This study aims to: describe what creativity and effort should be done by teachers in developing cognitive potential. This research is a descriptive study, using a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by making observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Subjects and objects in this study were teachers of Palopo Muhammadiyah Middle School, Analysis and data processing were carried out in a qualitative manner. The research results obtained are, 1) Teachers carry out learning activities both in the classroom and outside the classroom, Utilizing learning media well and adjusting between learning materials with learning methods. 2) In developing the cognitive potential of students in learning PAI the teacher always strives to create a conducive atmosphere so that students do not feel bored in the learning process takes place, and conduct evaluations at the end of each lesson then provide reinforcement for students who answer the questions posed, make personal approaches and give appreciation to students. The implication of the implementation of teaching techniques carried out by PAI teachers has an impact on the success or failure of PAI learning, especially in developing the cognitive potential of grade VII A students in Palopo Muhammadiyah Middle School.

The research aimed to determine the role, function and benefits for students in learning English by using E-learning at Darwan Ali University. This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, literature studies, documentation, and observation. The results showed that 1) E-learning at Darwan Ali University has a role for the lecture plan facilities in the process of learning English. 2) E-Learning makes it easy for students to understand learning process because it makes students more interested and can be accessed anytime and anywhere as long as there is internet access. 3) Students can get learning materials in various forms such as text, images and videos. 4) Students' abilities are developed in learning English such as vocabularies, writing and reading. 5) Students become more active and enthusiastic in the learning process.Keywords: E-learning; information and technology; English language.ABSTRAKPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran,fungsi serta manfaat bagi mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan E-learning di Universitas Darwan Ali. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan  wawancara mendalam, studi literatur, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) E-learning di Universitas Darwan Ali Sampit memiliki peran untuk fasilitas rencana perkuliahan dalam proses belajar bahasa Inggris. 2) E-Learning memudahkan mahasiwa dalam memahami pembelajaran karena membuat mahasiswa lebih tertarik dan bisa diakses kapanpun dan dimanapun selama ada akses internet. 3) Mahasiswa bisa mendapatkan materi dan bahan pembelajaran dalam berbagai bentuk seperti teks, gambar, dan video. 4) kemampuan mahasiswa berkembang dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris seperti kosa kata, menulis dan membaca. 5) Mahasiswa menjadi  lebih aktif dan antusias dalam proses pembelajaran.Kata kunci: E-learning; Teknologi Informasi; Bahasa Inggris.

This research aims to identify and analyse students’ response on the application of the Hypnoteaching in learning Hindu religious education in class X of SMAN 7 Denpasar. This research follows a qualitative approach with observation as the main data collection technique. The sample of the study is X Mipa 6 class with 34 students from a total of 389. The application of hypnoteaching methods is fun for students compared to  conventional methods which tend to be uninteresting. When using Hypnoteaching method, students were very excited during learning activities. By using hypnoteaching methods in learning Hindu religious education students becomes very enthusiastic in listening to the teacher's explanation of Hindu religious learning materials. To improve learning activities students prepare themselves for the topic discussion. Students’ response to the application of Hypnoteaching method is positive. They think that the method is effective as it can increase students’ enthusiasm to learn.

This study aims to determine the process of learning Arabic vocabulary with several methods in the class, and how teachers deal with these obstacles. There needs to be a breakthrough for teachers to be more creative in choosing alternative methods, the methods used by teachersin Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid to make it easier for students to improve their memory in memorizing Arabic vocabulary. In its application is to use mnemonic techniques including those that are often used, namely association and rhyme. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques that researchers do by observation and interviews, the results of this study indicate: First, the application of Arabic vocabulary learning using the association and rhyme method runs well and smoothly, the learning process becoms more fun, can foster student enthusiasm, thus it can be concluded that the teaching of vocabulary using these methods proved effective for improving student learning outcomes Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid.

This study presents the Implementation of the Amtsilati Method in Improving the Ability of Maharah Qiro'ah at the Amtsilati hostel in K Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo area. The purpose of this study was to describe how the Amtsilati method was implemented in improving Maharoh Qiro'ah's skills in the Amtsilati K Pondok'Pesantren Nurul Jadid area. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study include educators, dormitory managers and students. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The collected data is analyzed through several stages: display data, data reduction and conclusion. And the results of this study indicate that the Application of the Amtsilati Method in the Amtsilati dormitory of K Pondok'Pesantren Nurul Jadid Area was able to improve the skill of Maharah Qiro'ah. The application of the Amtsilati method is in line with its application, except that there is little difference with the application of Amtsilati at its center Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School, Jepara. The learning process with the Amtsilati Method in Pesantren Nurul Jadid begins with reading khulashoh, hadloroh, qoidah then explanation, exposure to some examples, synchronization and evaluation

The background of the problem in this study is that the behavior of the discipline is not fully owned by the children, so that it affects the teaching and learning process in the classroom. There needs to be a renewal in the form of strategies or media that can familiarize the discipline behavior of children, so that children can get used to discipline by using the discipline tree. This study aims to determine the application of the "Disciplinary Tree" in improving the character of child discipline and to measure the increase in the character of child discipline through "Disciplinary Trees in Kindergarten IK Ceria Family Sleman. The research method used is a research method with a qualitative approach in the form of classroom action research (CAR). Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study were children of Class B1 Kindergarten IK IK Ceria Sleman Family with a total of 22 students, consisting of 9 girls and 13 boys. The results of this study can be concluded that: 1) the application of the discipline tree is done by introducing the discipline tree, its function and how to use it in children, then the children are asked to try and apply it during the learning activities. The teacher observes the child's disciplined attitude when using the discipline tree; 2) increasing the character of child discipline through Disciplinary Trees at IK IK Ceria Happy Family by 39.7%

