evaluation is about Implementation of Learning and documents completeness; The aspect of Product Evaluation is around Result of learning activities and document completeness; the aspect of Outcome Evaluation is Result of learning activities and document completeness. There are seven Vihara mentions: Dhammaphala, Dharmaratna, Dharmasubha, Indraloka, Jetavana, Nimmala, and Punna Sampada. This research was conducted over a period of 13 months, starting from preresearch. Used mix-method, the data obtained through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and document study. Data sources consist of seven chairmen of Buddhist Sunday school program, fourty one teacher, thirty-four parents, focus group discussion, and Buddhist Sunday school documents. The criteria of this evaluation are derived from The Letter of Directorate General for Guidance of Buddhist Society—Ministry of Religious Affairs, about Buddhist Sunday School Guidance Num. DJ.VI/97/SK/2009. The comparison of BSS context evaluation in Tangerang city shows 43% with an adequate category. For Input, the evaluation shows 81% grade with very good result. The Process component of evaluation shows 57% with an adequate result. Evaluation of Buddhist Sunday school’s impact emphasizes on the sustainability of Buddhist practices conducted by the children at home with their parents and in their neighborhood. The program continuing and revised in workshop, sponsored by the Indonesian Endowment Fund for Education scholarship (Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan/ LPDP)

ABSTRACTInheritance often causes problems in the family. There are many risks associated with this heritage. If it is not wise to respond to conflicts in the family could happen and result in even breaking the string of family strings. There are several things related to inheritance that need to be noticed that the sale or purchase of inheritance is not problematic later.One of the problems that often happens is the sale-buy agreement in the family made by a notary. The sale and purchase agreement in the family is very rare, because usually in the family that happens is a grant. However, sometimes there are problems. The sale and purchase agreement in the family is very difficult to find solution to completion. The heirs may cancel the sale of the inheritance if the legal conditions of sale and purchase are not met through the courts. The heir who does not give his consent in the sale of an inheritance of land as a right, has the right to cancel the sale of the land.The method used in this research is with the juridical-normative approach derived from data collection obtained from the primary data and secondary data, then analyzed by qualitative analysis method. The data collection technique used is literature study. Data analysis techniques used qualitative data analysis.The sale and purchase agreement in the family between the parent and the child does not meet the objective requirements of the terms of the validity of the agreement concerning the terms of the agreement and the halal causa, that the object of the sale is part of the inheritance dispute which became the claim of the plaintiff as legitimate heirs. Implications of family sale agreements made by a Notary in the case of an heir who refuses a sale and purchase agreement is to file a civil suit against the sale and purchase agreement with the District Court. The implications of the sale and purchase agreement on the position of the heirs in the inheritance dispute above as an act against the law as stipulated in Article 1365 of the Civil Code, therefore the sale and purchase agreement is of course detrimental to the legitimate heirs which resulted in the diminution of the object of inheritance.Keywords: Notary, Sale and Purchase Agreement, FamilyABSTRAKHarta warisan sering menimbulkan permasalahan dalam keluarga. Ada banyak resiko yang muncul berkaitan dengan harta warisan ini. Jika tidak bijak menyikapinya konfik dalam keluarga bisa saja  terjadi  dan mengakibatkan renggang bahkan putusnya tali kekeluargaan. Ada beberapa hal yang berkaitan harta warisan yang perlu di perhatikan agar penjualan maupun pembelian  harta warisan  tidak bermasalah nantinya.Salah satu permasalahan yang sering terjadi yaitu perjanjian jual-beli dalam keluarga yang dibuat oleh notaris. Perjanjian jual beli dalam keluarga sangat jarang terjadi, karena biasanya dalam keluarga yang terjadi adalah hibah. Namun demikian terkadang muncul permasalahan. Perjanjian jual beli dalam keluarga sangat sulit dicari solusi penyelesaiannya. Ahli waris dapat membatalkan Jual beli tanah waris jika syarat-syarat sah jual beli tidak terpenuhi melalui pengadilan. Ahli waris yang tidak memberikan persetujuannya dalam jual beli tanah warisan sebagai haknya, berhak membatalkan jual beli tanah tersebut.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan yuridis-normatif yang bersumber dari pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder, kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif.Perjanjian jual beli dalam keluarga antara orang tua dengan anak tersebut tidak memenuhi syarat obyektif dari syarat sahnya perjanjian mengenai hal-hal yang diperjanjikan dan causa yang halal, bahwa yang menjadi obyek jual-beli tersebut adalah bagian dari sengketa waris yang menjadi gugatan dari penggugat selaku dari ahli waris yang sah. Implikasi perjanjian jual-beli dalam keluarga yang dibuat oleh Notaris dalam hal adanya ahli waris yang menolak perjanjian jual beli yaitu dengan mengajukan gugatan secara perdata terhadap perjanjian jual beli tersebut pada Pengadilan Negeri. Implikasi perjanjian jual-beli terhadap kedudukan ahli waris pada sengketa waris diatas sebagai suatu perbuatan melawan hukum sebagaimana ketentuan pasal 1365 KUHPerdata, Sehingga perjanjian jual-beli tersebut tentu saja merugikan ahli waris yang sah yang berakibat pada berkurangnya obyek waris.Kata Kunci : Notaris, Perjanjian Jual Beli, Keluarga