RESUMOObjetivo: Identificar o significado para o enfermeiro em prestar cuidados para pacientes com Depressão.  Materiais e métodos: Estudo exploratório e descritivo com abordagem qualitativa, a amostra foi de 12 enfermeiras, o cenário de estudo foram Unidades Básicas de Saúde e Estratégias de Saúde da Família, urbanas da cidade de Itajubá-MG. A coleta de dados foi por meio do roteiro de entrevista semiestruturada composta por questionário contendo uma pergunta inerente ao assunto. Resultados: Encontramos oito categorias como estigma da depressão, suicídio, dificuldade em lidar, tempo escasso, envolvimento familiar, aceitação da doença, acolhimento e dar medicamento, de acordo com os discursos dos sujeitos coletados na entrevista. Conclusão: Os enfermeiros não estão em contato direto com portadores de depressão no seu trabalho, não entendem que é sua tarefa identificar e encaminha-los para tratamento especializado. Sugerimos que outros estudos sejam desenvolvidos sobre essa temática.Palavras-chave: Depressão. Relação Enfermeiro-Paciente. Assistência de Enfermagem. ABSTRACTObjective: To identify the meaning for nurses when providing care for patients with depression. Materials and Methods: exploratory and descriptive study with qualitative approach, the sample consisted of 12 nurses, the study scenario was the urban Unidades Básicas de Saúde e Estrategia de Saúde da Família, in the city of Itajubá. Data collection was done through semi-structured interview guides consisting of a questionnaire containing a question related to the subject. Results and Discussion: we found eight categories as stigma of depression, suicide, coping difficulties, scarce time, family involvement, acceptance of the disease, host and give medicine, according to the speeches of the subjects collected in the interview. Conclusion: nurses are not in direct contact with individuals with depression in their work, do not understand that it is their job to identify and refer them to specialized treatment. We suggest that other studies be developed on this theme.Keywords: Depression, Nurse-patient Relationship, Nursing care.

This study seeks to recognize teachers’ lived experiences about teaching-learning process in multi-grade classes. The approach of the study is qualitative under the rubric of phenomenological studies. The statistical population consisted of the teachers of multi-grade classes in a non-prosperous province and a prosperous one. 14 teachers were selected using criterion sampling technique for an interview. The interviews were recorded and transcribed with the interviewees’ permission; and they were analyzed using Creswell data analysis. In order to evaluate the validity of the questions, the viewpoints of experts in the field of educational sciences as well as some teachers experienced in multi-grade classes were taken into account. The reliability was approved through examination by the participants and asking from counterparts. The results showed that teachers of multi-grade classes in both provinces had similar views on using teaching methods, determining learning activities and grouping methods. However, they did not have the same views on determining the type of learning materials and resources. The results show that in multi-grade classes various teaching methods such as peer teaching and integrated teaching, leading resources and materials such as the local community, nature, and discarded materials and objects, different grouping methods such as adjacent grouping, row grouping, and sex grouping, and finally various learning activities including self learning and peer learning are utilized. Multi-grade teachers in the two provinces have similar viewpoints regarding teaching methods, learning activities, and grouping methods, but are of different viewpoints on kinds of learning materials and resources.

This study aims to describe Reyog Ponorogo from the historical aspect, the negative stigma that has accompanied its development, and local wisdom that spreads to all its components. This problem is studied using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with data collection tools is the researcher himself as a key instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analytical with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are as follows; (1) Reyog Obyog is an important and inseparable part of Reyog Ponorogo. In fact, it is very possible that Reyog Obyog is the origin of the Reyog Ponorogo which has developed and is known to the public today; (2) Reyog Obyog performance model which tends to be free, not bound by standards, is performed in the audience and is predominantly filled with entertainment, in its development various negative stigmas have emerged in the community, namely eroticism, drunkenness, and mystical performance rituals; (3) The Reyog Obyog has a great value in the form of a noble life guidance which is strategic enough to be used as a medium for building civilization.

The purpose of this research was to gain an understanding of the principal's strategies as a manager in overcoming problems that arouse during the implementation of online learning at SDIT al-Kahfi in Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. This study applied a qualitative approach, with data gathered through observation of learning activities via Whastapp groups and interviews with informants such as school principals, PAI teachers, students, and parents. Following the collection of data, an analysis was performed using Miles’ et al theory in order to find conclusive answers. The principal's strategies to solve the problems of online learning at SDIT al-Kahfi Lebong fell into the following: sending teachers to attend seminars or getting engaged into the training of information technology and learning with peers, providing guidance or training for children in groups or individually, providing counseling and conducting counseling meetings with students’ parents about the importance of android in the learning process, and giving an understanding of the importance of parental cooperation in supervising their children's learning from home.

The study aims to describe the Systemic Functional Linguistics (SFL) study regarding the relationship between the transitivity process system and sirkumstan of the situation in President Jokowi's speech about the handling of the COVID-19. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The source that used to be the object of this study was the text of President Jokowi's speech about the handling of the COVID-19. Data collection did not involve the author directly, but data was obtained from the Kabar24 website which was uploaded on March 15, 2020. The data collection technique used in this study was the reading comprehension technique which was carried out with a concentration on the object to be studied. The results showed that the total number of processes was 57 data. The number of material process occurrences was 31 data with an emergence percentage of 54%, then followed by the Mental process with 11 data occurrences, with an appearance percentage of 19%, the Relational process the number of occurrences was 6 data with an appearance percentage of 11%, the Behavioral process the number of occurrences was 3 data with an occurrence percentage of 5%, the Verbal process was 2 data with an appearance percentage of 4%, and finally the Existential process was 4 data with an appearance percentage of 7%. The number of sirskumstan recorded in time 1 and place 10.