The implementation of the bidikmisi education fee assistance program is a step taken by the government to provide access to higher education to all people. This program is implemented by prioritizing the 3T principle, namely right on target, on time and in efficiency. This program is inseparable from various obstacles and obstacles to achieving the vision and mission and objectives of its implementation. These problems and obstacles also occur at Udayana University as one of the state universities that organizes the Bidikmisi education fee assistance program. Problems that occur include inaccurate provision of funding assistance, delays in disbursement of funds and unattainable objectives of program implementation. This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the bidikmisi education fee assistance program at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University using a case study with a qualitative descriptive research type. The unit of analysis in this study is all parts involved in the implementation of the bidikmisi education fee assistance program. The data collection technique was carried out by means of field studies, namely data collection, observation, interviews and documentary studies. The results of the analysis show that in the implementation of the bidikmisi education fee assistance program at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University, there are obstacles and obstacles, namely the distribution of aid that has not been on target, the distribution of education costs is not yet on time, the lack of coordination between the program organizers. Therefore, it is still necessary to make improvements in several aspects such as improving the quality of selection of prospective recipients of bidikmisi tuition assistance, increasing coordination between the central government, state tertiary institutions and banks in the process of distributing assistance and increasing internal university coordination to achieve the vision and mission and objectives. the implementation of the bidikmisi education fee assistance program.

Medical records are files containing patient records, which are made chronological time. There are two types of medical records and in general have been regulated in Permenkes Number 269 / MENKES / PER / III / 2008 concerning Medical Records, namely conventional medical records and electronic medical records. One of the benefits of medical records is as evidence in the law enforcement process. This type of research is normative juridical research and is analytical descriptive in nature. The data source used in this research is secondary data, which is obtained from books, journals, expert opinions and others. The data collection technique used is to collect data in this study through documentation studies in the form of data collection from literature or scientific writing in accordance with the object under study. Data analysis is data obtained and then analyzed qualitatively. From the study it is concluded that the difference in the strength of evidence lies in the non-fulfillment of the requirements of electronic medical records as written / letter evidence, in accordance with the Criminal Code Book 4, Concerning Evidence and Expiration, Second Chapter on Evidence by Writing and KUHAP Article 184 paragraph (1) letter c and d, as well as Articles 187 and 188 paragraph (2) letter b. This means that conventional medical records can be used as original written evidence, whereas electronic medical records cannot. The cause of the difference is because both the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code, the power of written evidence, is only in writing, in the form of original letters and / or authentic deeds. The data used are (1) primary data in the form of statutory regulations, results of interviews with hospitals and courts, (2) secondary data through literature studies of various laws and regulations and books / journals to obtain expert opinion. The results of this research are expected to be published through (1) scientific articles in Accredited National Journals and (2) teaching materials in Law courses at the Faculty of Law at Prima Indonesia University.

The Tahfidz Online program is the flagship program of the Indonesia Berkah Foundation. This study aims to describe and evaluate the implementation of the Indonesia Berkah Foundation's Tahfidz Online program. This research is qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and document analysis. The CIPP (context, input, process, product) evaluation model developed by Daniel Leroy Stufflebeam et al. was used as an evaluation reference. This study finds out that: In terms of the input component, it shows that musyrifah, curriculum, and infrastructure have met the criteria. However, there are notes on the input of students not meeting the criteria of intention because God also does not understand the knowledge of recitation and Arabic. In terms of the media process components and materials, they do not meet the criteria of interest and are arranged in a sequence that makes it easy for students, while the method and time have met the criteria. This study aims to describe the Kendang relationship, as a traditional Priangan musical instrument, to the Jaipongan performing arts and dance. Kendang, which has a central function in the Jaipongan dance performance, has received less appreciation in West Java arts’ discourse. The Jaipongan dance art focuses on dance movements, although the song (gending) that accompanies the dance movement depends entirely on the Kendang music playing. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection technique is done through interviews, observation, and document study. Data were analyzed through complete data collection activities and then adjusted the data and literature review, and in the end, described the research data. The results showed that Kendang, as a musical instrument has a relationship and attachment with the creation and development of the Jaipongan dance art. Kendang and the player (pengendang) have a vital function, in contrast to the stereotype that these instruments are only accompaniment to songs/dances in the performing arts. The Kendang instrument is an important part that regulates the tempo and the course of the Jaipongan dance performance. Pengendang, as artists and musicians, contribute greatly in communicating the performance of the performance both with dancers and the audience. Kendang is a source of inspiration for the creation of Jaipongan dance art. During the process of creating the Jaipongan dance, Gugum Gumbira acts as a creator communicating with other artists, both dancers, and pengendang.

The aim of this is to uncover and analyze the responses of relevant stakeholders regarding the implementation of inclusive education in Palu City; participatory communication models regarding the implementation of inclusive education in Palu City through a concentrated perspective; and exploring the embodiment of a participatory communication model in the implementation of inclusive education in Palu City which involves related stakeholders. This study uses naturalistic research methods because of the research is carried out in natural setting. Data collection technique was carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, and FGD. The data analysis technique includes four stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or data verification. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The stakeholders involved in participatory communication provided suggestions regarding efforts which related to the implementation of inclusive education in Palu City; (2) The model of conscientization communication for the implementation of inclusive education in Palu City must involve various stakeholders consisting of local governments, schools, parents, NGOs, and local mass media; (3) The realization of the participatory communication model regarding the implementation of inclusive education in Palu City based on the involvement and participation of stakeholders which refers to their real participation in educational activities. Limitations and suggestions for further research are revealed in this study.
